I feel as though I got what I paid for since I needed a 2 hitch receiver for my Sienna. I thought I was getting a Curt brand receiver and it even came in a Curt box and the hitch receiver was U-haul brand.

Personally, I dont care since it was black and fits my van great and gets the job done. But clearly the Curt product was switched for a U-haul, hence the three star review. The U-Haul product does work well and is secure to get the job done.

Got 5his to mount a snowplow on my 2016 JKU(haven’t got the plow yet). The instructions are very basic, but it’s literally 6 bolts. The toughest part is fishing the wires through for the bolts. Getting it on was a pain by myself so you might want a friends hands to help.

I had to pound it on but it’s solid steel so you won’t hurt it. Overall I was happy with the purchase.

I ordered the Curt Class III hitch for my ’02 Sienna. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Installation instructions were simple and clear. Just dropped the spare tire and released the muffler from its rear hanger, and with four bolts the hitch was installed.

I really like how the hitch tucks up under the rear bumper with only the receiver visible. The hitch is well-made and beefy. I will be using it mainly to mount a 5-bike hitch rack but will likely find other uses too.

I would recommend.

After research I decided this hitch would be the best one for both price and ease of installing. I received it on time but in a package that was less then appropriate. Now I see why others had issue with installing it.

Picture included. I was to excited to put an extra paint coat on it so i hope it doesn’t rust where the paint chipped off. Installation was quite easy except for being alone while installing. I did take the full size spare out( and use to help install) i also used a craftmans tool box to hold the hitch up being alone and the weight of the hitch is quite heavy.

I did not lift the end just did it while on the ground. I do recommend having or purchasing a torque wrench (harbor freight) for install. Also doing what the diy videos show and clean the bolt holes, the bolts will go in better.

I would recommend this hitch brand as I have had curt as well and they both do as they are designed for. I have a cargo carrier that I load up for trips and camping. I only gave 4 stars due to packaging that should have been better.

I’m a 125lb woman and was able to install by myself (husband was at work).

This was not an easy job at all. The exhaust system had 3 connections points that had to be taken off to drop the muffler to have access to mounting the hitch. Drilling the hole was okay and feeding the lugs, washers and nuts was okay.

The heat shield was a real problem as I cut it as shown in Utube videos but it was not enough and the shield was blocking one of the attachment bolts, so snip, snip and I got it in place. The rubber straps to reattach the exhaust system (3) were totally difficult to do especially the two on the muffler.

The tail pipe was okay. I had to lube the rubber fasteners and stretch the hell out of them to reattach. Finally got it. Looks great, works great. Oh year I was NOT on a life but on the ground.

I love this hitch. I was lucky that all the holes on my frame were pre-drilled and made the job very easy. The instructions were really faded so I couldn’t really use them, but I printed out my own from their website and everything went really smoothly.

Only took about an hour and could have done it quicker if I had an impact wrench to take out the old rusted bolts. I was also really lucky that my full size tire still fits up under the bed of the truck.

Just a note, I only had to take one bolt off the frame so the bumper stayed in place for me. The side bumper braces I had to take off so I could get to the bolts, but it was no problem putting them back on.

Easy to use and improvement over the previous version’s ring locks that eventually failed. The lever locks are easy to actuate and the rubber boot protects the piston from the elements. I just completed a cross-country winter trip with snow, ice, road salt, sand, and rain with no problems.

I also had to lock the RV brakes for an accident in front of me, and the tow-bar worked perfectly keeping the Jeep right behind me. Pins and locks are simple. Coiled emergency cables work great and don’t drag.

Easy connect and disconnect. The best feature for me about this model is that it fit the original Blue Ox mount welded on the 1995 Jeep Cherokee–quite a relief to me that I didn’t need to remove and replace the Jeep mount.

Only drawback is that I have to stow the tow bar in the RV or Jeep when disconnected. The previous Blue Ox would fold and fit on the front of the Jeep. For that and because it has no cover or stow bag it loses a star.

