After the initial issues, which I believe, are caused by BAD QUALITY CONTROL, this trailer is excellent for hauling two kayaks. I don’t even know the trailer is behind my Chrysler van. I can watch it in the rear-view mirror to see if any issues arise.

It rides very well and no extreme bouncing. I am very happy with this trailer, now that I have corrected all the issues. The Manufacturer worked with me on the issues and came up with a good compromise for reimbursement on the repairs.

I found the trailer to be easily assembled using the instruction sheet provided. When I picked up my kayaks, I found the 58″ load bars to be too narrow and I needed the 78″ load bars for my two kayaks.

Lesson to learn is what is the beam measurement of your two kayaks and order the appropriate load bar. Trailer is light weight but handles road travel very well. Would recommend the product to anyone, especially in comparison to the price of other kayak trailers.

So very happy with our new trailer. Easy to assemble. It was shipped much earlier than predicted. Loading the kayaks is so much easier. I hookup the trailer to my golf cart and down to the beach we go.

Loading/unloading is so simple, it beats wrestling the kayaks on top of the car and saves my back.

Unfortunately this item is really overrated and overpriced. Holes in the fabric after using it one time. No support in the floor. Just cheap vinyl fabric surrounding the whole thing. Definitely can’t handle the advertised 100lb limit because the fabric is so weak.

After 7 or 8 rides, the stitching is coming apart and there are 3 holes in the fabric in different places. It’s a cool design, rides smooth (don’t even realize it’s behind you) and easy to assemble/dissemble… but the hefty price tag for a “utility trailer” covered in cheap vinyl is a huge disappointment.

Especially when it’s advertised as a 100lb payload. They really need a solid floor panel and strong ballistic nylon similar to high quality luggage. Disappointing.

Love this trailer! It’s lightweight and easy to tow. Handling is great and it fits on tight trails. I have 2 dogs who were new to riding in a trailer and after the second ride, they were hooked! I added a soft bed to the bottom for additional cushion and padding.

Even without the added bulk of suspension, this trailer adds a smooth ride. Would buy again, and would buy from MEC due to their rock solid warranty. Fits 2 small-medium dogs (20-25lbs each).

Love this but we didn’t anticipate how large our puppy would get so we had to return for the Bark Ranger XL. She fit the weight range but we never considered her height. We love the look and how sturdy the Tail Wagon is.

If your dog is smaller (we have a standard goldendoodle) then I highly recommend this wagon. It attaches easily to the bike and is a dream to pull. I ride an electric bike and the Tail Wagon just glided along with me.

The good news is (1) these add some amazing stabilization to our 29′ Airstream. I set them up as far back as I can and the trailer is so rock solid I don’t need a set for the front; I still use only the Airstream jacks there.

(2) They’re very light weight. (3) They come with a nylon carrying bag. (4) They’re very easy to remove: just lower the front of the trailer to un-snug the stabilizer and pull it out. (5) A very large range of height adjustment, from just a few inches to probably 14″ or so (I haven’t measured).

The other news is (1) they’re a hassle to secure: you have to lay down (I use a yoga mat). adjust the jacks so they’re tight to the frame. mess with the tie-down that brings the supports together to snug the top bar to the frame.

(I’ve replaced the tie-down with ones that I feel are more user friendly. (2) READ the directions! They aren’t intuitive to set up – the legs have three adjustment button holes you need to determine which to use based on height requirement.

Same with storing them – if you want them to back into the nylon bag, there’s certain steps you need to take. Bottom line is I’d recommend these if you’re going to be camping somewhere for awhile, but not if you’re just there for a night or two – but that’s up to you if you want to go through the hassle for a short stay: your trailer will definitely be more stable.

We had a good experience with Camping World, not so much with the Keystone Hideout though. There are various minor issues that came up with the unit and I had to replace lots of things on my own including the tires and wheels.

It is frustrating that low quality parts are used in these units that are also frustrating and causing issues later on. I think considering the price we paid we did not get the value.

Assembled easily enough. Took about 10 hours. There are several YouTube videos that are nice complements to the instructions, which by the way are very well written. I have’nt had the opportunity to get it on the highway yet.

Will update when i do. I’m already looking forward not to have to hoist an 86 pound fishing kayak to the roof of my car. The Malone SeaWing car racks that we have been using fit on the trailer crossbars.

Very positive experience with Eco. Very helpful and very attentive. I really like the trailer. Well constructed, excellent instructions and very easy to put together. It tracks well while towing. I provided Malone a couple minor improvements.

I highly recommend the trailer for large kayaks.

Much better than trying to lift my Ocean Kayak to the J-cradles on top of my Nissan Frontier. Big problem: Yakima SNAR (snap around) mounts are not large enough to fit around the support tube. Also, the support tubes are too far apart for my Yakima Skybox.

