My GSD can’t get enough of this toy. I actually have to take it away after half an hour because the top of his nose gets raw! He plays it alone most of the time, but its fun to play soccer with him too.

Fair warning: this is a heavy ball and will collide regularly with your yard furniture. Your furniture should be able to withstand the force, or you should put up barriers to prevent this. Also, as I mentioned, my dog will play so intensely and for long that he will wear out the skin on top of his nose.

Bottom line, we’ve had the jolly ball for about 8 months and my dog remains obsessed. You should try it.

My lab’s absolute favorite. We’ve had it for three years, and my three large breed destructive dogs are unable to destroy it. Great way for them to tire themselves out chasing it in the yard. My lab loves it so much that we actually have to hide it from him because he will play for hours.

And he’s still just as excited every time we bring it out for him. It is definitely better for larger yards. It gets a little hectic bouncing off of fences and anything you leave out. Definitely recommend!.

I’m pretty sure my 5 yr old chocolate lab loves this ball more than me now. It fits (a bit loosely, but still functionally) in our tennis ball slinger. He loves how bouncy it is, how it pops up out of the grass so he can catch it on the fly.

He isn’t great at tracking movement, so it’s helpful that it continues to bounce for a long time after it’s thrown, allowing him to find it again when he loses it momentarily. He’s a powerful chewer, too, and this ball is sturdy enough to withstand his gnawing without coming to bits.

It’s still soft enough that he can catch it midair without hurting himself. You can tell this thing is solid enough to last a looong time (unless I bounce it over the fence). It’s so bright, even covered in slobber and dirt, that we can play past sunset without losing it.

He is fully obsessed and has forsaken his first love, tennis balls. He would rather play ball than eat now, which has never happened ever. What a small investment for to generate so much joy.

I have two power chewers who love to chase after balls twice before taking it away to chew. Many a tennis, base, and basket ball has been destroyed. This is the first ball that has stood up to their “fetching” habits.

The only reason we opened a second one is because the first one was “lost” under a table. Not only are these durable, but they float and bounce. The ball isn’t a perfect sphere so the bounce is a bit sporadic.

My hyper dog enjoys this feature as she never knows where it’ll end up. My less energetic dog enjoys just laying down and chewing on it.

Seriously his favorite toy hands down. So much we bought him three balls and a doughnut version to rotate/ he likes to hide things hence multiple of his favorite toy and a variant. Our dog is a heavy chewer and this ball has withstand his rough chewing habits.

He loves to chew this ball when it is in his mouth and it retains it shape no holes!! He destroyed cheap toys and bone quickly. Was so excited to get this for our 7 month old pup. He destroys anything with fabrics, loves to play with any type of ball, so I thought this was going to be a good balance. It seemed sturdy and good quality.

At first he was terrified of it. Soon he was not scared anymore but about 3 hours of play time later he had separated the fabric from the plastic. And then a few hours later it was completely ripped apart and the foam bit was coming out.

Long story short I think this toy would be great for anyone that doesn’t have a chewer! I am tempted to order this again because he loved it but at this price, and rate of destruction it’s just not worth it for us at the moment.

This is my English Bulldog’s absolute FAVORITE ball!! He loves to play with it indoors and out. He loves that he can grip it with his teeth and shake it around like he’s showing it whose boss! I love the size and that it doesn’t get stuck under the furniture therefore allowing more uninterrupted play time.

He has had his for about 5 months now and yes it has a few teeth holes in it but is still holding up VERY well! No bits torn out that have been swallowed and just now has a seam in the canvas part coming loose.

This is the only toy that he plays with every single day and I give it a solid 5 star! He’s getting a 2nd one for Christmas!.

First let me say — my dog LOVES this toy and it is easiest way to wear her out when there is some extra puppy energy or we are on a road trip. I have one at the house and one in the car for this reason.

Bad new is it just isn’t durable. I have probably bought 5 or 6 over the last 2 years, but the blue plastic handle usually comes off immediately make it much harder to grip. Also, the cord is very easy for dogs to chew through as is the smaller cord that attaches the toy.

I try to watch her with it, but it eventually gets destroyed. I can usually tie the loose ends to get a little more life out of it. I also find it VERY hard to switch the toys. The squeaky inside makes barely fits through the tiny loop.

At this point I am looking for another brand because I am tired of replacing the cheaper construction.