This tow bar seems to be made of great quality. Blue ox is supposed to be the best in the business. Like how I am able to store the tow bar on my vehicle and between towing.

First time we went to use it LED lights do not work. I think Road master makes a good tow bar, but I bought this one because I really liked the added safety of the lights on the bar. If I could return it I would, looks like I’m stuck with it.

This tow bar works great and the additional safety feature of the LED strips also provides additional light to see between the car and the RV for taking it off or putting it on at night.

Excellent product. Included cable are good length even with a 4″ drop extension reciever.

Awesome truck with really cool additions! I honestly thought it was like the old school truck toys where there wasn’t much to put together so I was pretty surprised to find out how much you had to assemble.

That being said, though, it wasn’t difficult at all. It took me a few hours putting it together by myself because I’ve never done this before. Plus it was pretty heavy and I’m petite but still it’s definitely doable.

There was a quite a few trial and error issues but I managed to figure it out. It also comes with a remote so if your kids don’t feel like putting in the work to drive it (like mine did) you can help them out.

After all that, would I still buy this Without a doubt! My two toddlers love it!.

Product was easy to assemble, and is pretty well built for a kids ride on toy. Ours came with a cracked hood, we called customer service that night and I was extremely impressed with their customer service department.

The replacement part came in a week. The only negative thing I have to say is that the rear springs and shocks are too stiff to really allow any suspension travel even when adjusted to the softest setting.

I have a steep driveway and the truck does bog down slightly but makes it up no problem. Traction on the grass is also pretty impressive. I recommend this product.

Purchased this hitch receiver for my 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn with the Class III Bumper Hitch. I didn’t realize you needed a separate hitch receiver to make it functional. It was definitely a cost savings instead of purchasing the full trailer hitch unit.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a 1/2” hex driver to start the install, so I had to visit a local auto parts store. Installation was easy, took about 30 minutes, torqued the bottom bolts to the recommended ft lbs, but the top bolt (350 ft lbs) exceeded my torque wrench capability, so I cranked it as hard as I could with the leverage I had.

Overall, I’m really happy with the product.

Mounting was easy. Used needle nose vice grip pliers to hold the tail end of the fish wires as far into the bolt holes as they would go. Allowed for more wire to work with on other end, crimping for the backplate and threading the bolts onto the wire.

Used the same pliers to clamp and hold the bolts once they were pulled through the backplates so they wouldn’t fall back into the frame while I was unthreading them from the fish wires. That was the only dicey part of the process.

Losing one or both of the bolts in the frame would have been a major headache. But it worked and I’m loving the hitch. Highly recommend.

Bought this hitch nervously as it was an “open box” all sales final product. Was marked as scratched and chipped. Showed up in two days in fresh packaging with all parts and pieces. Looks fresh as the day it was made.

No major scratches at all so it leads me to believe the standards are pretty high for this company. We were very very pleased.

Works well and installation was easy enough. The monitor is small, the description said it was small but still, it’s tiny. The picture is very good, nice and clear. The hitch mode is really not that different than normal mode, either way I’m able to easily connect the trailer and that was my primary goal, perfect for hookup! Well worth the price if it will last and continue to work well.

I have a 2014 Ram 2500 without a backup camera, but I have started doing a lot of camping so I needed to hook up to our travel trailer. I started with a garmin backup camera (as it was wireless and linked directly to our Garmin GPS) and broke two of them in the past year.

I needed a better solution to make hookup on my trailer hitch easier and faster. This worked perfectly, its hard wired but the adaptor to pull power from your existing 7 pin connector is flawless (very amazed other companies still require you to tap into your existing wiring harness) ran the cable through the frame ( used a fish tape) small drill through the floor board and mounted the monitor on in the center of my dash.

I was a bit worried that I may not have enough cable but ended up with about 4′ extra. 2014 Ram 2500 crew cab with 6. 5′ bed. The screen is small, its a pretty clear picture and turns on automatically when I put the truck in reverse.

