The look of the helmet is nice and it fits decently however whenever the clear visor is down and you breathe through your mouth, the visor fogs up to the point where you can’t see until it clears. The reason for the one star rating is due to this major issue.

You’d think with all the vents that are placed on the helmet especially with the large vent in the front that this wouldn’t be an issue but yet it is. Only anti-fog visors for helmets like this should be made so that you don’t have to use anti-fog spray every couple of days of use or always keep the visor up which makes the visor useless.

Helmet fit is real good, comfortable washable liner. It works great for the reason I bought it which is the visor to help keep the sun out of my eyes. I’m talking about the visor or peak on top the inside dark shield don’t go down far enough for me.

Nice helmet. It is a tight fit. Same size as my others. The only downfall is the sun shade doesnt drop down far enough.

This is the perfect beginner bike my 11 year old. It has the look and feel of a gas powered bike without the same risks that go along with them. We’ve had the bike for a few weeks and here are my initial impressions: – Heavy duty & quality materials: It’s made with steel and not cheap plastic, it’s definitely built to last.

– Weight: The bike is the perfect weight which is around 100 pounds. If you’re getting it delivered like I did just be aware it comes in a big, heavy, box. I had no problem bringing it inside but my wife would have had a hard time getting it up the steps.

– Assembly: Quick and easy. Comes with everything you need and only took me about 15 minutes to put everything together. – Features: Love the dual suspension! It makes for a more comfortable and safer ride.

– Speed: The speeds up to 15mph is just right for my son. If you’re not familiar with electric bikes, even adult ebikes, are capped at 20mph in the US (15mph in Europe I think). It has something to do with the law.

– Maintenance: Very simple to charge and maintain. If you want it to last, just like any other bike, don’t leave it in the rain and rinse it off it gets muddy. – Safety: For additional safety I added lights and a bell.

Overall, this is a great bike that my son really loves and that I feel is worth getting.

I recently got the MX500 Dirt Bike for my two boys. My oldest son, is 13 and 5’8 so he is definitely on the bigger/older side of the recommended age for the bike. My youngest son is 9 and absolutely loves to ride the bike.

He’s the perfect age and size, with plenty of room to grow. I appreciate that the battery lasts longer than the 40 minutes stated. The bike was easy to assemble and came with all necessary tools, so I felt confident in my ability to put it together myself.

Without reading other reviews as influence i will start from the beginning, with unboxing through the 3 full charge and ride. Out of the box it was easy to assemble. Razor provides the needed tools to assemble complete but it was easier to grab Allen wrenches and what I needed from my toolbox.

Total time was 15 minutes, but I didn’t have a tire pump to fill the tires with. Since this was an xmas gift for my son I waited to fill the tires until after Santa delivered. I was able to fill the tires with a standard floor style bike pump.

The bike was charged for the first time for about 23 hours. First ride on xmas my son who is a small 8 year old (5t clothes) loves it. Picked it up in about 10-15 minutes dhas been improving since the first ride.

I see him out growing this e-bike before spring. He has never ridden anything motorized solo, all his riding has been from a pedal bike. I have a feeling my 3 year old will also like this when the time comes.

This bike is really not designed to go off-road. Unless the terrain is hard packed similar to a sidewalk or black top, or even similar packed dirt like a baseball field. Battery usage and power are definitely dependent on the size of your child and terrain.

Back and forth on a side walk with a shallow incline my 45 lb kid was able to ride for 40 minutes. Battery was not completely dead either. My son absolutely loves it. World class 8year old smile every time he rides.

My son did say it was a little slow and has already been hitting youtube for upgrades. I would not recommend this bike for anybody over the age of 6-7. Get the bigger bike. This bike is perfect for a 3-5 year old.

I was thrilled to get this Razor SX125 McGrath Electric-Powered Miniature Dirt Bike for my 7-year-old son. I loved the attention to detail on the bike— it really does resemble a full-size adult dirt bike! It has been a rather mellow winter here, so we have been able to bring out the bike for several runs.

Here are my thoughts its pros and cons: PROS: – High-quality, good weight, sturdy – Bright, eye-catching colors/ cool design – Great features including: twist-grip throttle and fast speed (up to 8 mph) – Comfortable to ride, easy to maneuver – Can carry up to 110lbs, so can be used for several years as child grows CONS: – Smaller than expected size, especially since it is rated for ages 7+ – Only 30-40 minutes of ride time.

(I would have liked at least 1-2 hours. ) – Long charge time. (The estimated time is 5hrs, but I think it really needs an overnight charge. ).

