Ordered two pairs the brown and black and I stand for 10 hours a day on tile floors, could not do this comfortably without these shoes ! lifesavers, yes your feet will hurt no matter what at the end of a long day, BUT you won’t be crippled with these shoes !.

Don’t usually write reviews but understand when there are over a dozen pair of Vionic size 6-1/2 in my closet I feel confident ordering that size. Therefore, since the sizing is not consistent why am I forced to pay $6.

95 for return shipping? QVC needs to change their policies. Put the charge back on the vendor for a purchase where size is an issue when a loyal customer can provide a history with a vendor in regard to sizing.

The customer should not have to pay the price for lack of quality assurance on behalf of both the vendor and QVC.

Last year, I bought my first pairs of Jillian Braided Quarter Strap sandals in a brick and mortar store about 20 miles away from my home. I absolutely found them to be the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned! This year, when I wanted to add a new color sandal for a trip I’m taking, I saved gasoline and time by ordering from the Aetrex website.

I was thrilled with the service and the shoes. I normally have a lot of foot pain, but I can wear the Jillian style all day without pain. I can easily adjust the tightness of the two straps if my feet begin to swell or tighten them if they feel loose.

I love softness of the leather, the extra cushion that is built into the back strap and into the foot bed, as well as the width of the toe box and arch support of these sandals. It’s not easy for me to find shoes that meet my needs, feel great, and go the distance in durability.

I recently replaced my Navy Jillian QS sandals. I also needed to replace my Stone Jillian QS sandals. Alas, Stone has been discontinued. I had to chose from Gunmetal or Bronze. I chose Gunmetal. These sandals are wearing just as great as all of my other Jillian QS sandals.

I have them in black and white also. I hope this style will not be tweaked, new and improved, or altered in any way. The shoe is comfortable from the very first wearing. I have worn either Navy or Stone in the summer every day for 5 or 6 years.

I very am satisfied with how long they have lasted. I still hope that Stone will be added back.

I think most people will love these, but my plantar fasciitis started to act up after years without any inkling of it after wearing these one short day. The arch is very squishy, which feels nice for comfort, but doesn’t support my moderate height arches the way my custom orthotics and Abeo sandals do.

I guess I have to return to the uglier Abeo because these just didn’t cut it for me. I have to send them back. I’m still giving them four stars because they are cute, appear well made and very soft under foot right out of the box, no break in period needed.

I really like the contour shape to the heel strap! Ingenuous.

Bought these for my husband who just recently has Plantar, (I call it fishyitis ) but his foot felt so much better. The pain was bearable. I ended up buying another pair. These are very lightweight.

Having had a decades-long history of ill-fitting shoes that did not promote good foot health I finally discovered Kuru shoes. Pace is one of eight pairs of Kuru shoes that I have purchased over the past few years.

I first purchased the ankle-height, laced Kuru (apparently no long offered) for the advertised foot support which I loved, then the Kivi for everyday use, the Pace for summer more formal use, two pairs of Chicanes for fall-ish outdoor activies, one Atom for the “Y”, one Current for everyday summer actives, and I now have on order the Kala for beach.

After reading other reviews, I decided to give these a try. Most of the other KURU shoes I’ve purchased have been great but one just wasn’t right for me. I bought these as house shoes and they are good for that.

I’m not crazy about the sole but it was only a problem on a wet tile floor. The collapsing heel function is okay for hobbling down to breakfast but not comfortable enough for wear all day. The shoe is designed around that function, so it has a loose heel, higher arch and tighter instep.

That’s okay for indoors but I wouldn’t want that feel out and about as a casual shoe. The wider heel also negates part of that famous KURU contoured heel that some of us need. A good shoe, but know what is good for and what it’s not.

I needed a boat shoe that I could wear while working on the boat. I have a 60 foot classic yacht and do a lot of work myself. I bought a pair of Pace two years ago and have beat them up. Amazing technology.

They feel like the day I bought them. Still supporting my arches, soft inside, tough outside. Paint, dust, varnish, boatyard mud, up ladders, down ladders, on my knees scuffing the toes. Who cares? I wash them with a brush, soap and water, let them dry in the sun and keep going.

