20 Best Vanilla Fragrance Oil For Candles (2023 Updated)

I’ve been looking for a leather essential oil for a long time. I’ve tried blending oils but could never get the true leather scent. This essential oil smells just like new leather. I absolutely love it!!! I will definitely order more when I get low.

The shipping took forever! But I wont know you guys because it was crazy for everyone. It took over a month to receive this little bottle, but it honestly smells AMAZING. So it was worth the wait. Its strong enough with just a couple little drops so I wouldnt put too much on, might be too much.

I love vanilla everything so this was a perfect addition to my collection.

Pretty close to the real thing! I put a few drops in unscented hand sanitizer. I also put in in rubbing alcohol to sanitize cloth masks while leaving a pleasant smell. Delivery was quick. Thank you.

As a long-time customer, I have tried fragrance oils from most of the categories, but I found the only scents that I liked enough, or even loved a few, to repurchase were those in the “Fresh” category.

However, over the course of three years, my top three, all-time favorite Fresh fragrance oils were retired, and I was truly saddened and somewhat angry. Before giving-up on Lampe Berger (at the time), I searched across several authorized seller web sites for fragrance oil reviews in other categories that I might like.

Well. one review stopped me in my tracks and inspired me to try Sweet Fig, and I am SO GLAD that I took the chance!! It immediately became and remains my current love/favorite. To me, it is one of the most unique Maison-Berger fragrance oils.

It doesn’t resemble cologne, or dessert, or laundry detergent, it truly is different. Part of the reason I love this scent, I think, is because I cannot liken its facets components to another fruit or sweet smell, or flower, or clean/fresh note.

It manages to balance all of these attributes so nicely. and it is pleasantly warm, but not warm like many of the stronger fragrance oils in the “Spcicy and Woody” category. It’s a gentle warmth that is never intrusive or overwhelming.

Lastly, Sweet Fig has a formidable throw, but it is not cloying. It manages to ebb and flow and somehow is NEVER too much in my small apartment, and I find many Maison-Berger scents to be way, WAY too much for my nose.

In my experience, Sweet Fig is one of the only scents that delicately lingers 12-24 hours after extinguishing the lamp, and in the NICEST WAY! So, for any Maison-Berger customer that wants to try something new, the description may not pique your interest, as it did not pique mine, but maybe you’ll love it too.

This, so far is my absolute favourite. It’s fresh, beautifully floral, yet bright. (I don’t detect the vanilla or coconut, THANKFULLY). Description I read said ‘sensual’ – which I don’t find. I usually associate that with spice & musk, which this is not.

The floral notes are lovely. They don’t smell like cheap old fashioned perfume. Personally, I do not like room scents to be sweet (vanilla, cookies, etc. ) I love this one. My only complaint is I can’t find it in the 1 litre.

Any hint of Lychee is decimated by the overwhelming smell of the florals and musk competing to give me a headache. And that was with neutral mixed in! I am terrified to try any other fragrance if this is supposed to be “fruity”.

So disappointed that nearly every fragrance I’ve tried (going on 8 now), employs mid and base notes – florals and musks that overwhelm to the extent that they start smelling the same, because so many use variations of the same florals and musks.

They actually make the air around heavy and restricting instead of light and refreshing.

As someone who worked here, these products are mysterious imported fragrance oils mixed with a basic carrier oil. I spent most of my employment explaining to customers what wasn’t in the oils and that I’m not actually allowed to tell them what’s in the fragrance oils.

The environment for employees was hostile when I worked there and the owner was not present enough to be accountable. Often misrepresented as black-owned and they seem to love it, despite being owned by a white woman named Denise.

Terrible company overall. If you’d like to support a quality fragrance company out of Tucson, AZ I would suggest Kate’s Magik.

I love this product!! I bought it a while ago and I have used it to its last drop. I love that its and essential oil fragrance. It use a few drops and it last the whole day. I get compliments on the scent all the time and highly recommend this product.

This fragrance is light and soft a great scent if you like flowers its a very romantic scent.

Kuumba-Made egyptian musk oil is the gold standard for perfume oils. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and have purchased it more times than I can count. I pip it into my cart whenever I’m grocery shopping at Whole foods.

At less than $11 a bottle you can afford to mix and match. The egyptian musk variety is my firm favorite. It goes on sweet and gets better as your skin warms up. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

It does smell like soap. Lavender soap. But other than that. It does make my room smell nice and fresh. Not ocean breeze fresh. But lavender fresh. Anyways. I would purchase something that could make my room smell like it’s in a tropical place ( Philippines) since I go there frequently when I visit my boyfriend.

I think maybe a tropical scent mixed with this would be nice. That’s why for now I am giving it a 2 star.

THIS OIL IS THE WORST OIL, I HAVE EVER SMELL. IT DOES NOT HAVE THAT GARDENIA SMELL. IT SMELLS LIKE OLD STENCH SHOES. MY HUSBAND TOLD ME TO THROW IT OUT. HE EVEN SAID THE FRAGRANCE IS AWFUL. WHAT A SHAME.

