I love Selsun for my sensitive scalp (for seborrheic dermatitis, not dandruff) and usually use the regular or medicated formulas with pyrithione zinc or selenium sulfide but I’m not the biggest fan of the pale blue or vibrant green (in the medicated) colors.

I bought this one without reading the active ingredient is salicylic acid. This formula is much more sudsy than the other formulas and my scalp fares OK on it (if my scalp is about 95% good on the other formulas, this one makes it about 80%), but I find it extremely drying on my body.

After showering, the skin on my back feels extremely tight and I’d have to moisturize there, whereas that’s not a concern with the other formulas (or most other shampoos, I’d say). However, maybe that’s exactly what you want if you’re suffering from bacne! My hair also seems the tiniest bit drier, but that could just be the current arid weather.

This formula might be ok for other folk, depending on your need, but I’m going back to one of the other active ingredients.

LOVE First, well, yea, my scalp can get kind of dry and if I ignored it, someone might say I had dandruff 😉 This is the only shampoo I’ve found that actually works AND doesn’t smell like the Heisenberg high school rolling chemistry lab! I like this oil. but I do find it a little outrageously priced compared to other argan oil treatments. Because of this, I only use it once in a while as a treat rather than daily. However, I do love that it comes in different sizes because I love the smaller ones for travel andor keeping in my gym bag.

I usually just massage a dime size amount through my hair from my ears to the ends when wet and then it makes my hair very soft and silklike once dry. I just wish the smaller size bottles came with a pump because having to pour the oil into your palm makes portion control and messfree dispensing a hassle.

I would consider this oil to be more heavy than lightweight, so you need to be cautious not to use too much product otherwise it will leave your hair looking and feeling greasy. I also wish it had some sort of heat protection element to it.

for the price, I feel like I shouldnt have to use a separate heat protection product on top of the oil. The scent is nice and not too strong. It does make my hair feel healthier and stronger, but it could be better for reducing frizz.

This is a genuine review from a real customer. I have had dandruff for years and have tried everything from Head and Shoulders to expensive brands with “extra strength”. I was in the grocery store one day and there weren’t may options at the store I was at and came across this.

I had no hope for it but felt I would give it a shot since it wasn’t expensive. I also purchased the conditioner as well. My hair is naturally wavy and thick and was becoming so dull and unhealthy feeling over time because of my dandruff.

The first time I used this I scrubbed my head really well with my nails to make sure I could lift up any dead skin and I let it sit for maybe a minute or two then followed up with the conditioner doing the same thing.

This was the most recommended product I found when looking for a drug store product that was soothing on scalp psoriasis. I only wanted something that I could put on my scalp between showers, easily that would be soothing on my scalp when it waz itchy and when it was feeling raw (specially after showering).

I was worried any scalp product I found would leave behind a weird texture or product buildup or make it look like my scalp was covered in pigs fat. It was cheap enough I was willing to try it even with concerns though (which is a definate plus) One of my favorite smells is Tea Tree oil however most products with it tend to smell way too over powering.

This product smells amazing and its a very subtle, light scent that doesnt stay in a room after you leave. It only makes your hair look wet like you got out of the shower if you put too much on, it doesnt leave behind anything weird or unpleasant which I was relieved about.

I was torn between a 3 or 4 star review. The reason I went with 3 is because although it is soothing and moisturizing it isnt as moisturizing and soothing and I had thought it would be. I wanted to carry it around for when my scalp was making me uncomfortable from being too dry, super itchy or raw.

Unfortunately I had to reapply it emough that my hair was constantly wet looking. I do have extremely dry scalp and psoriasis so if your symptoms are mild this would work much better. My number one complaint was that it didnt tingle enough.

The soothing tingly feeling you get when you put a soothing product on and feel relief is amazing and it was very very light. Most tea tree oil products are much more tingly so that was disappointing.

