I like the carbonation level of this drink. It’s sufficiently bubbly to be enjoyable, but well below the level of a typical soft drink. The caffeine level is 120mg per can. That’s enough to provide a nice “pick-me-up” feeling without getting the jitters that highly caffeinated energy drinks sometimes provide.

In addition to the caffeine it also has a good amount of various B vitamins. The flavor is OK — it’s sort of a citrus-like, tropical-like mix that’s generally pleasant. However, the high amount of sucralose makes it too sweet for my preference, and gives it a strong artificial sweetener aftertaste.

Granted, the use of an artificial sweetener keeps the calorie count down to 10 for a full can, which is a plus. But the low cal approach could have been accomplished without having the sucralose level dialed up so high.

It’s drinkable, but less sweetness would make it a lot more enjoyable. I’d rate the formulation as 5 stars; the flavor as 4 stars, and the sweetness level/aftertaste as 3 stars. Overall rating of 4 stars.

I don’t often use energy drinks but do enjoy them for when I can’t make a tea or a coffee. Focus Factor is an effective energy drink. It gives me a boost that I can use to get through the afternoon at work without making me jittery.

The flavor is pleasant, but not the best tasting energy drink that exists. The flavor is similar to Red Bull. The caffeine is about as much as a strong cup of coffee. The ace-k leaves a mild aftertaste that’s gross to me, and a little hard for me to stomach.

I generally don’t like sugar free, but actually don’t mind it in an energy drink – no sugar crash once the caffeine wears off. But I wish the sweet had come either entirely from sucralose, or from other, non-controversial sweeteners instead of ace-k.

I personally find the sweetness level to be perfect and the flavor to be acceptable, I just don’t like the aftertaste. 3. 5, but I can’t give half stars.

I really like this drink. Focus Factor tastes good and does not have a crazy amount of caffeine unlike most other energy drinks. Almost all kinds of energy drinks have too much caffeine, and I was glad that I received this one.

Overall, this beverage is like a gentle version of Red Bull but only better in taste and performance. This drink helped me numerous times in the afternoon when I needed a boost or to stay alert when I was behind the wheel.

Okay! I’m super tired after having Covid. My brain feels like mush! However, I found this item at a local store and thought there’s nothing to lose. Okay. SERIOUSLY wish I had found this a long long time ago.

I feel more focused, probably because I’m not so tired. It doesn’t give me the jitters. I don’t get a crash and collapse feeling. I absolutely love this stuff. Ordering more for myself and for a few people I know that was feeling the same as I was before finding it.

I struggle with energy, probably due to hypersomnia. Like most people, I like to drink coffee but I would find myself exhausted and crashing far sooner than one should. That’s when I found this product and wanted to try it.

I had high hopes, it sounded like the perfect thing to give me more consistent and stable energy with or without coffee. Unfortunately, after taking it for some time now I have reached the conclusion that it doesn’t do anything for me.

I started adding Brain Juice to my morning workouts. I never even thought of it until it was OO stories that she takes it before the gym. ’ It has been game changer. Move over pre workout. It has made such a difference.

I love these energy drinks. The taste of them are delicious. They are hard to find in stores. Blood and blue razz, and grape gainz are the best flavors in my opinion. Miami flavor is delicious also. Taste like ranibow sherbet.

The website was easy to use and offered a buy one get one for whole cases which I’ve never seen before! I love the blood razz and the mango tango, The flavor is amazing. I like these because they don’t have beta alanine but still give me a lot of energy from the caffeine and other ingredients.

I would give this product a total of a 4/5. Let’s start with the positives. The drink says what it is sets out to do. It provides an amazing amount of energy throughout the week. I am working full time and doing a master’s thesis part time and I had so much energy throughout the whole week to accomplish and keep up with all my tasks.

Mostly would be 10-12h work days and drinking this in the morning I felt the prolonged effects and never really had a crash or dip in the afternoon. One of the side effects I noticed was that it seemed to curb my appetite as well which wasn’t necessarily a good thing for me, but I never had that need to eat.

I felt this each of the 5 days I’ve taken it. Another unique side effect was that my sleep latency was very fast. I habitually track sleep every night and my deep sleep scores increased day by day taking it as well (tracking with apple watch and autosleep so maybe not the best, but I have been consistent with it so take that data as you may).

This could also be from working the long hours I was working, but my motivation and drive never waned. The one negative, which was pretty bad, was that it tastes terrible. It tastes like chalky medicine even with the hint of berry flavor in it, which is why I give it a 4/5.

In the end I could stomach it properly, and I think all the positives outweigh the terrible taste, but to each their own. For an energy drink to have that sustained energy and also have a compounding effect day to day, with also increasing quality of sleep, I believe it to be the most unique energy drink on the market.

I spaced the uptake of nootropic energy @ 1 serving per, taken after midday since I do take coffee in AM daily. I found the energy supplement to have a general positive effect for increased alertness, cognitive support and focus.

