Variation Reviewed: Formovie Theater Ultra Short Throw Projector 2800 Lumen Triple Laser UST Fengmi T1 Global Android OSThis is our first projector and we’ve only had it for less than a week so far, but it’s definitely met our aspirations for bringing a theater experience into the living room.

The picture quality is amazing, does not feel like there is any compromise coming from a relatively new 65″ LED TV and that alone exceeded my expectations. On the other hand, the size just transforms the experience whether it’s live sports, movies, or just binge streaming a series – everything feels significantly more immersive and it’s a real pleasure to watch.

Setup of the projector itself was very straight forward, it updated to the newest firmware without a hitch and configured the wifi and settings from my android phone smoothly. I have it connected via eArc to a Sonos ARC, sub and surrounds again without any issues.

I’m also using a Shield Pro with it primarily for streaming and that transferred from the TV to the projector without any issue hdmi-cec worked for both without any work. Still tweaking the picture settings but have no real complaints with the image out of the box.

Dolby Vision seems to work fine from the Shield, I kinda like the notification tag it adds to the screen for a few seconds when starting compatible content (vision and atmos). Haven’t played with streaming games over the Shield too much yet but looking forward to messing with that next.

The Spectra screen was definitely more work to assemble, but the mounting mechanism with the height adjustments in the brackets made that easier than I had expected too. The finished product looks great and works really well even with reasonably high ambient light.

I do have blackout shades for the wall of windows facing the Arizona sun next to it, but it’s still entirely usable in less than ideal lighting conditions. Couple of quirks that I’ve also seen documented on the AVSForums too, but willing to live with them and hoping they get addressed in future firmware releases.

-WIFI periodically cuts out entirely – the unit can’t see any available networks until reset/rebooted. With the Shield on a Gig LAN connection it doesn’t impact me much, but would be more of an issue if you were relying on the built in media apps for everyday use.

-If you disable the built in speakers it throws an alert window you have to close every time the unit is brought out of sleep asking you to confirm the setting. I can live with those quirks, but it would be nice to see them addressed down the road.

As you can see from the pics, I have the projector mounted inside an Ikea Besta TV stand and that took some modifications such as adding a TV slide unit and cutting holes for a pair of USB fans to help with air circulation, but the final result is pretty clean and the projector slides away neatly and is protected when not in use.

Joe was great putting together the order quickly and helping me deal with some unique shipping challenges. Felt much better making the decision to give the Formovie a try based on their reviews, participation in public forums, and hosting events such as the projector shoot-outs.

Variation Reviewed: Spectra Projection Vantage 120″ UST ALR CLR Projector Screen for Ultra Short Throw ProjectorsI got this screen as the first recommended screen was becoming increasingly unavailable, so a new screen was found that matched all features of the first and may be better in some cases.

I am using a HiSense PX1-Pro UST. This is my first ALR Screen, its easy to spot the attributes of screen tech here by how it looks gray one way and black another when just observing how the light hits it, in comparison to how your viewing it.

How when your projector hits it, the light is re-directed back to you. The velvet coating on the outer frame gives it a great look. Its pretty clear with some ambient light that this screen really optimizes the light from the projector.

Since I am a newbie in screen assembly, I am going to note that once you’ve assembled this for the first time, the complexity you may be leary of, assembling such an expensive screen, does fade as you go through it, and you really should have two people to insure the material goes in smoothly.

However, I did have some issues with the current iteration of the documentation. In Step 2, Assembling the inner frame, the picture labeled #2 shows a straight bar, which is also illustrated in Pics 6 & 7, that bar is actually a part of the outer frame assembly, and is not noted in those steps for being installed.

That was sort of confusing, unless the screen design changed slightly since that doc was made, that might explain the confusion. Also, more detail on the installation of the tension rods to highlight how short and longer ones fit into the sides and top/bottom of the screen would have been helpful.

Also a little more detail in spring installation progression. But once you get going it all comes together to create a great screen. The adjustable screen mounts do give you the ability to make a couple inches of adjusting the height and insuring that the screen is level.

The various dimensions noted for your specific projector as to how far it back from the screen and how far below the screen does determine how easily it is to align your projector to the screen. This is a great screen and well worth the investment.

First, my wife and I take our weekly “pizza night” very seriously and nothing is more important to a great pizza night than a great movie.