Also, my bottle did leak so I couldnt keep it in my purse like I wanted to. So It does what its supposed to, smells amazing and is cheap and I would def buy this again to use on days when my scalp doesnt need extremely soothing products and only needs mild moisture and is a bit itchy however I would need another product for when my scalp is raw or extremely dry and flakey and that ultimately is what convinced me to go from a 4 to 3 star after I was so disappointed by the soothing tingle.

I didn’t feel much of a tingling feeling as others had mentioned but maybe I did not use enough. The texture is very watery so it runs down face easily but definitely is easy to spread throughout hair.

I was worried about the formula making me smell like mint and tea tree all day but it was not overpowering and I didn’t think you could smell it on me after the treatment. I did notice it left my hair feeling a bit odd at the roots but it didn’t alter how my hair looked.

I’m not new to YES to products I purchase often, but new to the clay hair mask. I’m not usually big on hair mask because they way down my hair and waves, but was interested because it was clay and I haven’t tryed yet and was interested to see the results.

This was the calming clay mask with with tea tree oil and sage oil. You apply to root to the ends, also treating dry scalp. Over all happy with the results and better then expected, my hair smooth like they promote, shiny and there was no way down to hair and waves.

I would buy again for treatments and look forward to trying the other clay hair mask they have available.

STOP EVERYTHING AND GO BUY THE !!!!! My hair is naturally curly and super frizzy if I don’t spend hours making it tame. When I first put this in, it did require two packets, and was difficult to get in all my hair.

It says you can comb through, but make sure you don’t use a brush. I put it on my dry hair and then shampooed it out, and used no conditioner at all. My hair felt like SATIN! And as it air dried, my curls were coiled and bouncy with 90% less frizz than usual.

It’s sooo soft. The second time I decided to wrap my hair in microfiber and let it dry overnight. You can see in the middle pic that my hair has almost no frizz and perfect wave. During winter my scalp gets super dry but I don’t have bad dandruff at all, just small flakes. It’s not noticeable to others but I always tend to see them. I’ve tried the living proof dry scalp relief and I saw no difference in my hair after following the steps.

Once I came across this Derma E scalp relief conditioner which is way more affordable, I saw a huge difference. After 2 washes I could tell my scalp felt more hydrated and the flakes of dry skin have slowly disappeared after a continuous use.

The scent isn’t terrible but once you’re done washing your hair it fades away. If you struggle with a dry scalp I would recommend trying this product out especially if you want something affordable. I haven’t experienced loss of hair or anything.

I also find it doesn’t linger long, and the leave-in conditioner, unless you also use the Dry Itchy Scalp Care kind, is enough to overwhelm any lingering scent entirely. The As I Am resources recommend this for types 3 and 4 hair, but I’m solidly 2c, and I haven’t noticed any weighing-down.

This washes out really cleanly. But, if you have types 2a or 2b, your results may vary from mine.

I only write reviews when I’m attempting to steer consumers away from a terrible product OR when I’m completely enamored by a product. This review is of the latter. I have very very thin (imagine the diameter of a quarter when put in a ponytail), fine wavy hair that when curled with a curling iron straightens out within an hour.

My sister, is the opposite. She has MASSIVE, very very thick, very curly hair and tons of it (naturally I’m jealous). We both suffer from terrible dandruff. She was able to get it under control with this product.

I was hesitant to try it b/c I thought it would be too much for my hair, but boy was I wrong! Within the first use it transformed my hair and scalp- silky, shiny, soft and FLAKE-FREE. It does have a tingly sensation when used but I actually enjoy it! I will never purchase another hair product again.

I have used this product but only after using two other scalp products (also bought from here), which I feel is important to mention. I used Ameliorate transforming scalp serum overnight, rinsed it out with water, then applied Ameliorate clarifying scalp exfoliant to my wet hair, rinsed it out with baby shampoo and Tresemme cleanse and replenish shampoo (the exfoliant needed a repeat shampoo), conditioned the ends and then applied Living Proof restore dry scalp treatment.

The product is good, light and smells really nice. I was worried it would leave my hair looking greasy, but you can’t feel it or see it which was a relief. I could see parts of my scalp which were really dry even after the wash and the Living Proof restore dry scalp treatment was good as I could apply it to exactly where I needed it.

