I would normally watch and read some reviews from hardware sites prior to spending more than $20 on an accessory. Instead I ordered this and then read/watched the reviews afterwards. I was instantly concerned that I would regret the purchase. Many complained that their accuracy suffered when clicking, because the mouse would move mid click as ones finger press would be enough pressure to cause left-ward movement. I got the package in less than 24 hours and was pleasantly surprised to discover that I didn’t have this issue. It will probably vary with the user depending upon how hard you’re clicRead More GokartMozart
I have used the mouse for 3 weeks. It is nice to use and definitely releases of a lot of the strain in the wrist I feel from prolong use of a normal mouse, which is why I bought this mouse. Clicking the main left and right mouse buttons does need a bit of getting used to and has the tenancies of accidentally moving the mouse as you need to press the buttons side ward rather than downward. The buttons on the thumb side are a bit difficult to use. I have to use a bit of the palm to provide the support for pressing the buttons. I used it mainly for work but I tried using it for gaming as well. ItRead More G T
Stop what you’re doing and reach your hand out, like you’re going to shake someone’s hand. Now turn your hand palm down, as though you’re going to hold a normal mouse. Notice how that’s harder? Crazy right?! How did I never notice this before! I wish I had purchased this mouse a long time ago! It looks weird, like it would be awkward to use, but it has completely solved my hand and wrist pain that I was experiencing with other mice (mouses?). I would like to address a few things: – I’m going to be controversial and say I think this mouse is actually OK for small hands. I’m a woman with averageRead More LXW378

DOA. Right out of the box with a fresh battery, all it would do was send the cursor around in a rectangle on the screen. I tried it on multiple laptops with the same result. Interestingly, it’s an exact copy, other than the markings, of the Jelly Comb I bought which works perfectly. This brand, though–Don’t waste your time.

Since I started working from home, my regular mouse had been giving me wrist problems, so after considerable looking around I found this little fellow. My hands are pretty small (7″) so I’ve had trouble finding a mouse that fits, but this little guy is perfect! It’s very light, too, so it’s easy on my wrist. I got used to it almost immediately. I can’t speak to its long-term durability since I only just got it, but I am very satisfied for now!

Very nice grip and not smooth hard like regular plastic mouse, Click buttons don’t need much pressure to operate. Nice on the wrist because your hand doesn’t need to be flat to operate mouse. I am a woman who has smaller hands, so this left-handed portable wireless mouse works well for me. Good price too.

This is a best-in-class ergonomic mouse. It genuinely did eliminate my wrist pains and elbow pains from years at a desk job. Ergonomically, this mouse ticks all the boxes… PROS 1 – It perfectly positions your wrist vertically unlike some ergo mice which position your wrist at 50-60 degrees. 2 – Its well researched design is shaped in such a way that all fingers, palm and thumb perfectly cup the mouse naturally. 3 – It has a small wing at the base for your pinky finger to rest on. So no finger rubs on the mousepad. 4 – It has 3 primary buttons plus scroller and plenty of additional functionalRead More MarkW612
The new D series VerticalMouse comes in three sizes (S, M, L), and the M fits my hand well. Evoluent wins out over other vertical mice I’ve tried, at least in my book. The only snag is the Evoluent software got hung up on my Mac Pro running OS 14.6. After deleting the scattered bits of the app, I’m simply using the standard button functions that the Mac OS allows rather than being able to assign different functions to the many different buttons and such. This vertical mouse is more vertical than most other products out there, such as the Logitech Vertical MX. I like a larger size than my hand measurements would indicate, because I like to relax my hand and have it well supported. It does take a few days to get used to using it, but it’s worth it. The multiple buttons are great. I’ve got one to close a window (which in Chrome has an app-specific setting to close a tab instead). Regular mouse for comparison – Logitech MX Master. This is the first “lift” mouse I have tried – and it definitely has a different feel than a standard mouse. The angle of the lift mouse shifts “resting weight” from the heel of my hand to the side of my hand. This may prove a real benefit from those that have developed stress-related discomfort from prolonged use of a standard mouse. The mouse seems a little bit small for my pretty normal sized male hands, and with more use I might settle in with the differences and experience a “new normal” from using the lift design. I’ve been using Penguin Ambidextrous Vertical Mice since 2013 after ditching the Evoluent vertical mouse. The Evoluent mice did not last and were not ambidextrous. After my second Evoluent mouse died, I decided to try the Penguin. It took some time to get used the trigger-style clicking, but after I got used to it, I much preferred this mouse over any other ergonomic mouse I’ve tried. I have a detailed review on the Penguin Ambidextrous Vertical mouse here: https://www.Home Essentials Direct.com/review/R3NOKEX2VXB9BT/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B00CA21LMW For those already sold on a Read More M.
Pro the mouse unique shape is quite comfortable. And the buttons positions means you can click without moving the mouse by mistake. The big base means you can actually rest the side of your hand on it and move it. Cons you can’t click quickly…. You might tend to grab it as a normal mouse. it forgets the dpi on each computer turn off. The sensor is useless! they forgot the most important thing: It has a HUGE deadzone, minor movements are completely ignored! Either you make quick movements or nothing happens. Im using 3D software and this alone makes it unusable, i will return it. Also it’s toRead More nande
Started looking at vertical mice after starting to have wrist pains with the tons of clicking I have been doing for work. Gave this a try after looking at a couple of options and worked out really well. Took about a day or two to get used to it but love the fact you can switch between hands with the front switch. Also the hand feels a lot better during the work day compared to before with the regular office mouse, so highly recommend to give it a try if having pain/tightness in the wrist too. I got medium because my hand is roughly around 16cm but I think I could have gone for the small too. TRead More JudithJ8