In in order to get the full effect of a great movie, you need a great picture on a great screen. So, I did the research and that brings me to number two, the picture. I compared Lamp, LEDs, and Lazer (both single and triple) and reviewed the picture quality against cost of ownership.

I saw no significant difference between the lamp projectors (e. g. Epson 5050) and triple laser UST (e. g. Formovie Theater); LEDs are not bright enough for my room. Therefore, it came down to cost of ownership and ease of installation and over a 7 year period the UST projectors win.

Now, why did I choose the Formovie Theater? Well, if you don’t know it was the winner of the “2022 projector shoot out,” which you can find on YouTube, and it was the clear winner over more costly projectors.

Knowing that nothing but the Formovie Theater would do, I was left with choosing the right screen and other than knowing that I needed an ALR (Ambient Light Rejecting) screen, I had no idea which one to choose.

So, I went to Projectorscreen. com. The best thing about ProjectorScreen. com is the ease of using the chat function to speak with an expert. Oh, and if you are wondering, no he, the expert, did not just try to sell me the most expensive screen which he knew I would have bought had he advised me.

No, instead he, projectorscreen. com’s expert, focused in on my desires and advised me to purchase a model screen (Spectra Projection Vantage 120″) that would meet my rather high expectations and did not just push a model that was about $3000 more.

NOW THAT IS SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST!.

First off if huge is all you care about this does deliver, image is sharp and motion is excellent, the setup is straightforward and the alignment app works perfectly. It also does a great job of sensing when people (ie children) get too close and dims the laser accordingly.

Unfortunately it seems laser tech just isn’t there yet, as even in perfectly dark rooms the image is dim and washed out. I know there’s technically a more expensive option, but it’s only 10% brighter and that doesn’t come close.

I was originally made to expect the brightness/colour should be on par with a mid level modern TV, but it’s not even in the same realm. Think worn out desktop monitor from the mid 2000s. I REALLY want to love this, I have spent hours trying to adjust picture settings and laser brightness, but at max it’s still terrible, and doing so brightens up the shadows too as you still get some light shining over what should be perfectly black areas on my other TV.

Credit where due to ALR screen does its job, if I turn on the nearby pot lights they have zero effect on the picture. I just wish the picture was worth keeping it, for the size of it all I’d accept even the equal to a cheap modern TV as in brightness and colour.

While the screen frame is exceptionally well made, and setup is easy, it generally ends there. Ignoring the loud clicking fan, which HiSense customer service says it normal, it’s just not bright enough, even in a dark room, to be worth shelling out this kind of money.

The colours are terrible, think early flatscreens of the 2000s, and with laser at max luminance & trying every picture setting, at night I still can’t get this bright enough to actually enjoy. I really, really wanted this to work, having a screen this big should be amazing, but compared to any other decent projector it is so dull, so dim, so lifeless.

Maybe in a few generations it will be much better, for now, I am so thankful I got it in before the end of my return policy because HiSense customer service just kept delaying and never answering my emails, waiting for them would have meant I was stuck with this.

The sheer size of the beautiful screen, with it’s ambient light rejecting feature, and the brightness and clarity of the projector is something to behold. I’m very happy I invested in this. Everything I do (streaming, PS5) is a delight.

My wife will never understand why I love being in the basement so much.

The screen is built extremely well – especially seeing I had to take it off the wall numerous times to try and figure out the worthless light kit. I had a cheaper Elite screen and there is a major step up in quality when going with their pro model.

I can’t compare this with the Grandview (the other close option), but the screen material is excellent. I have this paired with the Epson UST and I have a very good viewing experience with a TON of ambient light.

Light coming from the side is still an issue (way too many windows in my space), but it’s amazing at blocking overhead lights – we leave our skylights open 100% of the time now! FYI – when viewing the screen from the floor, it looks light gray – when viewing from above, it looks black.

I decided on the elite screen as it was supposed to be easier to put together and have a channel for a light kit. The second part (direct quote from customer service) was extremely misleading. Turns out the light kit is for Elite’s Aeon series screens, not the Darkstar.

For light kits to work with screens, the LED strip needs to be perpendicular to the wall or at least shine outwards on the wall – similar to how Screen Innovations does it. After WEEKS of going back and forth with customer service and having to prove that placing the LED strip *anywhere* on the back of the screen will not produce ambient light, I am told that Elite wants me to attach the $10 strip of LEDs to the outside of the frame.

