Reviews From Real Customers
ESP Water has been very good about sending out new bulbs, since I never get more than a few months from a bulb. I don’t think however the issue is with the bulb, but rather with the controller. My last bulb lasted just 59 days.
I wish they would replace the controller, as I’m sick of every few months replacing the bulb. Most of the time I am just living with a bulb that is not working.
The first lamp that I ordered this year did not work. After talking with the ESP representative, I did a few more tests and confirmed that the lamp was faulty. The company sent a new one quickly, which worked fine.
This was the first and only problem I’ve had with the lamps or the sleeves. I appreciate the help and the quick replacement.
I was going to purchase this from the water company that put the lamp in originally, but it was a lot more expensive & they told us that most bulbs don’t work and we may have to go back and return it a few times before finding one that does.
I not only saved quite a bit buying off of here, it took me longer to clean the cobwebs from the area than it did to put this in. It was quick and easy. The first try the alarm went off, but I hadn’t turned the bulb in all the way.
Popped the top off, tightened the bulb and it was done. The instructions on replacement don’t include how to reset the timer. You just hold the power button until it resets back to 365. Will definitely purchase a replacement bulb through here next year!.
Aqua ultraviolet mercury quartz lamp this quartz replacement lamp is easy to install and lasts. Quartz sleeves have a 99% transmission factor which allows the UV bulb to operate at its optimum temperature.
Low pressure lamp made in the USA effective long lasting (14 months).

If your UV water treatment unit is beeping continuously, it means your lamp bulb needs to be replaced. This replacement bulb is a direct plug-in replacement for the OEM bulb supplied with the unit. The connector on the bulb end matches exactly with the wiring harness end from the wall mounted ballast.
It is quite easy to pull out the expired bulb and slide the new bulb into the glass chamber, although in my case it involved both arms reaching over the pump unit at shoulder height to guide the bulb in place and then hold the bulb to attach the wiring connector.
The bulb is well packaged for shipping, but still requires careful handling to unpack and get into the glass sleeve without over-stressing the glass envelope or the bulb itself. My first replacement bulb went into continuous alarm mode after approximately 6000 hours.
I believe the failure was due to a power system interruption, or a surge associated with the interruption. The system started up correctly as soon as the damaged bulb was replaced. Cost of the replacement was less than half of the similar OEM bulb.
Exact replacement. Great price. When comparing bulbs check the wattage. This one was the same as the original for half the price. There are a few bulbs out there that are a few dollars cheaper but are less wattage.
The s36rol is a low pressure regular intensity uv lamp which operates at a wavelength of 254 nm. These sterilume-ex lamps can be used in the silver, gold and suv sterilight series only. The ex lamps can easily be identified by the green lamp base.
All sterilight uv disinfection lamps have a 1 year/9000 hour life.
I have the Sterilight Silver S12Q-PA with BA-ICE ballast – and this lamp (genuine), works. Shipped, well packaged in VIqua packaging. Previous year I purchased the lamp + sleeve combo. The most important take away from this review is the vendor espwaterproducts.
com. They have been superb. There were delays (due to supply chain /c19) with my last order, they kept me informed of the progress right through out. They also responded to ordered questions quickly.
It was such a great experience compared working with other larger vendors. I would definitely back to ESP Water Product first for my future purchases before looking at other vendors.
The quality of Viqua products is the highest! I also appreciate the way they package a delicate item like this sterilizing bulb and the fact that it comes with two O-rings and easy to understand instructions on how to install it.
This UV light eliminates contaminants in water as they pass through the VH200 Viqua Ultraviolet Water Disinfection System. This lamp has a longevity of 12 months. With the protective quartz sleeve surrounding it the lamp only requiring a cleaning maintenance every 3 months, keeping your replacement bulb fully functional requires little maintenance.
The S200RL Viqua Replacement UV Lamp reduces the levels of bacteria and viruses that can make it past other filter media, giving you ultra clean water. The UV light kills and disables the DNA of the bacteria and viruses to remove their ability to multiple and replicate.
This system works well in whole home solutions that provide pre-filtration to remove larger particles and contaminants. Coupling this system with pre-filters will help extend the life of the quartz sleeve and allow for longer breaks without cleaning the sleeve.
DANGER: Risk Group 3 – Ultraviolet Product. These UV-C products are meant for disinfection purposes only and cannot be used for general illumination. The products generate high power UV-C light, which can cause serious injuries to eyes and/or skin.
Avoid direct exposure of eyes and skin to the UV-C light. Only for use in closed enclosures, which protect users from UV-C light exposure. In case of lamp breakage, follow instructions: ventilate the room for 30 minutes and remove loose parts, preferably wearing gloves.
Pack broken parts in a closed packaging (plastic bag) and dispose of as chemical waste. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.
The Speedball UV Exposure Lamp uses 30W LEDs to expose your prepared silk screen to ultraviolet light as part of the photo emulsion screen printing process. It also mimics sunlight for cyanotype printing.
The lamp includes a 180 degree swivel bracket that can be mounted to a surface for hands free use, and an on/off switch. It is lightweight, portable and easy to use with broad coverage. Includes an exposure time chart (7 – 12 minutes).
DESCRIPTION With UV Knot Sense you can smooth and strengthen your newly tied knots immediately. After application, it dries instantly with Loons UV Nano Light, UV Bench Light or with direct sunlight.
Also works great for repairing damaged flies and completing household projects. FEATURES Ideal for coating knots for strength Smoothes knots to easily slide through guides Cures soft and pliable Instantly cures with sunlight or UV light Quickly repairs damaged flies 1/2 oz HOW TO USE While shaded from the sun, apply enough UV Knot Sense to coat knots.
Rotate line or use applicator to form UV Knot Sense to desired shape. Expose to sun light or use one of Loon’s UV lights to cure. In direct sun (or when using Loon’s UV Lights) hardening should take approximately 15 seconds.
There isn’t anything bad to say about this product. Loon UV Knot Sense is THE product to use for putting a protective coating over knots, especially fly fishing leaders and backing knots and whipped loop connectors.
This isn’t super glue, it’s a UV cured polymer that cures rock hard (use the little UV lamp) and there is no substitute. Remember, it won’t make a poorly tied or weak knot stronger, it just coats a knot so it doesn’t hang in guides or loosen with repeated use.
You’ll appreaciate this when a bone fish gets you into your backing before you even realize you set the hook. Makes a good fly head coating but a little pricey for this in large quantities. I always keep it in my tackle bag along with the mini lamp.
This stuff is easy to use, and works as advertised. The only caveat I would mention is, obviously, you need to apply it out of the direct sunlight, as UV light cures the glue quickly. Whether youre attaching a new tippet section on the water or building your own leaders, this is a great way to reinforce your knot.
UV LED Flashlight for Curing UV Resin Epoxies. It is important to know that this flashlight will not cure regular resin epoxies. In order for the flash light to work you need to make sure you are using a UV curable resin.
Use: Charging fishing lures and identifying Uranium Glass. Very compact, great durability, and very well designed. Adjustable beam is still powerful enough for distance use. Highly recommend. Ordered on a Sunday and received that Wednesday.
The UV LED lamp uses 6 high-power 405nm UV LEDs to quickly cure 405nm UV resin prints, allowing objects to be cured efficiently, using less time than usual. The resin can cure in 10-15 seconds from a distance of 5 cm from the light, but thicker parts require more time.
The lamp can be used in DIY curing packages or handheld applications. Due to the strong ultraviolet light output, please use eye protection when using this light. Uses: UV curing, resin curing (SLA DLP print curing).
UV Clear Fly Finish is for those who believe 鈥渇ive minutes to cure is five minutes too long. 鈥? No mixing or waiting is required, and it remains workable until exposed to direct sunlight or Loon鈥檚 UV Bench Light or UV Infiniti Light, at which point it will cure in a matter of seconds.

