20 Best Pillow Topper For Side Sleepers (2023 Updated)

This is one of the better memory foam toppers on the market at a decent price point. It is definitely better quality than the Tempurpedic for comfort. The topper conforms to your body rather than sinking in.

As a side sleeper it’s one of the only toppers that allows me to sleep on my side. There’s hardly any off gassing when you take it out of the box. The cover feels soft and plush and does a good job of keeping me cool, and I sleep hot.

There are anchors on the corners to keep it in place. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I’ve had it two months and it’s already showing signs of indents from my body and is starting to bottom out.

Longevity might be an issue with this topper. However, It does bounce back after getting off it. That being said, it has decreased my trigger points and pain by 90%. I still wake up with some pain and stiffness but it’s manageable now.

Sleepers over 250 will probably have issues with this topper. This topper would be awesome if it was 3 inches instead of 2. Worth the buy? Yep.

After a lot of research I decided to try the Layla topper for our new mattress. Reading about the difference between just copper flakes and the Layla copper gel is what finally swayed my decision. Aside from brutal night sweats I can tell you straight up that I am a mess so this was no easy feat! Shoulder issues on one side, hip issues on the other, 2 back surgeries.

So sleeping is horrid. My man sleeps cold and has neck issues. So yeah, good luck right? Well I can confirm that the Layla topper does not disappoint! This topper is amazing comfortable. I have tried all types of toppers.

None compare to the Layla as far as the perfect amount of sink. Like you don’t sink into it you kind of float into it. just enough. It removes all pressure points but supports perfectly so no more lower back ache or sore hips upon waking.

My man can actually sleep on his stomach again too. Does it really help keep you cool? YES! It has made a huge difference for me. As far as motion transfer, we no longer disturb each other when switching from one position to the next during the night.

Customer support was above and beyond for me as well.

My Layla memory foam topper definitely softened my existing memory foam mattress. The mattress is a different brand and was too firm even though it was the softest they carried. Layla’s quality is better than other toppers I ordered and returned.

The topper feels softer than most foam, slightly softer than I wanted, but so much better than the mattress underneath which is a top of the line Tempurpedic. My husband and I both sleep better without waking up multiple times per night like we were doing before adding the topper.

The only complaint we have is the topper seems to slide toward the edge of the bed with use, especially on his side. But adjusting it occasionally is so much better than sleeping poorly like we were before! If you are looking for something softer than a “medium” memory foam mattress, Layla may be the addition you need!.

i just received this “extra thick” mattress pad. i wouldnt even categorize it as thick. it’s extrmely thin, like they forgot to put the filling in it. im trying to decide if it is even worth my time to put this on my bed and try it out or if i should just return it immediately.

im going to let it air out a bit and maybe it will somehow magically fill out. it was packed well. vacuum sealed. it’s just not the thick luxurious padding described. i didnt think it would be amazing at such a low price but i didnt think it would essentially be a sheet.

It’s a nice topper and thicker than some mattress toppers. It came nicely packaged, vacuum sealed with a ribbon around it. It fits on the bed great. It is soft, but it’s much too thin to soften a bed that is too firm.

For a mattress protector it seems really great and extra plush. To soften a hard bed it just doesn’t do enough. At the most it is 1/2 inch thick so all the reviews saying things like “it easily adds several inches of softness” are false.

This is the softest mattress topper I’ve ever owned! Our mattress is only a year old but my 5yr old thinks it’s a trampoline and has made it lose it’s comfort. It arrives in an extremely tight vacuum packed waterproof bag.

You have to open and let it bloom out to it’s intended size. Once it has fluffed out, its surprisingly thick and padded. I washed and dried it before I used it and it fluffed up even more! I’ve slept on it for quite a few nights already and my back feels so much better.

My mattress is comfortable again. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a softer, more padded mattress.

Added comfort to traditional spring mattress. users teenagers of average weight male/ female both said never sleep better. I do suggest heavy air flow during initial unpackaging. did not experience any unpleasant odor’s regardless took the road of caution due to the sigma of toxic gases released from memory foam.

Bought this back February for my 7-year-old daughter She has had nothing but love for this product. She claims its comfortable, not too soft yet not too hard either. No hint of any allergy issues emanating from the mattress topper, and it holds up well to the challenges of an active 7-year-old.