Obviously, this is a joke, as it’s a $2700 screen and I won’t tape a tacky LED strip on the outside of it. In the end, I made my own. 5″ frame out of wood and then mounted the screen to that frame. I was very disappointed that customer service did not offer any compensation for the weeks of back and forth trying to figure this out, the additional expense, or the misleading advertising.

They should say the screen comes with a light kit, but won’t work unless you tack it to the outside of the frame. Hopefully, this either saves someone a similar headache of figuring it out or an idea for how to make a subframe work!.

Another issue is the middle supporting bar bends outward. Im assuming because the tension from the springs are so tight. this causes the screen to not sit against the wall correctly and makes the image from the projector look funny.

Also had several issues with the led lighting strips. first the way the screen frame is designed it seems the best place to put them was inside the black bracket But this causes the light to be blocked inside the bracket somewhat so it limits the experience.

also some of the leds did not illuminate Also. this led set comes in 2 separate strips and the colors did not match and sometimes one of the strips would not illuminate. I also believe for the price point of around $2500.

this product seems VERY cheaply made. I know there are way more expensive screens but for about $2500 you shouldnt have all these issues.

So you can imagine my wife’s immediate eye roll when I told her what I spent on this screen. The best synopsis of a review I can give is that once this screen was on the wall and put into action my wife’s eyeroll sneer transformed into a wide-eyed grin! Best purchase I’ve made so far this year.

We are now hosting the neighborhood superbowl party!.

We were in search of an outdoor movie screen to accommodate our movie nights. This screen was perfect!. Easy to assemble. Great storage case. The creases came out fairly quickly. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that was bothersome was that we only found out that it was backordered AFTER we ordered it. Only a slight inconvenience.

The frame is easily assembled, strong and very light. While I agree with some reviews that the creases from the screen coming folded do persist for a few days they were barely perceptible and did disappear in a week.

I will try to find a tube however to see if I can store It rolled! No regrets and this is a great price.

The screen height is fixed with limited adjustment beyond a few inches by adjusting the position of the leg braces. At its maximum, the bottom of the screen cannot be raised beyond 33″ without putting the stand on a table at least 34″ deep to safely support the front-to-back leg span.

This screen might be OK for a modest home theater setup but the lack of built-in height adjustment makes it a poor choice for business presentations (ignore the product marketing image of the bar graph), or for any kind of seated audience beyond the first row.

Also, the screen is not flat across it’s entire dimension when deployed, making it harder to get the entire screen into focus. Portability, setup and breakdown are relatively easy, with the screen retracting into the two sides of the clam shell, and the removable stand reverses and locks into a holder in the back of the clam shell.

The compact size when collapsed and the built-in carrying strap makes it easy to transport. That said, I would not buy this screen again, and would choose one that offered greater height adjustment, even if that came at the expense of easier portability.

Also 80″ may seem large but I found myself frequently wishing I had purchased a 100″ or 120″ screen.

This is not suitable for your dream home theater project. This is for those who do seminars, class room training, etc. It’s intended for quick and easy set up, easy put away and easy mobility, though it’s really heavy to carry.

When open the screen top and bottom edge at the center curls in not giving you a fully flat surface, like how a rubber band gets thinner when stretched. The product picture is misleading. The screen is firm, but not flat.

Also, the tripod set up is NOT rotational, so it leaves a huge open space between the back of the screen and the wall. The screen frame has back mounting holes, but that’s too much trouble for a screen that’s not flat.

Besides, the frame is really heavy. I would not trust a wall mount with how heavy this thing is.

This is a surprisingly simple screen to use. Just set up the tripod, place the screen on it, then pull left and right to open the screen. Pros: easy to set up and use. We use this in church which is a bright setting yet the screen reflects the image well.

It is easy to take down and store away. Cons: it is heavier than I expected; it can be moved in two pieces if necessary. The screen was not flat when I first opened it. I extended it the entire way and left it open over night.

The next day, it looked much better. Lastly, it is not as big as I thought. It makes me wonder if I should have bought the 100″ model. Nevertheless, I am very happy with it.

Having experienced failures of replacement bulbs not up to spec, it was a joy to have bulb that performed as it should! Thanks!

Overall this is a great screen for your back yard or camping etc. The screen can be viewed from both sides. So whatever you show on the front will be seen on the back as well. Being that it folds up the screen will have some wrinkles not that big of a deal.

My only true gripe is that the foldable stand on the bottom is very difficult to fold up. Even with the instructions on the bag it is not easy to understand and I feel like I’m going to brake it.