I’m right handed, injured/surgery on my right shoulder and wasn’t allowed to use my right handed mouse (engages the shoulder). Turns out that using a left handed mouse and writing (doesn’t engage the shoulder) with the right hand is a very efficient use of my arms. Mouse on the left, keyboard in the middle, and pen/writing paper on the right spreads out my work station. No bottleneck on the right hand side. I don’t expect to go back to using a right handed mouse. It will be a big adjustment for anyone accustomed to mousing right handed but one does use the left hand while typing on the keyboarRead More S.
I have arthritis in my hands and between my job and my personal work, the constant mousing was causing my thumbs to lock up painfully. My hands were experiencing much wear and tear. The simple change to this mouse (of which I was skeptical) has made all the difference. Almost overnight, the painful locking stopped and in a short time, all of the soreness and stiffness in my hands went away. I wish I had tried it years ago. It’s very comfortable and easy to use. I wouldn’t do without one now.

I felt the mouse lived up to its potential. After doing extensive research into left-handed ergonomic mice on the market, this was the only one available at a reasonable price. I’m also really pleased that I can utilize left- or right-handed mice now. The seller worked very hard to correct some initial problems with shipment, so I am now quite pleased with the overall order. A slight decrease in performance was noticeable as my off-brand rechargeable batteries began to run out. If you’re having any stutters, I would recommend recharging.

I work all day at my computer. The last year has resulted in an increasingly disabling pain in knuckles. I changed to my left hand, which was great for a while; then that hand began to have the same problem. This mouse was expensive – but I decided to buy it. In a week I had noticed improvement. I have had it now for – well, not sure; a couple of weeks? It has been night and day. And having it sent to Pukekohe – got here the day after.

It’s probably way more “mouse” than I need. I was having a tendonitis flareup. “Get this mouse,” I was told. Ok. 3 buttons. I deactivated one because I was constantly clicking it. “You’ll get past that,” I was told. Hmmm, well, 2 weeks and not yet (I can hear it when I click it accidentally). Like any mouse, you can set pointer speed through Windows, so having it on board is redundant. Set and forget. Left button, right button, wheel – they work. Nothing special there, other than at first it seems like if you scroll slowly, the page moves slowly. I can probably describe that better – because iRead More napasully

I was looking for an ergonomic mouse that meets a few criteria: more ergonomic than my current (traditional) mouse, within my budget and is programmable (similar to Logi Option that I’m familiar with when using MX Master 3). After reading reviews and understanding the mice designed by Kensington, I decided to give this a try. I would say it’s so software may not be as sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing as Logitech’s Logi Option. However, it’s price point would definitely make it worth the while unless you’re a serious programmer or CAD designer than need programmable mouse gestures that Read More KelvinK8
I have had this mouse for around 6 months now. Worked Great initially, but for the last couple of months it has become beyond frustrating with the way the scroll wheel skips, jumps, doesn’t move at all, scrolls backwards when it should go forwards. Very frustrating. I got my husband to buy one as well early on and his is the same. Do not recommend.

Fits the hand like a glove and has all the features you would want for almost half the price of others. Good quality and function. Very soft touch buttons and it automatically shuts off power to save batteries when not in use. One click powers it back on instantly. Slightly relaxed upright position.