Its basically a moisturiser for your scalp. So far, I am happy with the outcome. Hope this helps!.

I’m a thrifty shopper & was hesitant to spend this much money on a product that I hadn’t tested myself, but the stellar reviews led me to bite the bullet & give it a shot knowing I could return it if it didn’t work.

I am in LOVE. I’m in my late 20s & have struggled with a dry scalp & forehead for the past few years in the fall/winter. Assuming it was dandruff, I tried Head & Shoulders + the H&S Dry Scalp formula with no success.

I was nervous about trying any kind of dry scalp treatment, assuming it would make my scalp – which is already prone to greasiness – really oily. Enter Living Proof. This stuff is a miracle in a bottle.

I was skeptical at first, but after the first treatment, I saw a 90% flake reduction with no oiliness. If anything, it’s volumizing. Fast forward 2 weeks later – I’ve been using it every other day, & I now only see a couple of teensy tiny flakes a day that are the size of a needle head.

Compare that to the seemingly endless stream of gigantic flakes that would appear everytime I brushed my hair. it’s a phenomenal improvement. I don’t know how it works & I don’t care. 12/10 would recommend.

PS – if you also have dry skin on your face, try adding The Ordinary’s squalane oil after applying your moisturizer. It’s so inexpensive & effective, I swear by that stuff now!.

I suffer from dermatitis and have been struggling to find shower products that help my skin and scalp. While I do like my current products, I noticed that after a year of using them, they aren’t as effective anymore, so I have been trying to find other products to alternate between.

I came across Wild Naturals on my search and am really glad I decided to give them a try. I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I LOVE the body wash and conditioner. The shampoo is good, but as someone who itches a lot, I prefer a product that foams a bit more (just makes me feel cleaner), so I have to use quite a bit to get that effect.

As a result, I will likely go through the bottle pretty quickly. The body wash is great and I definitely feel clean after using it. The conditioner is amazing! A very small amount goes a long way! I did notice that if I leave it in for 2-3 minutes as directed on the bottle, my hair is greasy the next day, so now I only leave it in for about 1 minute and that has made a big difference.

I am going to continue using their products and hopefully my dermatitis will improve.

I have eczema and my teenage daughter has psoriatic arthritis so between the two of us we’ve product tested just about EVERYTHING on the market to no avail, until NOW! I am sooo happy we found Wild Naturals Eczema and Psoriasis Relief Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash & body lotion! The very first time I used it I tried everything (bought a bundle of it on Amazon).

My head calmed down after just one hair washing and my hair was so smooth I could basically comb it with my fingers as I had not one tangle! As soon as I put that rich conditioner onto my head it was like angels singing from heaven as my scalp had finally been quenched! I used the body wash in the tub as sort of a bubble bath and my entire skin felt amazing when I got out not all tight and dry like usual! Then it was time to moisturize my entire body with the lotion and my God the angels started singing again, lol! My whole body, for the first time ever, had been quenched and clean at the same time.

However, the stuff just keeps on giving as that day I just let my hair dry because I wanted to see how well the shampoo & conditioner really worked and yet again, it was nothing shy of amazing! My hair was the softest it’s ever been and it was soooo shiny you could literally see my blonde hair was super shiny without having to add any additional products to my hair.

It was soft, shiny and manageable, I mean really what more could a women ask for? I wish I owned a piece of this company because I would let the world know just how amazing this product is and unlike all of the other stuff on the shelves.

My scalp had become very itchy, and since I didn’t have dandruff flakes I figured I might be having a reaction to the shampoo and conditioner I’ve been using for years. I searched online for an unscented shampoo and conditioner for itchy scalp and found Wild Naturals.

I was happy to see they also make body wash and cream for psoriasis which I have on my legs, so I bought all four products. After using the shampoo and conditioner for a week, I had complete relief from my itchy scalp! The products are unscented as promised, except for a very faint citrus scent which I love.