It is everything it claims to be but with one caveat. It folds up for compact transportation and storage but it caused the screen to show wrinkles that are distracting to the projected image. I had to use a travel style steam iron to steam out the wrinkles.

I have only used it once indoor and outdoors so far. I will be interested to know if I will need to steam out the wrinkles the next time I use it after it has been stored in its supplied bag.

The pop up screen worked perfectly. I carried it into a meeting and set it up in five minutes. I was able to show photographs to the judges for the Houston Art Car parade. It went back in the bag quickly with one person.

I was extremely pleased with the portability and ease of use. The instructions on the carry bag were very useful to make sure it folded up correctly.

I looked endlessly to find a small screen to use on my patio with my small projector. I was looking for something lightweight and easy to use. This fit the description to a T!!! I owned this product before and give it to my child when she moved out thinking I would replace it with something better.

I purchased 3 others and returned them all just to repurchase this one.

Caught it on clearance was such a great price and more than exceeded my expectations! I am an employee at staples and i honestly can say I’ve always gotten high quality product everytime I purchased before working there and it has just made me love my job more knowing I can stand behind and support the product because it’s always right on! I purchased this for a training session in my office. Wasn’t aware anything like this existed until I saw it in store. It is perfect for the job! I love the fact that it can be folded up and hardly takes up any space.

I had to place it on a board, atop an uprighted bench, in front of my conference table and it works perfectly and was stable, without taking up space on my actual table. I would definately recommend this for anyone who needs to have mobility when they are addressing a group using a projector.

I really wanted a laser 4K projector for home but ideally one that could work in a bright room when needed and preferably without needing to mount a 25kg monolith on my ceiling. Against this brief, the LG HU85 is ideal.

Although it isn’t small, it is considerably easier to handle than the long throw 4K projectors I was considering from other manufacturers. Plus, being a short throw means greater brightness and less susceptibility to light in the room – I can legitimately watch this with the curtains open which is great for casual viewing.

However, in darkness it really pops and the picture is gorgeous. One challenge in having a short throw is combining it’s necessary placement front & centre with the centre channel speaker in my 7. 2.

4 setup but I found a great stand that allows the centre channel to sit closely beneath the speaker and sufficiently to work well if not perfectly. My gripes with this projector are twofold. Firstly, support from LG seems poor.

The content store lacks a number of apps available on other LG products and some don’t work pending a “software update” (Disney+ being a well documented example). LG don’t appear to have offered a software update since launch (and certainly not in the 12 months since I bought this projector which suggests to me than LG are not especially interested in supporting this product).

I didn’t buy the LG for it’s Smart TV functionality but, as an owner and user of other LG TV’S, it was a selling point that I (and my family) would find it intuitive to use given that it purported to operate it the same way.

It does, but the content available to the projector is a poor cousin of what you can find in the content store for televisions. Secondly, it doesn’t support 24p playback, which means movies shot in conventional 24 frames per second look juddery when panning and it is really noticeable.

Even the credits exhibit some judder. This seems like a real misstep for a product that should surely be looking for an audience among cinephiles?.

I purchased this projector to replace my 13 year old 1080p Mitsubishi. After many hours of reading reviews and watching YouTube videos, I finally decided on this projector. Although it was more than I had originally planned to spend, I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

It is not quite as good as a 4k tv at the same price point, but in my opinion the little bit of picture quality you give up when watching the projector is more than made up for when can immerse yourself in a movie theater size image.

I have the projector set back 15 feet from a 120” 1. 0 gain gray silver ticket productions screen. Neither I or my wife have experienced laser speckle that I had read about and was concerned about. The other worry I had was in regards to the black levels that some users complained about.

While not perfect I found the black levels to be completely acceptable for a laser projector at this price point. By far my favorite feature about this projector is the brightness, I can watch football on a Sunday afternoon without having to use blackout curtains to cover the dual 8 foot sliding glass doors, something I could never dream of doing with my old projector.

We are pretty happy with the Vava ALR 120 screen. The instruction could be better, as it might have saved us some time in figuring things out. But otherwise, the screen is nice! I’d have given it a 5 star if it could be adjusted up and down like the 100″ screen (we knew that before purchasing, but we prefer 120″).

Due to the finicky nature of UST projector, ability to adjust vertically is critical in getting a great fit without too much hassle.