Logitech made a bold move in trying to reinvent the mouse form factor and I can’t say positively that it paid off. I should begin by mentioning that I have extensive experience with Apple’s input devices – i.e. Apple Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse and Magic TrackPad and after changing jobs and going into something that required a lot more keyboard and mouse usage, I ended up switching to the Logitech MX keyboard and mouse due to the improved ergonomics that still kept with the Mac premium look and feel. Logitech is already extremely well-known for designing & manufacturing keyboards & mice of exceptional quality, as well as outstanding functionality…and, as such, I had high expectations for their new ergonomic mouse. Did they meet, surpass, or fail to meet, my expectations? Let’s find out. Before I continue, it should be pointed out that ergonomic mice are not something new…to Logitech, or in-general. Ergonomic mice (and keyboards) first started hitting the market over 30 years ago, including several made by Logitech…so, Logitech already has some experience in this area. I am inherently a right-hand dominant person who, at age 42, had to train himself to become left-hand dominant for medical reasons. So, I’m always on the lookout for a better left-handed mouse and I thought I would give this one a try. I’m glad I did because I got to experience several innovative firsts that I’ve not seen before in a computer mouse. One of the first things I noticed during unpacking, when I was getting ready to install the mouse, was the amazing battery door on the bottom of the mouse. I was unsuccessfully trying to get it to slide open like every mouse I’ve ever owned. HoweveRead More Steve62305

Very good mouse for the price. I never had a vertical mouse before, but now feels like I’ve been using nothing else in my whole life. At 1600 dpi this is definitely not a gamer mouse, but the precision is enough even for click-intensive activities like CAD, let alone the usual Office chores. I read people complaining that the side of the palm rubs against the table with this kind of mice, but I did not experience this problem with this one, since the support in the thumb area is pretty wide. The surface is painted with soft touch, which gives to the mouse a premium feeling, with the exception Read More digitec.ch
Such a simple idea but this is a well designed comfortable unit BUT BE WARNED !!!! The Laser is pretty damn good and strong NOT advisable to shine in eyes Very strong body knocked/pulled of desk many times and it still works one other caveat ! only for righties !! I bought this after reading other reviews. I recently had surgery for carpel tunnel and trigger finger. I decided to get this one after reading positive reviews. I work for the State so it being plug & use without downloading anything further was key. waiting for IT all day is the worst. As most everyone else has said, it takes a little bit of time to get used to the able and using it. I really like it. It does save on excessive movement and my hand/wrist feel much more comfortable. I love the scrolling function. I have not yet used the page forward/back buttons.

This is my first “vertical” or ergonomic mouse, so I didn’t know what to expect. But I was tired of unnaturally rotating my wrist/arm for the standard mouse shape. With this one, I feel like my arm is at a more natural position — near vertical, slightly tilted inward. It installed easily (Windows 10) and I was using it within seconds of plugging it in. The DPI switch is superfluous, since Windows includes a user setting for mouse sensitivity, but this one seemed far more sensitive (“fast”) than any I’d used in the past. I had to change the Windows setting to very slow in order to use this mouRead More Wil
I work as a document reviewer, reviewing thousands of documents per week. Needless to say, this job involves a large amount of mouse movement and clicking. I bought this ergonomic mouse to relieve some repetitive stress movements and to hopefully stave off the arrival of carpal tunnel syndrome. I like this mouse a lot — compared to a standard mouse, it’s comfortable to hold, features a good scroll wheel, and, left and right-click buttons are easy to use and feel good. Recommended.

The good of this mouse is that you can keep your “mousing” hand in a more natural resting position and take some of the strain off of your carpal tunnel / wrist area by placing the resting weight on the (meaty) edge of your hand instead. The wireless signal appears to be consistently stable with no random interruption of movement. However, as other reviewers were quick to point out, the texture of the mouse’s gripping surfaces is much too slick. I could probably get over that if I didn’t need to pick the mouse up from time to time. The back/forward buttons seem a bit awkward in their placementRead More anker.com
I’ve been using a trackball for most purposes, but I find that for video editing or CAD programs, a mouse with a scroll wheel – one that doubles as a middle button – is essential. This ergonomic mouse fits the bill and is I think – an improvement over a regular mouse once you get used to it. I do think it would be beneficial to those with wrist pain. It’s not doing much to improve my shoulder pain, but that’s not surprising. There are a couple of imperfections in the design of this mouse: First and oddly enough, the optical pickup has a little too much range to the surface below. Yes – too mucRead More anker.com
I got this mouse after seeing someone on Instagram recommend a more expensive brand for working on spreadsheets. My wrist and hand muscles on my right hand have been getting twinges since working exclusively on a laptop since the pandemic started. The laptop’s trackpad isn’t centered which forces me to have to bend my wrist awkwardly. My work also requires me to validate information on spreadsheets with information in multiple systems and constantly toggling back and forth with the trackpad was really taking a toll on my wrist. I bought this as an affordable alternative to the one I saw on IG Read More anker.com