I did not experience any noticeable jitters, racing pulse or digestive upset sometimes experienced with other energy supplements. I sometimes get “flushed”with other energy supplements that contain Niacin or Guaranja (sic).

This reaction did not occur with Nootropic Energy supplement. I think this product would also aide alertness during longer term driving sessions which would require longer stretches of concentration.

I am a 40+ software engineer, and require consistent productivity at work. I was taking Qualia Mind prior to getting this product. I have tried Rhodiola Rosea and Caffiene before, but not Zynamite. Hence out of curiosity, I tried this product.

The bottle is beautiful kind of glossy. The Capsules are not too large, and they smell a lot like mild Mango flavor ( Zynamite seems to be a standardized extract of Mangerin which is a stimulant extracted from Mango leaves ).

I felt the energy was superb, very focussed, very effective for problem solving and thinking through anxiety. It probably lasts 4-6 hours at peak and absolutely no crash. I found this great for a post-lunch kick.

I do feel that a heavy dose of B12/B6 would have hit this out of the park. But the existing composition is just perfect if you have work which is cerebral, but not super creative. I find this great for coding, finishing chores, writing wikis, imo it may not be as effective for story writing , screen plays etc.

Considerably reduces reaction time for me, short-term memory access is much improved , which means better bursty productivity. It only slightly increased motivation for me, being a heavy coffee drinker, I probably might require an espresso on top of this.

Saddle up, it’s going to be a long one. I have unmedicated adult ADHD. The most current research points to a lack of dopamine receptors or a problem of dopamine uptake between the neurons as the primary culprit in the diminished executive functioning of the pre-frontal cortex.

This is important to realize, because one of my personal symptoms throughout my life has been to unconsciously but habitually utilize dopamine releasing substances and techniques to compensate for this lack.

This has most often shown up as binge eating, over eating, stress eating etc. As a teen and child I was morbidly obese. In my early adulthood with great effort I lost over 100 pounds and have largely kept it off for near 20 years.

However, food is still my love, my enemy and my addiction. I now understand the bio-chemical reasons I was driven to indulge. The reason I am explaining this in a review is important as it relates to the way that Total Focus has been working for me.

On to the review. I am vegan, and live a fairly clean and totally caffeine free lifestyle. I was nervous about taking a supplement with caffeine, but as my daughter has ADHD and I am looking for a natural alternative for her, I determined I must try it on myself first.

Upon taking my first pill I did not experience any rush or burst of energy. I didn’t notice much at all that morning until I got to work. I noticed that, in areas where I always tended to rush and hurry to get work done, often creating a result that was not as good as it could be, I was moving slower.

I wasn’t consciously doing it, I noticed about halfway through the day that I was moving more methodically and taking my time. I was able to not feel so hurried, I was more relaxed, and more able to focus on the task at hand instead of hurrying to the next thing.

My brain was still monkeying around, jumping from thought to thought as usual, but everything moved a little slower and I felt more in control of my emotions. But the most remarkable unintended side effect has been the loss of the constant nagging desire to eat eat eat.

Food and thoughts about food dominate my life. It turns out it was less about the addiction, and more about the neurochemical need to eat salty, sugary, fatty foods so my brain could get the dopamine if needed so desperately.

There must be something in this cocktail of Total Focus that is causing changes in my neural functions. That is the only thing I can assume, because that change was instant and dramatic. This weekend my partner and I went camping, which is usually a junk food extravaganza.

He kept putting sweets and chips in my face and I would look at it, imagine eating it, and found no pleasure or desire there so I would simply say “no thank you”. I cannot begin to tell you what that freedom feels like to me, as I have been abusing food since the age of four or five.

On one pill, I find calmness where there was mania and rushing before, a tiny bit more focus on a singular task, and loss of desire to overeat/ binge eat. I would not call it appetite suppressing like other stimulant nootropics, just that you are able to listen to your own cues better.

On two pills, I had the unpleasant side effect of jitteriness. But with a seriously enhanced ability to focus. Like, disturbingly so. For someone who has always been a major multitasker, this would take some getting used to, because when performing multiple tasks at once as usual, I am making a lot of mistakes.

I couldn’t, for example, take a walk and watch a YouTube video (which is something I do many times a week). I literally had to stop and sit down in the grass because it felt dangerous to walk bc the video was capturing my attention so closely.

I was also missing things when examining and conversing with my patients at the same time. So I will have to alter my work patterns if I continue to take the supplement. These results are likely not going to carry over to someone who is neurotypical, so this review is only for people with ADHD or executive functioning disorders.

I have never taken amphetamines, so I cannot say Total Focus is a good alternative. But if you suffer from mild symptoms of ADHD (regulating emotions and impulses, managing your time, holding focus, impatience, risk taking and pleasure seeking behaviors) this is a safe product to try out! I will definitely keep using Total Focus and may also consider trying their other nootropic as well.
