Great price, and good results Always skeptical about products like this. my 04′ LeSabre knocks and thumps, and burns a lot of oil. I’ve tried many products to try to help and none have worked. Until I found this.

It didn’t stop everything entirely (she does have almost 200,000 miles on her) but it did help noticeably enough to make me give a good review! 👏🏻 I read it works better with every use so I’ll be trying again with my next oil change! 🤞🏻.

I haven’t seen immediate results and it does say that it may require additional treatments. Since I have an old car that leaks oil I intend to purchase another bottle and see. The engine does seem to be running smoother after the first treatment though.

I added this product to my manual shift 2. 5i Impreza along with a quart of oil on a Saturday. The following Friday, my oil light flickered once or twice while climbing a hill and the engine started losing power.

Once I crested the hill, the motor died with a clunking sound and I coasted the corner store at he bottom. Towed car to the service station where it was pronounced dead on arrival. Once I returned home I noticed a lake of oil on my driveway where I parked the car overnight.

Coincidence? I don’t know. I know the car had issues but I hesitate to recommend the product.

This stuff is for refrigeration, not automotive applications.

My engines always ran a little rough, i have a 1989 chevy s10, and someone suggested i use some of this. I had already done the seafoam stuff, like the fuel additive, and the top engine cleaner. Then i used the motor honey.

Overall they all did a good job at cleaning and lubricating stuff to make the motor run better. Don’t underestimate oil and fuel additives, they can quiet down lifter tick, get rid of aggressive shaking, and do much more.

Motor honey especially helped things run a bit smoother.

I have 131,000 miles on my 1999 Mustang 35th Anniversary v6 convertible and there has been a ticking noise coming from the bottom end that I can’t seem to identify. No loss of power, no excessive oil consumption, or anything else that I or anyone else can figure out.

I heard that Marvels Mystery Oil worked well so I tried it, with no luck. I use 5w 20 full synthetic in this engine and change it religiously at 3,000 miles. I was skeptical that this product would work, but figured I would give it a shot anyway.

As soon as I poured it in the ticking stopped cold. I couldn’t believe it. The ticking did not return until I changed the oil. I added another bottle to the new oil and the ticking stopped again. I don’t what this stuff is made of but it really does work.

Now I buy a bottle with every oil change, and add it too my jeep engine as well. The jeep doesn’t tick, but I figured it couldn’t hurt. I haven’t noticed any difference in performance or fuel consumption, however.

I must admit that I am somewhat biased because this product is distributed by a Michigan-based company. But regardless that this great product is distributed in my home state, there is nothing else remotely close to what this product can deliver and at the tremendously low price.

I drive a 2008 Saab 97-x and it has about 115,000 miles. A friend of mine suggested using some of the Casite products to improve mileage and to extend engine oil life. I used this product and I could not believe how much better my engine ran.

It was immediately noticeable, the noise and vibration essentially disappeared. I truly believe that I will see another 100,000 miles on my car easily with this product. This product is great; I just wish that Autozone carried more of Casite’s other products.

My 6. 0 power stroke developed a terrible miss/ shake and lack of power. After reading about this product on some 6. 0 forums I decided it was my last shot before a trip to the repair shop. It’s not cheap but 2 bottles where recommend.

After pouring it in and driving for 3 days. The truck runs normal now. Definitely worth the money!.

My 6. 0 powerstroke had a bad case of injector stiction 5 years ago ,would hardly start in cold weather. After someone recommending this I bought it. I installed 2 bottles ,8 oz first time and within 20 minutes of running a had a new truck ,it was truly amazing 8 oz in 15 qts of oil made such a drastic difference.

I use 1 bottle every oil change since then and recommend it to any powerstroke owners – amazing product.

REV-X is a great product for the 6. 0 Ford Powerstroke engine. Some oils, Im told, develop air bubbles or foam after some use. My engine started to miss slightly and I didnt know why. I was instructed to change oil brands and add REV-X.

The REX-X was the final touch in eliminating the miss.

This is currently the most cost effective way to add High ZDDP / Zinc additive properties to your favourite oil. Good for two six litre oil changes, that’s less than a tenna a go. Camshaft lobes still looks new after a thousand miles on a fresh rebuild.

I run an aggressive flat tappet solid cam with some pretty stout springs in my street/strip engine and mix 4 oz. of this into the VR1 in every oil change. Have several thousand hard miles on it with no problems at all.

Since I get 4 oil changes out of 1 bottle I feel it’s a great value.

Easy to pour in with synthetic or conventional engine oil, works great for breaking in rebuilt engines with flat tappet cam shafts. I use it every oil change because oil does not have the zinc additive for these older engines anymore and protection for cam and lifter seating and performance has gone down without it.