I purchased this shoe because it was recommended for those who usually wear orthotics. Oftentimes dress shoes are too cramped to fit in a custom orthotic. However, this shoe comes with an orthotic-like insole which is very comfortable (much more so than most dress shoes).

I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the insole could be removed, as well, so I can even put my own custom orthotic in the shoe without it being to tight of a fit. I would highly recommend for those who use orthotics.

Bought this for my wedding. Received as advertised. Tried it on and it looks pretty solid. Shoe is properly crafted. Looks to be worth the amount that was paid for it. Hopefully it stands out at the wedding.

This shoe is handsome with excellent construction and finish. The heel is raised which changes the angle of the pelvis which feels natural. Noticed my knees are now more stable when walking. Expect less stress on knees.

Breaking in my body deliberately and slowly to adapt to these stable shoes. Plan to buy a pair of casual walking shoes. Size 11 offers a generous length.

I saw this bikini top on a friend and instantly wanted one for myself. I love the look of the crossed back style, and with only one tie point, figured it would be a secure top. It does take a little time to figure out how much tie-slack to leave so that the top stays put and doesn’t move, especially under a PFD.

I love Jolyn swimsuits. I am a dive instructor and there was nothing worse than taking off a wetsuit in front of students and nearly (or sometimes completely) flashing them. With Jolyn suits I never have to worry about this when taking off my wetsuit.

I also wear them for swimming and it so great to not have to re-adjust them like you do with so many other suits. I love the vent top because it covers the right amount but still shows you off just a little bit.

I usually wear a size small in shirts and sports bras but went with the Medium here and it fits great.

I bought these to help with my Morton’s neuroma and plantar fasciitis, and I am very happy with them. I didn’t think I would use/like the arch support inserts, but I gave them a try as was suggested, and they have remained in the shoes ever since.

OMG! I have never had a better online shoe purchase experience. I’ve tried several times to purchase shoes online and it’s been a huge drag. With these shoes, they were a fit right out of the box. I really loved how they didn’t dig into my ankle, as they were low cut enough.

Also where the tongue meets the top of my foot, it was not restrictive nor uncomfortable in the least. I sized up. 5. Normally I wear between an eight and 8 1/2 and I purchased an 8 1/2. The shoes are incredibly comfortable.

I do not have plantar fasciitis, but I often feel sore at the end of my shifts. I stand on my feet a lot as a chef. My lower back usually hurts by hour number five. Not with these-I am not tired and my back doesn’t hurt.

I use these shoes for walking. Not on a flat surface, but on a county road that goes up and down. Also for a every day shoe. I ordered a 1/2 size down as instructed and wish I had kept the whole size instead.

I find that the end of my toe sometimes hits the end of my shoe when going down hill. The foot box is really spacy so my feet slide around a bit. But overall, I like the style and tread, doesn’t gather a lot of gravel in the tread.

My daughter in law bought some Therafit shoes and recommended them to me with my RA and walking issues. The first pair of another style I bought was fantastic for my Rheumatoid and balance. But I was also looking for a shoe I wouldn’t have to tie up and when I saw these I bought them.

I put them away for Warner weather. I should’ve worn them right away but I wanted to save them for the summer. Finally started wearing them, and After a few weeks I kept finding little pieces of gray rubber that was hurting as I was walking that would feel like a rock got in my shoe.

I’d shake my shoe to remove whatever it was thinking something just got in the shoe. It kept happening until I finally sat down checked with my fingers, and thinking maybe a crumbly rock was imbedded somewhere, and shook the shoe vigorously.

All of these could of gray rubber pieces becoming bigger and bigger came flying out from under the top insole! So, I contacted customer service, told them the story, and of course they told me that because of how long I had the shoe I would have to prove a defect (that’s not a defect?) and for me to the shoe and take a picture of the section that was defective.

That is impossible to do seeing that it is UNDER the insole somewhere between that and the inside makeup of the shoe itself. I’d have to actually pull apart the entire shoe tearing out the good insole! There is no way I’d pay that much for a shoe, with my arthritic fingers and strength completely destroy the rest of the shoe trying to pull it apart to get a picture of the actual mechanics of the shoe inside, and then hear, nope-sorry.

