Bottles
A group of tastes, usually 3-6 wines that have something in common. Professional tasters may judge 50 or more wines a day but they taste them 4, 5 or 6 at a time, in other words, "by the flight". A flight is equivalent to about 1 1/2-2 1/2 glasses of wine.
We are able to offer so many wines by the glass because we keep them on Cruvinet, a temperature controlled environment that protects the wine with argon(pumped into the bottle from the top as wine is drawn out from the bottom=no oxidation)
**MOST OF THESE WINES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE BY THE 1/2 LITER and BOTTLE**
If you are interested in a half liter or bottle and are trying to decide between two or three options, please do not hesitate to ask for a sample of each before making your decision!