Do not use on vehicles with Catalytic converters unless just breaking in the engine.

It’s supposed to be good stuff. Ran it about 500 miles with non-detergent oil. Too bad Autozone doesn’t have break in oil. Or non-detergent. So I had to make several stops. But it seems to work. Motor runs good.

I’m on regular oil now.

I bought this to supplement my engine oil for my flat-tappet cam install. I’ve bought this stuff three times since. My cam is still living. Appears to be doing what it supposed to.

Since I fully deleted AFM in my 2014 Silverado and changed the lifters and plugged the towers under the valley cover I have been running 1 qt of this stuff with each oil change. Also stepped up my oil weight to 5w-30 full synthetic.

Prior to the AFM delete my engine was consuming around 2-3 qts per 5000 miles. Seems my engine family is blessed with bad rings. After AFM delete it was still consuming the same so I eliminated the chance of a leaky head gasket, and the oil pan gasket is clean.

until I ran this a couple times. The 3rd full oil change after delete has held its oil level very well. I haven’t had to add any oil yet and I’m almost to the next oil change! The only thing I changed was adding the stabilizer.

I consider that an accomplishment.

I use this on every oil change for our cars. A thousand years ago in the 90s they had a display at O’reilly’s of oil and the other side oil with Lucas in it. The 5 gears were cranked and through the pleaxi glass you could see the oil travelling to the top besides feel the resistance of it.

The Lucas side lubricated and helped the oil to the top with zero resistance cranking the regular oil sid you had great resistance at the beginning and slight once you got it going but oil didn’t make it fully to the top.

I started using it then in the 80s Jag I got from grandma when she passed. When I sold it 3 years ago it drove out still smooth as silk.

I have a 2010 Audi A4 2. 0T which is notorious for burning oil. I combined one quart of Lucas Synthetic Oil Stabilizer with four quarts of Castrol 5W/40 Full Synthetic Euro oil at my last oil change and the oil consumption has reduced significantly.

I was skeptical this product would help my situation, but it has exceeded my expectations. I went with the synthetic stabilizer as I felt the original was too thick, and I was also using synthetic oil.

Product is worse thing ever installed in vehicle. Followed instructions accordingly, Bought because one 02 sensor reading. My catalytic converters after using product broke to pieces causing extreme back pressure to motor.

Removed internal combs in cats that were designated. Started vehicle could hear engine was ticking. Drove vehicle too see if would clear, end up blowing a piston rod, mind anyone my vehicle was properly maintained prior drove fine no problems besides sensor.

Rislone blew my motor do not use this product.

You know you have a very loud problem with engine noise when people turn their heads and stare at your suv as you drive by. That’s how loud my tapping/knocking noise was! I have been the sole owner of a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport with 91,000 miles, I’ve taken great care of it, and the tapping and ticking that started one day out of the blue was a bit of a surprise.

As I mentioned the tapping/knocking sound was extremely loud. Both the tapping and ticking noises happened when the engine was cold and both noises continued during the entire time of driving. After searching the internet I decided to go ahead and give this product a try.

To be honest I only used half of the bottle of Rislone. I drove around for about 15 miles and I could no longer hear the tapping sound. After driving another 10 miles or so I still have the ticking noise, but it is less loud than it was before.

I’m hoping with with more driving time the ticking sound will continue to improve. I’m glad I used this product and will continue to use it in the future. Highly recommend.

A lot of things are widely advertised and always a gimmick or one of chances of success. This is my second high mileage used car. And this quick anytime additive would clear Pesty check engine lights especially for dirty sensors.

Greats rid of that engine ticking noise that is common for older engines and smoother acceleration Def recommend if you facing any of those issues.

This car has nearly 200,000 miles on the odometer. Anyone who has owned or researched this particular Ford model is aware that these with the 2. 5 L have a very strong and reliable motor. That said at nearly 200,000 engine performance has declined.

I understand that my assessment of TriboTEX engine treatment is subjective and a before and after dyno test would be the only “proof “. That said I have spent more than a few hours driving this car prior to the TriboTEX and I believe there is a noticeable improvement in responsiveness and smoother operation of the engine.

In the past this vehicle was getting 17-20 mph (it’s FWD not AWD) currently it’s averaging 19-23+ mpg. Not sure why the upper mpg’s aren’t uniform with the lower mpg gain. I also did the TriboTEX transmission treatment at the same time as the engine treatment.

