My current equipment consist of adjustable dumbbells 2. 5 lbs up to 52. 5 lbs. Searching for a way to level up my strength training setup my choices were to invest $400 in new adjustable dumbbells or find a way to increase the challenge of my current dumbbells.

this has been a game changer! The only issue I have had is with durability. After 6 months of use, almost daily, the black band and the yellow band started to show signs of wear and tear. After a phone call a customer representative instructed me to email photos of the damage, which I did.

Within a week they sent me a new set of bands! They were still under a 1 year (12 month) warranty. The value of the bands, the durability (standing up to 6 months of daily grinding), and the security of this company standing behind there product.

make this a dynamic choice. Adding value for anyone’s home training system (especially for home barbell and dumbbell owners)!.

Are these the best resistance bands on the market? Probably not but A. They’re available and B. Reasonably priced. We bought these a couple of years ago to assist with varying reps of pull-ups and they held up fine but this year with COVID-19 we started using them for more things in our home workouts and we did break the 2 middle ones.

TWICE. That’s probably to be expected. We were happy enough with the product to purchase a replacement set. Don’t have much to compare them to, only set we d ever purchased. The gym that has reopened has Rogue bands and they seem very similar.

Maybe they’re a tad sturdier but that also could be because we are sort of conditioned to think Rogue is the good standard because they’re so expensive. We will likely buy these again.

After researching numerous types of resistance bands I chose Synergee based on good quality and their customer service. Every review had a response from customer service and if their were any issues then the company took care of it! That made me feel like I can trust it is a good product! Anyways, I got these as a present and have been using them for about a week.

The material is good and the variety of workouts I can do is amazing! I can now get quality workouts done in the comfort of my home. Only issue I had was the package came with the black, blue, and green bands.

The sticker on the package said it was a pack of 4. So, it was missing the yellow band. I will work through customer service in this.

I didn’t finish my review. It got submitted by accident before I finished. I get a lot more out of stabilizing my core than I do when I do a bunch of crunches. It’s so beautifully functional and just what a dancer needs: stable core through movement on the floor.

I love these bands for functional compound movements that dancers need. I’ve learned a lot by watch the videos but at the same time, I’m coming up with my own compound movements that help me specifically as a dancer.

I love doing lateral walks with the booty band while doing pull aparts for example. And your video expelaining the pull aparts was so useful. I’m constantly coming up with new ways to combine compound movements that make sense for what I need as a dancer.

This is most fun I’ve had with strength training. To me, the bands are like a playground. I’ve never had this much fun with weight machines or dumbbells. I love getting creative with the bands. I even use the booty band for my ankle strength doing calf raises in a wide stance with turned out feet and band around the ankle really helps foot strength!.

I am 65 years old and have been doing weight lifting and brisk walk consistently. I setup a small gym with Force USA F50 machine after the gym closure since the Covid pandemic hit. However, I still love doing my workout with resistance bands.

Been using other rubber bands they are not as durable as I would expect. I bought the Undersun resistance bands set recently and after several exercises, here is my view: 1. The bands seem to be well made, good materials.

I have confidence that they may outlast the other brands that I have. 2. Love the outdoor anchor that came with it. I have already got the Undersun door anchor (that was what convinced me to buy the bands as the door anchor was well made).

This outdoor anchor gives me flexibility to use it outdoor in the park. Well thought, James. 3. Unfortunately the set just came with a plastic bag. And it costs extra to get the nylon carry bag. What a shame.

All in all, I highly recommend the Undersun resistance bands. It may be a bit more expensive, but it is worth it.

I fully recommend Undersun Resistance Bands and the Undersun TA2 programme. Undersun bands do feel noticeably more robust than other bands I have used and after a couple of days of working in feel robust and reliable.

They obviously make a style statement too if that is of interest being quite striking in their orange colour! Being transportable allows you to maintain your fitness plans even when on the move; so resistance band training can become part of your life surpisingly easily.

The bands are quite smooth and you will need gloves to protect your hands that also provide decent grip (this is true with all bands). I have worked with these bands for a few weeks now and they are great – I will be purchasing Undersun again.

A major difference between Undersun and other bands on the market is that with Undersun you get outstanding customer support. If you have a problem, they will sort it out and answer your questions all of which is very reassuring in my experience.

Also, there is a LOT of support through social media to encourage consistency in your workout plans. One recommendation I would make is to subscribe to the TA2 programme, particularly if you have little knowledge or experience.

Resistance band training is great for the newcomer in my experience. All the material freely available on youtube is helpful supplementary information but the program itself has been essential in helping me to learn and keep on track.

Prior to starting with resistance bands, I had been reluctantly attending a gym for a couple of years using machines to maintain some fitness as I entered my early forties. I did not enjoy it! Looking back now, I had zero knowledge about strength training and no real interest.

Can you build muscle with resistance bands? With consistency, attention to form and minimal attention to diet my experience suggests you can. Even if you have no history of strength training and are in your forties.