This was recommended to my hooman by Chewy after I destroyed brand new toys in minutes. I am a very happy girl!! I luff to chew and there was nothing I couldn’t chew through. until this barbell. I haff been chewin and chewin and chewin and it has not given up even the teeniest crumb!! My new favorite!! Thank you Chewy!! When I gave her this toy she was so happy she did zoomies around the room and then settled in for the chew and still this thing is standing up to its selling points!. Love that it has a lifetime guarantee too!.

Our shelter dog is a big pit bull mix that has destroyed every toy given to her. She is cable of that destruction in record time. But when we presented her with this XL toy she not only takes it with her no matter where she goes, gnaws on it all the time but has not been able to destroy it.

While it is not an inexpensive toy, in the long run it is economical because it has outlasted a multitude of less expensive toys that she demolished. We were so impressed with this Ruff Dawg that we also bought her the XL donut toy.

This toy is BIG. It says that in the name but it needs to be emphasized because this is a big boy. Fortunately, my dogs are also big dogs and they love having a toy that is almost too big for them. it’s got a good bounce, and so far holding up to its indestructible name even though my dogs are big chewers and show no mercy.

Don’t waste your time if you have a small or even medium sized dog because they won’t be able to hold the toy in their mouth probably but if they’re big enough for the toy, they will have big fun with it!.

I’ve tried these before, put them in the sun for a couple of days, looked for any sort of glow, and been disappointed by the very dim glow. But after hundreds of dollars spent on “flashy” balls (the hard plastic ones that come in red or yellow) that usually die within a week, I decided to try again, even though I also had to buy a new Chuckit to fit the Glow Ball.

(I have to say Chewy has been AWESOME about replacing the dead flashy balls!!). It was a great decision. Finally figured that if you shine a bright compact LED flashlight directly on it for 10 sec (yes, SECONDS), it will glow very brightly for 5-10 minutes, and continue to glow dimly for another 10-20 minutes.

The dim light is not bright, but if you’re in a dark park without any direct light, it’s visible enough to find and recharge with another blast from the flashlight. My dog loves it and will even refuse to pick up a different thrown ball if he has to drop his Glow Ball.

There’s no mechanism to break, no batteries to replace, and phosphorescence doesn’t “wear out,” so it should last a good long time. The icing on the cake is it costs about 1/4 as much as a flashy ball, so even if it eventually dies, I’ll still be very satisfied.

I’m buying another 2-pack as backup just in case one is lost. Will try to post pictures from our next nighttime trip to the park.

After playing with this for 40ish minutes at the park on Xmas day my dog froze mid retrieval which is completely out of character for him. I approached and found him panting and excessively drooling.

I attempted to grab the ball to find my dog had got his tongue stuck inside the ball and it had formed a suctioned seal that we were unable to break and as he was trying to use his tongue to push it out it just kept getting worse and was quickly stuck in the back of his throat.

It took maybe a minute for the situation to get this bad. After a 30 minute ordeal we were eventually able to dislodge the ball. Afterwards I inspected the ball and found the section where the squeaker is located had been pushed inside the ball and left a hole maybe 2cm in diameter.

My dogs tongue was maybe 10cm in diameter so you can imagine how tight this balls grip on him was. Extremely disappointed in a brand I’ve loved and trusted with not only dog my dogs but my children has produced such a dangerous product.

I think this should be recalled and redesigned. Brought this off another website. But trying to share my story so wherever I can to prevent this happening to someone else.

I bought this package for our 60 lb lab puppy. He’s 5 months old and goes through toys like crazy (besides his Kong, antler, and large animal horn)! This package was marketed for large dogs, so I was hoping it would give him good variety while being durable enough to last (a week, at least : )).

Unfortunately, he chewed through part of a section of each of the smaller items (the ring and the figure 8) the first time he played with them, which was a bummer; he LOVED the figure 8!! The heavier built ropes/balls are still intact, which is good, but the one with the ball on the end of the rope is hard to play with together (that thing can hurt someone, depending on what you’re playing).

We tend to roll the rope ball toy, instead of throwing it, as it could easily break something in the house when thrown; it’s pretty hard. Maybe the heavier three rope toys are more for the large dogs, and the figure 8 and ring are medium dogs.

?? I read it that all 5 would be durable for a lg dog, but that would make more sense.

I was excited to receive this variety pack as it states it’s for tough chewers. The circle was destroyed in five minutes. The blue plastic on the braided eight rope was torn to pieces in about an hour, with one side undone.

The knotted braid provides much fun. Do be mindful of the shredded pieces so they aren’t swallowed. I will say, the ball is big enough that he hasn’t been able to destroy it. The braided ball tug toy has also held up well.

I’m very pleased with the items I have! My Goldendoodle loves these items SO much. Happy he has some toys to play with.

