I have to say, this was one of the most well-thought-out products I’ve ever purchased. The item arrived well packaged in a sturdy box (inside another Amazon box) with everything well laid out inside.

All of the fasteners were individually packaged so there’s no fishing around for the right part. For the record, I used this to mount a 65″ TV that weighs about 50 lbs. It is definitely sturdy and can hold much more.

Additional tools you will need: Tape measure, stud-finder, drill w/drill and screwdriver bits, wrench & socket set (SAE). Mounting on the wall was a breeze. My advice to other buyers that you will need to locate the wall studs accurately and you will need drill the pilot holes as close to the center of the studs as possible – particularly if you’re mounting a heavy TV.

There’s just no getting around that. Use the “stud-finder” to mark the edges of the studs, then use those marks to determine the mid-point. Make a couple of passes to be absolutely sure. Included in the package is a peal-and-stick cardboard template and two bubble levels.

Don’t bother with the one that you’re supposed to stick on the template, just use the big plastic one. You’re going to want to do some measuring here to make sure you place the mount exactly where you want it.

I was lucky that the center of the TV was almost dead-center between two studs. You’ll also want to measure the height of the mount by test-fitting the part that goes on the TV and doing a little figuring on how much to move the mount up or down so that the TV is where you want it.

Once you’ve drilled the holes, screw the bracket to the wall and use a wrench to snug the screws tight. Don’t over-tighten or you’ll strip out the holes. Make sure you put the mount right side up (Yes, I made this mistake).

Next, attach the brackets to the TV. The kit comes with an assortment of screws, washers and bushings to accommodate any TV. Each TV is different and you’re just going to have to use common sense. Don.

Great shelving unit. Just enough space for my sound receiver, my game console, and extra for my accessories. Sturdy, built like most cabinets. Easy to put together. And hang. Took about an hour total to assemble, mount, and route all devices throughout.

Nice and tidy only have it one cord for a power bar into the bottom of then the speaker wires. Easy to hide.

UPS delivery was delayed. We opened it only to find that we received two identical sets of hardware, with another required set missing. Emailed Prepac, and waited. They were delayed in sending the missing hardware and then there was another delay with Canada Post.

The bracket that’s attached to the wall is quite visible, (unlike in the photos) if you use the compartments for smaller items like a router or media streaming boxes. The hole underneath for plugging things in inside the hidden compartment for cords is really small.

We weren’t able to plug everything into the surge protector and then insert it into the compartment. We had to insert the surge protector into the compartment first, and then plug things in blind, in a very cramped space.

We could have plugged everything in and then attached it to the wall, but we don’t leave rarely used electronics plugged in. Still, now that it’s assembled and fixed to the wall, it looks very nice. I thought the price was reasonable as well.

Mount itselft is very good quality, but the packaging it comes in is very questionable. 1st one I received had already been opened, items were missing and scratches on mount indicating it had been used before.

The replacement wasnt much better, the plastic covers for the mount were broken. I needed one urgently so just used what was given. Wouldn’t recommend this product unless you are picking it up directly from the supplier.

Purchased this mount for my 70” Vizio (M70-C3). The built quality is top notch, but the finish quality is what I really like. All edges are smooth and the paint/coating is evenly applied. My previous mount was much cheaper, but had a lot of rough edges on it and would mar the wall when mounting or I mounting.

The install of the TV on the mount is really easy as well! Just lift it up, set the top “claws” onto the top of the wall bracket, then rock the bottom down and let it clip into place. Extremely secure and I have no concerns with it coming loose! My one gripe is with the provided hardware.

They include quite a few length options on their bolts that go in the back of your TV, but only if your TV takes M8 bolts. My particular TV takes M6 bolts, but this mount only provides you two length options for that size.

really short (12mm length), or really long (35mm length). I had to go to the hardware store and get some more appropriately sized bolts (20mm length). They also only give you washers for M8 screws, but then say “they work for both M6 and M8”.