Guys, this thing is so easy to do and includes everything you need. I was looking at swapping out the stereo to an upgraded one, then adding the emblem camera onto the tailgate to the tune of almost 2k.

This is a 10th of the price and can be done in just over an hour, and that’s when you take your time to tie off the cable all along the way. So simple and I hooked up my car hauler in the first attempt when I used it.

Why didn’t I do this sooner!!.

An excellent construction kit, absorbing and time consuming probably takes about 20 hours to put together. I find these very relaxing to build. Lego was new when I was a child and a light up brick was about as sophisticated as it got.

I dont have the imagination to make something like this on my own but thankfully it comes with very detailed step by step instructions and I have really enjoyed building this. I have previously done the Land Rover & Mack Truck kits.

I’m 80% done with this set, and its really great! It’s my first pneumatic set, so I’m really enjoying the new functions. Personally I wasn’t a huge fan of the look, but I do like it better in person.

I’ve also decided to not apply the more OTT stickers. Not to knock this set, but I do wish I could buy pneumatic parts or other sets on the store. I would def buy this set again.

This truck gives you a lot for the money. Tons of working functions and the pneumatics work great and are fun to play with. The non pneumatic functions seem tedious to play with in comparison, but they are still nice to have and add a lot.

It might seem like a lot of money for a toy truck, but the mechanical nature the of this truck, especially the pneumatics, makes it something really quite special. I’m really impressed with it as an adult and I’m sure my nephew will go nuts when he sees it! Easily one of the best products Lego has released in a long time.

Very easy to install. Look up Watch U-Hauls install video to learn a couple of tricks. “Drawtite hitch install 2014 Ford Explorer” Not as hard to wrestle in place as I expected. Since the truck has dual mufflers, I just rested the hitch across the top of the mufflers.

Although it is not visible in picture, mine came with the little tab welded to the hitch so you can install a plug connecter mounting bracket. I am very happy, this is a very clean looking install.

This hitch, despite what some of the other reviews state, is an easy to bolt on hitch that required no special skills to install. It does NOT come with hardware, which some reviewers complained about but it does not NEED any since the hitch utilizes existing bolts/hardware.

The instructions are well laid out and easy to understand if you actually need them (I did not). One note to ease installation. The muffler needs to be unbolted from it’s hanger, which is easy enough however despite that the fact that muffler is unbolted, the operating room above it to access a mounting bolt is quite small.

Unbolting will require the necessary socket but also realistically requires a universal joint attached at the point of the socket with a 6 inch extension. To make the job easier, since there is no swing room for a wrench, an impact gun with a universal joint will make life far easier for this install, specifically for the bolt above the muffler (that’s what i used) but it’s not mandatory.

Also, this hitch is compatible with “stow and go” seating, which is on my van (2012 dodge grand caravan). This is a two man install only because it’s quite heavy and wide. A floor jack will suffice if you don’t have a second set of hands to hold the hitch up as you perform the install.

Just figured I would offer my two cents.

One of the few hitches I have mounted that actually seemed to be made for the vehicle. All hardware, which is 6 bolts, 6 washers and 2 nuts is included. The Tacoma frame is already threaded with “weld nuts” that accept the 4 large anodized bolts.

My truck was new and had no frame corrosion. If the truck has been on the road you might have to clean up the weld nuts with a wire brush. As such the 4 main bolts threaded right in. The other 2 bolts actually thread in through the rear step bumper then down through the hitch.

Draw-Tite provides 2 fish wires to help position the rear most bolts. This was the only time consuming part. If someone can help you for a couple minutes to hold the hitch to the frame this job is easier.

I used a floor jack and some boards to hold it up as there was no one else to help. Anyway, all the holes line up, there is no drilling and all you need is a 1/2 inch drive socket set and you definitely do not need to pay an installer.

