I love these chips. They are my favorite! They have so many healthy things in them I feel like I’m doing something good for myself when I eat them. But also they are so good. There are tortilla chip but they’re crispy and thin and absolutely delicious.

I eat them in the morning I eat them in the afternoon oh, there’s no limit for me with these. I used to eat them with peanut butter in the morning for breakfast. Which sounds kind of weird but the consistency of the chip allows for it.

I eat them plain as a snack. I love a different flavors of the seeds that are in them and it makes me happy that I am making a healthy choice. Highly recommend.

We love these chips. For gluten free the taste can’t be beat. It is how chips should taste. Light and satisfying. I couldn’t improve on perfection. Highly recommended for many diets. Delicious. Why not try all the flavors this brand has.

I’ve tried a bunch of sweet potato chips (tortilla or regular) and these are my least favorite. My favorite sweet potato tortilla chips are from Late July, and favorite regular sweet potato chips (non-tortilla) are from Jackson’s Honest.

These two brands also beat FSTG for social and environmental impact (see below). Overall, these chips were a little heavy, the texture was not good, and had very little flavor. Also, bear in mind that (dried) sweet potato is a minor ingredient after corn and oil – they are basically corn chips.

Also, the oil is not expeller-pressed, and ingredients are not organic. I would not buy them again. Besides the normal rating, I’m also giving them 2/5 “green stars” for social and environmental impact.

Food Should Taste Good (FSTG) is owned by General Mills – like some other brands owned by food giants (e. g. , Kashi, owned by Kellogg’s) there are some discrepancies between the ethos of the smaller company and the parent.

For example, FSTG make a stance against GMO ingredients, while General Mills (and Kellogg’s too) funded campaigns to defeat labeling of GM food. I’d be more supportive of FSTG if they used organic ingredients – I think it would be much more significant than their anti-GMO policy (especially when their parent company is pro-GMO).

Besides that, General Mills is considered one of the least sustainable of the “Big 10” food conglomerates: check out their rating on Oxfam’s Behind the Brand scorecard. They are trying to make commitments now, but in terms of responsible sourcing of ingredients, water and energy use, etc.

These chips are literally a mixed bag. I love the sweet potato chips, even though they sometimes seem a little soft and a little too oily. In fact, that is how I feel about most of the vegetables in these chips.

There is one that I don’t really care for though, I think it is the yucca. It is the one that is white with black speckles. It is a pretty chip, but it seems too hard. The overall effect of these in a bowl is quite pretty and it’s definitely fun to have a change from regular old potato.

But these are just something I get every once in a while, its not something we want every day.

These yams are wonderfully terrific with butter and brown sugar! It’s a great way to get your yam fix any time of the year. The flavor is wonderful, and they don’t taste tinny (unlike some things in cans).

I wonder if they could do dried yams flakes up à la oatmeal-add water, heat up, and serve. .

I absolutely love this brand of sweet potatoes! Perfect as candied yams especially for the holidays! I don’t buy any other brand.

Forgot the yams for the Thanksgiving casserole, so ran in to buy a can. There was a lot of liquid in the can, so I poured it off before baking. The casserole came out very tasty; the sweet potatoes were slightly too soft in texture.

Maybe less juice and more potatoes in the can would keep the texture from degrading.

Bought these today. As I always do I checked nutrition information for Sodium, Sugars and other content. On package Sodium is 150 mg per serving. I ate several chips and Sodium content tastes more like 600 or 700 mg! So salty they are inedible.

Left my mouth puckered! I have purchased chips with Sodium content up to 135 mg so I was expecting something similar, a bit more salty, but not this!.

Buying online is hit or miss but with these it’s been a miss 2x I purchased online and received badly dented cans I didn’t feel safe in storing so used those and placed another order for pantry. 2nd order was also badly damaged.

Like so many other reviewers it looks like these were already damaged when packed. As for the brand, I’m disappointed in Bruce’s because it was at least 1/2 liquid. I bought sweet potatoes, not syrup but syrup is the bulk of the 40oz.

Decent canned yams — for quick prep, just toss in a frying pan with brown sugar. Better to get this size than the larger one if shipping — the cans can dent. Mostly, I appreciate Target for continuing to ship this and other canned foods — some folks that are unable to get to the grocery store really depend on Target, and are very grateful! Thanks!.

