As a college student in the age of Covid, I find myself sitting in front of my laptop for quite a few hours straight. I don’t drink coffee, but needed something to help me stay focused and energized.
These pills are really great. They wake me up within 20 minutes and work for around 4-6 hours. I do find that they can make me a little bit shaky if I take them on an empty stomach, so I’d suggest eating something before taking one if you have a low tolerance to caffeine.
Definitely worth the buy. I’m not a morning person, I’m a very busy mom and teacher, I at 5:30 am. Mornings are very hard for me. I usually would drink diet sodas throughout the day when my fatigue peak hits me in the morning after first waking up, then in the afternoon.

Taking these tablets has enabled me to stop drinking energy drinks. I don’t sleep well because of a spine injury so I am always tired. I have one of these tablets in the morning and it keeps me going all day.

I’m post-car-accident/post-concussion with chronic fatigue for 17 years. I’ve used this caffeine for 6 years – 1/4 with breakfast (50mg), a 1/4 with lunch. They kept brain fog and migraines at bay. But the company changed the tablets.
My third bottle of three is the new version and they have absolutely ruined my ability to cut the tablets into quarters. They are difficult to cut and also fall apart – too hard and too soft. They are so infuriating! (And the cross-hatch on top implying “cut here” is a big fat lie.
) Swanson, please discontinue this brand. Can you sell a brand that comes in 50mg tablets? (Unfortunately, your natural caffeine doesn’t work. It’s not an option. ).

I called to get a refund because it’s not pure caffeine as the front of the bottle says. It contains calcium phosphate, which as someone with a history of kidney stones, I am not allowed to have. You’d have to read the back label to know there’s an ingredient in it besides caffeine.

I read so many reviews before purchasing this. Several people said it was a great alternative to adderall. I was on adderall at one time and I had my life together. I had to quit due to pregnancy. I am in no way advocating that anyone stop taking their prescribed medication, but, due to a heart problem, I was no longer able to take Adderall(prescribed for adhd and depression) and I replaced it with this.
I had been taking it for several months and it did great for me, And when I had to stop taking it because of my heart, I felt horrible all the time and I was so tired and I couldn’t get anything done.
I tried the regular dose of this and it didn’t help very much. So I took three pills this morning, which is equivalent to 150 mg of caffeine, and it worked really well. Everyone needs a different dose of caffeine.
100 mg works really good for some people, but I had been desensitized to caffeine because of my use of energy drinks. That is why I need a larger dose. When I took the three pills, I was a little bit jittery but I was in a good mood and I was ready to do all my homework! I like these pills because I can get the caffeine boost without a terrible crash or crankiness, and I don’t have to get all the extra stuff that I would get from an energy drink.
I also wear a Fitbit to monitor my heart rate. To compare, when I was on Adderall, my heart rate would spike to 120 beats per minute just from walking around. My resting heart rate is 74, And my average heart rate when I’m walking around without being medicated is about 90.
When I take my elite caffeine pills instead of Adderall, I don’t get that alarming spike at all. Again, I am not recommending that anyone stop taking their prescribed medication, I just hope to share my experience with people who are going through something similar.

Buyer Beware! Reading the product description, I was really interested and wanted to give this product a try. Good reviews for energy and clarity, just what I was looking for! The first time I took the half a dose 1 tablet, within an hour I had a splitting headache over my left eye and down into my jaw.
Now I’m not really blaming this on the product just yet… I backed off for a week didn’t take any more tablets. Yesterday morning I took the recommended 2 tablets. BAMM! A splitting headache on both sides of my forehead, down into my jaws, pain in my shoulders (both) and terrible aching in my arms and hands.
