My sister blessed me with the burgundy Carly Sneaker for my birthday. They were so very very comfortable and elegant that I quickly went to the website to purchase another pair for myself. This Angie slip-on sneaker I selected felt like clouds on my feet.

I just received my first pair of shoes from this company. I just discovered the inserts which are wonderful and right away I ordered these shoes. They felt way too big and the rims are too high and rubbed my ankles.

I put another pair of regular inserts inside underneath the eatrex inserts to raise my feet and they work. I am just wondering how to keep my heels from popping out? The fabric at the back of the heel is too slippery.

Any suggestions? Not sure if I will keep them.

Unfortunately, this shoe was not a comfortable as I’d hoped. It was lighweight but the comfort was just not there for me. I have other styles of Therafit shoes and love them. This style just was not for me.

I think I’ll need to return the shoes. They are too wide and don’t fit my foot. I contacted customer service last week in regard to removing the bar inserts and she said it would make the heel more comfortable but it didn’t.

I tried on the right shoe and it was fantastic, put the other one on and not good. The shoe felt uncomfortable. The 3 rods that go through the heel of the sole were lose and the actual sole was put together unevenly, and the arch support hit further back than the other shoe.

Then they have nerve to charge 6 dollars to return them.

After I purchased these court shoes I waited a while for delivery and then sent a message to ask when I could expect to receive them. It was at that point I realised they were not coming from the UK, as the website seemed to suggest.

I did more research and I became concerned when I saw lots of negative reviews about orders placed in the UK. There was little I could do other than wait it out. After about three weeks the court shoes arrived and I was fully prepared for disappointment.

I opened the box and stunned by these thoughtfully package shoes that were exactly as they looked on the website and very well made. I have very wide feet and I was absolutely over the moon when I put them on.

They were by far the widest court shoes I’d managed to find and they certainly seemed as though they’d be hard wearing. Five weeks in and at least 30 hours of outdoor tennis later, they look as good as they did the first day and they have been really sturdy and very comfortable.

I am very happy with my purchase and I felt that with so many bad UK reviews that I’d write a truthful review about my experience to give perspective purchasers some balance. Hi, my history is that I was born with slightly deformed feet. All my life I have had to wear a bigger size – I buy a size 7 and a half to 8 to fit my foot which has a size 6 length (UK sizes). These are the first sport shoes in my size (6) ever that I have been able to wear brand new (my mother used to walk mine in for me) and I literally could make them my profile picture, they have brought me so much joy.

The are super comfortable, when I say super. slipper comfortable. I will be buying all my shoes from fitville from now. I am so chuffed. Now no excuse for bad tennis playing.

I’ve had my new kicks for a few weeks, but feel it’s too soon to write a review Of a love or hate relationship. At first it felt like the arches weren’t placed on my arch properly. Over time that seems to be adjusting.

The size I did go a 1/2 size up. I’m torn. My foot doesn’t slip but they feel big and clunky. With that said, I’m used to topo shoes which are small and light weight, so am I comparing brands or have a true fitting issue!? Not sure, too soon to tell.

I have a bad bunion on only my right foot and I’ve been using custom orthotics inside regular sneakers (currently wearing Nike flyknit). I was hoping these shoes would be as advertised in helping relieve foot pain but unfortunately did not.

I have been wearing them for almost 3 weeks now. I am on my feet for 7-8 hours a day for work and I have never felt the kind of calf muscle strain as I have with these shoes. It is stiff and heavy even after breaking into them.

The only positive I can say is that it looks nice, unlike some of the foot corrector or bunion specific shoes. Sad I feel like I have wasted money and these shoes will probably sit in the shoe box until donated.

So I was a little wary at first of buying shoes online, but I have severe arthritis in my left knee from severe hemophilia A, and I’d dropped a local ortho shoe place because their quality just went to crap.

I am blown away by the quality of these shoes. Most shoes require a break-in period where your foot and the shoe have to learn to get along, these feel absolutely comfortable from the first moment that you put them on.

I can’t believe how cushiony it feels to walk in these, it literally feels like you’re walking on clouds! You need as much shock compression as you can get when your knee has no cartilage, and I’m sure it’s helped my back some too.

Frankly, anyone that’s on their feet for a long time would benefit from these. I even bought a pair for my brother (works in a warehouse, has back issues), and I know he loved them because as soon as he put them on he didn’t take them off, and forgot he was wearing them.

I would say Orthofeet goes the extra mile in making sure they offer a well made shoe. The added insoles are a great idea in the event the shoe has more room than needed to fit the feet. I didn’t need them but I did add the arch support.

Have worn them for my daily power walks as well as around the house. They’ve worked out perfectly. My only reason for four stars rather than five is that somehow I missed these shoes have accents of what looks like patent leather.

Not a fan of the shiny. Guess it works for others. I will read the description and study the photos a little more carefully before ordering next time. Other than that one thing I can highly recommend these shoes.

I bought these from their catalog when I saw an ad to get for $70. I liked them so much I got another. I found that these don’t make my feet or knees hurt. I can tell the difference. These also have a little arch support or you can buy inserts.