Luckily there is a metal fabrication shop a few miles from here and I had plates made to allow use of the Yakima accessories. Otherwise. an easy build.

After purchase/delivery, I discovered that the attachment used is made of rubber. After numerous attempts to communicate with the manufacturer, by me and my bike shop to see if there was a more durable alternative, my bike shop noticed that Burley offers a replacement part for said rubber piece.

I pressed on, now more suspect that this rubber attachment between my bike and the trailer holding, in my case my precious dog, would not last as they offer replacements. On my 3rd or 4th email to Burley, after not getting clarity on this part’s durability, when I raised this issue, I was finally told that “on page 15 of the owners manual, we suggest that this piece be replaced every 3 years”.

This confirmed my suspicions about their dubious prior and evasive non answers. My bicycles manufacturer’s rep also alerted me to this issue. Burley replied that they and other big brand name manufacturers use this method as well.

That gave me even less confidence. I have found other, higher weight capacity trailers, for ½ the cost, that do not have an attachment piece requiring replacement as they are made of steel, not rubber, which they know degrades over time.

I cannot believe that this is sold this way and there is no alert in big red lettering on page one of the owner’s manual. I shudder to think of those kids and dogs being towed around with a degradable/degraded attachment piece and having little to no idea it requires replacement/maintenance.

Burley should be making it crystal clear regarding the need to replace this part and not hide from doing so by either burying the point deep in the owners manual or evading the question when asked.

It’s a great bike trailer. Smooth ride and good maneuverability. Even as a stroller it was smooth and easy to use. The only thing I couldn’t get over was the stupid handlebar. Any kids in the trailer will cause the handle bar to slip.

The world has very uneven terrains and the constant slippage was a deal breaker for me given how expensive this was. Pushing the handlebar down to lift the front wheels over a bump caused it to slip.

Pushing the handlebar up to lift the back wheels through the doorway caused it to slip. The seat recline was cool but limited in range. The storage is only usable if the seats are not reclined. Even then, any kids lunch bag was too big to squeeze into it.

We ended up putting their stuff at their feet which wasn’t ideal. The double stroller wheel was extra accessory but it was annoying that unlike the Thule, there was no option to store different accessories on the trailer itself and it had to just be store separately.

Suspension was there but it pales in comparison to the Thule. I really don’t understand how all the reviewers are raving about this stroller. I question how many free items are being sent to influencers for their positive reviews.

In summary, get the cheaper one and use it just as a bike trailer. To use it as a stroller leaves much to be desired.

I got this not for bicycle use, not for carrying kids, but for carrying camera gear on trails. I hope. My back is weak; the Honey Bee frees me to walk. I’ve already tried toting my camera bag (20+ lbs) and tripod.

The tripod doesn’t fit fully under the cover, so I have its legs jutting out along the towing bar (toward the front wheel). I couldn’t use just any bike trailer as it is necessary to keep my back more or less straight up and down.

Most carts (and jogging carriages) force one to lean forward. The Honey Bee’s handle goes up high enough so my hands are about chest high. Cody at REI Portland went out of his way to put together a full Honey Bee since there wasn’t one on the floor.

That was the only way to measure the handle bar height, but it gave me a preview of putting together my own once I got it home. The first step — getting two bars clipped together — is very difficult, but the rest of the construction is easier.

A quick usage note: the Honey Bee doesn’t work well empty. I had my camera set up in the house and wanted to go for a walk — that passes for exercise these days — and the front wheel tends to float off the ground (especially with the handlebars set high).

I grabbed a bag of potting soil from the garage, and that worked well as ballast.

UPDATED REVIEW, DROPPED A STAR: After a few months of use, it has not turned out like we had hoped (See photos). The front of the cover is fraying and we discovered that a whole has also developed. The fraying is from the strap rubbing against the cover itself.

The strap is as tight as it can be without it be pulled from its sewn position. Odd that this would be happening from the wind blowing, in this short amount of time. The whole, well it just appeared.

We did place bubble wrap at points that we felt there would be potentially an issue and at this one we were correct. A whole did develop even with the bubble wrap on the placed on the point of the fender well where there was metal that could have touched the cover (only single layer of fabric at this point, which is why we wrapped the fenders prior to the cover being installed.

I really like the design of the cover, just wish there was a way to better protect our cover investment overall. Seems like more thought could have been placed into the application of the product since this is what they do.

Understanding this is a “universal” fit for most. Some add’l patches or materials pieces with tape or velcro points included in the product could help prevent damage to the cover, as a “place these here at.

” Overall it did fit our camper as expected and the graphic design is nice, but the investment for the short time has been a bit frustrating. — Nice cover and fit good, not perfect but good as described and better than expected.

