The Stockton Roadside Tool Kit has a massive selection of tools to aid in almost any mechanical emergency. The tool organizer rolls up to fit in most saddlebags and storage areas. Choice of metric or SAE kits.
This kit has everything I need or could want in a one-stop package! I have other tools, but wanted a set just for my bike and this is it! Fortunately, I haven’t used it roadside, but I have rolled it out for the driveway.
It rolls up nice and can go in my saddle bag without taking up all the space, but it is alot bigger than what could fit in one of those little “tool bags” that you normally see attached upfront. The rollout is compartmentalized and keeps all the tools (including the elusive 10mm) secure! I strongly recommend adding to your kit!.
I have had this kit for over 3 years. I have used it to just about all the work on both my bike and my wifes. I have a few other tools like larger sockets for changing tires but the metric keys are worth it alone.
Just ordered another kit to put in my new bike top box just to have. The old one I have spread across the house and garage as I use it for a lot of things. With a new bike I will be wanting to make a lot of adjustments to small things like mirrors and hand guards etc.
so I thought it was time to get a new complete kit. I honestly don’t care to pack one up every time before a ride and since I use the other kit for maintenance this works great having a second one. I will put some velcro on the bag this time and inside my topbox and that should keep it from shifting around at all and make me less inclined to steal tools out of it when I have house projects to do.
Tool kit has alot of good tools, some things you wont need. For me, I took out the Allen wrenches that don’t go with my bike. along with some other things. Added a few special tools, like my tire spoons, extra wrenches and sockets.
I originally was just going to buy a tool roll, for a few dollars more you can buy this kit. Add and take away from it. Used it the for the first time to change an front tube, on the road the other day.
perfect for me on my africa twin. All in all, no kit will have EVERYTHING. so you will have to personalize it for your bike. Its a great start for those of you need a tool kit. Rolls up nice, fits easily on bike.
Room for extra tools. You will pay 20 to 40 bucks for a tool roll. Why not get some tools with your purchase. Hope this helps you. Donnie.
New Never Been Used Duralast 180 Piece Mechanics Set! It Is In Great Cosmetic Condition With Some Wear On The Box But Nothing Too Major! The Tools Have Never Been Used!
The Performance Tool 107 Piece Home And Auto Tool Set provides all of the essential tools needed for repairs around your house and garage. This set has SAE and metric sockets and accessories.
From shadetree mechanic to serious DIYer, the need for reliable and performance-capable tools is a constant. This comprehensive tool set is anchored by ANSI specified oval head design, reversible 72 gear-teeth ratchets covering 1/4, and 1/2 inch drives.
This supports the broad assortment of standard and deep well sockets in SAE and Metric sizes.
I am not a mechanic, and as such I do not invest in expensive tools. Which is a catch 22, pay up for quality or pay for the same item twice. I am doing exactly that. I had the members mark set and after about 3 years of abuse, the ratchet that I use most of the time broke.
So I ordered this set without giving it too much thought. Overall the set looks to be well made, time will be the ultimate judge of dependability. I knocked off one star because the sockets were most in disarray when I opened them and I had to organize them.
During this time I found a 10 mm socket that has zero markings. Hopefully it never gets displaced because I will have zero idea where it belongs.
Nice organized case. A few tools fell out during transport and a few tools are difficult to remove from case but overall nicely organized. Quality seems pretty decent so far. As usual a few more socket and wrench sizes would be nice but seems like a good mix for the price.
Comparative shopping online, I found this to be best bargain in this type/size of mechanics tool sets. I have always used craftsman and Snap On over the past 35 years and these tools seem as good as the older craftsman tools.
I recently bought this set. And today was the first time I opened to use it on a project. And when I opened it one socket was missing. Buying in the store check it for missing sockets or other items.
I haven’t found any other way than take it back and exchange the whole thing but would just like to have the bit.

I purchased this set to keep inside the house so I wouldnt have to go to the garage every time I needed to fix something. At the sale price, I figured I couldnt go wrong. After inspection, they are far better than you might expect.
I would put them up against original “real” Craftsman in quality & feel. The screwdriver tips are a prime example. The box and fitted foam liner are also as good as anybody’s small set. If you have the space, they would make a perfect set of breakdown tools for the vehicle too.
This tool box is perfectly sized for an emergency condensed tool kit, Great Quality, Tough tools, I used this awesome box for another hobby box, I carry my Vintage Model Racing cars to the track in this.
I like the small size so I’m getting my brothers and my son each one for Christmas.
This thing has a bit of everything you need. It is a great great tool box to have in the back of a vehicle. Everything seems to be good quality so far.
ten screwdriver bits, four star, three slotted and two Phillips. Bit holder. 25″ drive hex adapter. Eighteen. 25″ drive 6 point sockets Fulfilled by UnbeatableSale Inc.
The 129 different standard and deep sockets along with the 14 combination wrenches and 19 bit sockets will allow you to tackle any fastening or repair project.
Great starter kit mostly every thing you need to do at home garage work. You may have to buy some specialized tools all around good quality. I have a lot of craftsman set the tool are just as good if not better.
Great ratchet sets in the box highly recommend this set for any one.
This tool set offers a range of 1/4 in, 3/8 in and 1/2 in tools from ratchets and wrenches to sockets to specialty bits. Hard stamped markings give the tools some seriously increased durability and readability.
A knurled control ring improves your grip on all the tools inside the mechanic’s tool set.
The 234 pc Dewalt mechanics set is a great product. As with most Dewalt products, they are well made and quality products are used. There are so many sizes and both metric and SAE and are well organized.
