20 Best Dry Oil Spray For Body (2023 Updated)

This is my absolute favorite! The scent is amazing and it feels silky and hydrates my skin without leaving a greasy residue! I am a former esthetician with Red Door Spas and used to work with this line on a daily basis in my treatment room.

I miss it so much. The employees/management/owners of this company are so lovely and caring. How they helped former guests of Red Door recover their gift cards during the pandemic was just the sweetest most generous deed ever.

I ordered product came quickly I was home when delivered. When I opened box there wa a lot of bubble wrap but the bottle wasn’t in it the cap was loose and lost product in box it was oily and so was bubble wrap.

Just a heads up for your shipping dept. I love the product have using for years. This was 1st time I ordered on line my local Walmart quit carrying it. I did fill out a issue form with the company prior to this.

But I wasn’t able to give them the UPC code and lot # as I transfer the spray into decorative bottle and threw away the greasy one. So I’m out of luck there. But it is a great product I do recommend it.

I bought this on a whim and omg i’m so glad I did! The scent is absolutely delicious, boarder line dangerous. Smells like lemon sugar cookies! (I don’t like lemon scented things) and the oil is super fast absorbing without a thick or sticky feeling! 112/10 don’t even think, just pick it up!!.

I can’t find this on Wpg. shelves as of last year and a half, so glad to find it on well. ca. Don’t let the label fool you into thinking it’s oil, or oily, because it’s a gel. I have always used this because when rubbed on your skin it doesn’t roll off into “dimethiconey like balls” or pieces like the others, especially when layered with other lotions or creams.

It is a transparent brown gel. It has a small amount of natural bronzer from walnut. I don’t like dha bronzers, they tend to make me turn orange. I like to use the dry oil as a serum on my face before i put on another cream.

This dry oil is safe for indoor tanning beds, and is a cheap alternative for pricey tanning lotions. I like to use it as a starter before I move on to tingle lotions. I use this dry oil for outdoor tanning too, and it is nothing like an oil, and doesn’t clog my pores and make me break out.

Love the scent!.

I have natural, fine, curly, grey/silver hair. I have spent a lot of money on low end to high end hairsprays and this is definitely going to be my One & Only – Go To – Forever hairspray. Hands down the best for my hair.

After I flat ironed my hair, I sprayed this all over, brushed through and then added more on areas I missed. My hair stayed exactly how I styled it four days later !!! Every morning I expected to wake up dreading to have to spend time restyling my hair but, four straight days in a row my hair stayed straight and did not frizz.

Wow ! Normally I have always awoken to my curly hair back and/or frizzy from sleeping on it and hair breakage. I usually wash my hair 1-2x’s a week and in between those washings I’ve always had to add more product(s) to smooth out my hair.

After using this, I didn’t use anything but my wide tooth comb or brush with No Hair Breakage ! Amazing !!.

This stuff really creates volume in my fairly thin hair without weighing it down or getting greasy. I’d have gone 5 stars except how it smells (livable for sure and diminishes after drying, but there are some other products with great scents and this isn’t one of them!) and it’s kind of difficult to brush my hair after using it, whether or not I try to blow dry it.

I’m worried it’s making my hair more prone to damage and breaking. But the volume. this is the best stuff I’ve ever used and I’ve tried a lot of mousses and foams; I never thought an oil would be the answer! There’s no such thing as “healing” hair so that’s a bit misleading.

I’ll still buy this for the volume though.

I really enjoy this spray. I use it all night and spray all over the bottom of my hair as it gets quite knotty busy the end of the day. By the morning my hair smells nice and the ends are not frizzy.

I like the spray formula because it uses oil but being a spray you can titrate the amount. The smell is nice and I don’t feel like it weighs it down but also works very well at the same time. I have extensions so this is a must.

This has been my favorite scent ever since it came out. They don’t sell it at any stores in Colorado so I had to buy online. Still worth it. It’s a beautiful scent that is not sweet, but not musky. I also appreciate the fact that it’s light so I can layer it if I want or keep it light.

The name “Brainiac”, definitely suites the scent. It is a beautiful scent and I LOVE IT!!! Please get if don’t like sweet smells, you’re not too sure about floral, but don’t want a musky scent. It’s amazing! Thank you Hood Chemistry.

Wild child is also a good scent as well! Trust me when I say you won’t smell like a middle school locker room/Victoria secret when you wear these! Definitely more toned down sophisticated scents.

The Wild Child scent was my absolute favorite scent of all time – even my favorite scent over some pretty expensive fragrances I’ve had ($200 plus fragrances). Good Chemistry hits it out of the park with this line, and I hope and pray they never discontinue it.

