Deep Fried Russet Potato Wedges

My husband and I love Just a Taste. It is our favorite resturaunt when we want to relax and spend the night out. The deep fried russet potatoes are my personal all time favorite. I'm not a meal person, so I love trying a bunch of different appetizers. We always order way way too much and still eat it all ūü§£. The roasted garlic is delicious! I could be on here all night talking about all their different food, but I leave it at this. We have been going here since I moved there 5 years ago and have never had a bad experience! We take family and friends when they come visit. Do yourselves a favor and give them a try! You won't regret it.

Bolognese

As a culinary student, I can tell how much effort the chef puts into making a dish, and I was so impressed with the Bolognese Pasta dish! The beef and pork bits were simmered to perfection and the touch of cream was the perfect addition to an already well-made dish. This is my go-to dish every time I eat here!

Two 6 oz. Grilled Airline Chicken Breasts

We had many items off the menu, and all of them were amazing! I love the balsamic dressing that we had for our salad as well! I was a little nervous at first that the food would be too "fancy" for me but it was great. It feels like fine dining but it has the right flavors and dishes for everyone! I would highly recommend Just a Taste to anyone and I look forward to enjoying their food again.

Brussel Sprouts

Long before Brussel Sprouts became the popular addition to many menus, locals already knew that Just a Taste had perfected the preparation of this lovely vegetable. Somehow they devised a concoction of butter, garlic, pecans, and Romano that doesn't overwhelm the brussel sprouts, but instead creates some sort of mouth-watering concoction that could practically be served as an entree. Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, these Brussel Sprouts will ruin you forever to other preparations!

Tenderloin with Demiglace, Stilton Blue Cheese and Deep Fried Russet Potatoes

I have had nearly everything on this menu, but the tenderloin is one of my all time favorites. It is always perfectly cooked, the blue cheese is delicious, and the addition of the russets is an awesome bonus, because those are my next favorite thing on the menu! I have been coming to JAT for years, and it continues to be my favorite restaurant in Ithaca.