We needed a pull-up screen for our projector due to the anticipated excessive expense of mounting and providing electric power to a screen on the ceiling, but we were a bit concerned about pull-up screens being smooth, flat and stable.

Remarkably, this screen is indeed smooth, flat and stable, and it’s surprisingly easy to move around and, when necessary, store away. And it’s affordable! We’ve only had it a few weeks but so far it’s exactly what we needed.

I wish there was a way to lock it fully open so that it wouldn’t drift down a little after being pulled up. But the image quality is great and in all of the ways that matter it’s an excellent acquisition.

As far as compact projector screens go, this one is quite a bit above the average. The screen truly makes colors pop. Even low lumen projectors produce a great image. Deploying the screen is quite easy.

The 4 small feet add stability and the screen support latches quickly. One downside – the ultra slim design could use longer feet. I had an oscillating fan on low nearby and the screen would not stay up when the breeze hit the screen.

Stow and go with this screen. It takes up almost no space. It looks and feels quality. At THIS MSRP it’s not a bad choice.

This thing is great. At first, we were going to install a hanging projector screen but you need to mount it on the ceiling in my home, and our ceilings are high and we either need to pay a lot for one with a large top border or put some space using chains, etc.

This we can just bring out when we watch a movie and store it under the couch. It is really easy to set up just pull it UP. It also feels pretty high quality. All in all, I like this purchase. Note that I don’t use my projector too often, if you used it daily maybe you want something mounted.

I am so glad i selected this screen. If I could have chosen 4. 5 stars, I would have. This screen is easy store, carry, and set up. It’s constructed of durable materials and seems like it is built to last! However, even though I didnt have a problem carrying it, some may consider it heavy.

It would be nice if it came with a cover to prevent dust (you can always keep the original box) and potential car dings (if transporting it from place to place). Overall, I am very satisfied and recommend this screen.

The Duet screen leaves a bright picture and reflects the full gamut of colors your projector has to offer. It’s easy to pack up and cart around. Folding on the vertical dimension gives you a shorter case which fits neatly in a compact car.

The tripod doors completely on the back of the screen making for easy portability. The whole package is a little heavy. There is no height adjustment, leaving the screen around 4 feet off the ground.

In some circumstances, a very slight line can be observed near the center of the screen directly in front of the tripod. Most times this is not distracting, but some may find it noticeable. The overall package is perfect for portability.

I found this product lives up to in-depth reviews I read from Mr. Majestic and others regarding ease of setup and quality of picture. Only problem, and it’s not related to the product, is I use it via a firestick with YouTube TV and sometimes the “feed” is not all that crisp.

Sporting events like football are not always streamed in a high enough definition to produce a clear picture. Which channel is covering the game seems to be a big element in that equation. It is a bit difficult to set up on a 120 inch screen – very minor adjustments and patience is needed.

I suggest not setting it up with a stand that sits on a plush-piled, carpeted floor. LG needs to offer a reasonably priced “stand” to go along with this product with varying height adjustments on the stand for different screen widths.

Or, suggest stand heights to the buyer in the setup instructions based upon the width of the screen to be used. I bought and returned a few stands before finding the right height I needed. All in all, my friends love the picture quality and would buy one if they were willing to spend what I did to set up a high end theater room.

Hope the price on these comes down a bit in the future.

This projector is, in my opinion, one of the best currently on the market. What the LG HU85LA provides is a setup that does not require running wires through the ceiling as all it needs is to be a few inches from the wall to project up to a 120″ image.

And that image is impeccable in its quality and that is coming from someone who owns an OLED TV with perfect blacks and perfect contrast. For the OLED owners worried about missing out on the perfect blacks I can assure you that the blacks are dark.

Yes, if you look closely you will notice the imperfections but you can only ask so much from a projector. As for the color accuracy this projector is just as amazing with superb color accuracy minus the few instances where very vibrant reds look slightly orange.

And the higher chipset that requires less bit shifts to create a 4K image makes for a very clean and sharp picture. Yes, it is not pure 4K as the image needs to shift to get it there but you will have to spend over $20,000 to get a projector that can do that.

Without question I cannot recommend this projector enough and with that I wanted to address some of the issues people have had with this device. The first is obviously the price. No way around it, $6000 is a lot of money and while I was more than happy with the quality of the product it will depend on how much you are willing to pay.

I will admit that I wish they had just left the sound bar out and reduced the price as it is only acceptable and you will more than likely have a better sound system anyway. People have also complained about the box being white and distracting during the movie.

