20 Best Wireless Charger For Iphone 7 (2023 Updated)

I have been using my Juicepack air for about two weeks and so far, so good. It is on an I-phone 8. It seems to protect the phone well. I haven’t yet need to use it as a charger, so I can not speak to how well that works, but based upon my experience with a Juicepack Helium on an I-phone 5, I expect it to work well.

I like the fact that the connecting seem between the two halves is now on the top end, not the bottom, where the electronics are. That was something of an Achilles heel on my earlier model and what ultimately spelled the death of the thing.

My one complaint is that this model does not have a mechanical switch to activate the charge function, instead using a two-function button to both activate the charger and check the status of the juicepack battery.

I assume this was incorporated for durability reasons, but the flaw of this design is that the charger is too easily accidentally activated. I have had my phone battery at 90%+ charge, put the phone I my pocket or even my car consol and had the charger turn on.

This needs a re-design. Also, the charging plug doesn’t quite fully insert into the slot, which could ultimately prove to be a point of failure. Maybe this is just a quirk of my sample.

I have had every generation iPhone since the 3GS and have had Mophie cases for each one since they started coming out. I think despite the fact that this came out 3 months after the iPhone 7 launch, they still rushed it to production without proper design or making a second model with larger capacity.

PROS: Wireless charging is great for the car mount, you can turn the charging function on/off (unlike the Apple counterpart), the size of the case is not that cumbersome or bulky, and Mophie customer service is the best in the industry and their cases are strong and worth the money.

CONS: This is the first Mophie that does not have a physical on/off switch. You have to hold the power button to toggle it on/off. Personally, with me putting my phone in my back pants pocket, I’m constantly finding that I accidentally turn it on every day and don’t realize it until I’ve drained half the battery pack.

For me this is a major design flaw. They should have stuck with the physical on/off switch. Overall: Mophie is still my go-to trusted brand, however if I had known that the capacity would be smaller and that the on/off switch was removed, I would’ve waited for the next model.

But for right now, since I already bought it, this will do since it’s better than nothing.

I can’t amagine “not” having one of these on my phone. Well I did and I hated it. It took about a week for our Mophies to show up. You start out the day with enough battery for the whole day. When I drop my phone the mophie protects the phone from damage.

The phone battery stays charged for most of the day, which means the phone battery itself will last years longer. I don’t have “1” bad thing to say about this product and if the phone companies were smart, they would put these on their phones “before” trying to sell them.

I have heard other people say that these make their phone too heavy, but that is the price you pay for being able to go all day without having to charge your phone. I personally can’t imagine going through my day constantly wondering, “Where am I gonna plug my phone in?” Why would anyone want to do that to themselves? I’ve got other things to worry about than that.

My family just got 4 new phones. Once we knew what everyone was going to be using, we immediately bought 4 Mophies to go with them. We’ve been using this product for 5 years and will continue using them for years to come.

I an a electrical engineer. This is the best wireless charger I have seen. Excellent item. This item actually charges my phone w/ the case on. My case is not thick but most dont work&it charges my S8+ fast w/my rapid charger.

The only little things I dont like is the charging LED goes on saying that it is charging and then goes off and never comes back on. Rather weird. But it does charge so I guess that is what matters. I have tried many chargers including Samsungs and this one kills them.

Second this unit does not come with a charging block. But the rapid charger that comes with your phone is the same thing.

We’ve tried a couple of these third-party magnetic field chargers and we’re VERY impressed with this Yootech model. Honestly, I’d never heard the brand name and figured it was just another Far East knockoff.

but the reviews were strong so we decided to take a chance. Very glad we did! We have two identical units in service now and couldn’t be happier. They include a nice quality USB cable and – best of all – know how to negotiate with higher voltage and current USB wall adapters to provide fast magnetic field charging if the wall adapter can handle it.