What we have discovered, after a little over a month, is that the material begins to fray. This is due to the material rubbing the front straps when the wind blows. Odd issue but nevertheless it is going to cause premature failure.

Bummer. Not sure I would recommend, unless wind never blows in your area,.

I’m amazed at the quality of this cover for the price we paid. It looks great on our trailer, and I love that it has zippers so you can still access your door without taking it off. We have an older 2001 Dutchman 31 foot bunkhouse, and it has definitely seen better days.

With this cover, we will be able to make roof repairs without fearing about it all just being ruined come winter time. We live in a pretty snowy region, so I’m very relieved to have this cover to give me extra piece of mind through harsh weather seeing as we store our trailer outside.

I have used Adco products in the past, from my pop up camper , to a previous hybrid and now a new travel trailer. The ADCO 52246 Aqua-shed Travel Trailer Cover works perfectly for my travel trailer. It hits the sweet spot of price vs.

performance. It is relatively easy to install-I recommend that you watch an installation video on YouTube first. I feel it’s a good investment to help protect my unit on the off season from the sun and elements.

That coupled with a power hitch cover and tire covers are a great combination.

Place this on my camper in August of 2021 for the winter storage. Worked well threw the winter season stay put didn’t collect water BUT when I went to remove it in May of 2022 The cover stuck to the dicor the corner peeled some dicor up plus ripped the cover even with a light pull it will not hold up to the elements it Deteriorates its strength threw the cold weather and sun last lasted only 9 month now im out 600 dollar useless cover Purchased at Wilkins RV in Bath NY.

I would not recommend this cover for it only lasting one season.

I got the cover about a month ago and, until now, so-far-so-good. It is way lighter than the previous (cheaper) Classic one I had before and that will put less strain on it, at top, against the corners of the trailer.

I am interested to know how it will hold at the first stronger wind; the previous one just broke apart, but I’ve got it replaced very easy, based on the 3-year warranty. This one has straps that hold beneath the trailer and I consider that being way better that heaving it lose.

It has zippers at all corners that make way easier to have access to the trailer and to put it on and remove it. And one more thing: it comes with 4-year warranty (I hope I am not mistaken), that is a huge plus for the Central-South California hot an sunny weather.

It worth to pay an extra $100 to get this one, compared to the cheaper ones from Classic. And the Walmart/Classic warranty works very well. I would definitely recommend this one to anybody.

I just finished installing this underbelly material and it turned out great. It was a true DIY job and being an older woman, I was very intimidated at the prospect of crawling under our older 5th wheel and tackling the job.

The material was very close to what was still under there and I was able to patch in a 5′ foot section without too much trouble. It did come a few inches wide and was easily trimmed to fit the width of our trailer.

My only suggestion is to have a installation video from the manufacturer rather than just the marketing one I could find.

We needed to replace our “factory” underbelly so we decided to order this product from RecPro & we were very pleased with it. It was a lot better then we expected. We have a 40′ fifth wheel & we were able to install it with no problem in a couple of days.

You really need two people to do it. We used angle irons (18 gauge with holes already in it) to secure the edges (to keep the critters out). Very pleased with the product. We have already recommended this product to our son, who is also looking into replacing his.

Better than the sheets of coroplast. Just as tough but easier to work with. I did my underbelly in sections that corresponded to cross pieces on the frame. Made it easier for one person to work. Overlapped two inches and each section roughly corresponds to a serviceable section with electrical/plumbing.

This cover is fantastic. We had the same cover previously for our last trailer and when it was time to buy a cover for the new trailer, we didn’t have to shop around, we knew exactly which cover to buy.

The weighted “toss-under” strap is an excellent new addition and saves me from making the kids crawl under the trailer to retrieve the strap ends. It took just under and hour to put it on and adjust it.

It was rolled up just right to unroll from the back and unfold over the sides. It is very manageable considering the thickness of the material. I cannot say enough good things about this cover. Highly recommend!.

I purchased this cover originally in 2017. During my first year of ownership some birds ripped a hole using the fabric to build their nests. So yes, birds like it’s durability too! I contacted the company and basically this wasn’t covered by the warranty.

They discussed it with management and ended up covering the warranty and sent me a new cover. I do take extra steps every May during nest building season, but have been very happy with the cover for over 4 years.

I highly recommend and will use Classic Accessories again when I’m in the market for a new cover.

My 2020 tiffin phaeton is taller around 13 ft and this cover is a little short for my application. Around 2 ft more would of been perfect. Cover itself is quality. Great strap system and buckles works well.

Check you height and order accordingly.

i had this cover 6 years ago fit like a glove was totally impressed. i wasnt paying attention 2 years ago whilep utting it on and ripped it badly. i purchsed the same cover again last summer amd it sat till winter.

