Wine Flights

A group of tastes, usually 3-6 wines that have something in common. Professional tasters may judge 50 or more wines a day but they taste them 4, 5 or 6 at a time, in other words, "by the flight". A flight is equivalent to about 1 1/2-2 1/2 glasses of wine.

We are able to offer so many wines by the glass because we keep them on Cruvinet, a temperature controlled environment that protects the wine with argon(pumped into the bottle from the top as wine is drawn out from the bottom=no oxidation)

**MOST OF THESE WINES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE BY THE 1/2 LITER and BOTTLE**

If you are interested in a half liter or bottle and are trying to decide between two or three options, please do not hesitate to ask for a sample of each before making your decision!

The Light Red Flight

these red wines are generally more acidic, less alcoholic and a lighter color. Their flavor profiles tend to be more towards red berries and less oak. Some are very simple and straight forward, others are more complex and will change with every sip. Probably the more food friendly of the two all-red flights.
