I usually wear 6. 5-7. These felt a little short although they fit me (my foot length is 23. 75cm). I have wide feet (widest part approx very slightly over 3. 5 inches) but narrow heels and they are comfortable once on (toe box is roomy enough).

I brought these boots 2 weeks ago. I was sent the wrong size. I ordered a 9 but a huge 9. 5 I received. I call customer service and the rep was so pleasant and he helped me tremendously. I had to order the size I needed but they didn’t have anymore.
He suggested the other colors but I was determined to get the Dove. I took a chance and ask if he had an 8. 5, I was so happy when he said. Now normally wear an 8. 5 any ways but in boots, I tend to size up because I wear thick boot socks.
The downside is, I had to resend, reorder and repay! That was frustrating in having to return the 9. 5 and then pay for the replacement. Now I’m waiting for my refund which will take 7-10 busy days. I wore my boots on 2/13/21, it has been a real brutal winter here in NYC.