Options are limited. Years ago, canned yams were excellent. In the past several years, I have not found any brand that isn’t basically a bunch of tiny chunks with a lot of fibers and excessive liquid filler in them.

That’s just what we have to work with now. Taking that into consideration, this is an easy way to keep a nutritious vegetable option on hand.

These are amazingly delicious, and have a wonderful salty-sweet crunch to satisfy that craving. Perhaps my favorite chip. However, I would never serve these for a social gathering. They are almost always a few burnt pieces, and are usually in crumbs the size of a quarter or less.

And they are SOOO greasy. See the pictures of the grease/oil left behind on a plate. It’s worse when you get to the bottom of the bag, where there’s a collection of tiny crumbs stuck in the pool of oil left collecting on the bottom and sides of the bag.

I am not joking when I say I eat at least 3 bags of these a week. Don’t judge me for that, just know I am an expert. They definitely lack consistency in the thickness, salt/grease level, and overall crunch (Thanks for this global economy), but overall the taste is there.

The packaging has also changed from a resealable bag to a nonresealable bag, this isn’t a problem as I eat them all at once. Overall I would say that these are my favorite sweet potato chip, it’s a shame they are not carried in all targets.

These are good ones. Better than the famous black bag brand. I kinda like that they’re sometimes oily because my partner and I usually add onion powder or nutritional yeast. We use the crumbs at the bottom to mix with panko for air frying, adds a great extra crunch to whatever you’re breading! I do wish the packaging were more sustainable.

That zip-lock is pretty unnecessary if you just use a bag clip!.

This organic sweet potato puree is perfect until my own crop is ready for harvesting. I can’t find this product locally, so I’m glad Vitacost carries it. It has so many uses; however, I plan to use it to make an organic sweet potato pie.

Great quality organic sweet potato puree, in a BPA-free can. I’m not much of a baker personally, so I can’t speak to the sweet potato pie recipe printed on the can. But I LOVE to add a can of this to a batch of spicy, three-bean chili, which I make almost every winter weekend here in Michigan.

It is bonkers delicious. The sweet potato puree adds extra fiber, vitamins, and a little bit of sweetness, which goes great with the heat of fire roasted tomatoes, chili, cumin, and cinnamon. It also adds a nice thickness that makes it even more stick-to-your-ribs.

I appreciate Farmer’s Market Sweet Potato Puree because it’s a product of USA, organic, an excellent source of vitamin A, has no hidden ingredients, it’s of reliable quality, from an otherwise good brand, and comes in a recyclable BPA free can.

Tried other brands but now stay with Bruce’s. Yams are tasty , firm and good sized chunks. Combine with brown sugar , butter and marshmallows for a delicious holiday side. If you’re not mixing the marshmallows into the yams, what are you doing ?? Don’t throw marshmallows on top, mix them in and then bake ! Thank me later.

Bruce’s yams are a favorite in this household. We mix them with butter and brown sugar. They always taste so sweet compared to off brands. Very affordable and worth trying at least once.

If you are short on time or not that experience in the kitchen (like myself) I will say that this is the best brand to purchase to prepare candied yams for the Holiday dinners. It has the perfect consistency of the syrup and yams have the perfect amount of sweet to them.

This a lot for what you pay. It is half liquid which is slightly sweet sipping or can be made into alcoholic beverage. The cane sugar added is actually pretty small amount compared to sugar from sweet potato, The potato hunks, though very soft, many are fairly large and have a mild refreshing taste and texture.

This sweets and apples flavored has got to be one of the weirdest versions of chips Terra has ever put out. The sweet potatoes are crunchy, and the apples are soft and chewy. it makes for a strange combination when you chew them together.

Since the company (WayBetterSnacks) do not have a customer service phone#, I sent them an email through their website.

No response. After a week, I sent another email. No response. So now it’s been almost two weeks. Unacceptable from a fairly young company; and I will not purchase again since the company ignored what could be a health issue.

