20 Best Hose Attachment For Washing Cars (2023 Updated)

This foam gun was a replacement of my “Chemicals Guy” foam gun that broke (the spray handle broke which was made of cheap plastic). I would have bought the hose attachment but it was not sold separately.

Loved the wide spray pattern on this one, which provided a significant amount of foam. I purchased this foam gun from Adam’s because the build quality appeared good in the photos posted on their site, which it seems upon my first use.

However, I was very disappointed on the spray pattern. It sprayed a forceful, straight stream of foam, instead of a wide, less forceful spray (like my original one) to create more foam. I dislike returning things, so I’ll continue to use it until it breaks.

Watch their You tube video on this product before buying, which I did after purchasing thinking I wasn’t using the product correctly because of the steady stream it sprays.

First time using a foam gun and overall impressed. Quality seems good. Comes with quality hose nozzle and quick connect. Instructions weren’t very easy to understand as far as how much soap to use but gave it a shot from what I gathered and it worked great first time.

Worked just as advertised. One fill was just enough to do my full size SUV. Hoping for many more used out of it. Thanks guys!.

After owning both the high end, and cheaper foam gun I can honestly say the expensive one doesn’t hold up to Adam’s typical high standards. First lets talk about the high end one. High End: The foam stream does a fair job of delivering suds, but the bottle seems to empty very quickly.

I can typically make an entire pass around my car before running out but it happens quickly. The metal quick disconnects are nice but if you screw the connector on anything more than mild finger snug you will struggle to connect the canister portion.

You really need to leave it a little loose in order for the canister to easily clip in (but then it seems to move back and forth). On top of this, I’m starting to see the inside metal begin to rust. Finally, the spray handle that connects to the hose appears to be gummed up after only a few months time.

Really? Did I expect too much from this? And lets be fair by talking about the cheaper one. Low End: This thing really shines. I was able to get a much better/foamier/stronger spray from the cheaper unit and the soap in the container lasted much longer allowing me much more time to treat all the dirty area’s on the car.

Unlike the expensive unit, the cheaper one doesn’t have the connection issue since the quick dis-connector is plastic. It seems to work very well despite what I had expected. No rust as most of this is plastic.

In closing I would recommend staying away from the more expensive one and sticking with the cheaper foam gun. Just as a side note, I used both back to back at the same location, same day, same hose, same water pressure, same water pressure insert.

This was probably the best back to back testing environment one could hope for. I just wish the high end foam gun didn’t disappoint so much.

i have a power washer and this little one has enough pressure to actually wash my mobile home very well. have to remember to get the soap on first. power washer is still better but i have a corded one and that is a pain trying to get it far from the electric.

and i am old / disabled. still doing my home, in sections.

For some reason, no manufacturer data includes the exact size of the end fittings on these hoses. The true size should be described as M22X1. 5, 14. This means Male, 22mm by 1. 5mm pitch outside, and a 14mm inner core (which accommodates an O-ring).

One of these brass adapters comes included. More powerful (gasoline) pumps use the 14mm core but the inexpensive electric machines use a 15mm core to prevent cheaper accessories being connected to more powerful pumps.

All the accessory adapters found at HDepot I could find are 14mm cores; these will not seal properly to cheaper 15mm power washer pumps. Therefor this hose will not extend the length of a 15mm product.

Hose is very easy to use. Reinforced with steel, the 25 ” heavy duty hose give you the extra feet, not having to move your pressure washer as often. The pressure is still the same coming out of the Water pressure unit.

This save time. Register the hose to receive the extra 2 year Warranty. Works great, easy to blow out the water after use.

When we purchased the Sun Joe SPX3001 Pressure Washer, I did not realize how much I would use it, so I didn’t anticipate needing hose length to reach the far end of the paving around our in-ground pool.

The extra 25 feet of the heavy-duty extension pressure washer hose saved the day for me. I didn’t have to borrow or rent a gas-powered washer and I no longer had to move the machine and the water supply hose as I worked my way across the paving.