I’ll be blunt, it’s not distracting. Unless you have a terrible attention span and cannot focus on the screen it will just fad into the background once the movie starts. Another thing you will not notice once the movie starts is the coil whine.

Yes, this projector has it and while it is noticeable when you turn the projector on you will not notice it once the movies starts except for the scenes where literally nothing is happening. Overall, I cannot recommend this projector enough.

If you are in the market for an ultra-short throw projector with a superb picture and if you are willing to pay the price of admission do yourself a favor and demo this projector as you will not be disappointed.

Love the screens but i think i should have gone for an ALR. So make sure that you know the difference and buy this if you are able to keep the room dark and no light reflections. I am able to keep the theater dark for movies so no complain there but would have helped if i had ALR.

Variation Reviewed: Elite Screens AR120H2 Aeon Series 120 diag. (58. 3×104. 1) – HDTV [16:9] – CineGrey – 1 GainUnboxed my screen and assembled exactly as shown in the manual only to find the frame bent and warped.

I really enjoy the look of the screen due to its slim profile. Looks fantastic in my theater room. The one con I have is the overall assembly of this. You really have to have things laid out properly and have the measurements for the screen fittings which require a little muscle when stretching.

Overall I’m satisfied with this purchase.

Tripod of good quality and easy to assemble, the attachment at the top of screen seems flimsy but does the job. However I would have preferred it, had they considered the whole width of the screen rather than just the center to secure the upward pole of the tripod.

Overall I am pleased with the product which I would use indoor only, I am not convinced it would be suitable outdoors even with the cords provided to tie the corners down from the wind.

Came very quickly, well priced, matches description, easy to set up and pull down, works perfectly.

This company sells a great product with no follow through. I received this item with minimal need to assemble. Right out of the box, I had issues with the projector screen fully extending. Adding on top of that I wanted to setup the 12 volt trigger output with the RJ-45 that comes in the box.

Granted I know very little about wiring but for the next 2 months i would learn alot due to the fact that this company expects you to have soldering equipment and a general idea of basic wiring to get this sorted.

All of the above, I’m not that upset about. I learned a ton and it was an exercise that I didn’t mind spending time on. What is upsetting is that after all that hard work it turns out even with their detailed color coding instructions, they gave me a rj-45 cable that had mislabeled wires and eventually destroyed my circuit board.

I then had to wait another 2 weeks for a new circuit board and install that myself as well. Might have just made my own screen at this point with the amount of times I had to take it apart. If you’re looking for something to use right out of the box and is user friendly, this product/company is not for you.

It has given me nothing but problems since day 1 and Elite Screens has been a giant PITA to work with regarding the warranty on this defective unit. Fortunately ProjectorScreen. com was very helpful, but I still would never suggest anyone buy an Elite Screens product.

Easy to install. Works as advertised. Actually quite portable. when compared to another “portable” screen with Tripod that we had earlier. Make sure you have a power point close by preferable near the top or you will have a ugly cable hanging at the side.

comes with a Remote. Wish the power unit was more compact and closer to the screen. Length of the cord is perfect. Manufacturer needs to look at the thickness of the cable. Also ability to work with Smart speakers like Google / Alexa / Siri / Cortana would have been nice.

Thank you to the great sales person for his help in choosing the right projector for my needs. This is a great projector for my presentation it is so clear and easy to read on the screen. I love that it can also suit a small room and project such a big screen for not being far away from the screen.

The Optoma GT1080HDR has a bright and clear picture. I have it projected to a 230″ screen and it looks great. Also using it for a golf simulator.

This review is about Walmart and not the product specifically. the description page lists that it comes with carrying case but when i received the product, the carrying case as well the lens cover was missing.

Unbeatable price for the quality (and packaging). They need to pay more attention to the drilling precision on a few of the brackets, but overall excellent deal and about as expected for assembly difficulty.

It not the easiest or hardest thing I’ve put together, maybe slightly on the easier side. The bottom keyhole hangers I didnt even have to use.

I had a mechanical roll down screen I stopped using because I needed something larger for a bigger space. I wasnt sure about this product but it exceeded my expectations. The black frame on the outside does a great job of hiding any light from the projector that might not be perfectly set on the screen.

Color is phenomenal and I would say even better than my older screen that was more expensive. Build was simple enough and the material feels very sturdy and durable including the screen. Black shadow at the top is a fan I have to remove off my roof.
