this is the second time buying these crusts. so nice having something already prepared for a quick low sodium pizza. usually caramelize onions with mushrooms and tomato topped with cheese. yum! the toppings freeze pretty well for extra quick pizza.

I like thick pizza crust. Alas, too much sodium. These ultra thin crusts have the consistency of a cracker after baking. However, a choice between these or no pizza, pizza wins! Perfect size for lunch.

Our pizza crusts were moldy inside a sealed package. Makes me wonder about the age of the product. We were promised a replacement, which we still have not received. If I did not have kidney issues, I probably would not shop here again.

Always struggle making gluten free pizza dough from recipes online, as they always turn out dense, hard, and/or taste like wet cardboard, so I decided to try this mix. Oh boy was this the best pizza dough I’ve ever made.

Super fluffy, rose extremely well. It WAS a bit sticky to work with, but coating hands with olive oil made it a lot more manageable. Cooked it on some parchment paper and on top of a pizza stone, to make sure it didn’t stick- worked out wonderfully.

The dough itself is a bit plain, so I added some italian seasoning and garlic into it, and it added nicely to the overall flavor. Genuinely this dough turned out so doughy and thick, soft on the inside with a nice crust on the outside, closest thing to a gluten free deep dish I’ve ever had.

I think the taste and texture is spot on – even my husband who is often like a picky 4-year old thought it tasted great. Everyone has a different opinion of how crispy they want their pizza, so I wouldn’t be dissuaded by comments regarding time and temperature.

I generally bake mine at 450 F as indicated on the package for 15 minutes and then put the broiler on low for a few minutes. Ovens will obviously vary, so you might have to play with it a couple times to get it just the way you want it.

Pros: Very big, bariatric friendly, convenient. Cons: Although this item is supposed to be a staple products that can go in the cupboards. One of my Pizza disc did end up getting mold on it and I did have to throw it out which was very unfortunate because the item was correctly packaged.

But overall The Taste was well. I did not use this in place of bagels but basically as a base for a pizza.

I l always try to support woman founded/operated companies-so I thought I’d give this product a try. To say it was a disappointment is being kind. For $10 I truly believe this product is over priced and did not live up to the quality the brand portrays.

There are very specific cooking instructions, which I find to be very inconvenient, but non the less the product was soggy, floppy and completely tasteless. I truly only wish to see this brand adjust the product to be more realistic for the consumer.

It’s a good idea with poor quality control. I might try other products if the price aligns with quality but spending $10 on a frozen small pizza v. s. $12-$14 for a gourmet quality driven pizza just doesn’t make sense to me.

I do not understand the reviews. Maybe I did. sonething wrong but I followed the instructions and this was absolutely terrible!! Its so soggy and doesnt taste like pizza at all. Its kinda funny how amazing the reviews are.

It is not pizza crust. IDK what it is. sometimes I fry up cheese till crispy on the pan then add some Roas and pepperoni and that is 10 times better then this mess. Not for me. But the reviews were fantastic.

Only pizza crust low enough carbs for a true low carb diet. Beware of other cauliflower crust, some must use other fillers because they are not low carb at all. Maybe they are focusing on gluten free and adding sugar.

This is a very thin crust and not very big, but if you are desperate for pizza, either this or tortilla’s is your best alternative. Think you would need to use both crust for a family. My husband and I use one.

Cauliflower is more filling than a bread crust, though. Seems they’ve gone up in price, which is sad. You can make these from scratch, but this is a quick pizza fix.

Prior to ordering I contacted the Owner in regards to s&h to a warm climate and was assured that the orders are pkged well and would be okay. My order was shipped USPS and stuck in my mailbox by the road in the hot Florida sun, left to sit in the heat for 6-7 hours.

Because dairy is in the ingredients they were not edible. Owner gave me a refund for the product only and stiffed me for the shipping. Just bad business! There are too many good Sellers on here to deal with one’s that lack professionalism.