I purchased this to replace a Demco Commander that I used for several years. This tow bar is lighter and as sturdy as my Commander. The mounting end was set to a 1. 5″ rise and it was difficult to remove the bolts to reverse it to drop 1.

5″ but I was able to do so. I also had to remove the bar that holds the electrical cable and reposition it from below the tow arm to above it. Demco provides multiple rails to allow this so it was easy enough to do.

My Commander was in good shape (Demco builds sturdy products), but it was difficult to unlatch it from my tow vehicle if not perfectly flat. This new bar can be released on a non-level surface so there is no longer a need to take a mallet and screwdriver and pound the baseplate pins out.

I haven’t tried the quick release yet, but Demco invented the tech to do this so I am confident it will work as it should. The tow cables that come with Demco tow bars are sturdy. They mount on the tow bar with clips that hold them in place but still allow the cables to pull in either direction, something I like about Demco tow bars.

I plan to sell my old Commander and this one should last as long as I need it to.

So this little bar is amazing. I’ve pulled big trucks cross country with it. Pros: Very well built. Solid. Not nearly as heavy as expected. Very easy to hook to truck doing the towing Cons:I feel like it needs a secondary lock to keep bars extended.

If vehicles are taller or shorter than towing vehicle it’s a bit unnerving to pull. Adapters, could use some other adapters for more convenient use. Thoughts: It works great, but I think it should be adjustable in height to accommodate a more straight pull.

Adapters could be built to attach to the truck. I home built both items for convenience and think it’s marvelous.

Another great product from Demco. I purchased this tow bar to tow a Honda CRV. Fit, finish,and function is top drawer. The instructions were well written. It is really easy to connect and un-connect the car.

Best of all and the reason why I purchased the Dominator is it’s light weight. Love, love, love it.

This is a great looking hitch that arrived super fast. Auto anything has great shipping. Hitch has thick metal with a quality black paint coating. Curt appears to have thought of almost everything including a post for reattaching the muffler to avoid clearance issues.

Surprised they didn’t include mounting holes for wiring harness bracket for OEM harness. The only problem was that I could not get all the bolt holes to align with the frame. Spent 2 hours and still no dice.

This is a high quality hitch with high quality components (hardware bag) and a very nice powder-coat paint job. [. ]I always expect a little problem solving when starting a job like this, but not like what I encountered.

Bad news is, like the other reviewer thus far, this hitch is apparently not wide enough for it’s intended application (2007 Honda Ridgeline) unless it was bent 3/4″ – 1″ inward during transit. While that may be the case, the box was not damaged and the condition/gage of the steel suggests it was pristine.

The stamped mounting holes didn’t come close to lining up and I had nothing big enough to bend out the hitch arms, so I attempted to install it with the best stuff I had. Installed one side, then used a large C-clamp (a pry bar would not have worked because there’s really nothing to wedge it against) to draw the hitch to closer alignment on the frame and after about 2 hours was able to “coax” it into place.

But not before stripping one of the M12 hex bolts, which caused the hidden weld nut inside the truck’s frame tube to break loose. The vertical bumper beam plate bolt slots are off lateral center by a good 3/16″-1/4″ and there’s now no way to get it centered without droping it and sledging out the sides or trying to widen the holes with a cutter, grinder or extremely large drill bit.

So now, I’m headed to a welder to finish the job. This is a nice hitch but unless you have a strong helper, better than average “forcing” tools, and a lot of patience, expect more than 30 minutes of installation time (no, the truck’s never been hit).

Don’t force the bolts or expect them to “pull” the hitch into position. You may end up breaking off the weld nuts inside the frame and heading out to your favorite welder. I’m a repeat Curt customer – have been very happy with their products in the past.

Once it’s mounted properly I’m sure it will do its job. Bottom line – This one’s too close for comfort.

Went on like a champ, 40 minutes. Watched YouTube videos for hitch and wiring harness and that really helped. Practicing on the wiring kit plugs also helped with disconnection of original equipment. I ended up buying a 2-inch longer rubber exhaust system hanger (O’Reillys) to allow reconnection of muffler to original point on the truck and lower the muffler enough to avoid rattling on new hitch.