This was just the right size for our two kids to learn how to ride a dirt bike. It’s built tough and should last a long time. The bike goes up to 8 mph but sometimes I believe it might do a little more.

Chargers pretty fast and depends on how fast they are going and how offen they stop and go battery usually last close to 50 minutes it seems. But if you looking for a starter bike so your kid can learn at young age.

Than this one is for them to learn and grow!.

I bought this tire (130/90-17) for the rear of my K75RT after Dunlop discontinued the K491 elite in my size. It seals right up to the tubeless rim and never looses any air. I wanted the extra meat for long distance street touring.

It has not disappointed me. After a 6000 trip to Colorado and back to Delaware it still has a good 50% of the tread left. I got the idea to use the dual sport tire from a guy i ran into in Florida running that tire on Florida’s, notoriously hard on tires, clam-shell asphalt mix.

He also had it on a K75. I asked him about it and he said don’t worry about it, it will seal up fine and it certainly does. Its the only 130/90-17 DS tire available AFAIK. Boo- Koo tread.

If you’re considering buying Shinko 705’s after reading a few of the positive reviews here, do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews as well. Crashing sucks – read on. I crashed my Honda CB-500X today after my rear tire washed out on a routine 10-15 mph right hander at an intersection.

Plenty of tread left on the tire, dry conditions,, no gravel, sand, oil, etc. 2017 date code on tire. I’ve experienced unexpected rear wheel slip with this tire in turns before, but never gone down ’til this morning: Bent bars, gouged up Bark Busters, scraped faring, huge grind spot on the crash bars, and luckily, just a sore shoulder.

I just ordered a pair of Pirelli Scorpion Trail 2’s to replace the Shinko’s. Bottom line: Wish I would have replaced these tires sooner. Don’t buy Shinko 705’s, and don’t cheap-out when buying tires.

The $100 you save now won’t mean s**t when you lose it in a turn into oncoming traffic. ??.

I was surprised at first glance the tread depth was not deeper. However they handled loose gravel and sand far better than the stock kenda’s I was riding. Not the greatest in the mud, I still think a deeper tread design would be better, wishful thinking probably.

Either way they are far more impressive than I thought they would be for an all around tire.

I replaced a set of Shinko 804/805s with M+S K-60’s. Surprisingly, for that bike they hooked up much better off-road, and handled loose/deep stuff and mud and rocks much better than 804/805s did even when new.

I think such a small bike doesn’t have the weight to sink the big blocks of the 804 into surface material so they washed out on me a lot in mud where the K-60 just tracked predictably. They didn’t perform quite as well on-road but good enough that I was always happy with them.

Downside, the rear tire actually has worse longevity than I got out of the Shinko. I think this is because of the M+S compound, which makes sense. Be aware, because most people buy these for the longevity.

The 805 gave me 13,000kms on the little bike, and I had less than 20% left in the rear on my K-60’s when I sold the bike with 8000kms on them. But the front looked almost brand new, whereas I wore the Shinko’s almost completely evenly.

Had I kept the Versys 300X, I would have tried the regular non-M+S rear K-60.

I just finished a 5000 mile trip from Arkansas to Ophir Pass in Colorado to spread my my buddy Marty’s marticles in the Rockies(effing Covid). I used this tire combo on my CB500X; interstate, fast twisties, off road passes and back home again and I’m still not ready to pull the trigger on another 805; not because I’m going another direction tire-wise, but because it’s not ready to change yet.

And my experience with the Shinko is not limited to the Honda, as I’m also on my third set on my semi motard DR650; Moab, NMBDR, the Ozarks, and have yet to be tempted to change, even though I probably have 20k combined over the two bikes.

And although they are classifed as a 50/50, I fell that where they really shine is on the asphalt; no howl and grip like gorilla glue in the fast corners. I guess you could say that I recommend them.

Just put these on my 2019GSA Tires feel very good in the turns BUT the rain grooves and tar snakes and inconsistencies in the road surface play havoc on the straight line stability. They feel more like they are want to fall off center very easy which is great for winding roads.

They front tire is typical TKC 70. You can definitely hear it. Have not taken them off road yet and probably will not due to the fact that I am going to change them out for something else. Just do not like all the surprise movements on the road.

Anakee adventures, Heidenau K60 Scouts and Dunlop Trailmax Missions all performed well on this bike. This issue of darting around and squirmy feel only appeared once these tires were installed. 20,000 miles on other tires and they all went straight without this issue.

Gonna go back to what works. JMO.

I typically use TKC 80 on the front and TKC 80 or now the TKC 70 Rocks on the rear. I have use the TKC 70 standard rear as well. The TKC 80 rear achieved 6500 km on about 60% asphalt and 40% gravel at a cost of $239 or 3.

