My daughter loves this toy. The turtle spins on top to make the ball move around. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this unless your child is sitting. My nephew was watching it while doing tummy time and it rolled a little too close to his head (the ball has a decent amount of weight behind it).

But overall a great toy.

Perfect toy to encourage baby to crawl. I bought this for my great granddaughter who is 10 mos old but not crawling yet. It gets her attention and promotes activity. The music is not overly loud and the turtle moves as the ball rolls.

I got this toy for my brothers kid he is he just started crawling and looks he really liked it. When it starts moving he too starts to crawl to catch it. Toy is bit heavy/big for him to handle but its nice one.

(He even dropped it couple of times its very durable, nothing happened). It has very limited numbers 1-5/lot of sounds which is ok. He even started pressing buttons and started listening the sounds it makes (Product description says “45+ playful songs, melodies, sounds and cheerful phrases”).

My younger grandchildren enjoy playing with the Leap Frog Count along basket and scanner. They love to play shopping and the scanner gives them their own experience of checking out in a store. The items are the perfect size for their hands.

My only disappointment is the required precise fit of the item/food with the scanner. It is a square with small raised knobs that have to fit into the scanner in order to hear the beeping sounds. It can be difficult for the young one to line these up precisely.

May not be an issue for some as they may not want to hear the beeping sound as much. Cute make believe toy.

My 2 year old daughter absolutely loves this toy. I think it is her favorite so far. She plays with it almost all day and even her older siblings like playing with her with it. They pretend like they are running a store and she loves the attention.

If your toddler likes to play store they will love this. So cute and I love all of the little songs and sounds it makes. It also helps teach her colors and numbers as well as what the food items are called and she is really picking them up from it.

My little daughter who is teething really enjoys playing with it. It’s great because it has three different colors and a variety of patterns on it which hold my daughters attention. It’s great that it comes on a key ring because my LO loves to shake it back and forth and make it rattle.

You do need to clean it frequently though because the type of material and the dimples will collect dirt and various particles on it. However, it is super easy to clean. My LO does enjoy this toy and we have attached it to her little stroller to play with during my runs and walks.

This is such an ingenious toy! It’s become one of my daughters favorites. I keep it in the diaper bag to entertain her while we’re out and it never fails. She loves the dimpl part and the textured side feels interesting to rub.

Three come on a ring and they’re easy to take on and off. It makes an easy toy to share, because three kids can each get a dimpl. The dimpl isn’t hard to press, but I usually help my daughter hold the toy since her hands are so small.

My baby is obsessed with my keys so this is a great alternative to give him when he wants to play with mommy’s keys! This toy is super cute not only to hold for my baby but to bite. He enjoys feeling the different textures on it and making it “pop”.

My granddaughter really enjoy this toy. The faster she moves the more the turtle moves. I really like that it goes out facts about turtles and numbers. It really keeps toddlers intrigued and busy. That’s why it’s not too loud and I really like the different features of the toy.

Ever since I got this my youngest daughter takes it everywhere. She is almost 2. She just loves walking around with it while it sings and talks. She accidentally pulled the handle off the turtle (it clips in and out) and was devastated.

She came running up, thinking she broke it, until I showed her it just goes back in. I think that is a cool feature, as you can press the buttons on side of turtle, and it does things like numbers. This allows you to have it as a more portable toy when they don’t want to leave it behind.

I think it’s great and really cute.

My own child had one in the 80ties and it was 5 stars. He loved it and learned so much. Bought one for his child and I noticed she had little interest. When I tried the games I was shocked to find letter recognition was incorrect, games shorted out, and other inconsistencies.

As a teacher of young children for over 40 years, I would want others who purchase this to try it out first before you find your child or grandchild very confused about letter names and spelling. Huge disappointment!!.

Growing up I did not own a Speak and Spell but had always wanted one. I was extremely excited to give my daughter a chance to have her very own. It is easy to use out of the box, take out of the tab in the battery compartment and turn on, batteries are included! There are five play modes included and my daughter quickly discovered that the “Mystery Word” play mode was her favorite.

I did find it a bit frustrating that you need to remember what letters you already guessed playing that game as it does not tell you if you already guessed that letter and it will count as a point against you each time you press it.