I was pretty sad when I no longer saw the Wild Child scent on Target shelves. However, I’m really loving two new scents from this line “Cheerful Charmer” and this one “Happy Camper”. Happy Camper does indeed have a strong fresh pine scent to it when first sprayed on the body, but it calms down to a beautiful fresh clean scent once it mixes with my body chemistry.

I am absolutely delighted with it! Like Wild Child, it has good staying power too, and I’ve received many compliments. I feel like I will want wear this scent more in the Fall and Winter months because of the scent notes I will definitely be buying a few bottles just In case Target isn’t planning to keep it around for long.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I am in love with this scent. Good Chemistry hit the nail on the head with cheerful charmer. I love the way the apple blossom and coconut milk mingle with the vanilla.

It makes for a very flirty, fun scent I will be wearing all springtime long. It’s a huge bonus that it is cruelty free and an over all clean product. The scent is long lasting but not over powering, I only reapplied once around mid day just for an extra boost.

I can’t wait to try other scents.

I absolutely love the oil, it’s not greasy I would imagine it’s a dry oil and absorbs very quickly into the skin and hair. It has a very light fragrance which is a little bit earthy but fruity too. This is fantastic for once you come out of the bath to give extra moisture to the skin.

It really is a luxury oil also for the hair. Not heavy not greasy. What I particularly love is when you use it, it sprays rather than pumps which I feel is easier to distribute.

Bought this on seeing the fabulous reviews here but it turned out to be such a dud. The round bottle is tricky to get a grip on as after first use, the oil tends to envelop the container, so it gets really, really slippery.

The scent is not great and I’d say pretty acerbic — I hate it on me and how my clothes smell afterwards. And it is not at all moisturising — the oil is terribly dry. Wouldn’t recommend it at all — you’re better off getting the Do Son Body Mist or the Velvet Hand Lotion, which are both delightfully fragrant and rather moisturising too.

I have fallen in love with Diptyque’s body products. I thought I heard somewhere that they were being discontinued, and I certainly hope that’s not true. I love the design of the bottle, it fits well in the hand for spraying on your body, the oil absorbs very quickly and doesn’t stay greasy like a lot of oils do.

And of course, being Diptyque, the aroma is amazing. I can’t even describe what it smells like- I bought it on a whim without knowing, but I absolutely love it. It lingers beautifully.

I fell in love with Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Florale from the first time I used it; I’d place it proudly in the everyday-luxury category – and it’s vegan. Nuxe body oil can be used for body, face and hair so it’s versatile, but one of the best things about it is the smell! When I use it on my body, I get compliments on my ‘new perfume’, and both the moisturising effect and the scent last for hours.

It’s a warm, uplifting floral scent. Despite it being an oil, the spray is incredibly diffused. It’s a feather light formula which doesn’t feel greasy and absorbs quickly so it’s ideal for moisturising your back if there’s noone around to help rub it in! You can dress immediately after applying.

The only place I have to be sparing is my hair, which is prone to greasy roots and dry ends. I use a shampoo bar and no longer need conditioner – now, after I’ve moisturised my body with Nuxe oil, I just run my hands through my ends, leaving my hair silky soft and smelling amazing.

You can also use this oil as a hair mask for deep conditioning. The product is great value because a little goes a long way. Using it every day or two for body and hair, the bottle will last me at least 3 months.

The packaging has echoes of an eau de toilette with classic square shaping and gold lid so it looks fittingly glamorous on my dressing table. I wouldn’t be without this now, and I feel special every time I use it.

I tried this product with some trepidation! At first sniff I disliked the powdery scent – which reminded me of old-fashioned perfume. The sparkles in the bottle worried me too – not really my thing. However, I tried a little of the oil on my hair and happily it didn’t glitter or sparkle, but it did impart a subtle, non-greasy gloss to my hair and reduced frizz.

The scent was much more subtle in use than I feared and soon dissipated. Buoyed by this I tried it on my (very pale!) arms and again, was rewarded with a subtle sheen, a healthy glow and a lasting softness – again the smell I wasn’t so keen on didn’t intrude and soon dissipated.

It would look absolutely stunning on anyone with a tan, fake or otherwise. For those looking forward to a holiday this summer, I’d thoroughly recommend a bottle of this to take with you. That little boost you didn’t know you needed, and an excellent price point for a little treat.

This is actually a great body moisturizer. The oil disperses evenly as a spray, absorbs instantly, doesn’t feel greasy, and really does soften and moisturize your skin. My problem is I really don’t like the scent.

It’s a very sweet gardenia-jasmine type of scent. It is just too strongly scented for me, and that scent really stays on your body for a long long time. However, I did give it to one of my sisters, and she just loves the scent, and the product.

If you like very strong sweet scents that linger, you’ll probably like this.