7 cents per km The TKC 70 Rocks rear, so far has achieved 7600 km, and I suspect it will reach about 9000+ km in total. Again about the same split 60/40 asphalt and gravel. The tire cost $271 or 3. 0 cents per km.

The TKC 80 at 3. 7 cents per km would have an operational cost of $333 or $62 dollars more (plus a tire change). That was over 4 months of riding so 15 bucks a month, less than a tank of fuel. I change my own tires at home or on the road if required so no cost there but it could add up for others.

Thus, I am very happy with the results. I would definitely use a TKC 70 Rocks for a longer trip (Calgary to Tuk) but maybe the 80’s if I stay closer to home and keep the % gravel up. I have a new TKC 80 in my garage ready to install once I do the next 1400 km BUT may very well order a TKC 70 rocks anyway.

The front TKC 80 has lasted 14,200 km so far and I suspect it has another 1000 left. The Dunlop TrailMax front looks like a possibility at $177 with the TKC 80 at $196 but I am likely to stick with the 80.

I have been very pleased with the tire in all conditions.

I ride a XR650L I have it set up for Adventure riding it’s lowered charging ports custom dash seat concepts and I load my bike with all the camping supplies tent, stove, etc I have a lot of weight on it.

I have only used the Kenda for 5 yrs now I love this tire I feel this tire is everything a dual sport adventure tire should be. It has never failed on me. Great price. I have currently about 2000 miles on this one and barely can see wear.

It takes pavement to get to gravel. I am putting these on all my dual sport rental bikes in Tucson. My opinion so far best tire.

I have only been running them a couple of weeks on my KLX250s. On old worn down paved roads you may feel a little wiggle but that was expected because they have a harder compound. In loose sand they do as expected.

They are a little bit harder to Mount but the side walls are are thicker than most and stiff. Time will tell about the wear but on decent paved roads they feel fine. I?m only running the rear currently.

Exact fit for my 2004 DR200SE, and Revzilla had both the front and rear in stock. I’ve only used them on the road so far. Nice and smooth, no problem in corners. They look appropriate for the bike and for the 50/50 mission of a dual sport motorcycle.

They arrived with a very recent date code. The rubber feels soft and grippy and they were easy to mount just using a couple of tire irons.

Assembly wasn’t to bad. Started up easily. The chain stretches a lot first couple times riding so watch the adjustment. It has lots of torque and seems like it’s gonna go fast then falls on it face at 19 mph.

The throttle adjustment screw is welded in place so you’ll have to take the bracket off and grind the weld to make any throttle adjustments. Was able to get 22mph with throttle adjustments. The governor is internal so you’ll have to crack open the engine to remove it.

I wish it had some adjustment for the rpm governor. It doesn’t turn right at all. I suggest grinding down the stops a bit. Seems to be pretty sturdy though. Could be better but it’s not bad at all.

For the price the Hellcat 125 is not bad at all. That being said, you can’t just buy it, slap on the handlebars and front wheel and go. The quality of the metals used are nice, but nowhere near Japanese brands.

You can’t just crank on bolts or you will strip things. (Well you can, but you will have issues) Knowing that you bought a clone for 1/4 the price of a real Grom you are getting a decent bike for the money, but you have to put in a little work.

I basically disassembled the entire bike and reassembled it with loctite. (Blue mostly, but red in a few areas). I also changed out the motor mount bolts with Grade 8. 8 Stainless Steel ones and changed out the swing arm bolt and Axles for official Grom parts.

Do not start the bike without changing the oil, and I’d recommend changing the sparkplug to a NGK C7HSA. After doing all of this the bike starts and runs really nicely. I only have 2 days of run time on it, so i do not know how it will hold up, but for the money I’m not mad at it.

The motor seems really smooth, and I’m sure it will get smoother as it breaks in. I’ll be changing the oil again after 200 miles, and then probably change it every 500 after. It takes. 95 quarts so $5 every 500 miles is cheap insurance for engine longevity.

I just got the bike yesterday and I was really excited putting it together, everything looked great, unfortunately after putting some fuel inside the the bike it some how got into the carburetor and won’t turn over now so that’s disappointing, everything else looks good just need a new carburetor for the bike now.

Fast shipping, fun bike, so far decent customer service! You do have to wait for your title which is a bummer but overall great bike for the price.

Just bought this bike for my son. Not sure why he wanted this one in particular versus other brands that look more retro for teenagers. Set-up out of the box was pretty easy. Not sure about the axle inserted inside the front wheel as it seems thin and held on by plastic.