This tool is not the best regarding being able to understand what it is saying, especially when you are asked to spell a word. She would ask me what it said, and some of the time I was not sure, I would have to look in the included booklet of words and even then, I could not figure it out.

There were also times where we both heard a different word. There are three volume levels on the Speak & Spell and they are all pretty loud, it will not be a secret when someone is using this as you can hear it from another room.

Overall, I am excited for this to be a tool in my home to help my daughter learn to spell. There are four levels of words it uses with 155 words spread throughout the different levels. The words are not really for younger children, which is why I believe the ages on this is 7+.

This is a fun way to learn to spell.

I used to love playing with my Speak and Spell when I was a little girl. It was so much fun and was very educational and helpful to me as a child. My little girl loves it just as much as I did. She is 7 and it really helps her to get her spelling down.

There are varying levels so it starts off with easier words and then works it way up to the tougher words. I like how it offers praise when the word it spelled correctly. It’s a lightweight educational toy computer.

The buttons respond very nicely. Just a light touch and it recognizes what has been entered in. The speaker is loud enough to hear and the display is bright enough to see. I like she can request a clue when trying to spell a word.

The vowels are highlighted which is another great feature of this classic toy. It’s very easy to take along on road trips and will offer hours of entertainment and education for my daughter.

I had just got into fidgets in June 2021 and had a small collection and wanted more. I had noticed that there was a store in our local mall that had this exact same toy but I didn’t want to buy it as it was kind of expensive and for a baby (stigma, hate it).

The dumb thing was that I picked it up and couldn’t stop popping it. So more further proof there, kicking myself and wallowing in regret & self-pity. But ever since, I couldn’t stop looking for it. I couldn’t find it, till now in Nov 2021.

I also watch YouTube videos regarding fidgets the more I watched, I wanted it. I also noted that everyone had this pop it and all forms of Dimpl’s. To me, it’s the only pop it that popped on both sides with no loud and or quiet side (apparently all pop it has a loud and quiet side or name brand pop it had either or, I think).

I love it and would recommend it to all. Also, it was more expensive here but well worth it. I love the colors, the plastic frame, and the plastic dimpl/pop its. This is essential, a must-have in every fam/household, brand name, and a high-end quality made product.

I purchased this to help keep my 21 month old busy during a long car ride. She enjoys popping the different sized and colored domes back and forth. She occasionally tries to chew on the largest dome without any negative consequences.

There are two places I think the Dimpl could be improved. 1. Make it dishwasher safe – the fewer items I have to hand wash the better. 2. Add a lanyard hole, so I can use a pacifier leash to prevent it from getting thrown out of reach of the car seat.

The lanyard hole might allow someone to connect a dangerously long cord to the Dimpl, so I can understand why there isn’t a lanyard hole. Overall great toy!.

I believe in the value of a toy that can be played with for years. This is it! My son, who is now 20 months, enjoys manipulating his dimple – popping the bubbles up and down. At 6 months, he loved chewing his dimple – super easy to clean all of that spit off.

At 60, his grandparents can often be found fidgeting with the dimple and giggling while they do! Basically – this is the toy I buy for all of my friends when they are pregnant. It’s an engaging and quiet toy for development of hand skills, finger isolation, and understanding of cause and effect.

Don’t buy this! It is so adorable but it will break. There are other reviews that had the same problem as our Bailey. I contacted Leap Frog for help because our Bailey was out of the return window for Target and they refused to help! They only have a 3 month warranty.

It is clearly a issue they need to stand by. The ears stop working, there is a constant buzzing noise, the toy will stop taking mid sentence. We replaced the batteries and followed instructions sent by the manufacturer and it still doesn’t work I won’t buy from Leap Frog anymore.

Fisher Price’s dog isn’t as cute but I’ll get that one instead. Long rant over… just don’t waste your money. Plus your kid will get attached and than your stuck buying another one that will break again in a few months….

Of the many cuddly play toys my 12 month old Olivia enjoys, this cute speak and learn puppy is quickly becoming one of her favourites. Bailey’s Speak and Learn Puppy is my son’s new obsession! From the moment he laid eyes on Bailey, she instantly became his new best friend and comfort toy! He carries her around everywhere he goes and insists that she sits on his bed when he naps and sleep.

