This is the MSFT model. It allows you to launch a Microsoft Teams meeting and pick-up or answer a Teams call with a single touch. Or apply a longer touch to invoke Cortana voice skills. It’s that simple.
Zone Wireless is Teams-certified and Teams 4. 0 compliant to ensure a seamless audio experience when using Teams to chat, meet, call or video conference. The Teams version of Zone Wireless also fully supports Skype for Business.
Open workspaces are great for collaboration, but they can also be noisy. Take control of your acoustic environment with Zones Wireless Headset, the Bluetooth headset specifically designed for busy workspaces.
Equally awesome for talking and music. Connects to smartphone and computer simultaneously and features simple controls, flip-to-mute mic and Qi charging. Zone Wireless Plus can connect up to six Logitech Unifying wireless peripherals through a single USB Unifying + Audio receiver.
I bought Logitech Zone Wireless Bluetooth recently. I was disappointed there is no Qi charger included. Not only that, but figuring out which charger to get is hard. No recommendation from Logitech, just any “Qi-certified”.
I bought Anker PowerWave Pad Model A2053. When I got it (about an hour ago) I found it requires a “fast-charging” AC up to 9v adapter, not a 5v only regular adapter. I had one fortunately, for a phone.
The ANC feature is of minimal usefulness. My wife is on phone for her work in same room so I hoped it would help. Can’t tell much difference, except when ANC is on, I can hear myself breathing faintly.
The headset squeezed my ears too much, so I spread the ear muffs a few times and seems to fit better now, but is a bit heavy and today I switch back to an older lighter corded headset for a rest. It seems to be made of durable materials, but really it is pretty hefty.
Is it worth it? Not sure. I just know it should last longer than the corded one whose cable jacketing is splitting off. There is an option to turn off voice prompts. I turned it off because it was distracting – dongle disconnected, dongle connected – every time I switch a KVM between my work and home notebook, etc.
Now I can’t get “Headset status report” to tell me “Battery full dongle connected”. Instead the status report (I chose to get with a long press on the center button) now just gives me 2 tones – what good is that? Not much.
I also get 3 beeps when I KVM switch, or 2 when I flip mike up/down, but if I ask for a special headset status it should just use english!.
I always wanted a headset for use in the office. My conference calls with a global team required something that would fit my budget and meet my needs. This Vont Bluetooth headset is better than the one supplied by the office.
They gave wired headsets that could only work with a land phone. I am often on Skype whatsapp and WebX on my phone. With this one, my iPhone is now useable on native calls and can join in calls on third party apps with the team.
Setup was a breeze and was done in less than a minute. I make sure to fully charge the headset and keep it juiced up. I love the ability to use it with Siri. The quality of calls on it and the battery life I get on a single charge are excellent.
I use it mainly on the calls, not much with listening to music. Pros: Not heavy, adjustable, great battery life, comfortable to wear, very easy setup, compatible with a wide variety of devices and apps.
The headset is great. It is less compact as the typical Bluetooth headset but lacks the bulkiness of most full-size headsets. It is quite lightweight that you barely notice it on. The tons of driving I do at work is easier with this.
The audio clarity is great and the mike works well. It does not need you to shout to be heard by the person on the other end. Even in a loud room, I found that you can still be heard by the other party easily and hear them well too.
A very pleasing headset. It paired easily and worked perfectly right from the first time trying it. I look forward to using it on trips in my RV. I am glad I won’t have to interact with my phone. I will be using this Bluetooth headset all the time.
Professional wireless Bluetooth headset has been redesigned with your needs in mind. Truck drivers, warehouse workers, office managers and remote-workers have been enlisted to build an adjustable, comfortable wireless Bluetooth headset with all the features you need to get the job done.
I bought the Delton 10X trucker headset a couple years ago to use in the office and absolutely loved it. Came to Staples to order another one after I broke mine and found this new Delton 20X headset.
It’s everything I loved about the other headset and then some. Super comfortable and the battery life is amazing.
I bought this for my boyfriend that works out of his truck. It’s very pair and is able to hear his clients clearly. It’s so simple using the buttons to answer the phone quickly when his phone isn’t near.