I’m not taking chances on hanging my TV with washers that aren’t the appropriate spec. so I added that to my basket at the hardware store as well. Come on Sanus. it would cost you like $0. 50 to include that extra hardware, and when you’re charging $120 for a mount, just do it.

This wall mount was perfect for our new LG 83 inch OLED TV. It was easy to mount and allows for easy adjustment of the mount to exactly get the level horizontal setting after the tv is mounted very close to the wall.

Just remember that the TV connections are hard or impossible to get to after the close wall mounting if not on the side of the TV. (I did them all before putting the TV on the mount. Now for the caution: When mounting on the wall, to get the exact height position do your own calc elations.

After reading the instructions that came with the wall mount I concluded that if I followed them the TV would not be able to be postioned vertically where I wanted it. I watched the suggested manufacturers video and also called and got the same instructions and assurance from the live rep that the mounting instruction were correct and would give me the correct vertical position.

Luckily I ignored both and went with my calculations and got a perfect positioning. If I had followed the Sanus’ instructions the TV would have been way too high from where I wanted it. I think those instruction put the TV exactly in the center of the wall disregarding the desire to position closely above a lower cabinet on a tall wall.

If done right this is a great wall mount.

This Sanus wall mount bracket was more than capable of handling my 77 inch LG OLED and it was exactly why I bought it. I like the thin reveal between the wall and the tv as my tv is not mounted very high.

The mounting instructions are clear and Sanus has online instructions that really helped as well. One thing to keep in mind when using this mount is that you want your HDMI and power connections in place when you hang the tv to the wall mount.

Once the tv is on the wall, you do not have enough space to attach cables. I had to take down the tv once I discovered this to install the cables.

The installed took more time that expected , this installed needs two adults and a 6 foot ladder to help with the install of the TV and Steady it. Also measure twice once you start drilling your holes.

Also the main bracket that mounts the TV could us a heavier gauge steel, but that depends on the the size of the TV and year made. My size TV was 65 LG, I would recommend go up one mount for 70-75 if the gauged is stronger.

lifting the TV back up does not look as easy as the online info. Bringing the TV down is much easier.

I’m not going to lie. I was talked into buying this wall mount and I didn’t want it at first. After using it, I’m so happy that I purchased it. The wall mount is sturdy and easy to use on a daily basis.

Many of the past wall mounts I experienced were difficult to maneuver since they had locked positions that you had move them into. It’s always a scary experience when it’s not your mount and I have a hard time knowing if I’m pushing/pulling hard enough.

This mount requires minimal strength to move as it slides around to multiple angles. There are no set positions. It also comes with sections to hide the wires for cable management. What a wonderful device and I’m so glad that this is what I use to hold my 65″ Samsung TV.

My wife, who is much shorter than me, can also use this mount with ease. In fact, she uses it a lot more than I since she likes to work on projects in the living room and does it from different angles from the TV.

Great purchase that I can’t recommend enough. The only caveat is that the mount did prevent us from attaching a dedicated panel to house our Apple TV. If you have any devices are meant to live on the back of your TV, you might want to double check the dimensions as the Sanus wall mount does take up a lot of real estate directly behind the TV.

This mount is more expensive, but it is made in the United States and comes with a phone number to call if you run into problems. The instructions are well written not the type we are used to seeing with a drawing pointing at something, but no wording to describe it.

I called for help in deciding what wall in the corner of my family room I should mount the fixture to. To do the job correctly, make sure you have a drill, level as well as a stud finder. You will also wamt to have a sharp scribe to push into the sheetrock to verify if the stud is truly there and to identify where the sides of the studs are so you can mount the fixture to the middle of the stud.

Take your time and with the template provided you can confirm level and with the level you can confirm that the lag bolts are going in straight. I had no trouble getting a professional looking job, but my brother helped with the project.

It can be done by one person, but if a helper is helping it makes it easier.

The install is the same as any other large mount, the adjustability is similar also, each usually have their own way of doing things not sure if this is really better then any others in that sense though.

