20 Best Snacks For Long Flights (2023 Updated)

Softer than regular mambas. I wasnt particularly fond of the strawberry mango flavor but I really enjoy the apple cherry flavor. The other 2 flavors were fine. Ultimately I’d prefer the original. They were a fun new treat though.

I may occasionally pick them up again. I wouldn’t reject them but they also wouldn’t be my first choice. The wrappers are a bit difficult to open.

I just bought these today from Target for the 1st time as they had an app deal on them. They are a great new twist to regular Mambas, but their flavor isn’t as great as the regular Mambas so I was a little disappointed.

Also the bag only had 2 of 4 flavors, which was the pineapple orange one and mango strawberry one. I would have loved to have had at least a few of each flavor listed on the bag. I will probably buy again, but maybe just stick to my regular Mamaba Tropicals.

I never had mamba before so I was a little surprised that this was taffy (I thought it would be gummy candy). It was harder in texture than I prefer — closer to an airhead than laffy taffy — but the flavors were tasty.

I didn’t love the strawberry mango, but that’s personal preference. I had an uneven balance of flavors in my bag…. very few of the watermelon raspberry (which I really liked) and a lot of the cherry apple.

I am not 100% crazy about the “hickory” part of this (artificial smoke flavor not my thing) but for a diet snack product I think this definitely deserves five stars. I can have a snack and not feel guilty about it and not kill my diet goals.

Texture and crunch are both top notch. Slightly sweet BBQ flavor usually isn’t my thing but this is very good and works for me.

I absolutely love these chips! The flavor is amazing. Sweet BBQ flavor in a very tasty chip, feels like I’m eating something bad but it’s not! Some chips are harder than others, but the taste makes up for that, just my opinion.

I will continue to buy these for sure!.

I’m impressed at how filling this product is and it is delicious! These are plant based chips. They kind of remind me of Munchos chips or flavored rice cakes (but more flavorable). The quantity is great so it really satisfies your hunger until your next meal.

Did you know that it is scientifically impossible to eat 100% of a Nature Valley Bar? It’s true, they shatter everywhere and you will always have bits falling somewhere only your dog can find. That is not the case with these.

While after having these, I prefer the mini Clif bars if I only want 100 calories because they are more durable to have ride around in a pack or jacket for a few days, these are a great option to have as well.

They were very tasty and the right level of crunch.

I was a frequent purchaser of the discontinued Clif Crunch Granola Bar, Chocolate Chip flavor. With this new product, I was hoping it would be a thinner version of the old granola bar. Well, this product is not much like a granola bar.

Impression: somewhat bland, and not particularly nutritious. It would be nice if Clif brought back the Granola bar product. Also would be nice if Clif offered more nutritious products without soy and with using a handful of good ingredients, imitating the way RxBar makes their products (though I don’t know if the ingredients they use are that healthy).

I was happily surprised that the clif thins were crunchy and tasty compared to the mini chocolate clif bars, which are chewy and more dense. It’s a personal preference. Some days, I like the chewy regular clif bars, other days, I like them crispy and crunchy.

Perfect on the go snack. I love the added discount, too!.

Snacks range from 70 calories to 130 calories each. This snack box is great if keeping track of calorie intake. The variety keeps me from getting bored with the same snack every day or night. Are the portions small? Yes, but that is the point, keep me from eating 1,000 calories of a larger snack treat bag.

This Healthy Snacks Box is helping me lose weight and I’m enjoying the snack choices very much.

I bought this as a thank you gift for my office when I left to start working from home. They loved it and it was a great hit. Because everything is individually wrapped, it’s perfect now during COVID times.

Just one thing to keep in mind. The popcorn flavors can change. I bought 2 boxes and they had different types of popcorn (the other box was a birthday gift for a friend). I have them 4 stars only because they have too many pretzels (8) but people preferred the other snacks better.

All in all, it’s a good assortment. Maybe no necessarily “healthy” but less “guilty” than other snacks.

Switched out the Fiber 1 for Nutritgrain bars . Other than that its good. I agree its not the “healthiest” option but better than others! All 100-130 calories.

Love these! Super easy to make and quick to grab when you’re hangry. I’ve bought them several times in the last few weeks and the past two times I’ve made them the box doesn’t have the 1/3 cup water in the recipe anymore.