Just got it so I cant speak long term or for a full charge. But at first glance it looks super nice, its sleek and slim, and it works with an average case and pop socket and I know thats a huge selling point for people.

It was for me and Im happy to say it comes through. Time will tell how long it last, how fast it charges, and how hot it makes the phone.

It works. I also have an anker 7. 5w wireless charger to compare to. I was a little hesitant on buying due to complaints about overheating but I decided it give it a go nevertheless. I really like the circular rubber pad on the charging surface b/c it gives my phone a very firm grip.

It’s really firm and very hard to move it sideways once it’s on. I will be watching the reliability of the product over the next year or so. If it changes, I will update this review as I see fit. So far, so good.

I absolutely love these charging pads so easy and you don’t have to worry about chargers and the cords all that I recommend these. Hands free! Best thing. No cords you have to worry about !! No need maybe a longer cord for longer distance of a desk.

Tried this for an extra charger for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I expected it would charge slowly, but still work fine. It shows as charging immediately, but no increase in charge level after 4 hours. So my thinking is that these things have a design flaw and don’t draw enough power for many new phone.

Maybe would work on some phone. But rather than through these in the trash dumpster, sell them off cheap and may work for some. Would not recommend you waste your time with this product. And I’d bet this is the issue when people say it stopped working – maybe.

Unfortunately, Wireless charging causes the phone to overheat quickly due to the basic laws of thermodynamics – a large percentage of the energy loss is heat. This charger offers up to 10W to iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 or new iPhones with Wireless induction charging.

There are no magnetic guides to ensure an accurate connection, but laying your phone down near center will begin the charging process. It’s a good piece of equipment to have on your office desk or as a backup but nothing beats the lighting cable and a good High Speed Charging AC adapter with 20W or higher.

I purchased this Qi charger to charge my iPhone as well as a watch. In fact the charger quickly overheats charging the watch, shutting off cycling on and off as it bounces off the thermal limit. In fact I have never used a Qi charge that got this hot independent of anything I have tried to charge.

I really liked this product when it worked. It worked the first like 2 days and then the led on the charger just blinks when it is plugged in. I reached out to support to see if I can get a replacement through the warranty.

The support responded asking me to send a video of it plugged in and of course I sent the video, everyday since then they just ask for more videos which of course I still send. I have sent about 7 videos of me plugging the charger into different outlets/power sources and they just continue to ask for more videos.

This is becoming very frustrating as I spent $80 on what I thought was a nice charger but as it turns out it looks like I bought a $80 paper weight. I am very disappointed with how the support is handling this.

If the goal of the support is to annoy customers enough until the point where they go out and buy a new one they are doing a great job. As far as support helping you fill your warranty you are in for a long one.

I will be avoiding buying this brand moving forward as they have yet to help with the warranty of their defective product that worked for a whopping 2 days. It has now been over 2 weeks of me sending them videos everyday where you can clearly see that the charger is not working and yet they just ask for another video.

Cheap product, stay away not worth the time you will have to spend with their “support” to redeem your warranty.

When you spend over $ 85 on an item, you expect it to be worth the money. Unfortunately, this charger is a bit different. The design is beautiful, although it is not made of suitable quality materials.

I use the original Apple leather case daily and after THE FIRST use of this charger, there are stains on the dial that cannot be cleaned. Such a thing should not happen, it is an obvious omission at the design stage.

If I had known this before buying it, I probably wouldn’t have bought it, but if someone is not using leather cases I think the stain does not appear. What’s worth mentioning, the Magsafe animation works once, sometimes it doesn’t work – I don’t know what it depends on.

I am sorry to give this rating to this charger, because despite the fact that it is beautifully made, it is not worth the price.

The charger has a beautiful design and is quite eye catching, however it’s made of plastic. The base feels like plastic but the bottom of it has a metal feeling to it. The part where the phone charges is plastic as well and sadly when you place the phone to charge it doesn’t have that fun apple MagSafe charging animation.