Possibly the transmission is staying in higher gears longer. These numbers are subject to my driving habits which haven’t changed. The treatment frequency recommended by TriboTEX is 40,000 miles. If this mpg improvement continues for that interval that alone will have paid the cost of the product and more.

I added your engine treatment to my Jeep 4. 0 engine with 180,000 miles between 2 and 3 months ago. I didn’t notice anything right away but after a couple weeks the engine seemed to get a bit quieter.

One day after about 2 months, I found that the engine seemed to have more power. For the first time, I was able to run one particular stretch of road with a long uphill grade from bottom to top,. In the past I’ve had to drop down at least one gear before reaching the top, but not this time.

After this incident, I played with the engine and gears a bit and found that the engine definitely is running smoother and with more power. I LIKE IT! I added a treatment to the power steering pump but haven’t noticed anything as yet and may not any improvements my be relatively small.

I also have the manual trans treatment which I will be adding soon. I’ll write a follow-up review for this a bit later. Because of the good results with my Jeep, I just added the engine treatment to my 2000 Ford F350 7.

2 cars 1 truck , farm tractor, and lawn tractor. Impressive results on my old commuter car so far which i drive the most , a 2016 Hyundia Elantra , Korean bult. 170 k quiet as if new now , the upper valve train was getting noisy typical for the milage.

Used it in the trans too. its a real 6spd not CVT. With the cost of new car this is cheap insurance. Waiting for the 1st oil change to see if effects cyinder wear has changed. Oil delution issue = 1/2 qt per 5k ( normal for the milage) Ive always used synthetic oil on all this equipment.

As a powerplant operator Ive seen good results with improved lubricity , it’s the life blood of the machine. So far so good.

This synthetic additive helps any Engine Oil perform better. It flows quickly , clings to Camshafts and Lifters better to prevent dry startups especially on Engines that don’t get used every day. It contains ZDDP, which is a Zinc Phosphorous highly effective antiwear additive that is especially effective on older pre-1989 Engines or Hot Rod Engines that aren’t used every day.

You WILL notice a difference in Engine power over its entire range. Usable in any Engine —- even the Lawnmower!.

Clear instructions, easy to use. My engine was ticking and after my oil change that seemed to stop the ticking immediately. The old oil came out very smooth but after sitting in the pan and transferring it over, the bottom layer had that sludge I wanted out.

I really think it’s going to help out a lot in the long run!.

Place in a Pontiac Vibe 4 cyclinder that was burning oil and had a little cam noise when firsts up. The car burns 1 quart a month. After adding it now to last than a 1/4 quart and the car rides a little smoother and no morning cam noise and a added bonus gas mileage improve a little.

One drive to work I would use exactly a tank full. The fuel light flashes on Friday coming home. Now light comes on the next Monday on the way home work. Had to check thought my gas light had went out.

Don’t use the car on weekends.

So let me say right off the bat that I am not actually sure if this stuff works the way it says or not. BUT, everything I have used from Lucas(like transmission stop slip or power steering fluid) has helped my vehicles noticeably.

So based on that, I would expect everything from them to do what they say they do. I have only used this stuff a couple of times, since I usually use the pure synthetic stabilizer. I put it in during the oil change.

Once I drain the oil out, I put a bottle if this in and then top the rest off with full synthetic oil. I recently bought a 115k mile 2006 trailblazer and changed the oil shortly after buying it(always do this unless you know for sure it was changed recently).

So honestly, since its something that you probably wouldn’t notice a different whether you put it in your oil or not, its hard to say whether it works or not. But like I said, the transmission stuff definitely helped all 3 vehicles I put it in, and the power steering fluid quieted my pump down on a vehicle that the pump stayed loud with new fluid from other brands.

So based on those working like they should, id imagine this stuff is also helping. No way to actually tell unless you could cut open your engine while it’s running tho.

I drive a 2006 Subraru Forrester 2. 5 – It’s currently at 160,000 miles. I purchased this at Walmart for $16 and some change. Brought it with me to my mechanic (trusted old family friend) for my next oil change.

He was happy to include it at no extra charge** more about this below. I instantly noticed a difference after the first drive. No clicking or crackling noises after start up. I got out after driving a few miles down the road to listen for myself.

By adding it in, they use less oil than standard so its saving them money afterall.

on all my cars with higher miles if they are burning a little oil this will stop or slow it down. it will add more miles to your engine. most engines after 125k start to burn a little oil this will help in slowing or stopping that.

in my experience every car I have put this in I have seen oil burning reduce or be eliminated all together. best to replace a quart of regular oil with this during an oil change. but if you are running a quart low add this to reduce engine wear and stop/slow oil burning.

I have a very bad habit of getting bored of a vehicle and selling and replacing so I have used it on many cars.