Of all the above scents that I have tried, this one has them all beat!A somewhat sweet,(not overwhelming) but strong & cozy,& smelling just like true cinnamon & clove! Ive sprinkled it on all my potpourris & it smells just like scents of the fall! You will love these combined scents together! EARTH ANGEL Thank You.

OEM Land Rover quality. Great filter. Plenty of grit protection and a TON of dirt catching pleats. Keeps my engine well protected. If only Land Rover made filters for the home.

Another quality product from AK. Easy to use and the effects are dramatic. From beginner to expert a must have wash.

Back in 2008 I used all the time and always got compliments, but not with batch. It has a range smell. The lotion only keeps its fragrance for a little bit. I’m really disappointed in the product. I 8gave a lotion and perfume to my best friend and returned it to me.

How imbearessing.

For about the last year I have been ordering from Stone Candles. Love love love the product. There have been several issues with website, mailing and packaging. Either unexpired coupons not working, leaking bottles, wrong orders, wrong bottles, mis measurement of oils.

Also when you report issues, multiple emails, from multiple email addresses – seems a bit unorganized on the back end. Again love love love the product.

Really great scent. The label on all the bottles was obviously either a misprint or a label cut too soon. The label read. 7oz/50ml. So for my first test candles were ruined by too much fragrance oil.

The bottle is advertised at 1. 7oz so the label was a bit of a misprint on all 3 1. 7 bottles I purchased. Besides that little inconvenience your fragrances are wonderful. I will keep coming back!.

This is one of my favorite scents. I make candles with this scent and burn them all the time. Now all my friends want candles. Guess I’ll be getting more White Grapefruit Acai. Thank you Stone candles, love you guys.

I love the smell of vanilla – it conjures up mom’s cookies or cakes in the kitchen, so warm and cozy! I purchased this delicious vanilla bean fragrance oil from Piping Rock during a sale (it was so inexpensive I had to try it!) and it’s become one of my faves in my small Piping Rock diffuser I use in the kitchen – a delicious and warm scent.

It’s lightly vanilla to me, not overwhelming and just potent enough to remove any lingering strong food smells (its probably just me but I can’t handle those lingering food smells lol!!!). Just a note: it is a fragrance oil and not an essential oil; I noticed in others reviews they were disappointed so suggest trying Piping Rocks essential oils or pure vanilla granules in their soaps, beard oils, creams and candles if wanting a more powerful vanilla experience!.

I am utterly in love with this vanilla bean fragrance oil! I’m on my third bottle in total – I initially ordered it in the smaller size but as soon as it arrived I just knew I had to repeat purchase but this time get the larger bottle.

This scent is sweet, dreamy and definitely a favourite! I’ve used it in my diffuser, my body lotion and made an oil based perfume with it – I can’t get enough of this scent!!! I just wish that the scent lasted a little longer on the skin.

You can still smell it as the day goes on but it becomes quite faint so I end up constantly topping up with my oil perfume.

I received the oil quickly. It was packaged very well. High quality lavender at a great price! It’s such a true Lavender scent – sometimes I just take the top off the bottle and take in a whiff of it, The smell is not too over-powering but neither is it under-whelming.

Strawberry is a difficult scent to capture. This is one of those fragrances where there isn’t a true essential oil available, so fragrance oils are all there is. My first impression was cough syrup, but that slowly dissipated to something more pleasant, a mixture of natural strawberry and strawberry candy, with a leftover hint of something less pleasant, a slightly plastic smell.

It’s better than some strawberry oils I’ve had in the past, but still not quite right. There are other Body Shop fragrances that are much nicer and less artificial smelling. This one just smells a bit off overall.

where good fragrance oil is as rare as civilized comments on social media, Exotic is like an oasis in a desert, quenching my nose thirst for smells that transport me from my bedroom to a bedroom that looks just like mine, only it smells better.

Is it magic and wizardry? Very likely. Quantum physics? I’ve no doubt. And finally, if you mix it with a few drops of Satsuma, prepare yourself for a euphoria only matched by illegal substances and a high quality rave in Las Vegas.

I have loved the Satsuma fragrance since I was a teen and now I’m 38! I decided to reminisce and purchase some and I’m glad I did! It smells fantastic! The only problem I have is the quality of the oil itself.

I noticed the Satsuma oil was significantly thinner than the other fragrance oils I purchased. Because of that, I used the entire bottle in about a week’s time while alternating between my other oils.

I will purchase again, but please provide a longer lasting formula in the future. Thanks!.

I used this for years, candles, simmering oil, potpourri, etc.. Most recently I use on the wool dryer balls for laundry. It makes your clothes smell wonderful.

This is one of the best products I’ve ever used. The fragrance is fabulous. The spray is even better. Just two sprays or a couple of drops makes the whole room smell great.