We had a toggle so plugging it into the laptop and using bluetooth with my computer is super easy. The best part is the battery life for calls, standby and listening to music. we both use the headset and so pleased.

I purchased this to replace my aging USB Jabra desk conference spk/mic which worked so well and needed a more personal device with working from anywhere today. Brilliant! works well and the noise cancelling on the mic is exceptional, can operate in a busy office or anywhere with background noise and call participants hear none of it! Sometimes Bluetooth dongle can need re-enabling as doesn’t always pick the clearest channel.
But when it can finds one then it is perfect, but that is not a product issue, more technology problem as Bluetooth in some areas the 2. 4GHz band is congested. On cable always perfect so you have a back up too.
Sound quality for listening is clear also for music in between if you want it. Charge time is fast and run time is approx 8 – 10 hr with reasonably heavy usage, lighter use a few 1hr long meetings and a few shorter calls I get around 2 – 4 days on a charge.
Point of View on Accessories: There is a charging station available but I find the USB cable fine, Unnecessary luxury as you would end up with charging stations for so many different Bluetooth devices, so tend to stick with USB unless WiFi charging is an option.
Brought this as a gift for someone who wanted a cordless, lightweight, portable headset for their Apple laptop. This is their experience so far: Easy to connect by using the Jabra dongle and good sound quality.
but then the issues started. 1. Headset would only last 15 mins and turns off while in use. 2. Left headset to charge overnight to try again – but only lasted 15 mins again before turning off. 3. Using the USB wired option only allowed the headset to work briefly before shutting off and you can’t turn them back on.
4. Could not not use the laptop default speakers and mic to do video conferencing even after disconnecting the Jabra dongle. Basically, they’ve asked me to test it out on my Window laptop to see if the issues are related to the Apple laptop only.
So after I finish testing, it’ll probably come down to either a faulty headset, incompatibility with Apple products or user error. Anyway, it sounds like a lot of teething issues for what should be an easy plug & play wireless headset and not a cheap one at that.
My recommendation is to buy the wired headset instead and save yourself some money. and I know this because I use the a wired Jabra headset for work. just plug it in and away it works. also I suggest only use it for Windows computers because they just work with 99% of the accessories out there.
I bought this headset because I found most gaming headsets to be far too large, enclosing the ears and blocking out surrounding sound which obviously is the intention, but I found the pressure on my ears very uncomfortable.
I often found myself leaving one headphone off due to this that and generally getting too hot from bulky earcups but friends kept complaining of echos resulting from the microphone picking up that headphones audio.
This headset eliminates pretty much all the issues Ive had. The microphones great, the audio quality is nice and clear though obviously may not stand up to comparison with headsets designed specifically for entertainment, and headset although fairly spartan in design is comfortable and I find I can wear it for hours at a time without any discomfort.
With the mono headphone design, I can still clearly hear my surroundings and audio output from my main speakers, while also hear the conversation on the headset. There are some new issues I hadnt encountered previously that have arisen with this completely different style of headset, but nothing Id consider a dealbreaker.
mostly little niggling things, which Ill list below. Overall Id say this is a great headset. Possibly a little pricey, but not overly expensive compared to others of its type. Pros Headset and microphone quality are nice and clear, perfect for voice chat.
Audio cancellation is great I often have musicvideogame audio playing on my speakers during conversations, and have had no reports of that audio coming through. No lag in voice transmission that Im aware of.
Battery lasts for quite a few hours of constant use, and charges quickly. VolumeCall AnswerMute buttons are fairly intuitive to use, and the option to have audible feedback letting you know if you are muted and so on is quite useful.
Microphone swivels to either side, allowing headset to be used on either ear. Headphone is comfortable and unobtrusive. ConsNothing major, mostly just minor annoyances that may be very particular to me, but I thought Id mention them all the same.
Voice apps other than Skype seem to have a little trouble with the headset such as Discord, not always registering that there is an audio device connected even though the microphone is transmitting, the headset audio doesnt always route to the headset, but sometimes out my main speakers.
Im not certain if the issue lies with Jabra or Discord itself. Im not really dropping the star rating because of this, but it is a slightly annoying issue as I have to manually switch audio sources every time I want to use the headset.