No sagging, no rips, just awesome for now. First thing I have been complimented on by a know-it-all granddaughter. Problem now is that she loves sleeping a lot and hanging out in her room so much so we can’t spy on her activities anymore.

So to start off I never write reviews, But do read them when making a purchase. I read all the reviews on this product and thought to myself man “man there are way more good reviews than negative this could be just what I’m looking for”.

In hind sight I should of paid more attention to the less than stellar reviews. When I got home and opened the topper everything was fin. the topper fit the bed well and didn’t have an odor like some of the reviews said.

Everything seemed good. The first night sleeping on the topper was interesting it kept rolling up on the edges and seemed to move all over the bed. I figured it just needed to break in. After a few days I was still having the same problem with the topper moving around while I slept.

So I went to the local craft store and got some big safety pins. My thought was I could use the safety pins to tighten my fitted sheet to the mattress. (I have a king bed) I placed the topper where it needed to be on the bed installed the fitted sheet and pinned it to the mattress on all four corners as well as in the middle of the sheet so that it was as tight as I could get it to fit around the topper to hold it into place.

To my disbelief even that didn’t work. The topper still moved around and bunched up at the bottom of the bed. I have now had the topper for almost two months It still moves around like crazy. It was very comfortable for about the first month.

Since then it has went down hill. It is though the area of the topper that sleep on has already broken down and is not providing the support it had only a month ago. Needless to say after almost two months I am back to sleeping on my mattress with no topper.

The mattress that the topper was placed on is a little over a year old. I decided to buy this topper because I like a bed that is a little softer than my wife. After reading the reviews I thought that it would provide us with a happy medium.

Myself the comfort of a memory foam topper and it would still allow my wife to have the support she likes. I was wrong after spending almost $200. 00 on the topper two months later we are still in the same boat we were in before.

So we thinking on a new mattress and I’d rather have a separate topper on a firm mattress than a pillow top mattress. Bought this at Sams to try out on old mattress since I’d get it anyways. Just had the best sleep in years and now wondering if I should even bother with a new mattress.

Also like that the pad can be washed. Contrary to some reviews I’ve read. There was no smell. It rolled open perfectly. Did not air it out. You may or may not need deep pocket sheets. Depends on your mattress thickness.

But the absolute best part was the sleep I just had. I’m always out of bed by 6am. It is now 10 am and I’m just enjoying this. I can sit up too to read without that hollow spot that keeps you uncomfortable.

i love this mattress topper!! got the 3 inch size. i had bought a memory foam mattress after having slept on a pillow top for 10 years. i went with the recommendation of the silly sleep test machine they had and got the firm memory foam.

ive pretty much disliked it and woke up every night until after suffering for over a year I decide to try adding this mattress topper. best idea ever!! i was afraid it might have been to thick and my back will hurt from sinking in and being curved.

it doee not do that, and keep in kind im a very overweight person so really you would think this would happen but it doesnt. i have had the best nights sleep every night. soft enough to cradle your body but firm enough to not sink in three inches.

i am very i bought this and i would recommend it.

Cover is amazing. Has grippers to prevent pad from sliding around which is a problem I’ve had. Also thicker than my previous 2 inch. 2 inch is great for adding some padding to a overly hard mattress or for that sink in feeling without issues moving around.

I’d recommend the 4 inch to anyone who loves to sink in to their mattress. The softness is body supporting but soft enough to not hurt joints. I’ve found I sleep way better, less tossing, and I don’t need as many pillows as the bed can support my head fully on its own if I’m on my back with the way you sink in.

Think of a supportive cloud. That’s what this turns your bed into. Only con: This 4 inch is thick, and makes it difficult to get out of bed. Both because it’s just that comfortable, and because you sink in so much you gotta fight and wiggle a bit to move out of your hole.

Now I do have a hybrid spring and memory foam mattress, so I have a bit of sink in there as well, so it might just be the combo that causes that issue. I don’t hate it or dislike it because of that issue.

In fact I freaking love it. Just something I have to deal with as my bed is too high to sit on and have to roll in and out, so sinking while rolling makes it a bit harder. Think I need to invest in a lower frame, but that’s a me problem.

Perfect! I had ordered a new mattress from Wayfair and was very pleased with it – I just wanted to add a soft topper. This one is perfect – just the right bit of comfort. Very easy to open and unroll.

It definitely needed a couple of days to fully expand and it helped to flip it over on the second day – that let it fill out the zipper cover fully and eliminated wrinkles in the top. We flipped it back over and it fit with the mattress perfectly in a zipper encasement cover I also bought here.