I have learned my lesson. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I am sure the product tastes great, but I refuse to give my business to someone unethical.

Perfect size for an individual pizza. didn’t really taste the crust though as it was drowned in cheese lol. But it did hold together under the mountain of cheese lol\n\nUpdate: made another pizza and was able to taste the crust.

I did not like it. The crust was also soft like bread so it kinda fell apart. I ended up scraping the cheese and pizza sauce off and just eating that and throwing away the crust. I’m a bit disappointed as I’ve liked other things from this seller so I had high hopes.

Oh well.

I think this Keto bread is so delicious! I can eat sandwiches again! I have used it for turkey sandwiches, avocado toast, eggs Benedict, egg sandwiches and thanksgiving stuffing. Really, soft and moist bread.

Recommend 100%. Overall experience is wonderful and the owner is such a pleasure to work with. This is my second order and I’ll be back for sure!!.

I got my first KBosch Spinach pizza crusts today. I pan grilled one for lunch, added some sliced grilled chicken breasts, mozzarella cheese, and topped it off with a no sugar marinara sauce. I had planned to eat half, but it was so good and I had been fasting, I ate the whole thing! I will definitely reorder.

Happily surprised by the taste of this!!! So easy and it crisped right up in the pan. I made a “calzone” but it was more like a half quesadilla but it was DELICIOUS. I am really excited to try the others.

The three types of pizza crusts that I ordered and tried are delicious. Stick them in the freezer when you get them and heat them in the oven when you’re ready to use them. They are the best pizza crusts you will ever taste AND you’ll get some vegetables in the process.

I LOVE them and will reorder over and over again. Discovering these pizza crusts is one of the great things to come out of Shelter In Place for me. I’m sending them to my 5 year old grandson to increase his vegetable intake.

Purchased during recent discount offering by Vitacost, despite some of the low-end comments. There are two well-packaged crusts that (to me) looked like very big round crackers. Thin, a bit hard. I trudged on and decided to cut one in half since there is no way I could ever eat the entire thing at one sitting.

Followed directions, even sprinkled a little GF cornmeal on the baking sheet. Popped into oven, hoping that I’d have a better-than-decent pizza dinner. Did not happen. the crust got REALLY hard (did I say that I followed directions to the letter?).

Annoying texture, way too crisp (and before having to give up gluten, I did enjoy a crisp crust). I ate it because that was dinner that night, and I didn’t want the homemade sauce and part-skim mozzarella go into the trash.

Wondered what I’d do with the unopened crust and the remaining half crust. so I sealed each (even the unopened one) tightly in Press N Seal, popped them into a large freezer bag and put back into the box product came in.

Placed it in downstairs fridge — not the freezer because package clearly states should be used day opened, and to store in “cool, dry place” which is NOT the freezer. I bought this product to try it, because making my own dough is time consuming.

But my dough is so close to REAL pizza dough, with a texture that is satisfying. This Schar product was disappointing overall. I had not made homemade GF pizza in MONTHS, simply having decided that I’d just give up that once-in-a-while treat.

I don’t buy the frozen pizzas because I don’t like the sweet flavor (not to mention undesirable sodium %), and because they are made with whole milk mozzarella. Ditto with GF pizzas at pizzerias that offer them.

Buying this Schar product was an experiment, and I am fine with not having pizza at all. HOWEVER, I used their Ciabatta Rolls to make my version of small pizzas, by toasting them on Bake setting (not Toast), spreading sauce, thin sliced mozzarella, putting bits of cooked Applegate bacon on top, and finishing off in the heated oven.

Satisfying all around: crispy yet “chewy” and the remaining rolls can be packaged and frozen for future use. What will I do with the crusts that I put in the downstairs fridge? Will be tossed. I do want to emphasize, though, that there are a few Schar products that I recommend: The Chocolate Thins, Ladyfingers (great for GF tiramisu!), the White Bread (but not the Multigrain), and of course, their Ciabatta Rolls.