The advertised range is in a completely unobstructed area such as an open plan office. In practise, the signal will drop out with even one solid wall between you and the bluetooth dongle and this with the bluetooth range set to normal, the highest it will go.
Its not a major flaw and obviously not an issue for most people, I just like to be able to continue a conversation when I have to leave my desk. The supplied charging cable is pretty short. I realize this product is mainly intended for use in fairly close proximity to your computer, but in my particular situation due to limitations in room layout, the nearest available charging USB port is well over a meter away from me, which makes charging the headset while in use impractical.
Still, at least Jabra opted for micro USB charging for this headset rather than a proprietary connector, so getting a longer cable isnt an issue. Was a bit annoyed to discover they hadnt released the charging dock at the same time as this headset which was originally a factor in my decision to purchase.
The magnet meant to hold the microphone to the headband when the headset is not in use is not particularly strong, and only really works if you havent bent the flexible end of the boom too far from its original shape.
Again, not really a dealbreaker, but its made me jump a few times when the microphone randomly pings away from the headset and hits something on my desk. The microphone boom is apparently pretty noisy to move around during a conversation.
It rotates on little notches, which are great for helping it to maintain its position. but if you try and adjust the rotation during a call, the sound is audible to everyone on the receiving end. Ive seen comments saying that the headband is a bit flimsy and easily snapped, and I can see how that might happen as it is made of plastic.
but to be honest Ive not had this issue. I think if you treat your equipment with care, you will never have this problem. Overall the advantages of this headset far outweigh a few minor annoyances, Id definitely recommend it.
Hear and be heard clearly on calls with the black Microsoft Modern Wireless Bluetooth Headset. Optimized for Microsoft Teams on Surface and Windows 10 computers, this wireless on-ear headset frees you from getting tangled up in cables by pairing with up to two Bluetooth compatible devices simultaneously.
A USB adapter is included for computers that don’t already have Bluetooth connectivity. The 28mm moving coil speaker drivers have a 100 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, providing you with crystal clear audio.
At the same time, two beamforming MEMS microphones in the boom arm fully capture your voice. Flipping the mic up automatically mutes it, which is indicated by an integrated LED light. Other convenient on-ear controls include a dedicated Microsoft Teams button and a volume dial alongside mute, hook, and paring buttons.
The integrated battery provides up to 30 hours of talk time or 50 hours of music listening and can be fully recharged in about 2. 5 hours. The headset also has a 32- to 98-foot range, depending on how crowded your office environment is.
The Microsoft Modern Wireless Bluetooth Headset is compatible with Windows 7 to 10, macOS, Android, and iOS devices. Some features may require a software download, which is not supported by macOS.
A microsoft product sold as a microsoft Teams integration device ought to have no problems, right? Wrong. The Teams button doesn’t work- it doesn’t do anything. The call answer/end button doesn’t work to leave a meeting.
And when you look it up, this (software/firmware) problem has been around unresolved for a year or more. But the microphone swing-down to unmute and the mute button both do work though, and the device has enough range for me to walk around the house/lay on my bed/lounge during those dreary long-winded teams meetings.
I was a little apprehensive after reading the negative reviews, but thought that I’d try this out for myself. I work in an open office floor plan and take calls all day. I was looking for something wireless and on the cheaper side.
I first tried the Logitech H600. They were great as far and connection and sound, but not comfortable on the ears. Then I tried the jLab go work, which has great reviews. They are Bluetooth only and kept cutting out on calls.
Lastly I picked theses up and have replaced the other two. This headset is super comfy and light. I use the usb dongle provided for connection. Once my setting on the Cisco soft phone we’re all adjusted correctly sound and mic were great.
I even pulled calls to listen, no issue with the audio. It’s updates with a usb c and is very easy to mute. Hope that helps.
Overall, very good earphones that work well with MicroSoft Teams. I have had no complaints about hearing my voice when I speak. I wish they were just one ear, I feel that is more comfortable to wear all day.
I have noticed that once you connect them to the computer, it is hard to switch to computer speakers when desired. Battery seems good and I have only had very few instances when connection is not good.