I did not want to add too much height to my mattress so this 2” topper is perfect.

it is nice product,i purchased for a dorm. unfortunately, we open the packaging before we actually needed it, to get a better look at it and to determine if the smell was strong and if it would fade.

the smell did fade, and if it was cushy enough, , but not sure how to repack it, contacted company on how to repack so we could store and take to college with out taking up the car. and was told they do not recommend folding, rolling , basically once placed it should stay there.

nothing in the ads says this. about this. i was hoping to get a vaccum storage bag for it. and extract the air to make it flatter and smaller. and they said no. so the big question what do i do with it for transport.

and storage until i need it. also it is recommend allow it 48 plus hours to “fluff” after opening, which when moving into dorm. you can not get in early to allow is and time is limited. so again. it is a nice product but really consider where you are going to place it.

Be so careful about the reviews! The Smell:The topper took 3 days for the smell to be bare-able. I did the baking soda method to get rid of the smell, opened the windows, and blasted my air purifier.

So about a 6 days later it still smells. It will dissipate with more time I’m assuming? The Comfort/Quality:The quality is really great for this topper, its very well made. The comfort not really worth the price.

The first night was 8/10. Then I noticed where I had slept it didn’t come back up. My dog weighs 35LBS and where she sleeps it also left an indent. So thinking it would fluff back up, no! It’s like sleeping on comfy, stinky lumps after 3 days.

Is it comfortable in some spots. Effectiveness: The effects of the topper do not match the claims. My topper that is blue and hypo-allergenic was not in stock & hasn’t been. So I bought a room essentials one for $15 that was 2″ and it worked for 3 months but was better during that 3 months before it was worn out.

The blue topper I can’t find in my previous orders but its about $60 and doesn’t smell and I used it to re-purpose couch cushions since it had holes in it and it arrived. That topper is amazing but I can’t find it anymore.

The takeaway from toppers for me is, pets, people, and kids. To make the mattress stay new, protected, and comfortable. I have purchased many toppers from target over the years and what I learned is, just don’t waste your money on a mattress topper from here.

Do it when you buy a new mattress, with a brand. Because you will just keep buying one, or replacing them. When the comfort level is ruined it ruins your sleeping experience. I contacted my mattress manufactur and they actually offered to send a 4″ hypo-allergenic topper for free since the mattress has a 10 year warranty, and have the cover if someone has an accident.

So always check your options. I understand comfort is super important, especially to me. But this was my 5th mattress topper from target within 10 months. So please keep that in mind, or just invest in a new mattress.

I try to re-use the foam when I can because its so bad for the environment.

My current mattress isn’t comfortable anymore, which means it’s about time for a new one. I would wake up with my shoulders being stiff (tore my right rotator cuff 5 years ago, now left shoulder bothers me sometimes).

But until I purchase a new one, I decided to buy a topper to at least make the mattress a little more comfortable. I noticed this Lucid Topper on QVC, did some research, read some reviews and decided to try it.

Figured I had nothing to lose for the price. Well, I am beyond happy with this topper. My shoulders are not stiff anymore when I wake up in the morning and my body feels great. No backaches either! It’s not too soft and not too firm.

You kind of sink into it a little bit and it conforms to your body. It feels great! Its vacuumed sealed and per instructions, you’re suppose to allow 48 hours for it to puff up to size. For me, it only took a few hours for it to reach full size, but I still let it be until the next day.

Also, there wasn’t much of a smell and it went away quickly. I did have my fan blowing on it while it was forming so maybe that helped with the smell as well. The only complaint I have is that it does not have the ventilation holes like the picture advertises.

I guess they sent me one of their older versions, but no biggie. This topper has been a game changer for me and I would definitely buy this again and recommend it.

This is a great mattress topper. It also lives up to it’s name, it really is fluffy. This is a nice addition to any mattress new or old. Our mattress is on the newer side, but was a little on the firmer side.

This topper make it more plush, but it still feels somewhat firm. If you have an older mattress this topper will make you feel like you have a brand new one while saving money. The Microban helps with any odors you may have and this topper would be great on beds of toddlers who are potty training.

If they have an accident you can easily wash it. We love this topper.

We have a Tempurpedic bed, but the mattress is a bit too firm for me. So, I got this mattress topper to soften the side that I sleep on. We put this microfiber mattress topper on the bed and it’s perfect.