I’m in better shape now than I have been my entire life which is hard for me to believe or really understand. For me, this is a perfect way to maintain health and fitness with minimal effort. Especially for anybody who doesn’t really have experience with strength training.

The TA2 programme’s attention to form, training by feel for the body and emphasis on mind-muscle connections provides an understanding of fitness and the body that I had never thought about before. I wish I had known about this decades ago.

But it is never too late!.

Great product for teaching fitness classes. The price is the best I could find and the quality is great too. The yellow is a challenging resistance for beginners. Green is great for the regulars. They are so compact in size- I carry them in a bag.

Easy to transport. They are the thickness you want in these bands- not too thick that you’re limited with your exercises and not too thin that they break on you.

In a matter of a few short weeks, these bands have changed my life. They were suggested to me by the personal trainer at my gym. He has shown me a number of exercises to help me with flexibility and strengthening my legs.

My walking has improved and I’m moving so much better. I do need a knee replacement but can honestly say that the bands have helped in that regard as well! I’m no longer walking like a little old lady! LOL! Thank you for a fine product!.

I am just now using my bands in my yoga class to assist the members with strength building. We did mostly lower body work-outs, but I had a lot of enthusiasm for the bands from the class. The bands are very versatile and well made.

No worries about the bands tearing or falling apart. The class was very positive towards their use within the program, and I am excited I could present ordinary lower body exercises in a different way to enhance and expand my teaching methods.

The durability of the bands and their resistances a significantly higher than any no-name brand ones from Amazon or elsewhere. The bands also have a smooth finish on their surface that is nice. I wish the the rings on the handles for connected to the bands were smaller so that when I do certain exercises, the rings don’t press up against my forearms uncomfortably.

I also wish this set came with a pair of the ankle wraps for doing leg exercises and other movements. It would be easier to slide the bands through the door anchor if the loop was larger. It would also be nice if the colours of the bands were a bit more muted and not so neon, but this last one is nitpicking for sure.

With these improvements (in my opinion), this set would be well worth the high price tag.

I recently started a 25 week bikini body challenge, even though I’m more of a board shorts and t-shirt body, and these fancy rubber bands were recommended as a part of that program. I’ll admit, I have rubber bands at home, but they’re to hold things together, not to exercise with, so I didn’t know what to expect with these things I also had no idea that the extra dangly bit was for the bands to go through so you can hang them from door frames (close the door though, otherwise it falls on your head when you pull, you only need to do that once to learn THAT lesson).

I tried to be clever and use all of the bands at once, because seriously, how hard could it be? I won’t be doing that again, not til I’ve got biceps like Sylvester Stallone. Actually, I take that back, I’d just like to have biceps instead of the batwings I have right now, but I won’t be doing the 3 rubber bands at once thing again for a while.

You might want to though, so you do you and I’ll sit here and watch. Serious though, I’ve been using these magic rubber bands for the last three weeks, and I definitely recommend them, especially if you’re too scared to use the machines at the gym like me.

With gyms caught in the Covid lockdowns and mandates, it was becoming difficult to workout with any sort of consistency so I went looking for another home based alternative. With no room for a weight set it seemed that resistance bands might be a good alternative.

George Gregan (ex-Wallaby) established the PTP system a few years ago. It’s simple, easy to use and provides an effective workout. You can also pack it up in a carry bag when travelling. My only criticism is that the online resources are limited.

Other than that, it’s a great product!.

Bottom Line: FitCord bands are extremely well made, look great, and increase my confidence using bands knowing that they will NOT snap. Further review: IMO, FitCord does NOT do a good enough job promoting these (limited info out there on YouTube, IG, FB) and their own website pictures do NOT depict the bands as the high quality, attractive products that they are.

The only reason I considered these was from a recommendation from garagegymreviews. com which sold me on them. I am a home gym snob; Rogue Fitness products only. That said, I refused to trust unsheathed bands and did NOT want to be another lost eye or ear victim from bands snapping.

I LOVE the built in handle that can slide out of the way if necessary, RUGGED sheath and handle construction that allows you to push these bands without fear of breakage, and the quality/esthetics match right up to my other gym equipment.

I used to hide my old bands; now I leave these out in the open since they look that great. NOT having a clip in handle allows me to drop set bands in seconds, and the rugged sheath allows me to drape the band over practically anything without fear of marring or knicking the band.

Lastly, I highly recommend buying the full 6 band set. I use EVERY size of them and enjoy doing so. I am 5’11” and use the standard length fine; however, urge those 6’ or above to consider the extended lengths.

Ok, I retired from the military and I try to buy zero goods “Made In China” because money spent with them is more bullets & beans for their army. Also, I want to support my countrymen in their work. So when I searched and found your company I was specifically searching for American Made bands.

Your website came up and I immediately ordered. I had a major shoulder surgery 9 weeks ago and needed these to do rehab. They’re working great, and I’ve been using them everyday. I would work for this company if I could.