One real downside is the range. I work in my dining room and when I walk into the kitchen (not far away) the connection will go out. You can hear (with static), but the microphone will not work. I wish the range was much more.

I started using these this week for my job. The sound quality is quite good, and I assume that the quality for the listener is good, as I have not had any complaints. My issues are these: 1) I don’t like having to go to a website to get a copy of the owner’s manual; and 2) more importantly, I am not happy with how these are charging.
Based on the owner’s manual, the battery status light should be flashing or solid. Each time I have plugged the USB cable in to charge, I have had to jiggle the connection at the headset end to get the light to come on.
I charge these overnight, using a power source that is always on. In the morning, the battery status light is off, instead of on and solid. So, I have to jiggle the connection to charge them again. I don’t have the time to pack these up, return them, order another headset, and wait for them to arrive, so I will use these as long as they last, or as long as I can manipulate them into charging, and I will look for something better when it is no longer feasible to use them.
I said that I would recommend this item, but that is only because they do sound quite good, and they are comfortable.
The sound quality on these over Bluetooth is decent. Of you use the dongle, the sound quality is GREAT. But then your call ends and you set down the headset. Does it go to sleep or power down on its own? No.
If you forget to turn it off, you will maybe get one more call out of it. Definitely it will be dead by the next day. And make sure you have an old charging cable because it’s a micro USB and your Android friends have moved on to newer cables.
The fit on the ears is not great because the ear pieces are perfectly flat they like to slide off your ears of you move at all (do not attempt to pick up that pen you dropped or you will be scrambling for your headset too).
Oh, and the adjustable mouthpiece. It is VERY adjustable. I didn’t know it could be too adjustable, but it is. It’s like a twist tie. It makes it hard to push up when you don’t want it. The mute button on the headset dies NOT work of you connect via Bluetooth, so be careful.
Office Depot had a good price on these, but I would not purchase them again.
Let’s face it, this headset is getting a little long in the tooth. However there are still few that compete with it at this price range, aside from a few gaudy “gaming” branded ones. You have to pay double for similar “brand name” headsets.
The good: – Very low profile compact design – Good sound quality, especially used with the dongle in hi-res mode – Bluetooth and wireless dongle connectivity options – Great battery life in bluetooth mode – I’ve managed up to 2 days without turning it off.
– The battery is replaceable and there is built-in storage for the dongle The bad: – Controls only work with the wireless dongle on Windows. – Sound quality in bluetooth mode is not great. – Battery life when used with the dongle (hi-res mode) is only a about 4 hours.
– The on/off/mode switch is tiny and flimsy. You have to pay attention when you use it. – Can only be paired with one device at a time.

The DW Pro 2 comes in dual-connectivity variants (desk phone AND softphone) and single-connectivity variants (desk phone only and softphone only).
I have tried headsets before, but they were all wired and were very restrictive. I couldn’t move away from my desk and even if I turned around to the filing cabinet, I would get tangled up a bit. Then I decided I needed a wireless headset.
I have to say I love this set. I am easily distracted by other noise, so that is why I purchased the “both” ears set. I absolutely love the range with this headset. They are also very comfortable to wear, which is a huge plus.
I am one of those people that have to wear glasses all the time. This headset allows for glasses. So the headset doesn’t press my glasses ear pieces into the back of my ears. People have asked me if I have gotten a new office phone, when I use this headset.
They have commented on how clear I sound. This set was used, but there was very little in the way of marks or scratches on it. Nothing anyone would notice. Just an overall great set.
I was extremely disappointed with this headset. My cheap plantronics headset has much better sound, probably thanks to a larger ear speaker, and didnt suffer from the same transfer of friction when touching the boom etc due to the fact that plantronics have foam pads and the Sennheiser have pvc coated ear pads.
Im a big fan of Sennheiser audio headphones but these are something quite different. Also the seller, PurpleBase , didnt reply to my returns request amp I ended up having to involve StationeryPacks. all in all a poor experience.
I bought this headset to replace a Jabra unit that didnt work well with my Cisco 7942G desk phone. This one works excellent and has extremely good call quality. I bought the EHS adapter so I could go off hook directly from the headset.