I am always on the lookout for TOUGH toys for my almost 12 yr old Husky/Wolf/Pit mix and his BF just turned 1, LeRoy Shepard/Lab/Pit mix. They are both very hard on most anything they choose to play with together.

I thought “Oh good! These should last a while and they love playing tug”. So dissapointed that LeRoy showed up the other day and two of the tug toys are now in pieces! It only took about an hour to get the round one not so round any longer and the tug with the fringe is mostly now only fringe with pieces everywhere on the floor.

The others are in tact merely because they haven’t been played with yet.

I can see this being very durable. But it was not soft enough to replace the old ball I got for her that had holes and we played tug and fetch with. The old ball was more like the play young rubber balls rubber but like 4-5ply.

When you squish it with your hands it gives way easily. This one does not. My German did not like it. It was uncomfortable in her jaws… she like the bit of the other one. She did not destroy her last one.

The sun cracked it up after years outside so I’m trying to find a new one she likes.

I’m writing this review two years later to let everyone know that this toy has held up and is seriously the only toy that keeps my girl occupied for long periods of time. Just find a good treat that fits inside it and toss it to your pooch and they’ll be busy! The dog treats we’ve found to work well inside it: dream bones and the Dingo raw hide balls.

I have a 70-lbs German Shepherd and I’ve bought at least five of these since I discovered them years ago. He loves to chew on balls, but it’s really not great for his jaws and teeth to sink into regular small rubber balls, so this one gives him the satisfaction of chewing without the slobber.

It’s easy to pick up and it’s also great after he comes back from a hot walk super excited and still wants to play but he needs to cool off. He even falls asleep with it in his mouth sometimes. They generally last about a year or two before they start breaking apart from all the chewing, which is way longer than most other toys out there.

And since I live in a condo, it’s much less noisy for my neighbors downstairs when it bounces on the floor!.

Our pooch is a pretty gentle mouthed dog and this frisbee got trashed pretty quickly (first day). Our gentle mouthed beast does shake the frisbee and occasionally tug it for sure. The outside circle of the frisbee is a floaty kind of material that cracked.

We’ve had it about 2-3 weeks and it is now cracked in 3 places and the center fabric is torn in one place. However, the GREAT NEWS is that it is still AWESOME in flight. Despite all that damage, it still throws very well and we are in no hurry to replace it.

It does float. Very light weight. Any beast that is harder on toys will shred this frisbee in seconds. But for a gentle mouthed dog who can quickly be encouraged not to tug, it’s a worthwhile purchase.

Awwww. I am so sorry to say that this didn’t hold up to my overall experience with Chuckit! I love, love, love their products because my pups have so much fun. This unfortunately did not survive 15 minutes.

After a few minutes of playing fetch it became a “nah I’m gonna keep this” and the destruction began. It’s cloth like fabric was destroyed around the rim and stitching immediately and became a fun activity between 2 pups and myself to whom can get it from whom the fastest.

Is cute and does glide in the air quite well but if you have chewers this is not something I recommend.

My golden loves all Chuck It balls. I love finding these at Marshall’s/TJMaxx cause they always have them at a great deal! I found these at Marchalls today for $6 and just had to get them. They are easily $10+ at petco or any regular pet store.

They must have a high frequency whistle, cause I never hear anything when we’re throwing them around, but my golden goes crazy for them. He loves to chase them and just chew on them. He’s a crazy strong chewer and all the rubber Chuck it balls can withstand his chewing.

I do have a medium sized Chuck it thrower, I haven’t friend it yet with these balls, but I like that it’s compatible with it. We’re both excited for the next trip to the park.

My bigger dog “Buddy” loves his blue chuck-it ball. For the price its a great dog toy that last an incredibly long time. I’ve bought KONG products that have been torn into pieces by him but this is the first toy that he hasn’t been able to tear apart.

I’ve had this ball for over 1 year now. If your dog likes to chew on balls this one is definitely the one to pick out. I’ve given him the original Chuck-It balls before and he doesn’t enjoy them as much.

I think the reason why he likes this version of ball so much is that he can squish it because of the holes seen on the outside. PSA: The attached photo is the original chuck-it ball which he likes almost as much as this one.

I really like this mix because it allows you to test out several different varieties of chuckit balls to find out which one best suits your pup. My high energy German Shepherd pup has yet to destroy any of these balls and we play multiple times a day.

The rebounce ball is a bit heavier than the others and I didn’t really notice it bounce any different. It’s her least favorite. The whistle ball makes a slight whistle sound when it’s thrown and my pup will reach for it when she can’t find her glow ball.