Tried the bread crumbs but didn’t like them, same for their pastas.

This is hands down the BEST gluten free pizza crust you can buy from the store. The taste and texture are excellent. It is soft and chewy, not like cardboard like most other GF crusts. It is so easy to use because they are precooked.

I like to throw my pizzas on the grill and they are delicious!.

Every commercial pizza baker seems to use this crust and it’s awful. Bland, flavorless, gluey rice paste texture when baked, that sticks to the roof of your mouth no matter the toppings. Hard to tell the difference between cardboard your pizza comes in and an Udi’s baked crust.

If you put anything with any moisture on it like tomatoes, it turns into a soggy mush. So gross and nothing like what other GF pizza crusts do and taste like.

I keep getting this at restaurants. It is edible but ynot great. Why did you use brown rice flour which makes this high oxalaate and not good for me. White rice flour would be a better choice. Taste against the grain pizza which is healthier and much better in taste and the gluten free pizza Costco carries.

I’ve been buying this for years and my only complaint is it’s very hard to find. I used to buy it at Walmart. Sadly, they no longer carry it. I love the taste of Udi’s crusts. I bake them on the oven rack, crispy and they are delicious.

Many places offer cauliflower crust pizza these days but if you’re on a low fodmap diet, that isn’t a good option. Please make your crustsore readily available!.

I bought this Boboli crust because it was the main ingredient featured on The Recipe Club by David Chang. He made this great sandwich on the podcast and loved it. And now everyone is making these Wedgie Sandwich using the thin crust Boboli as the bread and sharing how much they loved it.

So now I am making another sandwich because the first one was so good that I had to buy another. Needless to say, I will buying Boboli on a regular basis and it won’t be for making pizzas!.

I have tried several pizza crusts, I always come back to this one. They offer a regular crust and thin crust. The crust is lightly seasoned but not overpowering. You basically add desired toppings bake and dinner is served.

I never light cauliflower growing up. I went and thought of having cauliflower crust pizza, it really turned my stomach. But I can tell you that I had the cauliflower crust pizza Italian. And I really couldn’t tell at all that it was cauliflower.

It seemed that all the toppings came out bursting with flavor. It was a little soft for me, but I just read that next time I can pre-cook it and I will firm it up. I am on keto and I really can’t wait for my next pizza this is definitely a winner.

Having now been a frequent cauliflower crust consumer, I am happy to say that KBosh is very good. Taste is terrific. Some concern about getting the crust to hold its crisp continues to be a challenge.

Best method is to heat the crust until it has the best possible firmness and then use less and dryer type toppings. Overall, very pleased and will reorder does sure.

This was so good and so easy to prepare. I added it to a skillet to crisp it up then topped it and added toppings then cooked it in the air fryer. Awesome flavor and texture.

This is seriously amazing! It is a new product on Iherb and I am glad they got it. This is gluten and grain free and so yumm! I haven’t yet tried making a pizza crust yet. I usually end up making wraps(rotis) of this and they turn out so good! My only concern is that I would like to know what proportion of each ingredient there is in the flour.

Because I would want more of eggs whites, almond and pumpkin flour and less of arrowroot starch and xanthum guam.

After years having to eat salad topped with turkey pepperoni and cheese when “all around me” were scarfing down real pizza, this Chebe pizza crust mix came as a most wonderful new product for us. It also makes really tasty ‘pizza sticks’ if you chop up pepperoni really tiny and mix it in with the dough as you are kneeding it, then cut and roll it into small logs.

Lots of recipes on the Chebe site also. Actually, you can use any Chebe mix to make a pizza crust but this one has just the right amount of herbs and spices to make it really great. I’ll add that tapioca flour baked goods are not soft/tender like wheat flour baked goods.

I have never, ever written a review – good or bad – on a Target product. but these were so bad, that I had to write one. And yet, some people love these! Such a hilarious mix of reviews. OK, my two cents – it is ultra thin and crispy, that part is true, but it doesn’t taste right.