I thought I was going crazy so I looked at the product images here and the recipe definitely says 1/3 cup water. It’s too dry to leave it out. Hope that helps someone!.

These are really delicious and they are nutritious. They are great energy boasters and easy to make and store. I bought for my husband but I never eat P nut butter. A tiny piece dropped on the counter when stirring and I sampled.

I then ate my portion of the first batch. A real change for me and I continue to enjoy them.

I am soooooo hooked on these!!! I am also a WW. So to make these a lot less dangerous I use Great value powdered peanut butter and maple grove Farms sugar-free maple flavored syrup. Naturally, they aren’t quite as good but considering how much better they are for you it’s a great trade off.

This way I can eat them without all the guilt. I still love them.

The reason why I can’t have sex anymore is because of this chips. I’m not blaming it, it’s super amazing. One bite, I’m hard as a rock. The more I keep shoving them down my throat, I’m on the verge of climaxing.

This is my first time buying these crisps. I got a 125g bag. So plenty to share. The packaging/ bag keeps them fresh too. They are small enough in size to pop in my mouth in one go. They are crunchy, but aren’t overpowered with onion flavour.

I will definitely buy these crisps again. They were very reasonably priced also which is great Recommend if you like onion flavour.

These arrived fresh and good flavor. Blast from my childhood I haven’t had in a while. Since I had to purchased two bags for shipping I shared a bag with my brother in law. I probably should have kept the second bag because I almost didn’t get any.

Found out my husband likes them too. A long with introducing them to my eight year old granddaughter, she loved them.

I LOVE CLIF BAR! I like Clif bars, but the price on these minis is ridiculous. At the time of this writing, the mini bars are running $1. 61 per ounce and the full size bars are running $0. 38 per ounce on Amazon.

So you’re paying four times as much just for the convenience of packaging if you buy this size. I bought this size once, but never again. Now I have some tiny snap-closure food containers. I take one full size bar and divide it into three (approximately 80 calorie) pieces and place them in the containers.

Or you could split the bars in half if you prefer two (approximately 120 calorie) pieces. It’s no trouble once you have a system. And so much more cost effective.

Super tasteful. Definitely good for on the go. Would recommend highly. Great flavor throughout the product as well. It exceeded my expectations with flavor and packaging.

The mini Clif Bars are the perfect snack! Only 100 calories, they are the perfect little snack before the gym or at work. They’re great to eat if you need more carbs, and they taste so sooo good! I always have one on me in my purse or backpack in case I need a little something to eat.

I believe the way it was packed was not the way to go, the pretzels were just one big peice due to them melting ,,completely. The popcorn was crushed, not something I’d buy again.

The White Cheddar takes takes it over the top. Great Popcorn. It’s the best I’ve ever eaten.

BE CAREFUL what you order. zI realize ordering online from anywhere is like spinning the wheel and waiting to see what it lands on. Let’s face it. The only way to guarantee you know what you’re getting is to buy it off the shelf yourself and take it home.

But what happened today to me is utterly ridiculous. It all started with a simple grocery delivery placed online. One item was Chester’s Puffcorn Cheese one bag, which costs maybe $3 in the store. Walmart had it listed as a multipack for $11.

99, so of course I thought it would be several bags, but the description was very vague. Still I had a craving for this particular item, so I added it to my delivery order. Then when I received confirmation email, this item was listed as shipped only.

That just had to mean it was several bags in a big box then. But it showed the receipt date of shipment as March 30th. Wow that’s a long time to wait for a snack, even Chester’s. Then I get email today on March 12 stating my package was delivered, but it wasn’t at my door, so I called Walmart.

They said USPS delivered to my door and offered to reorder or refund. Finally I found out USPS left it in the complex office and I had to drive over and pick it up when I have health issues and didn’t want to get out.

This box is a little taller and little longer than my Smartphone and weighs light as a feather. I opened it and found ONE 4. 25 OZ BAG FOLDED into this box. In grocery store when they’re bagging your items, you don’t want your crunchy stuff smushed, so you REALLY don’t want it shipped like that.