It charges the iPhone and AirPods great but I wish they added the Apple Watch charger to it. Overall it pretty good. The reason for 3 stars are cheap feeling for the price, no MagSafe charging animation and could have added a charging port for the Apple Watch.

This charger is perfect for my bedside table and I love the fact that I can just set my phone down before I go to bed, without having to fumble around with my apple charger cord in the dark! It is, however, a bit sensitive to how your phone is placed on the charger.

In fact, last night I placed my phone in a position that was slightly left of center, so, my phone didn’t charge at all. It, sometimes, takes some repositioning to get my phone in the right spot for it to actually charge, even though I only have a thin plastic case on my phone (with no other attachments like pop sockets or a wallet).

Nevertheless, I am pretty happy with this charger and the small amount of space it takes up. Its aesthetically pleasing, but, I wish it had more power so that it would charge my phone in any position I place it in.

Great little product. Mainly Used when the kids phones are hogging all the wall chargers. Placement of phone can be a little cuddly but without maglock (or whatever Apple calls it) I can understand why.

Very useful for when phone is connected directly to the stereo with the lightning adapter as I can place the phone on the pad while playing music and not end up with a flat battery. Highly recommended.

After travelling 2 months with it, heres my honest feedback: Works well with the watch and pods. But not with the charging pad for the iPhone 13. To be clear. The wireless charging pad works. But aligning my phone can be tricky and misleading.

It was not what I imagine where u can just drop the phone on the surface and expect it to charge. You have to position the phone on top of the pad until u hear a ding and see the lighting symbol showing on ur phone.

Sound easy right? I thought so when I watch the YouTube reviews. It sometimes takes a few tries to get the alignment right. And when there’s the ding sound and lighting sign on the phone screen, I had to wait for sign to go off and check and make sure the phone is charging.

The reason to check is because the sounds and signs only tells you it detect the alignment, but it does not confirms it is charging. The last time I did the above, let my 10% batt phone charge overnight, woke up found my phone still 10%.

It could be accidentally bump the table/charger and cause to misalign the phone and charge pad. Or anything else. But after that, I just went back using my lightning cable. Conclusion. For people who got the money, loves the wireless concept and don’t mind the above issue, go for it.

For people on a budget and/or focus more on practicalities and efficiencies, just stick with the cable for the phones and original chargers for the pods and watches.

Everything works as expected, and the material is high quality, as usual. My only qualm with this product is that the middle wireless charger seems to heat up my AirPod Pros quite a bit, even when they’re already fully charged.

I’ve tried this with other AirPod Pros as well and I get the same effect, so I’m not sure if this is expected or I have a defective product. I recognize that some level of heat is obviously expected as a result of wireless charging, but this seems a tad bit excessive, especially compared to other wireless chargers I own.

I don’t think the middle charger is even supposed to be high wattage (at least, relative to the MagSafe charger), which makes it even stranger. It’s just warm enough to the point where I worry about the long-term battery life of my AirPods.

Other than that, great product. I would still recommend.

Phone and AirPods charger still works, now the apple s7 charger is neither fast nor even normal. It used to fast charge my Apple Watch until the most recent Apple Watch update, at which point it stopped fast charging it, and now it charges it like 10% in 6 hours.

The whole reason I got this was to reduce wire clutter and have an all-in-one. This makes me suspicious of buying Belkin products in the future, if apple can just pull support on one of the main features at random.

Fix it and send out an email letting us know that something broke, don’t just make us spend $150 and then wonder what’s going on. I’ve seen Belkin recommend re-seating the watch on the charger. This has not worked.

The apple charger unit is essentially bricked and a waste of space. I should either receive a full refund or a timeline as to when this will be fixed.

Well built, sturdy and premium. Absolutely meets the requirement of charging your phone on your nightstand especially because of the absence of a too bright charging LED that might disturb your sleep.