My family tried these tortilla chip snack dippers with a burrito bowl. When paired with other elements of the bowl, they tasted delicious. They were light and enhanced the flavors of the bowl. There are very thin, so they break easily when used with a heavy dip, so they might be best suited for a salsa.

We often times crumble chips onto our burrito bowl, so this was fine with us. Even though these are intended as a dipper, we also tried them without the dip and we all agreed that we would not eat these without a dip.

The taste was a bit oily and bland on it’s own. But, those factors made it work very well as a dipper. My only request would be for these to be stronger so they don’t break so easily. Overall, we would buy these again, but would use them for a lighter dip.

Super good blue corn chips. The bag has an extra layer to it so they stay fresher longer (it’s wicked hard to open the bag the first time, but helllllo, scissors). Thin and crunchy, they make for good standalone snacking, nachos and dipping.

Good Health Avocado Oil Potato Chips taste similar to kettle chips but are less salted, more bland and taste more oily. I got them for my wife who can’t eat regular chips. She thinks they aren’t great either.

She always seasons them with garlic powder and white cheddar popcorn seasoning to make them taste like sour cream and onion chips before eating them. These are more expensive than regular brands and mediocre but don’t make my wife have an allergic reaction, so we will buy them again.

Found these to be quite greasy. As I was eating my hand was covered in grease and small pieces of chips stuck to my hand. Could see the oil as soon as i opened the bag over the chips. Did not taste the avocado flavor.

Wonder what the chips are really cooked it? Since i reacted as if they were cooked in Canola Oil. Have tried to reach out to the company Good Health with my question. They have not answered me.

I’ve been enjoying the avocado oil chips for about two years now. They are light and fluffy and have low sodium. I’m able to have half the serving size, i. e. , only 10 chips a day for only half the calories at only 80 and half the sea salt sodium (the best kind there is) which is 37-1/2mg, plus 1/2 gram of fiber and 1 gram protein with only 4-1/2 grams of fat.

Very decent. I don’t gain weight on them or overeat, they are so satisfying! I only wish all stores would carry the brand or the flavor! It’s quite a challenge trying to find them so I purchase in bulk here (less expensive too!) and then have a bag to bring to the staff at my fav local restaurant which just reopened indoor dining in NYC! I bought this to try it out for my pit bull, his allergies and stomach problems make it so he can’t have many many different treats including peanut butter. However this is something he can have a he absolutely loves.

We either fill up his kong with it and freeze it or give it to him straight from the nozzle during training. He can’t get enough of it and is super motivated by it.

What I like about KONG Stuff’N Sweet Potato Spread Dog Treat is that it comes at a lower price than some of the other stuffing products yet it still delivers. We use this product in conjunction with the bacon flavored product from the same company to add some fiber for our 14 year old dachshund.

We find combing the flavors gets more overall mileage out of the kong. You have to squeeze the product out of the tube by hand like a tube of toothpaste versus some other products that come in a pressurized can.

What a misleading box!! These are not sweet potato crackers. they are greasy corn chips with the first ingredient being GROUND YELLOW CORN, the second ingredient being sunflower or safflower oil! Greasy corn chips!! The 3rd ingredient is sweet potato and after that more non-sweet potato ingredients of GROUND WHITE CORN AND THEN SOME SEEDS AND SALT.

We bought these crackers at one of the wineries that we were visiting because one of the girls could only eat gluten-free. I love sweet potatoes thought these sounded good. I really liked these! They were a perfect pairing for our cheeses wine.

I was disappointed with this particular product. These potatoes after being rehydrated are still very very small. I cooked them 2 different ways, and I’m not satisfied. Put in homemade soup they practically disappeared, so I thought I’d try frying in cast iron skillet.

They stayed same size, but even after well seasoned they were tasteless. I will not purchase these diced potatoes again. Waste of money.

I use these in soups. I reconstitute them first then they get for five hours in the crockpot and they work fine. Probably a reasonable thing to have on hand during a pandemic when shopping it is a problem.

These are a little on the expensive side but the quality is decent. The dices are small but even. Works great to make potato salad and to put in soups.

These chips were tasty. I could imagine eating them with guacamole or salsa. They are definitely a healthier alternative to tortilla chips. My only complaint is that if you are snacking on them with no dip they can be a little dry.