It’s oddly sweet and made all of our favorite toppings taste weird in combination with it. The kids refused a second bite, and we reluctantly ate it so as not to be wasteful. I even took a second look at the packaging to see if it was supposed to be a dessert pizza crust.

Excellent!! I was very skeptical of these when I purchased because I haven’t really liked any of the premade pizza crusts/shells that I’ve tried in the past. These blew me away! Taste very reminiscent of the pizza you get at the make your own pizza places, nice and thin so you can really taste all of the toppings.

Can’t wait to experiment with different toppings and types of pizzas. Next will be a dessert pizza!! Yummy!.

This delicious pizza crust is thin, cooks crunchy on the outside, and soft in the center. I lightly brushed EVOO on the pizza pan, topped the crust with precooked meats, vegetables and shredded cheese.

I cooked it on the top rack at the highest heat setting of my oven (500 degrees) for a few minutes until the cheese bubbled. We all enjoyed it.

What a spectacular surprise ~ this is a genuine chewy pizza crust, which you can make as crispy as you’d like. I first made it a smaller size, to fit my Hamilton Beach smaller oven, then I added Rao’s pizza sauce, some mozzarella, some sauteed mshrooms and some halved black olives.

Baked directly on the grating at 375 untl the cheese melted. It wasn’t crispy enough, only the top edges, but the CHEW made up for that easily. Next time I will put the crust in the oven by itself first, then take it out and add the toppings.

Unless it’s really big I always eat the whole pizza. I’m 6’5 175 lbs. I’ve looked and looked but all the prepared crusts are loaded with fat and sodium. The amount per serving isn’t too bad, but then it’s six servings.

this crust is almost perfect. It’s not whole grain but everything else is good. The crust is thin and has a nice crisp to it but still has texture and a good flavor. It cooks quickly too. It take longer for the oven and pizza stone to heat than it does for the pizza to cook.

Fast, easy, and delicious. This is a great crust at a reasonable price. I’m getting ready to order more right now.

I knew the crust was thin crust but it’s extra thin and dry. The crust is fragile and breaks apart just removing it from the bag. Doesn’t have much of a taste either. I regret buying so many, I should have brought just one to check it out first.

Won’t be purchasing these again.

I saw these for the first time last weekend and it was just a few hours after I read online how easy it is to cook pizza on a grill. It was hot (no surprise, it’s Arizona and it’s summer) so I decided to give grilled pizza a try.

I got grated Italian cheese blend, some pepperoni slices and a jar of pizza sauce. It turned out to be pretty easy. We gave one side a bit of a crisping on the grill, turned it over and put the pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni on top and closed the grill.

We turned the heat down and gave the pizza about 10 minutes to cook. It came out great! Two of us demolished one pizza and it was all possible due to these good crusts. We saved the second crust and will have it tomorrow.

We had tried so many different brands of pizza crusts, from frozen, to packaged, to starter dough, and found nothing that everyone, young and old, liked, until we tried Mama Mary’s. Everyone LOVES the thin crust!!! We now won’t buy anything else but Mama Mary’s now! What I love, too, is that it comes with an enclosed bag so if you don’t use both packaged crusts right away, you can store the second one.

Where else will you find a storage bag big enough to hold the second pizza crust? My ONLY disappointment is that the local store, where I do most of our food shopping, no longer carries the Mama Mary’s brand.

They carry another brand, that starts with a “B”, that doesn’t taste good at all, and that doesn’t offer thin crusts! I will try to find Mama Mary’s in other area stores, and if I can’t find them, I WILL buy them on line!!!!.

I love using this product. There are two in the pack. It’s readily available; it’s thin and crispy and ready to use. So I am able to focus on the toppings! My best pizza using Mama Mary’s is my White Pizza using Cream cheese, parmesan and mozzerlla; then topped with carmelized onions, mushrooms, asparagus tips and halved grape tomatoes! For best results crust must be thoroughly heated in a very hot oven.