The 7. 5w outputs does the job (don’t really care since I charge it at night but it really is handy when you need a quick charge during the weekend) Only issue is they do not come with a EU type plug, which made purchase a adapter.

Does not interfere with the charging power though. Other than this, it’s great. Exactly as advertised.

Even though there is an unknown (huge) number of wireless chargers for iPhone on the market, a charger like this is a rarity. I have a number of both chargers that allow the phone to lay flat and the ones that charge them upright but this is the only (quality) one that I was able to find that is convertible and can do both.

It is especially convenient for travel, not being as bulky as the non convertible upright stands but allowing for upright charging when I need it. It appears to be well made and out of quality materials.

I hope it’ll prove to be reliable and lasting.

I heard great things about this brand from popular youtubers a few years back, and now I don’t at all. There’s a reason for that. This charger is not only extremely slow to charge devices, but it also give a “device not supported” error every few days or so and you’ll wake up with a dead phone or watch sitting on the charger.

The watch portion is exceptionally bad. Every time I put it on the charger – it says charging. Every time I go to take it off the charger in the morning it’s completely dead and unusable. This charger is so bad that for a while I thought I hated my Apple Watch, but I don’t I hate this charger and the fact that my watch is always dead makes having the watch a waste of money AND a point of stress in my life because I can’t check my ECG to keep tabs on my heart issues, not to mention my walking distance – the whole reason I spent $500 on the watch.

I can’t stress enough how much you should about this “trendy” product.

The concept is awesome, execution is not. You will be extremely disappointed to realize the coils on the actual charger are much smaller than you might be anticipating. Meaning that to get your phone or AirPods to charge you really need to memorize the exact positing to.

Not the biggest deal in the world, but definitely a far cry from what could of been with AirPower. That being said if you are like me and can deal with that and are good with memorizing it’s not a big deal.

Until the right coil gives out 6 months later. Yup the coil all the way on the right gave out. Now I cannot charge my phone and AirPods at the same time. Which defeats the purpose and the price tag. The middle coil and left coil still work so I still use it every night to charge my iPhone.

But again the coils are too small for me to charge my phone and AirPods with the left and middle coil. Now onto the Apple Watch charger. Like my experience with this charge it’s very mixed. Like some other reviews have mentioned it doesn’t “stick” to the charger the way you want it to.

There were nights I would wake up and find that my Apple Watch was at 50% or 40% because it “fell” off the charger. It didn’t actually fall off, but slipped off the charging position. So again it’s not very reliable.

I’d say I had a 70% success rate of actually charging my Apple Watch to 100% over night, but 30% of the time I had to re charge it when I woke up and yes 30% is a lot more than it should be and was very inconvenient.

Overall I would NOT recommended this product for the money. For the record I am a huge Nomad fan. I own their rugged leather case for both my iPhone XS and AirPods Pro and love them. Along side a slim leather wallet and a leather strap for my Apple Watch, but unlike their other products this charger just does not make the cut.

For the record the reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of one is because it technically still works as a wireless charger to charge my iPhone every night. Not worth the asking price though.

I was so excited to get a Nomad charging pad for a great price (I used some Best Buy promos), but it was very disappointing. The quality of the materials was very attractive, but my Apple items didn’t charge consistently or easily.

My iPhone 8 has a very thin case on it, but it only reliably charged in the parallel mode. Perpendicularly, the phone hardly registered at all. Likewise, my new AirPods (2nd gen with wireless charging case) didn’t charge through their third party rubbery case.

So, I took it out of that case and it still had trouble charging. Lastly, my Apple Watch (SE – 2020) flat out didn’t fit with its OtterBox case on, which I knew might happen. Even naked, the watch didn’t fit well.

I unfortunately do not recommend this product. : -(.

This is a pretty good charger that works well. We’ve been using it for a bit over a month at this point. It is a little bit picky on the placement on an older iPhone but worked great on my Galaxy S10.