He absolutely loves the babble function as he finds it amusing to hear his own voice played back. He also really enjoys the music, especially the number song. Bailey has become a permeate addition to his daily routine and the family it seems.

The best part of Bailey is that we don’t need to feed her or clean up after her. It’s like having a pet without the responsibly and it brings our son so much joy!! I like that this toy has multiple learning levels which means it will grow along with my son’s development.

This is a perfect learning tool as my son is bilingual and so this is great way to reinforce his English skills. To top it all off, Leap Frog’s Speak and Learn Puppy is very cute. The flapping ears is adorable and makes my son laugh and giggle with amusement.

This really is a home run of a toy for my boy. I would totally recommend this as a fun, educational, and comfort toy for any infant or toddler.

I got this for my five year old who was getting overly curious about everything in my home lab. What I do is open a page to a new circuit. Ask him to follow the schematics and leave him be for a few mins, come check and intervene if he needs.

After 30 mins if he hasn’t made progress, I start to participate on a second set I have, and he watches me read the schematic and follow directions. Explain why things go in certain orientations and ways, along the way.

Once he thinks he is finished, I inspect it for shorts, if I find one I explain why and what woukd hapoen and its dangers. Ine I approve that it wont short or burn anything out, I put batteries in irregardless if it will work or not.

Then I help him diagnose why it is not working. Then we move on what would be interesting to add or change, even an excersise on how to make the same circuits with less components and complexity. Its really a valuable tool when you are an electronics Eng, trying to share his passuon with a child.

Parents: it is imperative you have some well grounded understanding of electricity and simple circuits, please read the first few pages in detail and work though the begginer excersise to save your self some time and frustration.

Do not, I repeat do not give an child a battery module with batteries in it, a child can and probably will create a short situation and maybe get burned. My son already went though this. I explained to him what happened and changed the protocol to be: I supply batteries after I inspect for shorts.

Lots of cakue if you are a oatient and willing participant, I suggest you buy two. This kit also pairs well with the 200 series, and the Arduino kit. You can eventually move up to creating modules on one kit that connect to modules in another kit, that are all controlled by the elenco Ardiono kit.

It is tempting to cheap out on the Arduino kit and Jimmy rig your own, don’t its not worth the effort. The Elenco kit is well built and ready to interface with all thw other kits. An inmportant note: After building a circuit, it is just as important to work with your child on disassembly and repackaging the components back in the tray box.

That way you teach the importance of organization and storage. The box the kit comes in is great and durable, I suggest reinforcing it with clear boxing tape or laminating it. Add some velcro to the tabs and you are good to go with a permanent storage solution.

The important thing is to remember learning is better when it is fun.

Instructions not fun to read, even for an adult. Wish it just had more different simple connections, like 10 different songs, or lights, or propellers. Less capacitors and resisters and higher level electrician stuff.

I don’t expect to get a certification out of this kit! Maybe I should have just gotten the beginner one.

This thing is CRAZY loud! It ran for 2 minutes and stopped. I smelled burning rubber. I started it again and it ran another few minutes and stopped. I took out 1 rock and it ran for about 5 minutes before I unplugged it (it says you can fill it 1/2 – 2/3 full, but I had it filled about 1/4).

Your supposed to run this thing 12-26 days. There’s just no way! Under 10 minutes was too long. It’s not even the rock sound that’s unbareable, it’s the sound of the machine. Seriously, if you know someone that you hate and they have a kid they can’t say no to, buy them this.

They will hate you too. My daughter plugged her ears and asked me to shut it off.

We have had this controller for a couple of years now and it is still going strong. The controller is cute with the noises and songs that it sings. My now three year old still plays with it and something fights over it with her 10month old brother.

The toy has been dropped and slobbered on multiple times and it still work the same as when we first got it. I would recommend it to anyone looking to provide their little one with something that will distract them from the real thing.

I like that it keeps my toddler occupied in the car by pressing buttons. O like that instead of them touch our house tv remote that then can play with this instead, but that’s as far as it goes. They just like the annoying noise.

Doesn’t seem very interactive for them. The keys eventually got stuck and the noise was on repeat. I had to remove batteries to get it to stop. I wouldn’t buy it again or as a gift for others.