I had been looking for a headset for a long time that had a good noise cancelling microphone. This is it!! The microphone is excellent. Compared to my previous headsets, people tell me that the sound quality is great and that they cannot hear any background noise.
The headset is comfortable and battery life is long. The docking station is pretty user friendly although and you can add/pair multiple devices for easy switch over between devices. However, unlike other bluetooth headsets where you can have them paired with many other devices, you are limited to the number of connections via the docking station.
Best headset for work! The noice cancelling is amazing & connects to computer, mobile & work phone seamlessly everyday all day. No problems with sound on either end & all functions work as described.
It also Doesnt pinch or give you headaches even after wearing it all day or while wearing glasses. Havent had any issues with distance/connection but havent tested it too much. Only down fall is mine does randomly echo back to me at times (maybe once every few days) & sometimes slips off my head a little when writing & talking to clients, so maybe the stereo version may be better at staying on?.
I have been using a Logitech H820e for many many years and really liked it. I never had any audio complaints in all the years I used it. One day while putting on the headset, the over the head band snapped.
It wasn’t a replaceable part so I decided to look for a replacement. I wanted DECT because I wonder during conference calls so needed the wireless long range capability. The problem I noticed immediately is the headband is not tight.
No matter how I adjust it, if I look down, it slides off. This never happened on the Logitech unit. The second issue is I get complaints sometimes my audio drops. It is usually because I move the mic a little to drink coffee, but now I am barely audible.
I may need to work with the settings more. I tried to use it with my mobile phone, but that became challenging. While on a VoIP call, my cell phone rang and I muted the VoIP call to quickly answer the mobile call.
It switched all my audio around and was not able to go back to the VoIP call. I ended up disconnecting and reconnecting to get it back. I have since removed my mobile phone from the Jabra. Battery life seems much lower than advertised, but need more time to be sure.
Range from base seems adequate. The indicators on the base are nice. I would like the red light on the boom mic toindicate Muted (on) or UnMuted (off). I am not always next to the base and would like visual confirmation.
I know it has the audible chime, but it’s not always reliable. The headband being insufficient is a big issue for a product you wear all day on your head. It doesn’t matter if the rest of the product is good if you are constantly frustrated from it falling off.
The Evolve 65 is a wireless headset with an integrated busylight and dual connectivity to two Bluetooth devices to enhance your productivity and freedom around the office. Features a wireless range of up to 100ft/30m away from your smartphone and/or PC.

The Jabra 65 on the face of it seems a nice product and when received again its well made comfortable and youd think just what you need The device comes prepared to the little USB Bluetooth dongle for your laptopPC which is nice and even when first pairing the device to your mobile you get a nice feeling as the switch is good and the audible feedback in ear really niceHowever then things start to go badly wrong with this headset.
Ive got TWO of these now as I was hoping the first one would be a dodgy unit but no they both act identically either Skype or UC version which I cannot even tell the difference between as both come with the dongle and both act the same.
First call you make you will be impressed wondering how you ever coped without it then over the day the experience goes downhill, its really odd how the quality seems to drop but others have mentioned the same and its true.
These are the behaviours I have with BOTH headsets1 When on a PC call any sound from the mobile can fade out mute the PC audio and fade it back in, you dont get it over the top which wouldnt be so bad but the fading time makes it seem like the other person is not there on the PC call.
You cant speak to two people at once I hear you say. No but consider system sounds, message alert tones, diary reminder tones heck even keypad tapping clicks messed my PC call up. This headset cannot seem to tell youre actively using a device and not interrupt the other one.
A system of swapping between devices is needed but this doesnt exist with this headset, the way it does it is automatic and does it really badly. 2 After first pairing to the phone iPhone 7 used completely with this review it will work well but as day moves on maybe walking in and out of range of it I really dont know you will find the headset just will not work with the mobile, you select Bluetooth audio on phone when you answer a call, phone will believe its playing to Bluetooth headset as it mutes from speaker but nothing on headset.