It gives the right amount of softness, while keeping the firmness/purpose of the bed. I highly recommend this mattress topper. It’s a perfect fit for my king bed.

At first I liked it, but realized it doesn’t fit my standard washing machine, which is a bummer. I’m hoping with time maybe it will deflate a little bit bc it’s very fluffy. It is comfortable but just too fluffy.

What’s the point if I can’t wash it properly.

Wow, I can’t believe how soft and comforting this bed topper is! It is like sleeping on a cloud. I put this on the bed in the guest room for when my nephew stays overnight. This is going to make it really hard for him to wake up in the morning, but in a good way! I love how it fits on the twin sized bed.

I was afraid the twin sheets would not fit on the bed with it on but it does. It doesn’t move around that much either, it always stays in one place. The viable no skid discription is true to it’s word.

The zipper around the sides is easy to open and close. The cover is a nice white color. It is really cool and breathable, I tested it out myself. Its great how it resists bacteria, mold and mildew. There is literally no smell to this memory foam either so you can rest assured nothing like that will bother you.

I really love this Soft-Tex – SensorPEDIC 3-Inch Ultimate Cooling Luxury Quilted Memory Foam Bed Topper, and would give it ten stars if I could. You won’t be unhappy with this purchase.

This is a nice mattress topper, however, we purchased this mattress because our expensive, hybrid mattress is too hard and hurts our backs and shoulders (we are both side sleepers) but this mattress topper was just as hard, if not harder.

I guess they need to make it know that this is a FIRM mattress topper. Please know that if you prefer a firm mattress then this will be great for you. I only gave it three stars because of the lack of description.

This memory foam topper is nothing short of amazing! I have owned several different types of toppers and this one just blows them all away. I love that this topper is nicely finished, not like an average memory foam topper at all.

This topper has a beautiful quilted cover over the foam, and nice rounded corners to fit the mattress better and not be a hassle when putting on sheets. This looks like a pillow top sitting on the mattress.

Also, as far as comfort, this topper is fabulous. The topper feels cool and plushy, like sleeping on an air conditioned cloud, a huge plus in Florida! I highly recommend this topper, this is by far the best I have ever tried.

There were no reviews for this 3 inch topper but the 2 inch got very good reviews so I figured the thicker one would be good too and the price was reasonable. Honestly, I was prepared to be disappointed, but I am so pleased with this purchase.

I have a Linenspa spring mattress that needed something more comfortable to place on top. I choose the queen size memory foam topper from Big Lot. It is for a spare bedroom. We had company last weekend and I told them I wanted their honest opinion.

They agreed it was comfortable and better than they thought it would be. I might also try sleeping on it to see what it is like. The service was very good from Big Lot and it arrived sooner than expected.

The Best Ever. I was skeptical but needed relief and some sleep. I have arthritis,back, fibromyalgia,neck, and sciatica. So a Good night sleep never happened. Tried the sample in store and was in love hoping it worked all night.

Opening box it said 48 hrs til maximum comfort but got on immediately and slept like a baby. Slept all-night & woke pain free.

Disregard the review stating that you can feel the bumps from the gel portion of the topper. They obviously did not put it on correctly since they are pointed downwards. I have arthritis in my spine and this topper has made a TREMENDOUS difference in the comfort level of the bed in our motorhome.

A couple of years ago I invested in a nice pillow top fancy bed that was fairly expensive. I wanted plush Not long after I noticed that I tended to want to sleep on my couch because I felt so over heated on the expensive bed.

I had 2 years of awful disrupted sleep and ended up buying a really firm and much cheaper set because I couldn’t take the misery any longer. Pretty quickly I realized the mattress I’d purchased to get away from the heat box was so firm I tossed and turned all night and woke up with achy hips.

This topper was an act of desperation and purchased with little faith that it could be as good as reviewers said it was. WOW I was wrong My sleep has improved 100 percent, I sleep soundly and long without tossing and turning.

My bed feels wonderfully comfortable, its made a too firm mattress absolutely perfect and gave me a brand new bed for a fraction of the price and frustration of trying to purchase the right one. I do not overheat — I would not say this is a cooling mattress topper.

I have a cooling pillow and there is a difference. Still, this mattress at least distributes the heat and is pleasantly warm instead of unbearable. This is one purchase I’m extremely grateful for, I would buy it again.