20 mm socket required to torque the frame bolts. Watching YouTube & wiring took another hour.

This made towing a Jeep real easy, hook up etc. was pretty quick and fairly effortless. First time out we drove 500 plus miles without a problem. Not cheap but well made and not too heavy.

What can I say. Great product. I already used an earlier product but this new twist is even better. The longer length and NO BINDING is fantastic. A nice upgrade to an already perfect product.

Gotta connect it to something. That something is there $500 mounting plate that’s needed, and not mentioned in ad. Also charged me a $100 re-stock fee! Waste of time and money!

Very pleased with the Curt hitch. Looks good. Only issue was finding someone with a torque wrench big enough to tighten main bolt to 320 ft/lbs, mine would only do 150 ft/lbs. Also NAPA had the best price around.

The hitch was delivered two days sooner than it was to arrive. that was a plus because I was going to need to use it in three days. great product. well made. And only took me 20 minutes to install it.

Shipped quick, easy install. Had my 15 year old put it in and it took all of 15 mins. Only issue the top bolt requires a hex wrench that is bigger than anything in stores. I just used channel locks but it seemed odd.

I have been having a blast with this trailer. Four wheels provides a lot of dampening for my kids to load into the back and ride comfortably as it follows the ATV through the bumpy landscape. It is easy to navigate (including reverse operations) and the dumpster operation is well engineered.

Lots of capacity and incredibly solid bucket and frame. I haven’t put it through all the motions yet but it looks and feels like it was built to last. The only surprise was that the four wheels still connect to the frame from a single access point.

It appears to be the same axle they use in the 2 wheel version. In theory, you could take 2 tires off the 4 wheel frame mount then directly to this point and have the 2 wheel version of the trailer. As a result, the trailer doesn’t stand upright on its own, which is probably safer but a little different than what I thought I was buying.

With a Milwaukee ratchet and a deep socket wrench set, this was a breeze to assemble. Very happy with the purchase.

The trailer came in box, only took about 20 minutes to assemble, the framework and axle is high quality steel and the tub is a really thick sturdy plastic. Used mine to haul gravel for my driveway and it hauls very well.

It’s a very good trailer for the price and very useful to have.

This is the second polar trailer I have purchased. They are light, easy to maneuver, and work great! I’ve hauled corn, rock, and logs in it. The best trailer I’ve ever bought.

I am pleased with the purchase. Good cart at a reasonable price. This appears durable enough for my home use. Not only do I haul debris but the grandkids enjoy a ride once in a while! I attach it to my John Deere X330 tractor.

I bought this trailer to dump dirt, compost and rock. It is very sturdy, holds the weight well but the dump action is not what I had hoped for. It tilts back easily, but the material doesn’t actually dump out, even if you pull forward.

You then have to scoop it all out. I don’t understand the point of the pivot, I’d prefer to lock it out. It only pivots when the trailer is dumped.

Perfect for a multitude of uses. Well built. Easily assembled within a half hour. Able to handle rough terrain behind my wheeler. Plenty of clearance underneath due to the absence of traditional axle.

I attached a 2″shaft size ball hitch coupler to the tongue. Used the pin holes with a bushing inserted between them to avoid compression. Drilled another hole in the tongue shaft, bolted it together and I was all set.

The pin hitch was okay, but I didn’t want to have to take the ball off my wheeler each time I wanted to use the trailer.

I purchased this trailer for more storage and better tires than my smaller garden trailer- and I am not disappointed. Instructions to assemble the trailer were easy to understand. This company includes an additional hardware which is a nice touch.

Disclaimer: You may have had an entirely different experience. This is purely mine, and note — I’ve had similar experiences with Yakima, as I did with Kuat. This review is less about the product, and really specific to the manufacturer, which these days is arguably — just as important when making a purchase IMO (…and with several other reviews on this site, and other sites).