It is heavy to carry, which keeps the kids from playing with it. The case however holds items tight on the “lid” portion, but the bottom portion the items are loose and fall out super easy. If you open it upside down watch out, your toes will get smashed as everything comes tumbling out except those items in the lid portion.
Great high(er)-end name brand quality for great price. I can not find this exact set (using DWMT45434) on DeWalt’s website, but can find similar collections that include the same basic tools that cost a lot more.
Purchased two of these sets as a great start for each of my two sons. One will be used as intended, as a Mechanic’s set (on vehicles, etc). The other one will probably mostly be used for random house-type work, which may be overkill – but is there such a thing as too many tools?.
This has been the best tool set I have owned. The set has everything you need in a hurry when on a road trip or when you are working in your garage. The thing that impresses me the most is that this set has 234 pieces and the case is not that large and none of the pieces fall out of their slots.
I have owned multiple tool sets by multiple brands and this Dewalt set is by far the best I have owned.

HART continues to expand our Mechanics setsand the 270 piece set definitely takes it to the next level. Youll find an extensive range of standard as well as deep well sockets in both metric and SAE for general automotive work.
The 90-tooth ratchets allow up to 20% more access in tight spaces while the reverse switch lever lets you change working direction with just one hand. Having the option of 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 drive ratchets makes large and small tasks easy to work through.
The set includes tools and adaptors, -inch drive 6 point sockets (standard and deep well), 3/8-inch drive 6 point sockets (standard and deep well), -inch 12 point sockets and screwdriver. For more specialty applications, included are star bits and variety of hex bit sockets.
In addition, the chrome finish provides rust resistance for added durability and large size markings for quick and easy identification. The set comes in a durable case with metal latches and barrel hinges, plus additional storage space for maximum versatility.
I mean, for $100. This set is awesome. I did a shake test and the box holds the tools pretty good, only a few pieces came loose. I’ve never had allen head sockets and they came in handy for building a swing set for the little one.
There are some fillers, like double allen wrenches, but for the most part, I’m impressed. I wish the wrenches went up to larger size. There’s not much extra storage space, either. Great, sturdy tools.
Ratchets are nice and smooth. Very, very happy with this purchase. Hart Tools are the way to go! (FYI, those silica packets that you throw away, stick one in each compartment and your tools definitely won’t rust, even if you wear the chrome off them.
tool set received without damage. no missing tool. ratchets are made in Taiwan and tested working. all other tools are made in China. the two doors that hold up the two bottom trays kind of tight and by inserting the 1/4 drive bit driver or a regular screwdriver all the way into the hinge part you may easily pry the door open.
the embossed size labels on the tray can barely read. I use paint marker to color the labels so them stand out perfectly. the tools sets are extremely heavy to me, so when I need to load the tool set to a vehicle, I take out the bottom trays and move them separately.
I bought this set on clearance for a great price and it is a fairly comprehensive tool set. i like the case and the 90 tooth ratchets feel great. There is quite a bit of “filler” items in this set which is disappointing.
for some reason there are 2 identical allen key sets included soley to add an additional 20 pieces to the count but with no real world benefit, it’s the same with some of the 1/4 driver bits having doubles just to pump the numbers.
I’m very pleased with the tools in general and if you pay any less than $100 for this then it’s super worth it. i do wish that hart had spent a bit more time with the order and organization of the tools in the case as there’s not much rhyme or reason as to where tools are placed.
Channellock’s 132 piece mechanic’s tool set includes: 3/8 72 teeth ratchet,20 1/4 sockets,21 3/8 sockets,2 spark plug sockets,3 and 6 extensions,reducing adapter,magnetic bit driver,40 phillips,slotted,torx,pozi,square and hex driver bits,10 sae and metric nut driver bits,18 sae and metric hex keys,10 sae and metric combo wrenches,and durable storage case.
3/8 Drive 72 gear teeth quick release ratchets. Full polished sae and metric combination wrenches. 3/8 And 1/4 drive chrome vanadium standard and deep sockets. Sae and metric hex keys.
This tool set is better than the Craftsman one I had. All of the tools stay in place when you lug the case around. Everything works and it has every common socket size I’ll ever need. Definitely a good brand, although I wish there were more CHANNELLOCK tools/sets available.
They are pretty hard to find sometimes. Sam’s Club had a nice special on the same tool set but with a nice rolling tool box and neoprene drawer liners a while back but I haven’t seen anything comparable since.
If you are lucky enough to find one of these I recommend getting it, even if you have to sell your set of a different brand.
I didn’t notice the extensions were missing for the 1/4 & 1/2 in drive ratchets until I used it this past weekend. Not sure why they would leave these out of this set. I needed the 1/4in extension on my project.
I had to go get one out of my main toolbox at home. Glad I found this out before I needed it on the road. Channellock could have left a couple of other things out so they could have included the extensions.
There are many different types of tool kits for cars on the market, and it can be difficult to know which one to choose. The most important thing to consider is what kind of tools you need and what kind of car you have.
If you have a basic car, you may not need all of the tools that are included in a more comprehensive kit. On the other hand, if you have a more complex car, you will need a kit that includes more specialized tools.
Some of the most common tools that are included in car tool kits are wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and a socket set. These are the basic tools that you will need to perform most repairs on your car.
If you have a more complex car, you may also need tools such as a torque wrench, a brake bleeder, and a fuel pressure gauge.
When choosing a tool kit for your car, it is important to read the reviews to see what other people have to say about the different kits. You should also consider the price of the kit and whether or not it includes all of the tools you need.
With a little bit of research, you should be able to find the perfect tool kit for your car.