The bike rides smooth and nice. Just sits so high. My son is 6’0 tall and I am 6’4″. I would not be comfortable riding for a long time. His back was tight after a semi-long ride. But a short person would have some difficultly mounting and dismounting the bike.

The seat cushion is not very firm, so if you’re heavy. beware. And it is not a very good bike to ride a passenger. My biggest complaint is the lack of customer service. I wrote at least 4 emails to customer support asking to get the fender kit sent with the bike.

They never even answered one of my emails. There was also a large scratch on the bike when we took it out of the box.

Great build quality, easy assembly & shipped in double packaging. Far better technology than my other ebike, utilizing top of the line components. Nice ride & fast, even great on hills. I haven’t used the higher speeds yet.

Its plenty satisfying in Speed 2 & its large without a long wheelbase, like most. I’m 6″1″ & 65. But maybe too large for those under 5’5″, a different seat could lower the overall height (while seated with feet on ground) by a couple of inches.

Allowing a smaller person to ride safely. I especially like the Mag Spoked wheels & 4. 25″ quality tires & great Hydraulic Brakes. I see more & travel 3 to 6 times further on this bike than my peddlers.

I’m 14 stone/90kg and 5’10/178cm, I went for large and it’s perfect for me. I have a shorter than average reach too so I don’t think I’d be more comfortable on a medium. I got my bike delivered to store and they assembled it for me.

When I collected it, the quick release front wheel was easy to take off and fit in my car with the back seats down. The bike handles well, very comfortable and adjustable in all the right places. Very light weight frame and good suspension.

I ride a mix of road and trail and it’s perfectly suited. My one watch out is the size of the handles. I have average or smaller hands for a man of my size and they feel cramped next to the gears/brakes/bell on the bars.

I would recommend sitting on a bike and testing your reach, and comfort.

Took delivery of this almost a month ago but just got to assembling it and letting our twin-8 year old grandkids try it out. Kept it on low speed and it ran well. Disc brakes a good feature and both were able to operate them.

One annoying concern is a light banging noise, or maybe better called a clacking sound when ever they rode over a small bump or rock. Neither is heavy in weight and I am thinking it is a suspension issue.

Possibly a missing shock bushing or lack of adequate fluid or spring tension. Hard to understand why such a heavy-duty frame is designed with a seemingly light-weight suspension. Can’t imagine a 12 year old riding this off road.

Ours was shipped direct from the razor distributor in California to our home in Massachusetts. Will be quite expensive to ship it back to repair or replace.

Not satisfied with this product at all. My 8 yr old daughter really wanted it so she saved up her money to purchase for Christmas. Within the first week we had issues with the front & rear wheel locking.

Contacted Indian they sent replacement parts out. Switched everything out and it did it again with in 24 hours. This is a huge issue, hassle, and waste of time for the customers. Let alone the little one is SUPER bummed due to ALL these issues in such a short period of time.

Bought this for my grandkids to have as they grow – Lover that is it not all plastic and built well. My daughter and daughter in law can also ride said it was very nice. Love that you can adjust the speed for the younger aged children! Battery goes for a very long time! Really having a blast with this unit!!.

These tires are definitely off-road biased, and perform very well when used as such. The front and rear both performed very well in a variety of conditions including deep sand, deep mud, rocks, roots and hard-pack.

The rear is particularly impressive at finding grip in deep, loose conditions. On asphalt, they both hummed considerably, but this is to be expected given their intent. I’m pretty happy with the rear tire’s performance on-road, but the front does wander considerably and gives up some straight-line stability.

I only have about a 1,000 on them at the moment and can only guess at their longevity, but they appear to be holding up well. For my purposes, when I do wear through these, I definitely intend to replace the rear tire with the same, but will likely go with one of MotoZ’s slightly more street-oriented front tire options for better stability on-road.

The ratings I provided are for off-road usage.

Over 7500 miles on a fully loaded 1190 Adventure. 3 weeks of daily mile grinding abuse, switching from tarmac to dirt to gravel and back repeatedly without a slip. Dancing around traffic, leaning hard into fast corners, rolling down loose gravel at 50 MPH without batting an eye.

This tires only shortcoming came with slippery mud on wet clay, but show me a 50/50 tire that can do all the road stuff this well that can handle that crap on a big ADV too. Don’t over inflate this one though, mine liked to run at around 37ish psi cold up to 41 hot.

Above 43 psi it wears shockingly fast when heavily loaded. Sidewalls are stiffer than drinking straight whiskey.