The sturdy construction of the hose looks like it will stand up to the rough surfaces of the pool surround and our brick walkways. As for storage, I roll it into a loose coil and secure it to the handle with a heavy bendable equipment tie.

I haven’t used them a lot but they seem easy to connect & disconnect. I haven’t noticed any leaks. I like these better then the ones with the insert that shuts off the water when not connected (the two types are compatible with each other).

This item is advertised as for pressure washers and garden hoses. It does work on garden hoses but not on pressure washers.

Has been been a quality product, functions well, reasonable in price, no problem with leaking

Have been using it for a month now and here is what I have to say. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE A PRESSURE WASHER. This is more of an extension tool that connects to your hose. It comes with a glove, 2 microfiber towels, a brush and extra accessories in case you lose anything.

I thought this was very convenient because I lost the spray nozzle myself. This spray has a handle which is very comfortable and allows you to control when to spray instead of using the nozzle handle others have.

It looks exactly like the pictures. As far as pressure, it is pretty strong and can probably reach 20 feet in the air. It will clean cars and driveways but it won’t get the greese out. I use the spray nozzle when I clean my car and while using the soap feature, and for the bullet nozzle I use to clean the walls of the outside of my house and even the shingles on my roof.

Overall: very comfortable to use, has pretty strong pressure, has a unique design, includes all the accessories needed for daily tasks. I recommend the Brizer Blast.

This is different than the other jet sprayers. This is the only one with a handle. Important to know that the pressure of the jet washer all depends on the water pressure coming out of the hose. It doesn’t have a battery or runs on gas so don’t expect it to work like a pressure washer.

This is a great tool to do cleaning but NOT pressure cleaning so know what you are getting before you are disappointed.

Solid, durable and gets the job done. Good grip handle and easy to use. THIS IS NOT A PRESSURE WASHER, don’t think it has strong pressure like a pressure washer, however, it does have good pressure with the bullet nozzle (not sure if that’s what you call it but you’ll know what I mean).

Makes washing our fifth wheel camper a breeze! Gun covers the sides with thick foam that Stays on long enough to brush it down! Cut our time washing camper in half! Highly recommend!

well, to reach in high places you have to aim it up, which tilts the water level and all you spray is water, no suds. it works good but this one is not designed for tall RV’s. I need the pressure washer model.

This new upgrade option allows the ability to add a short metal normal extension to reach those hard to clean areas (just be SURE to support the plastic gun and wand or the longer metal extension will shorten the life of this plastic and metal homeowner class spray wand)! F. tech support, your still reading my comments, hope so, H. F. needs a longer “Quick Disconnect” hose (25 feet) to give additional option to allow regular heavy duty servicable power wash guns and normal 3/8 wands and tips and replaceable QD ends to be used.

That would be a blessing if correct tips are also offered for proper 1750 psi. Cheers all!.

I receiver the Portland 1750 power washer as a gift. The wand that was included with it worked okay, but I could really only get it to be either a pinpoint stream or a wide fan of water. trying to pressure wash concrete, the wide fan didn’t work well.

The pinpoint stream worked fantastically, but was taking forever since the stream covered so small of an area. I bought this wand, as well as the quick connect tip set. They worked together wonderfully, and made the pressure washer function like it was designed to.

I didn’t mind buying this or the tips, since it made the pressure washer work 100 times better. I just believe that this wand and the tips should have been included with the pressure washer as the standard parts, since it improved the pressure washer functionality so much.

I’ve had the Portland 1750 for a couple years now but I was always limited to the “duck bill” spray nozzle. It works but not like using interchangeable spray nozzles. This quick connect spray wand is a game changer.

I can now use all the attachments that all the others have. When you buy this wand, get the “Turbo Nozzle” to go with it. Oh boy, now you’re in business. I put this on my Portland 1750 just to test it.