It does come with a ring that can be put on the phone to make sure it gets a good spot, however we’ve left that off and just make sure the phone is placed properly and charging before walking away. Overall I’m quite pleased with the charger.

This charger won’t charge the iPhone 13 Pro Max. And it’s defense it does keep it at the same level of battery when you plug it in. For example I plugged it in when I had 68% battery life left. After about an hour I still had only 68%.

It should at least slowly charge it with the screen turned on. But it doesn’t. .

It charges fine, but well short of an Apple certified charger. In the enclosed image, this charger does not display the circle graphic indicating the phone if charging how much of a charge is remaining.

I should have paid the additional $5 and purchased a certified charger from T-Mobile.

This item is not compatible with the iPhone 13 mini as listed. I used this device for a year with an iPhone SE2 and it was flawless. I upgraded to an iPhone 13 mini and checked compatibility. Unfortunately, even though the iPhone 13 mini is listed as a compatible device, it is not the case.

I use this charger at night and have woken up to a flashing red indicator light and a half or less charged phone more often that not since the upgrade. I have tried with case, no case, etc. nothing has helped.

Too bad as this was a waste of money from a forward compatibility perspective. An $8 unit from target works flawlessly.

Really like the look of this charger and it looks really good in my bathroom where I have it set up but it doesn’t always seem to work. Maybe I got a bad one? I have it hooked up to an extension cord in my bathroom and sometimes it just won’t work so after some playing around I figured out that unplugging it and then plugging it straight into the wall socket will sometimes make it work.

Then I can plug it back to the extension cord and it works fine for a few days. Sometimes I have to plug it in and unplug it from the wall socket several times to get it to work again. I’ve tried it with several different wall chargers with the same result and it was also acting up in this way right after I got it for Christmas and was in another house so I know it’s not my socket.

Frustrating because every couple of days I have to do this.

The wireless charger is alright not the best nor good just alright. I wouldn’t recommend it since when you put the phone on the charger & with a slightest move like a notification that vibrates the phone, it will move the phone & it will stop charging.

You have to place the phone strictly on top of where it chargers, can’t even be 1cm or less apart or else it will stop charging. I wanted to return it but customer service took a long time to reply back and also the return service was a long process, it’s not easy to return the product.

I just use it to charger my AirPods since they are small & don’t move at all. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend buying this product for your iPhone or any other devices besides your AirPods.

I am OCD about battery charging and I am fighting my routine to only charge when empty and leave until full. This charger is fantastic, I prefer the slow charge so it doesn’t sit much on the charger when full, so I haven’t bought the high wattage wall plug.

I am not an engineer, just a compulsive old fashioned fool. I love this charger.

The Otterbox folding wireless charging stand is super nice. The stand is so easy to use. The cord is thicker and stronger than any of my other charging cords. The charger is durable and sturdy. This came easy to use right out of the box.

Such a cool wireless charging stand plus black is the best option. The stand can be moved all the way down or upright to hold the phone vertical or horizontal. The cable is long enough to put on the table.

It would have been amazing but it unfortunately does not charge fast. It also heats up so much making my phone super hot to the touch. I charge it for about 20 minutes and it barely hits 10%. As a charger it failed but as a stand it did not and i will put it to use that way.

It’s my first technical wireless charger! I only say technical because you do need to have it plugged into the wall for it to actually work. I still really love it and it works great on my iPhone. I have the iPhone 11 and it works perfectly.

Its my very first time of owning wireless charger so been so excited to see how it will work and how useful it will be. Starting with the first point, I liked unusual wooden design, it looked different and unique comparing with usual chargers.

Found very easy to set it up, took me only few seconds to get it work. It comes only with the wire, so, you can easily use your usual phone adapter and it won’t cause you any issue. It charges well, as usual charger.

However, the main benefit is the idea that you don’t need to keep million of wires for each phone, watch or other electric device. Now you can charge with one charger. Great product, and will continue of using it.