I love this lovely smelling (yet subtle) dry oil that quickly absorbs into damp skin after a shower. I find I am more apt to use it, rather than a lotion, for this reason. I’ve been using it for years; the only thing I didn’t like was that the bottle sprayer would inevitably wind up in one “stream” rather than a spray.

A bit irksome, yet not enough to stop using it. My last order was in a new bottle- perhaps it will be improved!.

I just bleached my roots followed by a toner. Knowing that my hair will have some sort of damage, I left this mask in the minimum required amount of time and the feel of the mask alone is amazing. The consistency is great, made my hair instantly smooth whilst wet, when I dried and straightened my hair you could never tell that I bleached my hair.

Totally repaired my hair instantly, my hair is soft and full again! The smell is gorgeous too, 10000% recommend this product to anyone, despite it being a more pricier range of product!.

I love everything about this moisturizer! The smell is lovely, it’s quick and easy. Works amazingly well. The only gripe I have is I can never find it anywhere!! Please tell me where to buy! I’ve bought my last dozen or so at TJ Maxx.

Ive tried a few argan oils in the past and this is by far the most authentic. Most impure oils are thick, viscous, heavy, sticky, and do not sink into the skin well. This oil is the opposite. Its light, fluid, glides over the skin and is easily and quickly absorbed.

It also has a beautifully natural aroma which I love. The bottle is glass, also important, and the pump is really handy so as not waste any precious oil Cant rate this oil highly enough and wont be using any others from now on.

This Argan oil is amazing. It is of the same good quality as the Argan oils I keep buying in Morocco the same authentic smell I am aware that not everyone likes this smell but its proof that this oil has not been overprocessed and really is organic This oil is excellent for my sensitive skin.

Once a month I make hair mask with Argan oil which gives my hair that extra shine and softness.

I am a Flowerbomb finatic. I can’t stand to wear what everyone else is wearing, but flowerbomb is just a signature in my collection, and always will be, just like black opium. I have already purchased this flowerbomb “Ruby orchid” right when it dropped, then took it back.

I wear more “niche” fragrances these days, but I still have my day 1 signature scents AKA Flowerbomb & Black Opium. Well, I’m not big into designer perfume anymore (I’m into niche) but the flowerbomb line always has a special place in my heart.

I went into Sephora today to get me a new bottle of the original “Flowerbomb” because it’s almost empty. I ended up purchasing “Ruby orchid” instead and ALSO for the second time! I compared flowerbomb on one scent tester, then compared Ruby orchid, and honestly, Ruby orchid gives flowerbomb a “bite” if you will.

The ruby orchid, red vanilla bean, peach, and bourbon vanilla will rock your socks. The original has patchouli in it (which I adore) and ruby orchid does not. Theirs something about ruby orchid that makes me love it even more than flowerbomb, and I do believe it’s that bourbon vanilla in it.

First spray is Ruby orchid and peach, then once it settles into the skin you have that vanilla bourbon which is off the chain. I don’t collect designer anymore, but flowerbomb line always has a place on my fragrance tray.

Ruby orchid just happened to beat the original today lol. I also bought this once already, and now here I am again buying it again. That must be saying something right? This is beautiful honestly. Same scent profile as the original, but has a kick to it that I love.

okay so I used to wear this when it first came out I worked at a Sephora. I never bought the full bottle but I would rotate wearing this and Kilian Princess while I was at work (I ended up buying princess).

I was surprised when my bf gifted me a bottle of this he said it reminded him of me and it was an instant love again. I love orange blossom and vanilla in fragrance and this has both. I prefer my sweet scents to have something to kick the sweetness or a hint of something spicy, in this it’s the metallic note.

It’s perfectly blended yet I’m able to distinguish some of the notes. Orange blossom lightens the syrupy sweet vanilla notes and the gunpowder gives the top notes a bit of an edge, while the patchouli in the base mixes well with the vanilla to keep it from getting sickly sweet.

I would almost think this perfume has fruity notes to it. it smells like you took some fresh & ripe berries, a squeeze of orange juice and vanilla and heated that up and reduced to a syrup. That’s exactly what this sweetness smells like to me.

The added notes of gunpowder and patchouli keep this from staying just a jammy sweet fragrance. I don’t think it’s a good blind buy just bc it’s SO sweet and I know some people don’t like the metallic note.

For me it’s very wearable day, night, summer, winter etc. It lasts for weeks on clothing and literally all day on skin and my skin eats up fragrance. The performance on here is one of the best of designer fragrances.

I have tried out so many different “antiperspirant” deodorants that claim to keep you fresh and dry for 24+ hours and none of those products come close to this. I was of course skeptical bc of the price and not being sure it’ll even work at all, so I’m glad to say that It has exceeded my expectations.