So I recently purchased 3 new Thule Motion cargo boxes. As one might expect, just given the odds — all 3 boxes have different lock cores. Which also happen to be different than the 2 cores, I have on my Thule SUP rack.

Now this is where some might go, “well just purchase the other cores”, as was just told to me via one of the online Thule customer service chat members. And that is where, it becomes more challenging to support company’s like Thule.

After spending over $3000 with them, you’d think that they were willing to at least have some kind of exchange program. Something that says to their customers, “we appreciate your loyalty and supporting our Co.

through continued purchase of our products”. So just for clarity — let me offer up a totally different experience (also purchased from REI. ). 2 Summers ago, I purchase a Kuat bike rack. Months after the initial 2 bike purchase — I purchase the 2 bike add on ( it was back ordered due to COVID).

I call Kuat to ask them if I could get 2 locks for the new add-on, so that all cores are key’d alike. The customer service rep, immediately says, “let me get those out to you right away”. Boom! Great Customer service, and company support for their customers.

The cores get to me within days. All that to find out, that there was something wrong with the provided lock pulling key. Another quick call to Kuat, and she’s sending 2 entirely new – but key’d alike locking cable mechanisms.

For sure they didn’t need to go to that level, but for me, it speaks loud and clear, how a company chooses to do business, so that they can minimize the hassle for their customers. Again, to most this might not matter.

But as all the talk for the past few years, has been about customers supporting businesses, and shopping local, etc. my soapbox call still to this day, and maybe never stronger now is, when do these businesses start supporting the customers/markets they are asking to support them? Lame Thule, totally stinkin’ lame.

If only these other companies made better quality boxes. It’ll be interesting when Kuat starts making Boxes. I’m not sure if they ever will, but if they do… you can expect to see 3 Thule Motions for sale on some social media network.

I bought this for our 2018 Mazda CX-5. The L size was perfect for this small/medium SUV. The directions were a bit confusing on how to size it front to back, and where the Thule bars should go. I ended up just eyeballing the box / bars on the car.

The box was the perfect size inside to haul extra SUP gear and other camping gear up to camp this year. But after loading everything on, and. closing the latches (left, middle and right), the left latch just broke off.

As we were just leaving, I had to insert the latch part in order to lock the entire box. There is a fail safe method that if any of the latches are not secure, you can’t turn the lock. So I was able to just had fit the latch in even though now the left side (hence rear) was not secure.

This didn’t seem to be a problem, just made us nervous. I knew I would return to REI but they were out of stock and they were nice enough to say keeping use it till another comes into stock. The right one then broke on second trip.

Seems the latches are poorly attached to the cargo roof. Going to take it back and get a new one as I already bought the Thule crossbars, mounts and locks and am fully invested. Just make sure you test the latches ahead of the trip.

I gave the Performance rating a 3 star, because I haven’t actually used it yet, but I have no doubt it will work great, by just looking at it. I’ve built hitches in the past, so I understand how the quality of the product works.

The well-thought-out design and exact fit as well as the well-thought-out directions, made the job pretty darn simple, with a little mechanical understanding. I wasn’t pushing it, or I could have probably finished the job quicker.

This curt hitch was easy to install and although the package arrived with a large hole in the box, the hitch and the attached hardware was still intact and securely taped to the hitch. There were no scratches or blemishes on the hitch.

I had no helper so I used a floor jack to help me lift the hitch into place (not recommended) and it bolted perfectly. Overall I am completely satisfied with this product and with Napa for the fast free shipping!.

Fit well on my 2022 Tuscon PHEV. Only had to remove the back plastic panel. Then slide it up under the exhaust and get the bottom bolt in that side first with the other end propped up on a jack. Took just a bit of banging on the second side to get things lined up, but not much.

I’ve very satisfied with the fit and look of the hitch.