Love the design will look good on any furnace surfaces, has an indicator light to show when charging. Works with multiple devices air pods iPhone/android etc. what I love the most is made with biodegrade-bale materials which is good for our planet.

I bought the charge force wireless charging base (Black) for my Iphone X which is in an Otterbox Defender Case. Charger would not charge the Phone. Light is supposed to remain steady but I got 1 long light followed by four short lights.

I bought my Son an Iphone 8 yesterday. Charger worked on his phone until we bought another Otterbox Defender Case. After that got same series of lights on charger as I did ith the Iphone X. In Short, DO NOT buy this charger if you are planning on using the Otterbox Defender Case.

I did call Tech Support and they are sending me a 7. 5W Wireless Charging Base as a Replacement to see if that works and it is due tomorrow. This is not a Major deal for me as I plan on getting the Juice Pack Air case when its released but for those that do wish to use this charger with an Otterbox Defender case I can tell you it will not work.

I am going to rate the Charger High simply because It did work, as advertised on the IPhone 8 without the Otterbox Defender Case.

This product is fantastic! You just lay your phone on it and it charges your phone with no hassles. No cords all over the place to hassle with anymore. No horrible Apple cables tearing and breaking anymore.

I feel so stupid because I thought I received a defective charging base that would not work. I tried for a couple of weeks to get it to charge my phone but my charger was completely dead! It did not have any LED light blinking.

It did not charge at all. I read every post on this board regarding this product and could not find a single post to explain why my charging base did not work. No one on this website seemed to have any problem with it.

Then I went to another website and read the posts and sure enough, there was someone else who had had my same problem and had solved it. It said: “if it will not charge, be sure to turn the charger over onto the correct side”.

Well, both sides look exacly alike other than one is a hard surface and one side is soft surface. There is no marking that says top or bottom. I had figured that you put it on the soft surface -wrong.

Anyhow, I tried just simply turning it over onto the other (hard surface) side and voila! It worked. So, I would like to say something very simple here – make sure it is turned over onto the correct side.

The HARD SURFACE SIDE IS THE CORRECT CHARGING SIDE. It was that simple to solve my charging problem and turn what I had thought was a defective charger into a fantastic operating charger. I would recommend that Mophie make each sude a different color or put some kind of insignia (maybe a Mophie sign or their name) on the top/charging side.

It was so SIMPLE! I now feel kind of silly but I know I am not the only person who has had this problem. just turn it on the correct side!.

After an entire day of trying to charge my iPhone X with this pad I can tell you a few things. The pad will NOT, in ANY way, charge the X unless you’re using a USB charger in a 2. 4A port, or higher.

It works, minimally, better when using the 5W charger provided with the phone. If I was lucky my phone would charge at a rate of 2% an hour. Continuing to try and use the Mophie charger I changed to a 12W plug usually used to charge my tablet.

I was able to coax another 1% an hour out of it. Simply put, this Mophie charger just doesn’t have the necessary power to charge the iPhone X no matter what you do. During all of my testing my phone was NOT being used, it was ONLY “charging.

” All downloading updates and syncing had been done the previous day while the phone was plugged into my laptop. As a side note, twenty minutes into charging with my phone PLUGGED into the12W tablet charger and my phone is already up 12%, something that took the Mophie charger 4-6 hours to do, dependent on which USB charger was in use.

This stand works great. Has fast charging capabilities if plugged into a 2. 4A charger. My only complaint would be that it appears to have a light in the back of the unit that never seems to come on.

There is a light in the front that flashes white temporarily if it is charging correctly. If you set your phone on it incorrectly it will flash red, this is a nice feature. I am using it for a Galaxy S8 plus.

Very attractive charging stand. Phone is held upright so can be read while it’s charging. Especially nice while reading a recipe and cooking. For me this is not an ideal way to charge my iPhone. The iPhone case had to be removed in order for this charger to work.

So if you use a case that is easily removed, this would be a great product.