WHO DOES THAT? Oh, I almost forgot. This cost me $13. 38!!! So, as much as I wanted my Chester’s, I am getting a refund for this ridiculousness just for the principle of it. And Walmart definitely needs to do something with the outside seller, they used for this purchase, which was MDS, Inc.

I think this new way of online shopping stinks. Today,Dec 9. i odered 11 items. I have to go all the way across town to walmart store to pick up 2 bags of popcorn. THEN i have to go back dec 11 to pick up 5 more items.

This can become additive. lol I can no longer eat popcorn and this really takes it’s place. Melts in your mouth. Apparently some did NOT read the weight before buying, then complained about the bag being half empty.

READ folks before you buy anything. A little common sense goes a long way. 🙂 I will be buying more bags as soon as they are back in stock. This was a test bag to see if I’d like them and I DO!!!. Flavor is awesome and no after taste.

Have to watch the carbs as I’m diabetic so this bag lasted about 3 days.

I love traditional Cheetos but I definitely think it’s a matter of personal preference. If you are a traditional cheese puff/ doodle person, these are probably not for you. I love the crunchiness is Cheeto’s and how they are less airy than traditional cheese puffs.

I also like their cheddar flavor. They are super messy to eat because the cheese dust does get on your fingers. Obviously these are highly processed and not a good choice if you’re looking for something healthy and want to understand every ingredient that goes into your food, but they’re a great traditional snack option and a delicious alternative to chips and pretzels if you’re looking to mix it up.

Who doesn’t love Cheetos? I’m not sure how to use up 120 characters on this, but here we are. They are perfectly crunchy, cheesy, salty, and delicious. The only problem is that the bottom of the bag comes all too soon, and Cheetos, (and Fritos as well) need to get their life together on the quantity and pricing.

Seriously, in comparison to other chips, I could deal with equal amounts, but paying more. Or, I could deal with comparable pricing, but a little less amount. But really. Smaller amounts AND twice the price is a bit ridiculous, and often turns me in the direction of other brands that I also enjoy.

Cheetos crunchy are my favorite snack! Yes, it leaves residue on your fingers, but it’s totally worth it 😂. I personally like the little snack size bags that best because they are the perfect size. I have tried other brands and no brand can copy the flavor and crunchy texture that I love with the Cheetos brand.

Very affordable and I will continue to purchase these yummy snacks! Never tried Cheetos before? You are missing out! Go try some Cheetos and you can thank me later. 🥰.

Take this product off your site its GARBAGE!. I bought these after hearing about them on the podcast years ago and he was right they were awesome. I bought them for a long time and it’s just absolutely mind boggling to me why they would change something that was so good.

It’s pretty easy to see that they are going with a cheaper manufacturer and trying to pass it off as a new and improved formula. YEA RIGHT. Even the new box they come in looks like cheap junk compared to the old one.

This product has been RUINED. I hate to be so rude about it but I bought a bunch of these they are expensive, I can’t return them and they taste AWFUL. Its hard to even describe how awful they taste.

I am afraid to even describe it in the way I want to because it will be too vulgar. I’m shocked that after this many people taking the time to write these reviews they haven’t noticed and done something about it.

They are not listening to the customers feedback and are continuing to sell a product that they know is not up to the same standards as the previous product. Just sort your reviews by most recent and its clearly easy to see.

I’ve always used protein bars while hiking, biking, rock climbing, or just a middle of the day snack, but I’ve never really liked them. I’ve always viewed them as a necessary evil. When I discovered these protein bites, I was like, Hallelujah! Someone finally made some portable protein that doesn’t taste/feel like cardboard! The texture is great, the flavors are great (especially cookie dough), and they’ve got great protein.

I just wish the chocolate didn’t melt as much when it gets hot out, but chocolate on my fingers is a solid trade off for a protein bar I actually enjoy eating.

I’ve bought these in the past and the new ones I received (from both Amazon and Onnit) are completely different. Apparently they are using a new manufacturer. Now the new protein bites are honestly worse than many protein bars I’ve had before.

I never thought I would be so bummed about protein bites, but the old ones were absolutely delicious. The new ones are so completely different I honestly thought I got two out of date batches. Both the bars from Amazon and Onnit were a completely different shape, thickness, consistency, color, flavor, etc etc.