So I blame myself for waiting to wear them and that’s it for me. Maybe I’ll just buy some type of cushioning or something and try to wear it until the shoe is finished.

I have worn these for the past the year after knee replacement. They are a bit difficult to get on but once on, they are like heaven. They fit so well, I can walk easily all day in them. I am very hard on shoes and usually wear them out in a couple of months.

These have held up very well after a year. Don’t hesitate to spend a little extra on these shoes, they are well worth every penny. I have a wider foot and need a large toe box for my big toes. They fit perfectly.

These feel really weird when I put them on – the arches seem just a tad too far forward and they are tight across the top of my feet. BUT. My feet don’t hurt when I wear them. I am unable to walk around my house barefoot without my feet hurting due to plantar faciitis.

These shoes make me able to function like a normal person, despite feeling a bit weird. I say they run narrow not because of the toe bed, but because of the internal height.

Pros: Very, very comfortable shoe out of the box. No breaking in necessary. The fabric upper allows the wearers foot to breathe and flex comfortably. The insole is soft, offers great support and conforms to the bottom of the wearers foot.

The entire foot feels supported and protected without feeling bound inside a casing as a shoe sometimes can. Great “perfect day” shoe. Also great warm weather or moderate temperature weather shoe due to its cloth upper that allows for ventilation.

Easy to keep clean, just rinse them first of heavy soil then throw them in the washer. Cons: Although there is some form or evidence of a tread on the outsole (bottom of the shoe) it is not slip proof or slip resistant.

If the walking surface is slick, smooth or wet (even on a cement pavement) be careful and cautious in your steps. Price is a little steep for what it is; soft cloth upper and a soft foam sole. Not a cold weather shoe.

The cloth upper and breath ability of this shoe will allow the cold to seep in. Not a wet weather shoe, your foot will undoubtedly get wet if not soaked along with the shoe. Takeaways: I would consider buying this shoe again but as comfortable shoe technology develops throughout the industry I would first look at other brands using the same upper but a better, more slip resistant outsole.

I would look for a similar shoe at a better price point.

Though overall I’ve enjoyed this type of shoe I did have a very hard time narrowing down the right size for me. Size 9 was way too small and smashed toes painfully. Size 11 actually didn’t seem a lot different from the size 10s.

Did decide to settle on the size 10, though I felt like a half size smaller would have been best. With the insole they do have a little bit of support and feel quite comfortable for walking around on flat ground.

Did take them on a short hike on an established park trail and ABSOLUTELY CANNOT recommend for anything except the smoothest trails if you are tenderfooted. It was as though I could feel every rock that was any bigger than a marble jabbing up into my foot.

By the time I had finished the two and a half mile hike my feet had that tired and vaguely numb feeling that a good beating creates. My heels also felt a little bruised deep within. This was while using the insole as well as wearing a fairly thick pair of socks, so keep that in mind before you purchase.

Otherwise I haven’t regretted the purchase and I will find uses for them. They are the some of the most comfortable shoes to wear around the house that I’ve ever had and are very easy to slip on and off.

I bought these shoes due to starting a new job that involves an extensive amount of walking. I opened the box and tried them on and found them to be immediately comfortable. Much more comfortable than my $125 running shoes.

Due to some of the reviews, I did some test walking on tile, and linoleum. Apparently numerous people claim to fall in the shoes but I found absolutely no issues with the slippery type surfaces. I then went out and ended up at a store with slippery concrete floors (polished and smooth) and there too, absolutely no issues.

So I have no idea what these people are doing that causes them to fall, but it’s not the shoes. That said, I might need to buy a second pair so I can wear them all day everyday and to the gym as well.

Way more comfortable then my daily shoes. Not to mention the fall complaints, it might be beneficial to have a backup pair in case they pull them from. Which would be nonsense. Although I’ve not put miles on these shoes yet, I feel they should hold up.

They’re meshed so they should do well with the heat this summer. But they also look nice and professional enough to wear at work. I don’t think you can go wrong with these. I will update my review if I run into any problems.

Pleaaaaaae bring this shoe back in size 7 in all colors. I will buy a pair every paycheck of my lifetime, if you do. This is by far the most comfortable and perfect shoe ever made. I have food allergies with massive swelling and tremendous pain every day, with spinal issues galore, from all the arsenic in our food supply that is wreaking havoc on so many people.