Glow ball is everything to my pup! It’s light, it bounces super high, it whistles better than the whistle ball, it’s texture is squishy and she LOVES to take that thing everywhere with her. The only time I have ever seen her stressed, including going to the vet, is when I accidentally chucked it on the roof.

She was so upset that I had to get a ladder and get that ball down or I’d never hear the end of it! I am going to have to order more to keep on hand in case the tragic day ever comes that we lose glow ball.

They are all super easy to clean. Keep my dog entertained and exercised, and they hold up quite well. Can’t go wrong with this pack.

Seemed really thin when it arrived. But my husband put it on and spent 35 minutes in a swarm of angry Fall bees and only got stung once on the face because he let the hood slip backwards and the netting was against his face.

He took it off and it was obvious it stopped the stings. There were stingers all over in the gloves, and around the head, but they didn’t get through at all. The zipper hood is far better than velcro.

We have had issues with bees getting through velcro in the past, so I actually bought this solely because of the zipper hood. It does run small, order a size up. The elastic will keep it tight and a bigger size will keep it further from your body.

His XL was pretty tight, but it still stopped the stings.

We love this fetch wheel in our home! We love it so much and it’s such a versatile toy that I’ve purchased two. Mostly because I got them both on sale at different times. It’s a very pricey toy at full price and I’ve definitely found it for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper during different promos and sales.

However, it’s also a very sturdy and strong toy. Well constructed, as one would expect from Chuckit!. It’s soft enough to play with in the house and resilient enough to play with outside. It can be rolled on the ground, thrown like a frisbee (though of course doesn’t fly as well), or used for a vigorous game of tug.

Definitely a good one to have around.

We had this toy from our last doggie who passed away. He was a foxhound mix and he tossed it around a few times. Our new girl loves this toy. She was a hunting dog from Arkansas. She tossed it, rolled it, fetched it, played tug-of-war and destroyed it.

This is our second one. We also have a chuckit nerf-type ball and a disc. They are all very easy to find in the yard and to clean.

I wanted to really love this toy. It’s actually the second time I bought it. but only out of desperation because it lasted longer than all the other toys my dog has destroyed. I don’t have a big dog but he’s a determined chewer and can destroy ANYTHING but a Kong.

He’s a 1 yr old lab/maybe husky/maybe retriever/viszla mix (we think). He LOVED LOVED LOVED this toy but chewed the rope off straight out of the gate. He used that weakness to find a spot to tear in the fabric and reveal the rubber and it was over from there.

To be fair if you’re using this the right way (for fetch instead of it ending up as a chew toy) it will likely last much, much longer. It’s nice and light and throws well and was well-liked by my pup.

Love this bumper. It’s really visible and floats high on the water making it easy to find even in choppy water. I was afraid because it was foam I wasn’t going to be able to throw it very far but the material is dense and the rope makes it easy to get some distance on it.

I saw some reviews complaining that it doesn’t hold up to chewing. I have no doubt that if I gave my young Brittany this bumper to play with in the house he’d destroy it in a New York minute but I’m pretty sure that’s not what it was designed for.

For play time in the lake, river or pool it can’t be beat.

We have 2, large pit mixes. We buy two of every toy so that they can enjoy some chew time, as well as tug and fetch. This toy has held up great! The rope didn’t shred to bits in the first hour, and the super chewer pit only took off a teeny tiny piece of the ball portion…! This is one of the longest lasting toys we have bought from Chewy – granted, it’s only been 24 hours, but for us that’s a huge deal!.

I would give this toy a 5-star but my dog is a chewer, the rope didn’t last five minutes, but I knew that when I bought it. He loves rope toys but he chews through them in a flash. But he LOVES this ball! It is almost too big for his mouth, he’s just a year old, but it bounces great and rolls great too, inside and out! It even rolls on the grass, and he’ll chase it.

Just don’t buy it for a tug toy, or a rope toy, then it’s 5 stars.

Like many of you, our dog is a tough chewer and I wanted to provide an option other than Benebones. He has had this for a month and it is fully intact! Only minor surface scratches. Plus he LOVES it – it is always the first one he pulls out of his toy basket.

I’m sure the day will come when he’ll destroy it, but I can tell it won’t be any day soon. Highly recommend!.

We received our chewy package today which included the Kong meercat. My 11 month old Cockapoo puppy was so excited to get his new toy. Less than 1 hour later the ears were chewed off & the hook on the top of the head was also gone.

I thought Kong toys were more durable than this!!! I guess I just wasted my $$$!.