My one recommendation is that if you have an extremely firm mattress consider the 3 inch topper. The 2 inch is just slightly thin on a really hard surface. I’d definitely buy Lucid again too, they know what they are doing when they made this.

Im happy. Bought a spring matress that was too firm after trading in a plush mattress that hurt my back. This topper added just enough cushion to create the medium feel i need. I deliberately avoided memory foam mattresses when I was shopping because of concerns about sleeping hot and in general I thought they had a weird feel in the store of a slow sink and cratering you in place.

As far as sleeping hotter it’s not significant enough to matter. There may have been a moment or two where I will feel a bit of warmth but it’s minor enough where I can just stick a foot outside the covers to resolve that feel.

As expected I will have to now get used to that initial memory foam slow sinking feeling when you first get in bed but I’m sure I will become accustomed to that soon enough. At the end of the day I’m receiving a comfortable good night’s sleep with no back pain.

I am 170 lbs. Not sure if heavier individuals would prefer a 3″, but 2″ is good for me to add the right amout of softness to a firm new mattress. i placed the topper under my mattress protector. My reg size sheets seem to fit on the new 13.

5″ height when freshly cleaned, but the fitted sheet has pulled out on the side after a handful of nights. I may be on the edge of needing a deep pocket sheet set now.

I purchased this topper to replace one that I had on for many years. Unfortunately, the density was not what I had hoped for and the second I laid on it I was right back on the mattress. It is unfortunate that some manufacturers do not disclose all of the information regarding their product, density is a critical factor.

I had mine delivered, but I guess a good tip would be if you’re purchasing one in the store the box should be significantly heavier than the one that was delivered to me. That was my first indication that something was wrong.

My other concern was after I let it air out for 48 hours, when I was moving it onto the bed the little pieces of foam that had been drilled out started spraying all over the room. Having both a dog and a toddler, they were immediately fascinated and chasing them thinking they were edible.

Lastly, because of the air holes, the foam at self becomes much more delicate. It probably has much wear on it by the time I got it settled on the bed as the one that I’ve had for over 10 years. You get what you pay for.

I have already purchased a quality product from another manufacturer, and this one will make a nice dog bed.

If you are on the fence get off the fence re: this item! I was having horrible, horrible back pain and needed an immediate solution that didn’t involve the purchase of a whole new mattress so I thought, TOPPER.

This topper changed my life. Before this, I was waking up everyday with tears in my eyes I was in so much pain. Thank God for solutions, worth every penny.

The mattress pad is thick and well built. It is also heavy. I was excited to get it, as the pad was very comfortable and I was sure that it would enhance an already very good mattress that we have. Unfortunately, I went to wash the pad before we put it on the bed (as you should with most things you are going to wear) and it barely fit into my front loading washer.

The pad is so big and thick, that you cannot wash it in a normal washer and I learned this the hard way. We destroyed the pad. So. I am going to absolutely recommend the product and quality. It is just if you get a pad larger than a twin, you are going to have to take it to a laundromat or a place that has commercial size washers and dryers.

This mattress pad took awhile to get here so I just put it on my bed yesterday and have slept on it only last night. The pad came in a nice zippered plastic case which I saved for storing bedding in the future.

It was also suctioned packed in another plastic bag which made the package smaller. I could not distinguish a brand name from any of the labels. The pad is made in China and the labels say the face, filling, and back are all 100% Polyester.

The skirt is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. The description says 1. 5 inch cooling down alternative polygel filled. I’m not sure about that so I knocked off a star. I just can’t seem to detect any gel in this pad and the label doesn’t list any gel.

The pad is really nice and thick and has seemed to make my mattress look higher on the bed. The top of the pad I would describe as a soft almost fur like Polyester that is stitched in like maybe 12 x 12 inch squares similar to a quilt.

The skirt has more than ample room and stretch. In fact it could be a little smaller for me but it is certainly made to accommodate the thickest of mattresses. I do wish the pad was maybe 1. 5 inches wider on each side.

It seems like every pad I buy does not quite meet the side edges of my mattress. My mattresses are no wider than any standard mattress. The pad completely covers from edge to edge lengthwise. Sleeping on the pad last night was very comfy.

It was soft and plush feeling and not at all hot so maybe there is some gel in it but just wasn’t labeled. I am a person that is very warm all the time, even in winter but this pad did not make me hot and sweaty at all.