I’ve tried every shoe style, including simply memory foam slippers in public! I had given up hope of finding a pair of shoes that I could wear longer than ten minutes without agonizing pain. I was basically walking around in shoes 3 full sizes too big with gel inserts dragging them so I had shoes on, but barely.

Then I needed a pair of shoes for an event and these were on clearance in my size 7. Those others fools’ loss was my gain! i wear these almost every time I leave the house. I am buying the Cobb Hill sandals because I cannot find these Mary Janes in my size in any other color than black, and the 7’s are hard to come by, for some strange reason.

I’ve worn this shoe for years. Super flattering low heel, can walk all day and dance all night in these. Please offer this in something in addition to black and in all widths. Like the former metallics and cognac and burgundy red.

You can get resoled but difficult to repair insole or replace in a way that works. This can be worn for wide feet because it’s a fully enclosed shoe, so good for bunions and wide feet that can have a harder time in cut out sandals.

Please increase colors and widths and reconsider more of your former vintage styles like Hollywood t-strap, and other wedge/slides in the 1940s style.

I have a bunion and occasional plantar fasciitis, and falling arches and throw in a handful of arthritis just for fun. Walking is painful!!!!! Like literally every step I take is awful. Most shoes don’t even fit because of the bunion.

The second I slipped these on, the first thing I noticed was that they fit like a perfect glove and did NOT hurt, pinch or anything. And then I stood up and I almost started to cry. Not only did they not hurt, BUT THEY ACTUALLY FELT GOOD.

Nice slip-on. Takes some time to break in, but now wear all day. Suggest those with big feet get darker colors. The white I bought make my feet look even bigger. Suggestion to designer: Put the pretty design on top where you can see and enjoy it rather than on the side where only the critters in the grass get a look-see.

Thanks for asking. I had more than 10 years buying shoes of different brands and none of them worked but these orthopedic shoes now I can walk more comfortable. Pros: Very roomy side-to-side, part of shoe over instep can open up completely to allow insertion of foot with minimal bending of toes as well as ankle. Very roomy bottom-to-top, can easily adjust for orthotics.

Sole flexes just enough to allow walking with minimal bending of toes. Cons: Material resembles a vinyl rather than a smooth grain leather. So the inevitable scratches and scuffs are obvious. However, a wax shoe polish easily camouflages such scuffs.

Unknown: Durability, longevity, of velcro straps.

This is a gorgeous shoe in mushroom. However, the straps are so small that all of the holes punched to fit into the buckle are in front of my leg when they should be to the side. Very odd. Obviously, they don’t fit the last hole, for a normal sized ankle; size 8.

The strap so incredibly tight. If the straps were made properly the shoe would be perfect.

I tried the 7. 5 and the 8 (my feet are right between) and went with the 7. 5. I have extremely high arches. The wide strap over the arch keeps my foot sitting back in the shoe, so I end up with room at the toe area but think it still looks good.

The shoes are very comfortable so far (I’ve only worn them in the house so far for “test driving” them).

These shoes are so in style with the square toe and so incredibly comfortable. I ordered one size down since your foot tends to slide forward in an open toe shoe. They stretched a little and fit perfect.

I discovered Aetrex years ago in a tiny little privately owned shoe store, the owner introduced me to them, I WAS GOING ON A TRIP to hang with my niece much younger than me. Thank GOD I had these shoes I walked all day and night (and danced) in my Aetrex shoes.

If I didn’t have these I would of been the old lady saying, I can’t walk any longer. Nice that I can wear CUTE SHOES and not be the one ruining everyone’s good time because I have to find a bench and GET OFF MY FEET.

I have purchased a few pair of Aetrex shoes. Because the minute I slipped my foot into that first pair I felt the arch support my foot. There are no seams around my toes and provide a roomy fit. Also, there are several selections to choose from.

I can order on-line without the worry of the fit. I know the shoe will be perfect.

Nite: I did not order WIDE. Rec’d order correctly however the clogs are extremely extremely wide. Don’t think 4 pair socks would fill the huge gap. Gave clogs to Goodwill – cannot keep on! Very disappointing.