My doctor stated that a “rocker” bottom is good as it helps with a ‘natural’ motion propelling your foot forward (not walking on ‘flat’ shoes where there’s no support). Yes they are a tad heavy. I also got diabetic inserts from the company as well.

Bought these for my son who suffers from plantar fasciitis. They have great support and has helped ease the pain and are comfortable. The only issue is the sizing. He is usually a size 10 but these were too large so a size 9.

5 was recommended. I exchange them for the smaller size and still they were larger than he needed. I would suggest sizing a whole size down when purchasing.

I wear these to work daily. I am walking on a concrete surface and moving the entire time, and am diabetic – so durable, well fitting and comfortable shoes are a must. To my dismay, I found that part of the gray/silver support in my right shoe came apart in pieces inside the shoe.

I use these shoes for walking. Not on a flat surface, but on a county road that goes up and down. Also for a every day shoe. I ordered a 1/2 size down as instructed and wish I had kept the whole size instead.

I find that the end of my toe sometimes hits the end of my shoe when going down hill. The foot box is really spacy so my feet slide around a bit. But overall, I like the style and tread, doesn’t gather a lot of gravel in the tread.

I suffer with lower extremities lymphedema. I brought these sneakers about a month ago. I needed a sturdy, lightweight yet comfortable fitted sneakers with wide toes. Perfect fit. I loved the raised toe platform.

It helps correct my steps when waking especially because of the extra lymp fluid. I have been wearing slip on for a long time. I am relieved that I can finally fit back into a pair of sneakers. Look forward to exploring other shoes by KURU that would meet my needs.

This shoe is so great to wear. The break-in period was fairly brief for me. I have loved how they support my heel and arch and there is plenty of room for my toes. The pain in the ball of my foot is much less now.

They look nice too. I especially appreciate the leather wedge-shaped detail at the ball of my foot which feels supportive and also breaks up what would otherwise be a very long (I have size 10 feet) shoe.

Based on my experience with this first purchase, I have recommended KURU shoes and boots to three friends, one of whom has bought the boots already. I have also bought a pair of Chicanes which are good and getting better.

Love this shoe. I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis as well as hip pain into lower back pain. I bought this shoe and followed the instructions to wear a couple hrs a day indoors. My heel pain went away within two days, and having had custom orthotics before I knew there would be an adjustment period.

But before the week was over I was putting them on right after showering and taking off before bed, wearing at least 12-14 hrs a day. So comfortable and supportive. It’s eliminated my hip pain, heel pain and most of my lower back pain.

I ordered 8 1/2 W (my normal size in athletic shoes) but it was too long. The 8 W was a better fit lengthwise but the sides pressed against my bunions which was uncomfortable. The roomy depth of the toebox was good for my hammer toe but the back of the shoe was a little too high for my small, short heel.

I liked the design and colors and the supportive bottoms of the Boss Runner but the shoes just didn’t fit my “problem” feet very well. I returned the size 8 1/2 shoes and received a refund after a long wait.

Got my shoes yesterday, I have so much foot problems, since I broke my ankle. It’s the best shoe I have, and I have plenty of shoes. They are very comfortable. I can actually walk without my cane. I’m sure I will be buying more in the near future.

I can’t believe how light they are. I bought size 81/2, only because my left ankle swells, but shoe little big on right foot. But that’s not a problem. I love them and I would recommend them for people with feet problems.

I found this shoe to be very well made & they had lots of support. However, they just didn’t fit right. The toe box was very roomy. So much so that I couldn’t tell if the shoe was too big or not. Also, it laced up too far making it uncomfortable for my instep.

I sent them back & ordered the Reina Runner in a size smaller. The Reina fits great & has the same awesome support that this one had. Apex shoes are great for people with lots of health issues! I will be buying a second pair soon!.

Shopping for shoes in the time of Covid19 has been a challenge. I have wide feet and I also have a very painful heel that often makes me hobble around, especially in the morning when I wake up. I went to 3 different brick and mortar stores but everything available seems to be that chintzy woven polysester fabric that isn’t well made and doesn’t offer support.

So, I started looking online. I didn’t expect much and was hesitant to order shoes online but the generous 60 day return/exchange policy (directly on the orthofeet website) led me to take a chance. I received the shoes in less than a week and they came with two pairs of foamy inserts to use if you needed to adjust the shoe to a more custom fit.

At first they seemed a little awkward and clunky, but I quickly got used to them and decided to take a walk for a couple of blocks. It felt like the shoes were gently stretching out and re-aligning my feet.

The next day I woke up with very little heel pain. This was after months and months of significant heel pain. I wasn’t expecting much but wow, what a difference the right pair of shoes can make. I had been using a $65 pair of Sketcher sneakers with some orthopedic inserts, but the heel pain was not solved with that.

This new pair of WalkHero shoes were $99 but worth every penny and very well made. (they were actully $125, but the direct manufacturer website was offering a sale). I ordered the extra wide shoe and I may have been able to order the regular wide version, but with the inserts they include with your shoes you can make adjustments.