So I purchased the HR-5000 rack, FB-5000 bench, equalizer plates and some bands. First off the rack is amazing quality. Extremely sturdy leaving me no worries. The bench also is great. No wobbling and it’s well constructed.

The pad is also really grippy! Amazing price too! The Equalizer plates were a good pickup I haven’t weighed them all out to see how close they are to being the correct weight but they definitely get the job done.

Best option if you’re looking to budget on something! The bands were just a finishing touch I just wanted rep fitness bands to match. I only use them for shoulder, back and arm warmups.

We got the three pack for the deal on price and for extra weight capacity when you need it. Its solid enough to wrap even the black one around the pull-up bar and still do a dead hang with my entire body weight for full overhead extension of my arms.

No cracking, no wearing out from what I can tell and I use them frequently. Its nice to have the bands to help get several extra reps in, work on going slower for technique, and for friends to use that cant do but a few full body weight pull-ups.

I have the red, black, and purple bands (xx-light, x-light, and light). I dont use them for pull-ups, but rather for other strength work; theyre great. I use the red one for pass-throughs or shoulder rehab exercises, the black one for pretty much anything, and the purple one for when I really want I challenge.

Im pretty sure these things wont ever break or lose their tension!.

Very impressed. I have a blown left pec and residual from a torn rotator cuf, so doing push-ups and dips were a challenge, could barely do 5. Now with the Sling Shot I can do multiple sets of 10 on push ups and several sets of 8 on dips.

As a trainer, pushups are one of the most challenging movements for clients both male and female to perform and master. Prior to this product I would work clients through the normal progression of how to build up to perform pushups.

I used to hang the belts and bands from the rack, but they tended to get in the way. I wanted to get them off the rack, and keep them organized and accessible. The belt band hanger does all of that. It arrived in good shape, was easy to install, and not terribly expensive.

The 8 inch depth allows me to hang multiple belts from the hanger, and doesn’t protrude too much from the wall. This was a good add to the home gym.

It’s a wall mounted hanger for belts, bands anything else you want to use it for. Comes with 4 bolts and 4 drywall hangers. Works perfectly to help organize my space as I hang my belt and various training bands from it.

It looks really good too with everything organized on it. One gripe I have is the type of drywall anchors provided, not a fan. I’ve used more than my fair share of drywall anchors and these just didn’t seem to provide the same level of security as others.

That said, it’s hanging and there’s not a whole lot of weight going on this, so shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, great addition to keep your space organized and looking good.

Finding it difficult to stomach the cost of crossover branded resistance bands, I held off on purchasing resistance bands. Fortunately, I found a review (Garage Gym Reviews) that described the Fit Chord brand as performing at least as well being Crossover brand and costing significantly less and, as was noted by the reviewer, unlike the Crossover brand, these are made in America.

Focusing on performance, they meet all of my needs. I have been using them for a few weeks now for upper and lower body-centered movements. and am 100% satisfied. I am a 44 year old male and purchased the range covering 7-40 lbs.

I use all of the info ones I purchased, I only wish I purchased the 55 lb set too. Shipping was prompt. Great product I would recommend it to anyone.

Bought the 7lb and 12lb set thinking the 3lb would be too light for me. Actually just bought the 3lb for my father who is now 88 years old. Now I use them more than the 7lb and 12lb bands because they are the perfect resistance for warming up.

The 7lb and 12lb are great for other things though like Pallof presses and bicep burn outs. They are actually the bands I used to fix my shoulder injuries before the 3lb bands got here. Anyways, back to the 3lb bands.

I use them daily. Before any workout and before bed. Have had all my bands since about April when I jacked up my shoulder on some weighted pull ups. Was waking up with horrible pain. Now that I think of it my shoulders have always been stiff from never properly warming them up before getting the bands.

So after 4-5 months of daily use my shoulders feel better than they ever have. Pain is completely gone. Another bonus is that it somehow fixed my tennis elbow too. Also wanted to add that after 4-5 months of daily use from 4 people the bands are showing no wear.

I have used many resistance bands over the years. None are as safe as these resistance bands with their superior, protective coverings. I was surprised at how strong and durable they are. They cost a little more than the inferior bands, but the cost is actually less expensive considering they will last longer and won’t break as easily.

What a relief to not have to worry about a band snapping you in the eye. And when you unbox them, you will be surprised at how heavy duty these bands are. I’ve seen no bands that looked and felt as durable.

I cannot do weighted squats due to a back issue I have. This bands have been more than amazing as a replacement for weights. These bands make me feel glute muscles I have never knew existed. The purple band really adds the challenge when doing squats.

From the online ordering portal, the promptness of delivery, and the experience of the actual product, the service provided by Botthms is excellent. The resistance bands themselves are well made and the variety in band strength/resistance are at ideal increments.

10/10 would recommend the resistance bands and Botthms as a brand! My only possible point of suggestion would be for the (3 pack) bands to come in a selection of other colours (e. g. black, grey, and army green).

This would give more variety as well as provide a more neutral colour palette.