I ended up doing the whole house and patio. It worked so well, I couldn’t stop. Get this wand soon. It seems lately that HF raises the prices on new items after a few weeks. It will be the best $9. 99 you ever spent on your Portland 1750.

Previous plastic garden hose products kept breaking. The last one didn’t survive through a freezing weekend where water expanded inside the nozzle and split it open. I got a durable tangle free hose that seemed to outlast all the previous rubber hoses before it.

Now this product feels like it can compliment the hose I have and I expect it to last for years. I also like the spray patterns as well, from a fine mist to a strong stream. I can’t really think of a negative for the product as it surpassed my expectations.

Although the cannon is a well thought idea, it’s execution and it’s price are a disappointment, saying the suds are adjustable is not correct, the regulator is bogus, mine is either on or off and there’s no happy medium thereby making the soap/water solution disappear at a very fast rate, it’s like I have to race to completely wash my bike.

Then once I have finished using the cannon there’s no provision for cleaning everything out of the cannon. The price is ridiculous for both the cannon and the soap, the soap is messy and it’s hard to get all of the soap out of the container, sorry for the negative feedback but it’s just my opinion.

I tried a few others before this one , I used it for my MX bike , Harley , boat and truck, and it worked amazing, foam was great it stuck so I could still use the brush and left beyond an amazing shine that lasted for days after.

Product it ok. It’s small. Quality looks good. Container is small but for what is for it’s OK but there is one BIG problem. The idea how does it work is wrong. There is small and big nozzle/hole between sprayer and container.

Small is to push water in, and bigger to push it back to sprayer and mix with water flow. It means that liquid in container is getter more and more diluted so efficiency gets lower. If they would put single pipe which would suck liquid from container and mix with water flow it would be always the same (similar jet wash shampoo) – so when you use it you need to cover area few times by repeating rather than go from section to section as last one won’t get any stuff from container.

Surprisingly well put together. Fits most quick fittings. The reservoir is easy to use and the spray settings are useful. Rinse – full pressure hose Center – slight spread, high pressure Jet – single high pressure Mist – creates mist.

kinda cool Shower – like center but low pressure Flat – good for watering the lawn Stream – bit like jet but points down.

There is a range of spray modes but there are no instructions to indicate how much of the reservoir is used. Using solutions of dye, I’ve found that the depletion of the reservoir is fairly rapid on all 3 settings, and the spray settings deliver different quantities of water.

Working out the concentration of soap/fertiliser/whatever delivered by this device would take some serious investigation, beyond the capabitities of anyone who isn’t an analytical chemist!.

Pros: Everything is cleverly and neatly stored in the body behind the front panel of the washer. The 8m hose is handy and its super powerful. Would fully recommend over my last Karcher. Cons: Winding up the hose could be smoother.

It’s okay for just cleaning your car like once a week I should of bought the basic turtle wax jet wash machine which is half the price, but I bought the top one more power, Storage for all the Lance and equipment and a reel for winding in the hose for the Lance.

For a start I’ve used it twice just to clean the car and found the main problem is with the reel and hose the hose is very cheap and always gets tangled and kinks, so when moving around the car it ends up pulling over the jet wash.

And never fill the container with expensive washing liquid/ foam as when the machine falls over the container lid comes of and you loose all the liquid, also having to reel the hose back in is very frustrating having to use two hands.

The main turtle wax emblem has come off. Should’ve saved up a bit more money and bought myself Nilfisk.

This pressure washer has great build quality, everything is solid. Assembling the pressure washer was straightforward I love the fact that accessories stay inside that way you will never lose them. The three in one nozzle is a good idea so you don’t have to keep changing them.

This pressure washer is good for general cleaning around your home and car. It’s powerful! The mains cable isn’t as long so you will need an extension wire. The high pressure hose is a good size and it’s permanently attached to the body and lives on the reel.