Although I don’t suffer from RSI, the 3M ergonomic mouse can help prevent RSI with its comfortable ergonomic design. This mouse features a unique ‘joystick-like’ shape in which the user grips the mouse like a banana! However, unlike a joystick, which pivots at a point, this mouse uses the traditional optical input. This design allows the user to hold the mouse in a more ‘natural’ ergonomic position – less strain on the forearm and wrist. The grip is shaped to follow the contours of a clenched fist, in which to reduce the strain on the joints of fingers. The right and left mouse buttons, found Read More nepinspace
I have been using the 3M Ergonomic mouse for at least 6 mouths now and after using a regular one I was getting pains from my hands upward in my arm. After looking online for something better, all but this one seemed to make you hand facing downward. I thought that this was likely the problem. The 3M has taken the pain away and I hardly ever feel any pain in my arm which is great when your job is at the computer all day. One improvement I would like to see is being able to configure the buttons. The lower hand button I would like to change from scrolling to the enter button. If you are experienRead More halbcust
I’ve been using a 3M Joystick Mouse for about 10 years now. I believe I avoided carpal tunnel with this mouse. I know I solved my wrist and arm pain. I won’t use any other mouse. I know nothing about software that goes with this mouse as I’ve never read the manual that’s available for it. I just know I’m using the wired one at work on a pc with Windows 10 and it works as expected with no issues. Just plugged it in and it worked fine. I started with a wireless one and it came apart on me in about 3 years, but it still works. That one is on my home computer. I keep taping it back together. That’Read More DPyra

I was researching different vertical mice and found this one and decided to try it out. I’ve been using the large model for the last 3 weeks and it’s been quite good so far. Pros: 1. The shape of the mouse is great and comfortable and allows your wrist to be in a more neutral/natural position. The first day I was using it I felt quite some pain in my wrist. However, after a few days of constant use, my arm and wrist got used to this position and it felt wayyy more comfortable and I didn’t have anymore pain. 2. It doesn’t have as slippery of a surface in comparison to some other brands of vertiRead More A.
I’ve had a much more expensive ergonomic mouse before. The form of this one is practically identical and it is comfortable to use. One gripe, though, is the main mouse button makes a spring noise if you remove your finger too fast. As I make a lot of YouTube videos, this is a pain. I would have preferred to spend a little more for a more silent mouse.

I’ve been using a Contour ergonomic mouse for about 11 years due to the issue with my R hand, several months ago my hand and shoulder started becoming more and more painful to the point that it was almost impossible to use the mouse. After doing considerable research on an ergonomic mouse and on R-Go Tools, I decided to take a chance, after all, how much more painful could it be using this type of mouse. Long story short, this is the perfect mouse for me, my hand pain has been reduced tremendously when I’m working, and no more painful arm or shoulder.

I have tried several ergonomic vertical mice, but this is the one I kept. After a few months of daily use I am quite satisfied. At first sight it looks “”cheap”” plastic for the cost, but it’s light and the keys are stable. The shape allows you to place your thomb in the right place to fast-click when needed while keeping the hand relaxed most of the time. The fact you can choose the size is also great. I don’t find the back/fwd keys (next to thomb) particularly useful but it’s a plus.

I love it! It’s wonderful for freeing up the hands and arms to be at a more comfortable and ergonomic position. There are a couple minor things concerning the workings of the split keyboard that have taken some getting used to, in terms of keystrokes: (1) having to use the shift key on the same half keyboard goes against habit; (2) the Enter/Return key on the right side is placed in what feels like one space too far right position; (3) on the Mac, which I’m using, the Command/Shift/Option keys don’t work for right keyboard.
SBB
I liked the design of the keyboard that allows you to adjust the distance between the two halves – the ergonomic aspect is great. However it’s very difficult to do capital letters because each side functions independently – you can’t press caps lock or shift on the left side and have it apply to keys on the right side. Also there appears to be a defect where if you hit the back slash key, it gets stuck and repeats numerous times, sometimes indefinitely until you stop it.
