I mostly bought these for the material and color since its what ive been looking for and they’re hard to find. I felt they were ok for the price but they’re not very wide so you need double the curtain.
I thought id need two of them but ended up buying four. I did notice they’re all slightly off in different lengths by a small amount which is odd. With that said I steamed them and they ended up looking really beautiful in my bedroom on a gold rod.
They aren’t true blackout curtains as other reviews mentioned they is a minimal amount of light that may come through. But they do the job for me, my room is very dark in the mornings. Overall im pleased but feel they should cost slightly less.

End result is acceptable, but not great. The finish is cheap-looking (melamine is even already chipping from some boards). Assembly was a pain: 2 machine holes we missing from the main structure (had to drill them myself), some steps are missing from the instruction manual (had to figure out on my own), electrical is poorly integrated into the design (had to drill fishing holes + hide cables with white electrical tape).
Much of the hardware is showing when the bed is open; this could be improved. The light switch plastic broke when I was installing it; customer service replaced it promptly (great customer service). I had to sculpt the plastic of the new light switch with a blade to make it fit in the hole without breaking it again.
Several other small things could be taken into account to improve the design. — I would probably not recommend it to my friends, because they are less handy than me and won’t be able to put it together easily.
Regarding the design, the overall look is fine, but the functional details and functional design can be improved.
The bed is fine. The instructions were nearly useless. The pictures dont line up with the pieces they want you to use and theres maybe three sentences in the whole booklet to actually direct you. Additionally, the provided screws are very soft and strip easily.
I had to replace many from my own supply. Finally, I had to purchase after market straps so that the mattress would come down with the frame and not be left behind in the cabinet. The provided hardware helps the mattress not slip completely off, but doesnt necessarily keep it in line with the frame to come out of the closet.
I felt like the quality of materials, instructions and design could have been better for the price. All that said, the bed is assembled, its sturdy and I now have waaay more space when the bed is put away.
It takes quite a lot of effort to open the bed once assembled and it won’t stay still unless you sit on it. If you want to leave for a minute to go use the washroom the bed will erect again and close.
The mattress weight recommended doesn’t work on it. It requires more weight for it to be still. Also the baseboards had to be removed to put it up and there is this open space with no baseboards which can lead to insects and other bugs coming into your place.
Had I known these things I wouldn’t have spent so much money.

My choice of washer and dryer was entirely dictated by the depth of the units due to limited space. This dryer is called a “flat back” dryer and it is optimized to still have a generous drying capacity while minimizing the footprint.
Even though the cost for the set was more than $1400, it is a very basic set. Even placing a bag of groceries on the top of the dryer causes the metal to flex. And the dryer door requires a slam to get it to close and it sounds cheap and tinny when you do.
But this dryer meets my two highest requirements, it fits in the laundry room and it gets my laundry dry, including king size linens. My last Whirlpool set lasted 27 years, I’m hoping to get a long service life from this set.
I just got this dryer two days ago and chose it because it is one of the few flat back dryers offered which is disappointing. I have a limited space laundry closet and it appears everyone is making oversized dryers that aren’t flat back style for some reason.
In my opinion it is a very basic dryer and noisiest one I have ever owned. I have to replace the folding doors in front of it as I removed the existing ones as they were old. Hopefully the doors will help with the noise.
It does the job, drys the clothes in a decent amount of time, I like the lint trap which is on the top instead of inside the drum area. I loved my old Maytag dryer which was quieter, had more options, had a bigger capacity and dried faster, but alas it died after 17years and I couldn’t wait the 3 months to get a new one.
I know this won’t last nearly that long. It will do for now.
The only reason we purchased this machine was due to space issues (need to be able to open our garage door). I’m glad this machine exists otherwise we would not have a dryer (took more than six months to finally get one since it’s been out-of-stock everywhere), but it’s very noisy! In addition to the machine being noisy, the buzzer alerting you when the dryer is done is comical (reminds me of a clown buzzer) and it scares the entire family whenever it goes off.
The lint holder is also so cheaply made. My husband and I both commented that we hope it will hold up over time. As long as our clothes dry, we’ll learn to live with this machine, but I miss our last dryer! It was a much nicer quality machine for the same price.