I found this fragrance disappointing. Claire Burke Original and applejack are exquisite. This fragrance does not have any ocean quality. Its rather blas. Quite unexpected.

EB fragrance oils are the only oils I’ll ever purchase. The shipping process took 4 days and everything was packaged nice and neat and protected from breaking. Stress Reliever is one of my favorites and make my entire home smell great for company.

It is very difficult to find tobacco essential oil. Even more difficult to find one that is not an absolute. This oil smells like a sweet pineapple with rich tobacco scent. I have only used in an automizer so far.

It blends really well with several other essential oils. I live in a desert and have not used in candle wax yet, but I believe it will be incredible. (It has been 100+ degrees daily since I purchased, candles/tarts etc are too hot to use in summer.

) Regardless of intended use of this oil, I do recommend this product. I am a smoker and can smell the tobacco essence undertone. I am quite pleased with this oil after already purchasing from other vendors, including from other countries.

This is the best tobacco oil I have in my collection.

This product does not smell like plumeria or a hint of plumeria. The oil blend is pleasant, yet if you are wishing the real scent, this is not it. How do I know? Because I have plumeria plants in my backyard.

I liked that this oil came in a dark blue glass bottle. It smells ok. I was hoping that it would smell more like the Bath and Body works version. It does not. The oil seems like it is diluted. It is’nt strong like other essential oils blends I have purchased.

I was hoping this would be like another brand I bought because the other one only comes in 1/2 oz. bottles but it is like the B&BW version.

The Jasmin Essential Oil make a lovely base for a number our goat milk soaps. It is also a popular scent on its own. It is soft, sweet and exotic. We get a lot of complementary comments.

This has the right level of scent, blended well, and fit within my budget! I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase other scents from this line. I used it in a facial scrub, but it would be great in a soap, bath bomb, or candle!.

This scent transports you to peace. It smells like the perfect home. Cozy, enfolding, soft.

The fragrance smells like fresh baked cookies. It’s a nice fall fragrance! The whole house smells amazing!

This is a pleasant smell to me. I have lung problems so burning white sage was not a good option. I made a spray and use it this way to clear myself and things. I found it is not easy to find in essential oils.

Very clean and pure smelling and the hyacinth scent is upliftingly, glorious. Almost better than the real thing.

I used this on my older BMW’s that kinda lost their leather smell i used to love. It smells great and lasts longer than those watered down leather scents that never quite get the scent right. I put it in my cabin air filters.

spray it all over the carpet. The seats even get a good coat. It’s oil. Leather needs to be conditioned every once and a while, then it rubs off on me and makes me smell like a man that just got off a horse on a long ride(minus the horse smell) lol !.

I probably go overboard and use a whole 4oz bottle on 1 car, but i don’t mind. I love the smell of some good ole musky leather and the cost is very cheap. I am pretty sure if you buy it, use is sparingly and you wont be disappointed.

I have used Sassafras oil in a spray for years to freshen up areas like around the cats litter box. It does a good job at masking unpleasant odors without being overwhelming to my senses. Our cats have no problem in showing their displeasure when I do something they dont like, but they havent complained about a dilute sassafras oil sprayed on their litter.

It is a strong but not unpleasant odor. This product is comparable to Sassafras oil I have purchased over the years. Our elder cat is 19+ years now.

This is my favorite scented fragrant oil that I have ever tried. It smells like a bouquet of the most beautiful flowers mixed with some good smelling perfume emanating from the flowers that together create the most heavenly scent.

I have added this oil to all of my oils that I didn’t like so I don’t have to end up throwing the others away, and surprisingly it has made each one of the bad smelling and rancid oils smell so nice and so sweet.

It’s an amazing oil, a rare find and a treasure! I’m so happy for finding this oil when I didn’t know anything about it, I just took a chance and bought some. One of the best diffuser oil scents sold. You get three, they have a perfect amount of scent of 3 drops and of course it all depends on how much water and you can dab it on you as perfume. It’s a childhood scent of mine.

Note; if you have sinus issues do not use too much or all the time. I feel my nose iching I know I used too many drops. Definitely recommend.

These fragrance oils are high quality, highly fragranced, and very accurate to the scent they offer. They are also a fantastic value compared to many fragrance oils. I took a chance on these a long time ago and have kept on coming back because each one I have tried is lovely.

The packaging on this item excelled most oils in its class. The writer who describes the Oil’s Description, should be writing professionally, as that was the most impressive writing I’ve seen for a scent.

The fact that it was sold in variety pack of 3 was an added plus. I rated the product as “Okay” and not excellent; was the fact that to me and others who whiffed the initial scent I had just purchased agreed,”Each one smelled a little medicinee coming strait out of the bottle”.

Secondly, after they warmed up, they never really reached their full spice, harvest or pumpkin potential. So for me the product was pretty good, and not wow!, That Pumpkin Spice has really got a strong kick!!.