Installed the hitch in under 2 hours. We do not have access to a lift so space was tight under the car. The challenging part was lowering the dual exhaust prior to the hitch install and reattaching it after the install.

Installing the hitch went smooth. Definitely a two person job. I recommend watching some YouTube tutorials about installing it. One video said to use an adjustable strap to support the weight of the exhaust.

All in all, I recommend this hitch. Great hitch at an affordable price.

This hitch is a quality unit that looks good, built well, and easy to install. I am pleased with the way it turned out. If you normally work on cars and know your way around a wrench, you will have no problems.

If you are somewhat intimidated by this project, I recommend you give it a try. I installed mine in a 2012 Subary Forester and I had to move the mufflers out of the way, drill some holes larger, make a slot extending from two holes, and guide some bolts and backing plates through a channel in the body.

The slots are so you can get the backing plates into the channel in the Subaru. The backing plates are 1/4 in thick, so I used a 1/4 drill bit to drill a hole very close to the hole I needed to slot.

A hand file was used to remove the metal to transform the small hole into a slot. It is important to STUDY THE INSTRUCTIONS to use the supplied wires to fish the bolts and backing plates through the channel.

Since I consider myself a competent home mechanic, I only glanced at the instructions and spent an extra hour trying to remove the backing plate so I could install it again correctly. If the instructions are carefully followed, the backing plate and bolt installation is quick and easy.

Why use SAE fasteners on a Subaru? It sure made a simple installation difficult. Also, on a car whose towing capacity is 1000#, they clearly mark it as 4000#! Tips: 1. Use the box the hitch came in to lay on under the car.

You’ll be there a while. There are 5 muffler hangers. Spray liberally with WD40 and wear heavy gloves to remove. If your hands slip you are surrounded by razor sharp heat shield. A pry bar also helps.

2. There are four mounting holes, two on each side. The front large hole and the middle hole, 8 1/2″ back. I am a tool junkie, and do not have the 17/32″ bit called for to ream out the rear holes. I used a 1/2″ bit and ran it at high speed with little pressure–if you push too hard it will bind, if so just reverse the drill and start over.

After you get the bit thru put pressure on it to the sides to worry the hole a bit larger. Be sure that it’s large enough for the bolt with the fish wire to fit thru. Wear safety glasses!!!! 3. To get the bolts and the spacers inside the frame, the large front holes need to be ground larger.

Use a rat tail file or the side of a standard file fore and aft to make it big enough for the head of the bolt and the spacer to fit. The die grinder did not work well–I used an air powered file. Please wear safety glasses! Now mount the hitch as per the instructions.

Put WD40 on the muffler hangers again and reinstall the exhaust system. 4. The wiring kit is well designed, but the instructions are dim, barely legible, and tell you nothing but where to plug it in.

Run the wire with the white connector end behind the black sheet metal in the left rear if the tire compartment, to the side where its matching plug in the car is. Plug it in then run the end that connects to the trailer thru the 1 1/2″ hole in the floor of the front left tire compartment.

Remove the rubber plug in order to do this then cut the plug with a pair of scissors from the outside diameter to the center of the plug. Cut a place for the wire to go thru and reinstal.

Bought this trailer to complete several projects around our home. These projects included putting Rip Rap along the lake shoreline and drainage area along the property lines. We also were going to put River Rock in some very large areas along the front and sides of the property.

Fortunately, we live rather close to a landscaping supply business, so I’m able to use my ATV to pull the trailer to that business to be loaded and then bring it back and dump it where the rock is needed.

This has saved sooooooo much effort, as not having to load/unload the trailer by hand has been a life/back saver. In total, we’ll put out over 100,000 lbs of rock in total (yes. over a hundred loads at approximately 1000 lbs per load.

not a typo) and the trailer has held up very well. I did line the inside of the trailer with 3/4 inch plywood to absorb the impact of the rock when it is loaded by the machinery at the landscaping yard, and that has also held up well.

I usually not a 5-star type reviewer, but this trailer has truly exceeded our expectations.