The only thing I think does stand out to me is the ease of repositioning the TV. This does make the tv feel extremely light compared to less expensive mounts. It really does take the weight of the TV and allow you to maneuver it without having to lift up the bottom at all like I have noticed with some less expensive mounts.

That being said, if you’re not going to be moving it a whole bunch I am not sure if its worth the price tag compared to some less expensive units which have the same amount of adjustment points. Inevitably the cost is the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating, great mount in every other way! I just feel like some people won’t take advantage of the 1 key feature that stands out from other mounts and therefore may not benefit from the price jump.

First the good news: it works well for what it is designed to do. The part that mounts on the wall is completely open so if you are running your cabling through the wall you have full access to the area between the studs to fit a connection box or cable feed-through.

It’s easy to assemble. The wall mount is reversible, so there is no upside-down. Bear in mind that it doesn’t tilt up, only down. But so what, right?Now for the buts. If your set is less than 18″ high, don’t go with this mount.

The brackets on the back of the set are 17″ long – they have to be in order to fit a 400×400 VESA pattern. If your set’s not tall enough, the brackets will show. If your set weighs more than 50 lbs, don’t go with this mount.

I purchased this wall mount online. However, during the final checkout, I received a response saying my purchase didn’t go thru, to please try back later. Well I did just that. The response notice was “the error”.

You will absolutely love this wall mount. It was super easy to use and set up. It was the perfect fit for my tv. The only thing you have to do is mount it to you tv, and then the wall. It was so easy, I did it alone.

I love the feature where it can slide from left to right. I honestly recommend to anyone. Im definitely purchasing more.

Purchased this mount yesterday (09-17-2022) after looking at all of the features and the display in the store. Before installation today, I watched the special video that was made strictly for this mount.

Was surprised to see that there is a stud finder with built in level and they even showed you how to use it. This was the first problem because the stud finder just blinked the entire time you were attempting to locate a stud and never went red on the edge of a stud.

The built-in level is all but useless because it is so dark you have to use a flashlight just to see it and the bubble extends almost to the edge of the tube. Fortunately I had a magnetic Stud Budy to find some of the nails in the sheetrock.

Mounting the device to the wall definitely takes two people to accomplish because of the weight of the mount but once up it is a solid mount. The next deficiency that I have found is the tilting adjustment.

Out of the box the tilt was forward and I followed the instructions for adjustment but there was no motion in the device. Had to take the TV off the mount, loosen the knobs, and the mounting bracket would move to the full vertical position then put the tv back on the mount and the bracket was no longer vertical.

I guess I will have to live with the slight tilt. The adjustment for left to right level is a plus in my book. All in all, I think that this is one of the better wall mounts out there and a good price.

This is the best and easiest TV Wall mart I have ever installed. took me 1hr. Last one took me 8hrs. The quality and workmanship is outstanding and the Price is great. Comes with a stud finder that actually works.

found all the studs and I verified by measuring the 16″ studs on center building code (fyi some older homes might be 12″ on center). Put up the template on the wall lined up the template mounting holes to the stud location and bingo drilled a 3/8″ drill bit into the stud on the very first time.

I used my 13 m socket to screw in the bolts can be a little tough. you will need help to mount the TV mount on the wall because it’s a 1 piece system and is heavy. both swing arm and mount are one piece (Remember to keep the swing arm out makes installing the TV on the bracket easier including attaching your cables to the TV).

all different sizes are provided in the kit. no need to go by addition mount bolts. Also keep the extra bolts in-case yo buy a new TV that would need a different bolts and spacers size.

This is an excellent tv mount, especially for the price. I found it to be higher quality than what’s available elsewhere. The package even includes a small stud finder and level to ensure you mount it in the right place and straight on the wall.

The mount is easy to move and offers adjustments to tilt and/or straighten the tv. There are cable management clips for routing wires which keeps the appearance neat. I also like the caps provided to cover the ends of the mount on the wall.