This product is easy to use and the applicator tips blow clear easily so that they will not be plugged the next time they are used. this is a big plus. This is the first time I have used a UV finish so my review should betaken as such.

HNS Puritec lamps from offer impressive quality, contain minimal amounts of mercury and have a long service life. The special soft glass absorbs the 185 nanometer line of mercury, suppressing the formation of ozone and ensuring environmentally friendly sterilization.
I bought these for my evaporator coil illumination system, to eliminate black mold and possible coronavirus from the air. They work great, but unfortunately one of the 4 I bought was defective and had a manufacturing defect.
The other 3 work great however, and so I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will order them again.
This is only a uvc bulb that must be placed in a proper wand or appliance. It was only about $10 and mistakenly thought it was a complete usable unit. Since the cost of return would equal the amount paid, i have kept it.
See better with the powerful and rechargeable Loon Outdoors UV Infiniti Light! This environmentally-friendly, high-powered UV flashlight is perfect for curing any of Loon’s UV resins. You can also use it if you need a little help seeing your flies while tying.
It features a micro USB charging port to make sure you always have long-lasting light. The small on/off button displays green when it is fully charged and turns red when the battery level is low. Cure your flies quickly and efficiently with the Loon Outdoors UV Infiniti Light.
The rechargeable battery works great! The light seems super bright compared to my other one that requires regular batteries. Damn Duracell Batteries leaked and locked inside my original light, so I was super pleased (stoked for you younger tiers) to see Loon offering a USB Rechargeable Option! Well worth the money and clearly well made and meant to last!.
Dont forget to open light rear cap and remove small piece of white plastic on end of battery or it will not take a charge or turn on. Red light flashing means charging, green light is charged. Other than that, its a great quality light that does the job well.