Really the only thing that looked the same was the dark chocolate outside, but apparently they changed that as well. Not sure why they would make such major changes to such an expensive product. But now it tastes like a protein bar I would buy from Walmart.

Maybe I’m in the minority here but this didn’t live up to my expectations. 1. First things first, I’m crazy about candy. I’ve had a lot of gummies and I’m not stuck up with my reviews – I enjoy most candies/gummies.

I give almost all candies a pass even if they’re not in my topmost tier. 2. I tasted this one and it tasted rubbery and not pleasant. It has a fake/artificial taste. I made my husband try it and even he said the same thing.

3. My kid likes this but let’s be honest – he’s a kid and he’s getting candy so his opinion doesn’t count. 4. I’m writing this review after a while because I thought I’ll give this a try again and maybe something will change.

Nope, weeks later and I’m sticking to my original review. 5. I don’t see myself reaching for this in the pantry. And that’s saying a lot. I’m a BIG candy person and for me to not reach for something is saying a lot.

6. On the positive side, for some people, the bag is huge. So you get a lot of gummies. For me, the bag will just not get finished.

Life Savers Gummies are so delicious. I really enjoy them a lot. They have the perfect amount of chewiness to them and they taste like real fruit juice. They have a lot of flavor. My favorite is the watermelon and the cherry.

They come in nice size pieces as well. I like that the bag is so large so that I can share them with others. These are great as a little snack whenever I feel like having something sweet. The bag that they come in is also resealable so it makes it very convenient.

Life Savers gummies are my absolute favorite sweet treat. There are 5 different individually wrapped fruit flavors. Cherry, Strawberry, Watermelon, orange, and green apple I have them on my table at home and my desk at work.

It is a nice treat to have for my sweet craving and not do much damage to my diet. Fifteen gummies are 90 calories with 0 fat and 0 sodium. Try them. You will love them.

It is really hard to find this type of a meal/snack bar that isn’t chocolate chip or chocolate peanutbutter. The peanutbutter flavor is my second favorite, but this one is amazing. My family hates coconut and was hesitant to try this, but they have said “wow, it doesn’t even tast like it has coconut in it”.

To me it is like a upgraded variation of an oatmeal cookie. It is simply the best flavor of all of the Clif Nut Butter Bars. I have had trouble finding a consistent supply locally, so I have been ordering direct.

Now, they are marked “unavailable” and I am so sad. Please never stop the magic.

I love the Nut Butter Filled Clif bars. Tasty and healthier than many other substitutes. I reserve them for breakfast and occasionally an afternoon pick-me-up of protein (or during a work project where I need a substantive snack).

The only drawback is that the bar is smaller and more expensive than a traditional Clif bar; however, it is far superior. Once I had the Nut Butter Filled, I honestly cannot go back to the regular Clif bars.

Do yourself a favor and try these bars–they are way better than any other breakfast or snack bar that I have found on the market.

Nothing beats the classic and delicious crunchy nacho cheese chips! The type of chips that work good for any occasion. Not to mention, the perfect go to snack, binge food, gaming fuel, and taste buds pleaser.

I personally don’t care for cheese all that much on my own terms, however Doritos has the perfect amount of cheesy taste, it never goes wrong! Haven’t tried any other flavors but I don’t need to when I’ve never opened a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos® and it wasn’t delicious! The serving suggestion is odd, but like it says on the packaging, it’s just a suggestion! I have never met anyone that only had one single seven chip serving, who does that?! They are so good that they get addicting.

This savory and crunchy type of chips never lasts very long anywhere as they get devoured by any one. How could you resist? I’m not proud of this but I love Doritos so much, I once ate TWO FULL PARTY SIZED BAGS of Nacho Cheese Doritos ®.

Did I mention it was in the same day? Consumed both bags in their own individual sittings but all at once. Talk about a problem! My tummy wasn’t happy with me afterwards but my taste buds were in an orgasmic heaven as I try to scrub the cheese powder residue off my fingers.

Worth it? Maybe not because now I’m out of Doritos 🙁 Did I also mention that only happened two weeks ago? I’ve only consumed one other bag of Doritos since then (by myself) and I think it’s safe to say that I need to go buy more.

So that way I can eat them all. I like food too much, and when I find a food that I enjoy perfusely, I end up bingeing on it like no tomorrow.