My hair is clean and fresh feeling. My only complaint is the shampoo doesn’t lather well and it’s hard to distribute through my long curly hair. Also I need to use a lot of conditioner and ran out fast, so a larger size would be helpful.

I will buy again and recommend to my friends and family.

Not paid or compensated in any form. I cant believe how amazing this shampoo is! It lathers so well, leaves my hair feeling clean but not stripped. I have never found another shampoo that works perfectly, it smells so sweet like honey, and a little goes a long way.

I am super picky with products, only using organic or natural oils, I first tried the primrose shampoo and liked it too but this shampoo by far is top! Now if they would just make a conditioner in this line.

Used this product Herbal Glo conditioner and the shampoo for many years. Best one I have found to ease my scalp Psoriasis. It is expensive but I still buy because of my results. Doesn’t take out my hair colour (which is organic and no chemicals).

I got this due to REALLY itchy scalp. This product did’t fix the problem but its probably me. It is nice thick and conditions well so not a total loss.

its great conditioner; no snarls, and smells like medicine but it works well so you dont mind that, also feels like its working right away; must use daily; it isnt a cure; but its a nice option!

Because of the dry weather in my area (along with not washing it often, usually only twice a week as I’ve been doing for years since I was told washing it every day/every other day was bad for you) I developed a dry scalp over a couple of weeks.

I also scratch subconsciously when I’m working on something but never did it develop white specks. Now this accumulated with the dry cold weather, I developed a different kid of dandruff. I was so angry since I take such good care of my hair with all kinds of hydrating masks.

I was desperate and ready to spend whatever kind of money to treat this. I saw this product (of which I’ve never heard of) and read all the reviews and decided to give it a try. And after using it every day/other day switching it with their other avocado oil shampoo for almost two weeks, I am amazed to say that the dandruff is gone.

Now I have to wash it every day/every other day with this new scalp or else I get the specks and an itchy scalp. But it’s a lot better versus my other scalp shampoos like Biolage where I would still see specks right after washing.

I’m hoping this is temporary but am grateful for this product for saving me the embarrassment of dandruff.

I just received my order with all of the Avocado Oil products. (Shampoo, conditioner, heat protector spray, hair mask) All of the products looked right until I noticed the paper on the shampoo was completely different from the rest of the products and the “Hydrate, Protect, Repair” silver box says something else too.

The ingredients on the shampoo ended up being 30 additional ingredients from the one on the app INCLUDING: ALCOHOL, FRAGRANCE, AND HIDDEN SULFATES. How do you sell me something on the app and deliver me something with all the ingredients I searched 2 HOURS trying to get away from? Just to be delivered something with all 3 of these ingredients.

I don’t understand how this kind of mistake happens. Also, the heat spray came capless. How do you send someone a SPRAY with no cap to protect the cap from breaking off in the box??? Worst experience I have had with my ulta orders.

My scalp has greatly improved in the 10 days that I have used the products thus far. I had been to doctors who had prescribed various products both prescription and over the counter, but none have had the effect that these products have had to this point.

I have used it every day since I received my order rather than the 3-5 times a week that was suggested. Hopefully over the long haul I will be able to skip a day occasionally. My scalp is no longer as dry and no where near as scaly as it was to begin with.

I totally recommend these products.

I have been fighting dry scalp my whole life, from head and shoulder, anti itch, to prescription products nothing has worked. I found these product just searching though google and decided to try it.

The price was high, but so was the price of the prescription and co pay to the doctor. After washing my hair I woke up the next morning no itching. I would admit I was skeptical, of course it start in the middle of the day.

nope, washed again that night… nothing the next day. 3 weeks in and its still working!.

I like the product and I kinda like the sense of the product. But the sense kick my nose and I was like I wish I had this product long ago. I wish it had some instructions or a video link how to apply the product as a tutorial or showing how to use the product.

I like the product and wish the product could have its own brand in market. But I don’t see it happening but maybe in a couple of years or further in the future. I like the product and hoping to other future customers who see this review and other reviews from different people who have similar experience with this product.