It is a quality of life issue, especially in the time of Covid. I have a gym membership but have been hesitant to return to the gym so walking is really my only option for exercise. These shoes make that possible again.

I had kind of given up on it because the heel pain had become so bad. Wow! I am a senior citizen and have discovered that aging comes with more problems than I expected. I was going to physical therapy three times a week to be more stable on my feet. I have back and neck issues from a car accident but my instability on my feet has bothered me so much.

I purchased four different orthopedic shoes and kept two of them. I wanted strong arch support and a comfortable cushioned feel on the inside and an outside appearance that is somewhat stylish (i. e.

trying to avoid the ugly-old-lady-shoe-look). Here’s how they rated in order from best to worst in my opinion. 1) These were the best,. From the moment I got them I could wear these all day every day and my feet never hurt.

They have great arch support, are flexible and super comfortable. They are what I wear 80% of the time now. I’d wear them 100% of the time except that my only complaint is that they aren’t as nice looking as my second favorite, the Vionic Kona.

2) Second favorite, also 5 stars,. I kept these too. Compared to the Orthofeet they have less arch support and less cushion, but they are still quite comfortable. These are better looking than the Orthofeet shoe and they weigh less.

These shoes are so light it’s like air on your feet. So, if I want to look nicer and I’m not walking all day, I wear these. If I’m going to be going to the gym or doing 15,000 steps in a day, I wear my Orthofeet.

3) Returned, 3 stars, the. Compared to the other two above, this shoe was not as comfortable to me, had less support in the arch and overall cushion and they have a bit of the ugly-old-lady-shoe look to me.

In the picture, they looked nice, but when I put them on I just didn’t like them. It may be the Velcro instead of laces that make them appear ugly to me. 4) Returned, 3 stars,. There was an area that wasn’t flat and rubbed my foot.

I could tell if I wore them a long time that was going to hurt. Also, they were too heavy. It felt like I had weights on my feet. The only thing I liked about them was the soft feel of the fuzzy covering.

I have a bunion on one foot and have problems with plantar fasciitis and back pain off and on. In the past, I wore Asics or Reebok athletic shoes. After wearing my new Vionic and Orthofeet shoes for a month, I do believe that orthopedic shoes are better.

This is my 5th pair of the Xelero Genesis. I have had problems with my feet for years and had surgery on one foot. This is the only shoe I can wear to walk long distances. I travel a lot and these shoes go with me everywhere.

I have tried so many different brands of orthotic shoes’ but nothing can beat Xelero.

These are the best shoes I have ever had. I pronate badly and these give me the support I need. My doctor steered me to these and I am so glad he did. I use them with custom made orthotics and am back to walking in comfort.

Super comfy and I think very stylish in that deconstructed way. Comfy but not in a pillowy soft way like my new Adidas shower slides. The support is not like a wooden clog but could use a bit more cush….

I originally purchase the black slippers first and loved those and then purchase these with the collapsable heel and I absolutely love them. They are true to size and have very good support throughout the entire shoe to include arch support.

Lightweight and when opening the heel to wear it as a shoe it just feels great and I hardly know that I have anything on my feet. I am ordering another pair this time beigr as they go very good black jeans.

My feet are happy!! We’ve recently moved and I was standing for hours packing + moving boxes in the wrong shoes. My feet have been incredibly sore since then so I decided to try these out and thank goodness! They support in the right areas and give a bit of cush in others.

I couldn’t be happier. I’m actually thinking about getting a second pair to wear outside of the house.

1. The shoe is nice but it squeaks A LOT. I don’t know if it’s the kind of leather they use or what. So if you’re into sneaking up on people and scaring them, these aren’t the shoes for you. I definitely would not wear these if you work in a semi-quiet environment.

Everyone will know you’re headed their way. 2. I work on concrete floors in a warehouse environment all day. I do at least 20K+ steps a day. I don’t think the sole is fully rubber because anytime I touch anything metal, I get shocked.

These are the only shoes I have that do this. It makes me not want to wear them at all because of this. 3. The comfort is pretty good. They sent me additional shoe inserts (it was part of the deal I believe) and I replaced the other ones.

I haven’t work these at work yet, but the new inserts have more of an arch support. 4. They’re an alright shoe, but I guess I expected more out of them. If they weren’t already “broken in” and dirty, I would probably send them back based on the squeaking/shocking alone.

If you walk less than 10K steps a day and on carpet, I’m sure these shoes are for you.

I have very bad feet and have to wear specially made custom orthotics with all my shoes. Even with the orthotics in, shoes that lack structure and support leave me in pain at the end of the day. So far, KURU shoes pair well with my orthotics while also being stylish.

Gonna see if I can return or exchange these. I’ve been trying to break them in, but ever for only 2-3 hours at a time, they tear up my heels and give me blisters. Even tried putting some heel pads on the inside and they did not help.

It’s a shame because the rest of the shoe feels fine and I loved my 5 other Kuru shoes.