Bought this for my daughter when she was 2 yrs old. She always wanted our tv remote so we decided to get her her own remote. She playes so much with that toy. It talks and sings with different button options.

Our kids love Simpl Dimpls – especially ones they can put on their backpack. We were excited to find the glow-in-the-dark ones during our last store visit. It was a big hit with the kids and it actually glows! Super cool.

I got this for a grandchild who is enamored with fidget toys. He thoroughly enjoys it. A neat feature is the latch hook: it is very transportable and less likely to get lost. When we are in the car, I like the fact that it is silent!.

This set is so delightful! I have been waiting a long to press these beautiful blue and soothing grey dimpl bubbles through their ideal-sized rounded billow frame. I wasn’t expecting to love the bright as much as I do.

The entire outer ring is soft, flexible silicone so it feels great. I love the size of the dimpls, and popping them is so satisfying! All of the cheery dimpls are smooth on both sides, except for one that carries the fat brain logo on one side.

The scalloped edge is adorable too. The center mirror can work it’s way out with certain intentional movements (I kind of prefer it with the empty circle), but young babies and toddlers are not likely to take it apart.

Just mentioning that to make you aware of that potential. Buy it anyway. And enjoy playtime together! I adore this set! My favorite Dimpls yet. I have already sent one as a gift to my little nephew, but as you can tell, I would extend the age recommendation to include Dimpl fans way older t.

We gave this popping toy and mirror to our toddler and she absolutely loves them. She really enjoys being able to pop the buttons in and out and spends a lot of time doing this each day. She also is at the age where she’s starting to notice herself more in mirrors, and she loves being able to have a little toy mirror to carry around and play with.

Overall, this is a very good toy set that I would recommend.

These are just the CUTEST little pop it toys. My children 1,4,9 love these! The blue one is shaped like a cloud with different size bubbles to pop. And the Mirror one is like a ray of sunshine. These are cute.

And small enough to carry around on the go.

This toy is amazing for my autistic grandson. The only complaint that I have is when I ordered this product, there were a couple different pictures. There was one that had one foam peg board and the pieces, then there was a variety of foam peg boards all in the picture with the pieces.

I chose the more expensive one because I thought by looking at the picture that it came with all of the foam peg boars for a variety of colors for my grandson to choose from. I was wrong. When I received the product it only came with one foam peg board.

If I would have known that I would have ordered the cheaper one. Then after I received my order in the mail. I went back and read the details. which I now know I should have done in the first place and will do from now on, said that it only comes with one foam peg board with the pieces.

Over all this product is perfect for my grandson. I just with the product matched the the picture shown when I ordered it. Just a bit misleading with the picture and the price difference. I wish I could get some more of the foam peg boards so my grandson would have to try to speak to choose a color he would like to use at that time.

Don’t buy this, not worth it. Received only one peg board and a couple of pegs. It came with no receipt or any information about order. Having a really hard time returning it. Gave 1 star because I had to.

I feel as if I’m subverting the true purpose of this product, but as a deep drawer organizer for plastic containers, it works great. you can move the pegs around to fit the diff size containers. also the cat loves to play with the pegs, which are so colorful it brightens the kitchen.

These are perfect tiny baby-fist sized. I know once she is sitting up, she will love to play with them! I like that they are wood and painted in soft colors with cute, happy faces.

I love this concept for a way to learn how to tell time. It reminds me of how I learned as a kid, but the dice make it more of a game and less boring. The clock itself is very sturdy and will withstand plenty of use, I think.

The cards are also nice and robust, and they fit together like a puzzle very easily. I like how colorful the clock and dice are, and the bold type numbers are easy for children to read and recognize.

I can see this being used by many kiddos and lasting brilliantly over time. It’s a nostalgic learning tool for us adults, and a skill kids will use throughout their lives.

I love the Time Activity Set! As a mother of a kindergartener and 2nd grader, learning to tell time is very important. This quality clock teaches a variety of ages how to tell time through fun games and using different strategies.

We take it in the car on road trips and practice as well as at home. Making games of it takes it from a “boring” concept to a whole lot of fun! We love the puzzle section, and just can’t get enough of the dice.