It slowed the leak, I’m OCD, but i was ok. But after I put 300 continuous miles on it, it seems to have disappeared completely. So, when you read the multiple reviews telling you to put miles on it. LISTEN! I would definitely try this with a fresh Mobil1 Oil change and filter and then add Lucas Oil Stop Leak before busting a “grand” for god knows whatever repair they tell you that you will need.

In this case it was a 17 year mint suburban, not a race car. Worth it!.

I thought the car was going to start acting funny but nope! Started up as normal and actually performed a little better than usual. I have a small oil leak on one of the hoses. It has definitely slowed.

and I only put around 65% of the solution in there. I’m sure it will only get better once I add the rest. Great stuff here. However, it’s not a permanent solution. Try to get the car fixed or traded out within 1-3 months unless you’ll have to keep adding.

I have a collectible vehicle that was leaking oil from the rear main seal. It is a 1978 Mustang with a 302 engine. Before considering the expense and logistics of having the engine resealed, I decided to give a try to this product for the first time ever.

I added the entire contents during the oil and filter change. Quite surprisingly, it´s been 3 days and not a single drop of oil has appeared on the floor. I am still skeptical but will definitely keep monitoring for leaks.

most likely the main seal. Mechanic said huge job to fix just use the Lucas product however when I looked on the shelf there were others that bragged about stopping a leak (the Lucas stabilizer does not mention stopping leaks!) so I tried two different ones to no avail.

Eventually I used almost 2 bottles (20% mix) and waited sceptically. Slowly the oil loss was less and less. It took a few months for me to remove the drip tray. What great stuff! Now use in all of my 3 old cars every oil change.

They run quieter and smoother too. Put some in my noisy air compressor and wow what difference!.

I put a bottle through the trans dip stick, following the directions and making sure not to overfill. Cycling the gears, then a light test drive and nothing happened, for about a km. Instead of an easy shift what I ended up with was a whole pile of neutrals.

Truck no move now. Ok, I’ll give these guys the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the Trans fluid was just too far gone and needed to be changed. So I picked up a trans pan gasket/filter and a pile of new transf fluid and go to work changing the oil.

Now the oil did need changing, was well used and I was assuming this doesn’t work so well with worn oil. Some reviews suggest that it doesn’t. Fast forward a week later (maybe 10km on now oil), fresh ATF oil and an opportunity.

The bottle says it can help blah, blah blah. I used another bottle, also following directions and monitoring the fill level. New oil and should be no issues. Cycled the gears a bunch of times, and took for a light test drive.

Lone behold, 5 neutrals after about few hundred yards. Can’t tell you what the issue is, but my two pennies are that you should avoid this stuff and look elsewhere for a trans additive. I think SeaFoam has one that would work better.

Normally i just pour it into the crank case and let the engine mix it in, but one time i mixed it in my new oil first then sent in a sample. After it was due to change i sent in another sample. The used oil had half of the molybdenum that the new sample had.

So that means roughly half has adhered to parts in the engine. It only adds a little more cost to oil change and should definitely help reduce wear at startup. If money is tight and you want the engine to last, dont hesitate to use it every other change, because some does adhere to parts inside it will still keep working after changing the oil even if not used the next time.

I use this in all my engines, my propane generator, both gas mowers, my 4 stroke weed eater, gas pickup, diesel car, and gas engine on my wood chipper.

Discovered this back in the seventies in Saginaw, where temps would stay below zero for ten days straight. Before adding, well-tuned Volvo engine would crank 45-60 seconds before firing. Adding this confirmed the issue was absence of any residual lubrication on cylinder walls.

After adding, just 4-5 seconds and fired up happily. The subtler things others have noticed sound credible, but there’s utterly no doubt about improved lubrication during ‘dry’ starts, where most of the wear occurs.

Still adding at every change, thankfully in a milder climate.

I have been around Automotive “miracle” products for a LONG time. There have been a lot of good things on the market, BUT. This is different. Installed (by correct ratio, additive to oil volume. read the INSTRUCTIONS, Just for fun.

), started the car and drove a few miles (maybe 5-6)on really familiar roads. Discovered I had to pay attention to Speedometer and Throttle Position. Smoother, quieter and more output than it had 10 Min ago.

(Motor has 77K on it and has lived on Synthetic oil since the first change) I am also watching fuel mileage. It looks like it may have a noticeable improvement as well. (Car has that info in the computer.