I got the bundle and added the spray that keeps odor away and I’m just so happy I can stop being self conscious about if i smell or if I have pit stains. I think it’s worth the price. This is the one and only product subscription I do not mind paying monthly for.

I’m incredibly pale so I was excited to try a bronzing product that wouldn’t look orange. I got this in the mail today and immediately tried some. First of all, it’ll make you smell like a delicious coconut chocolate bar.

The smell isn’t too overpowering for me and it kind of fades into a subtle sweetness within 5-10 minutes. I usually dislike oil products since they tend to sit on the top of my skin, but this absorbed quickly and beautifully.

It looks like a very subtle sheen at first with a very light bronzing effect, but then you step into the sunlight and BAM. You’re shimmering with tiny golden-bronze specks of glitter. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

Can’t wait to try this with the tanning drops!.

I was a bit skeptical when I bought this. Any other kind I have used had turned me orange. The first thing I noticed was the smell of a beach, and coconuts! This oil goes on so light and absorbs right away.

Your skin gets a beautiful shade darker with a shimmer. I try to keep out of the sun to protect my skin so I am very pale in the summer and get many remarks about it. I figured let’s try this out and I am so glad that I did.

It gives you that fresh right off the beach look, no orange streaks, just a beautiful color! Definitely a must have for the summer!.

I recently ordered the Lustre Drench Instant Glow Dry Oil and am so thrilled with it. The scent is lovey. it smells very subtle with hints of citrus and vanilla. The color is absolutely beautiful. it has shimmer, but not too much.

When I stepped outside with this m, my skin had a lovely radiant glow. the perfect amount t of sparkle. I am thrilled with my new purchase. I love all things Farmhouse Fresh- this product is definitely one of my favorites!.

I’ve always been a big fan of Vaseline products, and this Aloe Spray & Go Moisturizer is def my new favorite. I not only use this on my body, but also on my face. Vaseline in general is a great product to keep your skin hydrated and give you a fresh dewy complexion, and this product makes it super easy to moisturize and soothe my skin whenever my skin is feeling dry.

I always like to have a hydrating mist or setting spray with me at all times, and this has become something I use the same way. I spray it right over my makeup, it actually helps my makeup stay on longer! The droplets of Vaseline, Glycerin, & Aloe make my skin feel so soothing, moisturized, and soft.

Cant live without this, wish it came in a smaller purse size :).

Easy to apply as a spray, dries fast, non sticky and the aloe cooling is okay for helping with any lightly irritated skin. I apply before running or going to gym where I would often get chafing and this is a pretty good preventative.

Although not as good an option as regular vaseline or bepanthen style creams, those types are messier and unless I was planning half marathon or longer this vaseline spray is perfect. The cost of this product is low compared to some other anti chafing creams.

8/10 from me.

Hands down, the best way to apply lotion! I’ve never been a huge lotion person, I always seem to have it greasing up my hands and get irritated for the next hour trying to get my skin dry. Lol. When I came across the aerosol spray can lotion I was pleasantly surprised such a thing existed.

I love it because the lotion goes on lightly, so you can build it if you want. And it’s not messy, so it dries quickly and so you can move on to other things. Another cool feature is that you can easily control where it’s applied, so if you’re trying to apply to the backs of your thighs or your upper middle back area, it’s not as difficult as trying to contort yourself like a circus performer.

Lol. I definitely enjoy this stuff. I wish there were more scent options to choose from.

I’ve been using this oil for years and I always bought it at Walmart. Then I realized that I could get the 32oz for $24 and that I would be so much better off. But not even two months later Neutrogena changed the price to $48, which doesn’t even make sense.

You could literally buy two 16oz for less. I’ve contacted customer service to find out why but they didn’t know. This was over a year ago and the price hasn’t changed. I’m only writing the review now because they’ve discontinued the sheer lotion which has the same price of $24 for 32oz.

It’s truly disheartening to know that I can no longer buy brand direct.

Ok really love the smell! It also feels cool on contact. I’ve used on my ashy legs and it works wonders. Not the sticky type of moisturizing you’d find in lotion. The only downside to this is spraying applicator leaks with almost every 2 spays.

The color of the liquid is not clear so don’t let it leak on whites. But other than that I love the product!.

Smells really nice. I tested it right away, felt refreshing and light. Put in the fridge as it was suggested for an extra cooling boost. Went to use it a second time a couple hours later. The sprayer/pump already stopped working.

Incredibly frustrating. Forced to buy another pray bottle to use it.

I am so happy I added the Hydrating Spray to my order! It feels so silky! It is so important to keep your skin hydrated, especially when tanning and most people just miss that step! I love this spray! I use it after spending a day in the sun or after stepping out of the tanning bed.

I have even just put it on after a shower!! It is so refreshing!.