The only suggestion I would have is an included dry erase marker. Other than that, we love it!.

I thought this would be a much larger tin, we have seen it at a friends house, this minute Tin contained so little putty , less than the size of a walnut , and was immediately replaced iin the tin as uninteresting.

Next time I tried to open the tin to get it out a plastic seal or liner had attached itself to the top of the putty layer and we can’t remove it, so it is now totally useless. A complete waste of money!.

I have a few different thinking putty tins now, and this is by far my favourite. The pink shimmer looks awesome in the orange, and the texture is nice and soft- easy to mould and stretch.

This toy could spur the imagination. It’s the first toy he picks up. I think the intent is to be able to learn some of the colors and words associated with it, which it may work for with some kids, but he mostly just enjoyed the songs and lights, especially in bed at night where they were the brightest.

However, he may be 6-8 months past the prime age for learning from this particular toy, since he already knows most of the body parts and colors. The design is really great and has lots of colors while still being tasteful and endearing.

Quality, construction, and durability are all really great, and I imagine it will last for as long as we want it and then happily gift to another little one who will get years more out of it. Washing might be a concern, but the few things we have gotten on it have rubbed off with a mildly wet soapy cloth Usability is really good and the squeezable and interactive elements all activate reliably during use, so there is not much frustrating searching and poking to activate features.

Batteries are easily accessible and likely wont need to be changed often if ever.

First of all my children were raised with Fisher Price (wish I had kept some things from the past) They have always had a unique line of products that are very beneficial to a baby/child’s development in learning, interactive play, entertaining plus more.

And always very affordable priced for the superior quality of every product I’ve purchased over the years. One of my most recent purchases was “Sis” to keep at my house for when my grandson is here and has a play date with my neighbors 5 month old great granddaughter.

My grandson has the one with the blue ears 💙 although neither of them care (yet) whether a toy is pink or blue. They just love playing. Sis (like the blue one) has so many learning functions. Teaches abc’s, parts of the body, sings lots of songs that we all grew up singing.

So easy for a baby to push the parts of the body to activate her functions. She’s a good learning and entertaining toy, pretty in pink, so soft cute and cuddly. We all love SIS. I very highly recommend her.

This is one of my go to toys for boys girls in their early years of childhood(1-3 would suggest). I am an huge fan of the Mattel brand, Laugh Learn is one of my favorites that they offer. They have options for a girl boy puppy, which is super cool! I have purchased this for my son and daughter when they were like 1-2 years old.

It is an engaging toy with sounds,lights,singing. Even an adult would have fun playing with this puppy, they are pretty easy to find in stores a good value. Usually they run from $16-$20 and are available at stores like Walmart/Target or online at Amazon.

It sings the ABC’s upon the press of the foot or hand, definitely an teachable toy. Plus they last a really long time!! My kids learned their numbers other things from these puppies, while all the while having fun.

I would highly recommend this toy for any parent with younger kids ranging from 1-3 three years old. It will for sure keep your child occupied teach them important stuff. Nothing I disliked 10/10.

This Chuckle & Roar Pop It Braille Fidget and Sensory Toy not only a fun toy, but an inclusive product and a braille learning tool. The quality is very good. The pop it has two sides, one has Braille alphabet alone and the other has Braille alphabet letters.

It has white color as it is color of Blindness Awareness Month. I think it is very important to have toys like this available in the store. I would definitely recommend this product for others.

My son was very excited when the mail man delivered our boxes! He could not wait to open it up. After a full day of playing with the kit, he was overall happier and I got a wee break while I cooked dinner and he played.

When he woke up the next day he said “I missed this game” and all he wanted to do was play with his twist & pivot pattern puzzle. He usually asks to watch tv right off the hop when he gets up each morning so I was really pleased he didn’t want to today! We have started using the countdown clock timer and let me tell you this clock is a game changer! He likely has ADD or ADHD and has difficulty transitioning to the next thing.

The timer always him to learn what 20 minutes feels like. When the timer is used we have no more transition tears!.

I’m general I think the kits are great and well thought out. They take a lot of guesswork out of trying to offer variety and age appropriate activities. My son particularly loves the books even though the product placement is a bit icky.