Turning headset off, on, off on will eventually reignite this connection but do that on a call and its infuriating for you and the caller3 Again Bluetooth to mobile Sometimes like this very morning prompting me to write this review I turned headset back on placed it on my head and got Mobil whats a mobil connected.
few seconds. Mobil disconnected few seconds later Mobil connected few seconds later. Mobile disconnected you get the idea it went on and on On iPhone Bluetooth screen sure enough it was showing Jabra Evolve 65 flicking between connected and disconnected.
ARGH How did I fix it The usual thing you find yourself doing when the mobile just stops working with this headset is to FORGET on phone, put headset into pairing mode and repair Now its connected fine again which just shows a problem, Ive not moved locations, not turned phone off and on simply deleting pairing and repairing.
I find myself doing this every day I use this headset. 4 Sound quality. Quite good with the Jabra Bluetooth dongle for PC but mobile Sorry Mobil can be again good when you first pair but after a while absolutely AWFUL.
Generally metallic noises are always heard on high notes There is a firmware upgrade FebMar 18 for this but it does not change this problem I have done it. This is just the start, when the mobile has issues trying to connect as it does and you turn it off on off on to make it take audio through the headset the resulting call can be AWFUL with sound dropping in and out clipping notes etc DREADFUL Again another pair unpair.
The multiple call handling problem I think has something to do with it thinking the other channel is holding something open as sometimes pulling the PC dongle out waiting a few seconds and switching back seems to help but not totally sure As I said Ive firmware upgraded, Ive reset to defaults after firmware upgrade and started over but NOTHING WILL HELP THIS HEADSET WORK PROPERLY I have many years IT experience to understand these things and Ive had enough with it.
Quite frankly this second headset is going back under return window and Im tempted to use the first simply for my Laptop audio only as its SO BAD with the mobile BluetoothHope this helps someone and if helpful click the helpful button, cheers.
I was hoping for better, but I did not find this device useful. I wanted it for GoToMeeting and skype calls on my Mac Mini and Macbook Pro, for connecting to 2 iphones and an iPad. I also wanted to be able to listen to music when in the office.
First off, the device feels flimsy. It did not sit well on my head, and the microphone did not clip back into place this has been mentioned in other reports. It was hard to position the microphone. The onoff and bluetooth control is hard to reach while wearing it.
It seems to connect to 2 bluetooth devices, but since it only announces connected to 2 devices its hard to know which, and the instructions are so poor that if there is a way to tell I couldnt work it out.
As far as I can see theres no way to switch between devices says youre on a call on one device and another device rings, you cant switch. I connected it to my Mac with the USB dongle. When using GTM, I selected Jabra as the device to use but could neither hear nor be heard.
Same with Skype, although for some reason on the 3rd try it did work with skype, but then just kept dropping both my voice and sound. I also selected Jabra in the Mac settings made no difference. I did manage to listen to iTunes, but the sound quality was terrible and it kept dropping.
Maybe mine had a fault, but I called the Jabra call line and they said as far as they could tell it was working. I sent it back and ordered a Plantronics UC Voyager Focus.
The Jabra Pro 9460 Duo wireless headset is optimized for contact center staff and lets users answer calls from either their desk or softphone up to 150 meters/450 feet away from their phones. Audio quality features like an advanced noise canceling microphone designed for loud acoustic environments (like contact centers), as well as Jabra SafeTone acoustic protection make the Jabra Pro 9460 Duo a versatile choice for the office or contact center.
I have been using Jabra wireless headsets for years now. I actually prefer the earlier 930 model because it is easier to mute the phone, control volume, and it does not take up as much desk space as this one.
The mute process is almost non-respondent on this headset as it requires a double-tap and for some reason the mute doesn’t “take” most of the time. Maybe I am doing it wrong? Therefore I just have to mute the phone by clicking on a button on my soft phone interface.
The LCD screen is a nice-to-have feature but not really necessary. I suppose if you actually had this headset for using both a landline and soft phone the LCD may come in handy. I love the comfort of this headset (and the 930).
I prefer the 930 because of the headset controls but this is a newer model. I do like the magnetic cradle to guide me in putting the phone back properly in the stand. If I could get the mute and volume controls working for me as easily, I’d love this phone just as much as the 930.
Maybe a YouTube video explains how to use the controls and I need to view that.