These are some of my favorite tortilla chips ever and I have been eating them ever since I was a kid. I usually buy a box of the individual snack packs of these. I can’t buy the big family-size bag of them because I would just mindlessly eat myself into oblivion.

Once you start eating them, it can be difficult to stop because they are so good! Although there are a variety of different flavors, the original nacho cheese flavor is the best, in my opinion, and the only one that I like.

I’ve tried the cool ranch doritos, but I just didn’t care for them at all. I will always prefer the cheesy taste of the original doritos. It just doesn’t get any better than that and I will continue to be a regular consumer of them.

I definitely recommend them to anyone who likes cheese and tortilla chips– these are the perfect snack for you!.

I don’t want ANYTHING shipped but don’t know where to designate this. I’m not told until it’s too late that things are being shipped, sometimes vital holiday ingredients for recipes scheduled to arrive AFTER the holiday.

This doesn’t work. Stupid to ship one box of penne )arrived box inside bag busted open??? how does that happen?, or one bag of cotton balls!!! What I’ve learned to do is order 2-4 types of the item knowing if one is out one might not be.

But sometimes, rarely, I get all of them. Also don’t like substitutions when “bigger is NOT better”. I got a bag once of what I thought was cantaloupe which I hadn’t ordered, and turned out to be white onions; huge onions and very strong.

Another time I got a HUGE honeydew size regular cantaloupe. I don’t use those huge items. I want small to medium. We need a line to designate size of produce not biggest in bin. I’m diabetic and other handicapped issues which is why I use the pickup service.

When I order a half gallon it’s because I can’t lift (so can’t pour out to another container to freeze), or unscrew the top of a gallon. I can’t open a lot of things. I wouldn’t use a gallon of milk in a month and don’t want to freeze half of it because I CAN’T LIFT IT.

So, I don’t want it upgraded to twice it’s size, and can’t believe a 1/2 gal. of some kind of milk 1/2-2% isn’t available. When I stop to pick it up and refuse that kind of substitution I have them go back in knowing there is a 1/2 gal.

of some kind I’ll accept. I see the desire to serve our needs by doubling something for same price but in the long run this costs us both. When I order the 7 oz. small diet soda’s which you rarely have they substitute the larger cans which is just wasted as I can only drink half and pour out the rest as it looses it’s fizz.

This is so wasteful. I’ve just quit ordering the small cans of diet soda’s as they are rarely on shelf. I haven’t been able to get Melba Toast which I consume every morning, yet if I send inside store it’s almost always on the shelf so I don’t know why they aren’t getting it; Well, enough said.

Anyway, bottom line I don’t want the shipping, I’ll just cancel and re-order in a way I think it’s stocked. We need to know upfront if it is an item you don’t have and want to ship and a place we can say NO.

I wanted to like these but just couldn’t. My boys liked them tho, therefore I gave it 3 stars. I think it was the beet that gave it a taste I didn’t like. I liked pickled beets and have had veggie chips using beets.

So I thought I would enjoy these but didn’t. I also think the beet flavor drowned out the goat cheese flavor. Which was upsetting for me because I loved goat cheese before going vegan.

My last order had a different “Beet with Goat Cheese” Plant Snacks that has corn in the flour and tastes awful. I’m very concerned I can no longer get the Vegan ones. Even the website shows “Vegan” but the ones I received are different and now just “Beet with Goat Cheese.

I’m so DISAPPOINTED!.

I really wish they would go back to the old recipe on these. These taste overwhelmingly like just a corn chip now vs. the unique taste they were before. I am also sensitive to corn (as are many people who must be on a gluten free diet) and just can’t tolerate alot of corn.

We won’t be buying these anymore. :(.

If you have an affinity for butter but don’t feel comfortable eating it straight from the tub, then this is for you. This tastes basically like spoonable salted butter with a bit of sweetness. The consistency is all butter as well.

I love this stuff on everything. I put it on toast, celery, crackers. I have melted it onto ice cream. It has the best flavor of any snack spread. I cannot say enough good things about Challenge. It’s the best!.

I found this at my local Von’s store and thought I would try it on my bagels. It was wonderful. I have since bought the chocolate also. They are both great on toast, waffles, pancakes, fruit. I will definitely buy again.