I would love to buy some things individually esp. with another kid on the way to beef up what we already have. Also really prefer when the products are mainly natural materials like wood (glass for pouring etc would be fine for us) instead of the plastic I’ve seen more of in the kits lately.

My son LOVES all the play kits we have gotten, but the hammer and nails activity has been one of his favorite toys yet! Although this kit is geared toward a two year old, my five and eight year old daughters also enjoy using the materials.

If I could give this ten stars, I would do it. Also, I started paying for the extra books—worth EVERY PENNY. My little guy wants to read them over and over and is learning so many valuable life lessons from them.

Suffice it to say, LOVEVERY delivers a quality product for a reasonable price EVERY TIME.

I wish I did this sooner. For $40 a month (or less if you choose the bundle option) you get high quality “toys” that really help your child grow. I say “toys” because your child has fun playing but they are learning and growing so much without even realizing.

We could easily spend $20 on a single toy for our child. For the price of two toys (that did nothing but distract our child) we now have a great bundle of items that are fun and educational. I also love the booklet that comes with the kit.

I almost put the booklet to the side like I do with many instructions I receive with new items but I’m so glad I didn’t this time. It explains how to play with each item. And at first I thought “I’m an adult I understand how these things work” but I was so wrong.

It not only explains how to use the items it explains why. For example we got the toy that has the little pockets with different animals. I thought “yeah you just match the little animal to the correct pocket”.

But it was so much more than that. It explained how your child will explore each pocket and take the animals out and put them back in. Your child might put more than one animal in one pocket and they likely won’t match the correct animals at first.

It explains how you can play with your child as well. I absolutely love how thought out this is and how versatile it is. I also love that these toys last! The quality is great and your child is likely to use them for years.

We have a newborn and I got a play kit for them as well as my toddler and my toddler was interested in all the things that came with the newborn play kit. The difference is that while my newborn is just looking at everything my toddler is naming things and showing me and the new baby how to use them.

Getting these play kits what’s not only a Christmas gift to the kids but to us as well. The toys my toddler had were overwhelming for all of us and we needed a change. I donated 90% of the toys we had and replaced them with the play kit.

My child is so much happier and plays so much better now. When we used to go in our play room my child would throw toys, push the buttons on toys over and over to hear the different sounds, and dump out the bins of toys all over the floor.

Now that we have less my child can focus on one thing at a time and actually use it properly. I see such a difference in my child and it’s so exciting to see. My newborn loves the play gym as well. I love watching them look at the flash cards, and the hanging toys.

We also love the mirrors. I really can go on and on about how great this company and their products are. I plan on buying the play shelf as well. It seems like a big purchase, and for us it is. But if you look into it it’s a really great product and I know it will be a great addition to our home.

I wish I bought this when my toddler was a newborn but I’m happy to be able to use this with our new baby and it’s honestly better late than never. Both of my children are already benefiting so much and I know it will only get better.

The selection in these kits is perfect for my 19 month old grandson! What little one doesn’t love a flash lifgt! This is easy for him to operate and I am pleased the bulb strength is perfect for a little guy, not blinding at all! He plays everyday with the “lock” box.

I love to hide different things inside for him to discover. He is still learning about the fabric puzzle. He likes to hang it up on a door knob I have and then proceed to pull all the pieces out and drop on the floor.

We pick the pieces up and radomly put then in the pockets, sometime two or three in the same pocket. But it is all a learning experience. The square triangle and round wood pieces are great fun. He likes stacking and unstacking.

This is a great kit with lots of challenges for little ones, I highly recommend!.

The overall concept of the box is great. My main complaint is the lock box we received. The door locks do not stay locked when my toddler locks them. They swing open at the slightest movement and she becomes frustrated.

I tried it myself and it did the same for me. I would be frustrated too as a toddler if I took the time to learn the fine motor skills to lock the various types of locks and they unlocked without my assistance.

It’s important for kids to sense a feeling of completion and accomplishment. This may be a quality control issue that needs to be addressed. Outside of the seemingly faulty lock box we received, everything else was great.

My toddler enjoys using the cup and pitcher as well as the 3D puzzle the most. Kindly fix the lock box quality and you will have a perfect product.