Vast improvement over seeing the ends of the metal frame. Another helpful feature is that it will adjust up to 45 degrees. Many of the other mounts I looked at would adjust only to 35 degrees. I have a 65″ tv and the arm length was more than sufficient to allow for the 45 degree movement.

MI-392 installed and works as described. I have a pocket TV location in a corner bookcase, and wanted to bring the TV out into the room a little bit and turn it 30-40 degrees. The bracket is super sturdy and I was able to hit two wall studs with the mounting bracket template.

The only problem was finding a proper machine screw (length) to mount the rails to the TV. There should be a better set of instructions for different VESA mount configurations and popular TV brands all supported.

I needed to go to a hardware store to buy a slightly shorter machine screw to mount the rails to my Samsung Q90T (brand new TV).

This ceiling mount was just what I wanted. Easy to assemble, and is sturdy. I would order another if the situation presents itself. It arrived quickly which was a plus. Would highly recommend ordering from these guys!.

Sturdy mount but the screws they included were not strong enough for this mount. My installer had better hardware. I only gave 4 stars because of the hardware so be prepared to buy your own if you’re installing yourself.

Because it is made of plastic the top has 0 pressure against cheese to blade. I have to clamp down really hard on the front of the cheese chamber and leverage it against my stomach to push the cheese against the blade when the the cheese is low, which makes it difficult to use.

I can’t use it as intended to because I can’t move it anywhere when cheese is low because I need to use so much pressure to keep the cheese against the blade in an akward position. It has inefficient function.

Installers were outstanding. The best I have ever experienced. Proficient, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to please the customer.

Would recommend mounting higher than planned because it tilts down pretty low.

Great value for money. Currently hanging my 75 inch t.v and it’s hanging good…tends to lean a little forward. But that’s okay if you hang it a little higher on the wall.

e. why I bought mine) – Mounting slots allow great adjustability for mounting position or finding studs – Tilt feature is sturdy and holds in place when tightened – The left and right ‘arms’ that allow it to move away from the wall can also be used to adjust the angle of the screen left or right depending on your viewing angle.

Not exactly ‘full tilt’ motion, but still nice. Cons: – Pricey – Don’t listen to people that trust their $2K TV to drywall anchors! Use the quality lag bolts given and drive them into studs; far more loading capacity that way.

A lot of the cheaper mounts seem like a good deal but will give you smaller capacity, less room for adjustments, or poor quality parts like lag bolts that sheer off when tightening. Sanus uses quality materials that I’ve never had that happen with.

This was not the mount I had originally chose for hanging my TV, however, the wall I was hanging my TV on had a particular situation with the firewall being very close (about 5 inches) to the dry wall.

Rather than run the risk of damaging the firewall with the huge bolts that came with the Full Motion mount I originally purchased, the Geek Squad guys had this mount as a solution. The weight was a concern since the full motion mount was over 40 pounds and the TV was close to 86 or so pounds.

Main, thing, they were looking out for my safety and didn’t want to run the risk of ruining my TV. After talking about the situation and seeing this mount, I agreed it would be better. The new TV was a QLED and I had concerns about the picture quality off angle for anyone sitting adjacent to the TV, however, the off-center viewing angle is not bad considering where the couches are, so I had no problem with switching up the mount.

One installed everything worked out great. Tilting, sliding and angling this mount are easy. I wish it had the ability to extend a little further, but this is not a problem for normal TV viewing. It would only be beneficial when gaming and sitting in a low gaming chair.

I am happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

The instructions in the box are short and vague, giving you an online link to get more detailed instruction. The online instructions are made for a range of similar models. DO NOT BLINDLY FOLLOW THEM.

Seriously, they have you drill holes that the bolts in the package can be thrown into. At that point, I went to my tools shelves, pulled a handful of lag screws out, put them into the holes, and called it good.

That mount isn’t going anywhere. If you measure the bolts yourself, and double check every instruction the box and video gives you, this is a decent mount. That being said, it’s not the easy install it claims to be, as you need to know how to install a mount before you try this one.