) Yeah, I am crazy. Just try it and see for your self. Hey, it is only $8. This will go into 2 more cars, my diesel Tractor, might even put a dash in my air compressor and boat motor. I am familiar with molybdenum disulfide oil additives from the late 1960’s (used to race a Mini, and it seemed to work well) but this is a different type of product (I think) and works surprisingly quickly.

I will see about the 30K duration, claimed, but WILL use it with oil changes.

I got this in the hopes of silencing the ticking that my lifters were making in my 2006 Tahoe. I put it in and didn’t notice a dramatic change right away, but a few hundred miles further it seems to have done the trick.

Before putting it in, I would get the lifters to start ticking whenever I’d idle for more than about a minute. Last night, we sat in line for gas at Costco for a million years and I didn’t hear the lifters at all.

Seems to have really helped.

Bought this to reduce Tappet noise. Tried it but it didnt work. Sound still remains. It could be physical issue with engine so cannot comment completely on the capability of this product. Unfortunately I had to import this from US to Malaysia which cost a lot.

Hoped to save money without a rebuild but looks like a rebuild is needed.

I”ve used Rislone for several years now. Just turned 250,000 miles on my everyday work vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to jump in it tomorrow and head to California. Didn’t discover this product until that vehicle had a little over 100,000 miles.

Eliminated all knocks and pings immediately. Almost entirely eliminated oil consumption. Highly recommend this product. I add it to all my vehicles after every oil change now.

My ford Expedition has the large motor with with oil controlled automictically adjusted valvetrain. At idle when the motor was hot the oil would thin out to a point where it it would not function the valvetrain and maintain a steady smooth idle.

My expedition has a 7 quart pan, thru some quick experimentation I determined running 4 quarts of Lucas wit 3 quarts of the recommended oil worked like a charm. The motor will idle for hours at a steady rpm of 600 with no no breaking up or stalling.

I’m very satisfied.

I’ve used Lucas Oil Stabilizer now for over 10 yrs. As this product advertises, it fights hot/cold start ups, friction and reduces heat. Those 3 are probably the worst problem for any engine making this oil supplement a perfect addition to every oil change.

What convinced me to use it was the little display of meshed teeth, sitting on the counter, at the local auto parts store. I’d highly recommend Lucas oil stabilizer!.

I own a 2011Bmw 328i with 87,000 miles and was like why not. I was getting rough starts every morning. I just replaced the engine cover with all the gaskets due too leaking so I wanted some extra protection for the engine.

It’s only been a couple of days and my fuel mpg went from 33. 9 to now 34. 4 only driving to and from work a 23 mile trip. This stuff works. No rough starts, engine check light is off. Engine sounds better than ever and I’ll be a full time user of the stuff every oil change.

My 2014 f150 5. 0 w/47,000 miles developed a minor engine tick,tick,tick. The tick was heard with engine warmed to operating temp. I changed oil & filter with no change in the warm engine ticking. A google research of the Liqui Moly MoS2 convinced me to try the additive.

Wow what a difference! No tick, and the engine runs cooler! Win-win for me!!.

So I just put 3k in work on my 6. 0 with egr delete, oil cooler, fuel regulator and turbo back exhaust. I would have to wait at least 20 minutes to warm or truck cut out badly. Heard about this stuff and literally you could hear the difference as the truck idled.

Got better with every second. This is not snake oil, it works fantastic. I’m really surprised at how many people do not know this stuff exist. I just wish they would lower the price to $35 for 8 oz. so I could use it for every oil change.

It’s that good, no that great. I now use the Winter fuel mix and that works too. REV X has me sold as well as my buddy’s vehicle. He used it in his 67 C10 pickup and loves the difference. He got a mild fuel injected small block.

Had a customer’s truck he had just put reman injectors in and had a mis on #6 within 4 months. he brought the truck to me and found the injector was hanging and not firing a full shot. dumped in the revs and within 30 min the injector started firing at full force on cylinder balance test.

great product.

This is a good additive for your oil to keep injectors fully functioning. If done every other oil change you may be able to extend or revive malfunctioning injectors. Pricy but worth a shot if you have stiction since injectors are even more expensive.

I’ve been using Lucas oil for many years in multiple vehicles with both gas and Diesel engines. With Lucas Oil my engine runes nicer, improves my gas mileage and helps extend the life of my engine. I highly recommend this product.

For those of you that have engines that use Low Viscosity Oil make sure you use ONLY Lucas Low Viscosity Oil Stabilizer.

As a someone who commuted for more than 30 years at distances up to 150 miles round trip. I believe that this product has been a key part of keeping several cars on the road in excess of 300,000 miles and one 400,000.

None of these vehicles were replaced due to engine failure and none had a notable increase in oil consumption over the years that I owned them. I highly recommend.