I will be sleeping on it every night. It even looks good when the bed is made because it gives a nice rounded edge to the mattress. Personally, I hate for my bed to have sharp edges along the mattress line because it looks like you put bedding on a board.

I recommend this mattress pad and I’m really happy to have it as my present one needed to be replaced.

This is the second ComforPedic Memory Foam topper we have purchased; our first purchase was a couple of months ago and we bought it to “top” the queen mattress in our new travel trailer as we suspected the mattress might not be very comfortable.

We had no issues “unrolling” the topper and ,within a few hours, it fit the mattress perfectly. We could NOT believe how comfortable the memory foam topper was the first night we slept on the travel trailer mattress.

We have a fairly new TemperPedic hybrid mattress on our California King bed at home that cost over $4,000 and I have not slept through the night on it since we swapped out our old Select Number mattress for the TemperPedic.

I told my hubby when we returned home from our camping trip after sleeping the first night in our bed I was ordering another ComforPedic topper to put on our mattress at home. We have both been sleeping SO much better at home on the TemperPedic mattress since we added the 4″ ComforPedic by Beautyrest on top.

I highly recommend this topper to anyone. Several of the reviewers have complained about a residual “smell” but this was not an issue for us. We let the topper in the camper “air out” for several days before putting on our sheets, but we slept on the one we purchased for our mattress at home the same night.

No smell, no issues with fit,and no damage to either one of the toppers upon arrival. Many have also stated they do not like the convoluted side “up” but we rather like all the “bumps and dips” as they fit and “cradle” the various areas of the body perfectly.

I tried it on both sides and find I prefer sleeping on the egg crate side, but the smooth side is also nice. It did have a chemical odor but after a few days the smell was gone. The first night the topper was a little warm but after a few nights I didn’t notice the heat.

Maybe my body just needed to adjust to sleeping on the gel foam. I’m looking forward to many nights of blissful slumber.

First I would like to give some background. My boyfriends back has hurt for over 2 years, every morning. We went out and bought a brand new bed. Was good for about 6 months and the last few months he wakes up in pain, I would always tell him to go to the chiropractor, then in the last month every morning I could not move in the mornings.

We have bought a new bed, tried other mattress pads before that and I always have been bitter because I feel like our backs are just screwed up. SO THEN this came into our lives!!!!! I ordered it, not confident because I’ve already tried everything.

I got it in the mail, unboxed it, was so pleased to see how thick and dense it was! I was getting excited!! Laid it on the bed, within 45 mins it was all flatten out, and puffed up! We woke up the next day, completely pain free!! His hips hurt a little but not as bad as they have for years.

I literally couldn’t wait all day to get home and get in my bed! One point in the night I woke Up and sort of jumped because I felt like I was floating. On a cloud. We did the pointy side up. I didn’t order it thinking I would use it that way.

I Thought I would use the flat but you can’t even feel the egg crates. I highly recommend this to anyone. My boyfriend the past 2 years has been so bitter with sleeping and hates the bed, always goes to the couch and this morning he jumped in bed and said how much he loved his bed now!!.

OMG, words cannot describe how magical this topper is! #1, do yourself the due diligence and follow the recommendation of letting the topper expand for 48hrs. You won’t be doing yourself or the feathers any justice, plus it truly does poof up extra fluffy.

Our current bed is a medium soft w/ pillow top and the pillow top starting sinking on the sides my boyfriend and I slept on. I went with the feather bed to give us still the plush cloud like feeling and the thicker feathers underneath provided the support.

I also wake up much more refreshed as well. I promise you will not regret this purchase!.

I have been using a soft mattress since few years. And, now it is not very comfortable to sleep in. I wanted to add more softness and comfort to my queen size mattress. When I used Martha Stewart 3” featherbed on my current mattress, it does increased the comfort of the bed.

I like that this featherbed is well made and not heavy. It takes about 1-2 day to fluff and after that it is ready to use. Also, the outside cover is made up of cotton. The featherbed fits my bed perfectly.

It doesn’t have any bands/straps to attach to the mattress. It does slide a little after sleeping but not much. One problem that I faced with this bed, is putting the sheet over the featherbed and mattress.

So, I used two separate sheets, one for featherbed & another for mattress. Apart from this, the featherbed is comfortable. I like that fill was even and didn’t collect in the corners. The baffle box construction makes it even and smooth.

I am using it everyday and it is comfortable to use.