About 800 kms on the tire. 100 kms of Quad trails ,which are mainly narrow double track , 150 kms of dirt roads and a few , very cautious ,outings in one of our local sandpit. Just what the doctor ordered for the dirt trails and roads.

Still a dual purpose tire in the sand , it does feel better than the Mitas E09 I had on previously. Good road manners , comparable to the Mitas and the Shinko I had before. Very loud on the road , surprisingly so.

If you’re planning on riding dirt and need something to boost your confidence ,this is it. Obnoxiously loud on the road.

My overall experience with this company was dreadful. At first I was ecstatic that my bike arrived even though the shipping took a decent amount of time, which I understand since it’s a bike and the box is somewhat awkward.

My bike is here so I start to unbox it and was impressed with the packaging and how well everything was prepared. Now this is where things went south. I start piecing my bike together and realize that it arrived with a split tube.

I brush this off and get another the next morning, it’s just a tube. Sweet I’m now ready to ride then boom. as I’m checking my rear tire of the tube I just replaced I see a big slit in the tire, great another problem.

So that was just the start of this unprofessional experience. To save time I’m going to cut to all of the other components that arrived broken on my so called “new bike” first off my buddy that’s a bike mechanic hops on and lives the ride.

Shortly after he comes to realize that they sent me a bike with a bent cassette which is a pretty essential component for a bike but still not the end of the world but regardless it shouldn’t have been bent.

Next disaster that happened with this bike was that the crank arm fully broke off on me. I honestly could not believe it. This had me furious honestly. The fact that I made sure this bike was dialed and even used a torque wrench to guarantee proper tension and this happened is pretty absurd.

The cranks were decent and not complete **** so I was baffled. I studied them everything looked intact so I dialed them back in convincing myself that maybe I screw up checking the bolts even though I was positive that it was not my fault this happened.

Surely enough I was right and the same problem happens AGAIN with the cranks. So immediately after I inspect the cranks to find out that my spindle holding my cranks together is completely stripped. That’s really unprofessional to let products go out like this costumers.

it’s absolutely ridiculous, myself or someone else could have been seriously injured if one of those components failed at the wrong place at the wrong time. I ****** it up and replaced my parts that needed to be replaced.

As I’m dealing with all of these headaches the horrendous customer service was not helping my worries. They agreed to reimburse me for my tube which they still have not taken care of, told me they would replace the tire and send me a new one but they also mentioned that they will not send me a matching tire to the one that arrived with the bike which basically forces me into buying a tire to match that new one now orrrrrr ride mismatch tires which I shouldn’t have to do since my bike arrived with two matching tires.

Then they offer me a $50 store credit for my troubles haha after I just spent $2,200 on a bike from this company. What am I supposed to do with $50 give it back to this company that has already been ******** me and buy a pair of pedals for my broken bike???? That’s not even reasonable what so ever.

All I ever wanted was a partial reimbursement for my troubles. it was that simple, I guess not though. Finally they find an “alternative” or so I thought. They want me to now send the bike back and send me a shipping label.

Seems reasonable but it’s not at all. at this point I’ve already had the bike for two weeks and have been fixing components so sending the bike back at this pint is the biggest pain in the ***. I then took the label and used it to send back all of the faulty components that this so called “new” bike came with and hope to have these problem resolved.

I held out for awhile with this review to be fare and give the company a chance. I am hoping for them to resolve this with a partial reimbursement of the cost of the bike to compensate me for this horrifying experience.

Out of all of the 14 years that I have been biking and skateboarding I have never ever had to deal with such horrible communication, customer service and problem solving. It was absolute ****. If you are reading this choose wisely where you are going spend thousands of dollars on your next bike.

At this point that I am at, until these problems are resolved I am positive that I will never purchase a bike or components from this company ever again and I will continue to spread the word that dealing with bikes online is absolute NOT worth your time.

Wonderful quality bike. Specs are perfect for slope style/Dj. Customer service is amazing as well. Bike has a very slack geometry (perfect for jumps), and shifter mount and internal cable routing for a downtube mounted shifter was a very nice touch.

Definitely respect them doing that. The only “real” complaint that I have, is that they don’t send you a shock pump. Both the fork and rear shock are air so you’ve got to have one. Wasn’t a big deal for me cause I’ve had one, but for someone newer that is definitely important.

Overall 10/10 tho.

Overall the Trid zz is a great bike. Handles and feels amazing. Rock solid. It is a little heavy but there is plenty of room for improvement. The only complaints I have are that my chain broke my 2nd day of riding and the rear brake line is a mile to long.

Other than that I absolutely love this bike and would definitely recommend it.