I covered my rv one week later i went to check and tje cover was gone other then. a few straps. I wrote classic not expecting anything is i didng really have my receipt due to losing email amd other things.

to my astonishment they sent me a brand new cover to my house. WOW i will spread the word of how amazing your company really is to everyone. totally shaocked and amazing. thank you thank you thank you.

This is my second cover for this trailer. The first was from a different manufacturer. So many of my comments will compare the two. My first cover had a three year warranty. At the end of three years they sent me a letter suggesting it was time to buy a new one.

Not too long after that it tore to shreds. This cover is definitely lighter weight than the previous one, therefore easier to get on the trailer and to install. Since the first tears on my previous cover began at the downspouts at the four corners of the trailer; this time I cut tennis balls and placed them on the downspouts.

Hopefully this will prevent that problem. I have received some mixed messages on the warranty on this cover but I have been told by the warranty department that it has a lifetime warranty as long as you own it.

That was a major selling point for me. Hopefully I will not have use the warranty. I like the placement of the tie downs. On the previous cover the tie downs were at the bottom of the cover and you had to reach down under the trailer to tighten them.

The latches for this cover are at a comfortable height and easy to tighten. Since I keep my cover on during the summer months to protect it from the sun, I like to have access to the trailer when we are not traveling so I keep the flap at the front door open for easy access.

I was disappointed to see that there are not latches on the outside flap to keep them from flying loose. To address the issue I used Velcro to attach to loose ends to strap them to the underside of the trailer.

The cover fits better than my old one. I also purchased wheel covers from Classic to protect them from the sun. Of course time will tell; but so far I am very please with my purchase.

This is one of the cheapest products I’ve ever bought. I had a couple of straps come off the first year because of the cheap fabric. But, although we only cover for the winter in our driveway. the second year it just fell apart.

Literally disintegrated into powder. It just came apart in multiple spots and left white powder all over the RV. You’re better off with a tarp, or nothing.

We had an old chariot we bought second hand. But a we used it daily, we decided to upgrade for all the bells and whistles. By far, the best for anyone who is active. We have used everything except the ski accessory so far.

They have taken the pre-thule models and made it that much more user friendly. The ease of folding and taking the wheels on converting to jogger and stroller is great. The sunshade design can adjust or be removed (great for multi climate like on the west coast) and having the reclining seat which is one of the sport features, was a nice bonus.

My little guy is very comfortable. I was really disappointed with the bike light it came with, 1 – it is battery operated and in this day an age usb is the way to go and 2 it it has never worked from the onset.

We have had the sport for a couple of weeks and no mater what batteries I try it is not working. Considering the price you pay I was not impressed. The rain cover is easy to use, but the screen mesh kind of just sits on top and does not clip to anything that I can see.

Maybe user errror. Would be nice if that could also be removed. But it is a huge improvement from what we had. Also, the side panels are a bit dark, the older model my little guy could see out of much better, so that could be improved.

Love the handle bars being able to fold down and makes for easy storage even in our smaller hatchback. And the back storage which can be folded up when not in use is nice. I bought the running wheel and the two organizers, expensive, but when you are in this far, you really want to ensure you have everything u need to make it work for you.

We use it daily as a stroller and running stroller, bike usually once a week. Carry some groceries in it, take our little guy to daycare. So glad we upgraded. All the bells and whistles are really nice.

We used our old one from when our little guy was 4 months in the sling which was so comfy for him, he would sleep for hours and the suspension make a difference! I would say if you are thinking about it, definitely worth it.

But I do think they can tweak a few things. We bought ours in store and the customer service was great! It was nice to make a purchase in shop and see the floor models.

While the product line states “The ultimate trailer, jogger, and stroller with great performance, comfort, and style for athletes and their kids. Includes Standard, Comfort, and Sport Package”, it does not actually include the jogging kit or skies, which was very surprising.

To pay an extra $400 above the base model and not actually have any significant extra product is extremely disappointing. The first line of the Features page indicates “4 activities – designed to excel when you bike, jog, stroll, and ski”; again though, neither jogging nor ski kits are included.

At the very least, I would expect somewhere on the page for it to specify this, as the product description and the pictures on the product page suggest otherwise. Save your $400, and get the base model with the additional kits you’ll have to purchase anyways.

At least when you buy children’s toys they specify “Batteries not included”, you’d expect the same level of transparency from such a high priced product. Would not buy again, would not recommend to my family/friends.

We live in the mountains so we need something that is stable through different types of terrain: gravel, dirt, snow, ice, sand, pavement, grass, etc. I love the different trailers options so that we can stay active through the 4 seasons.

We have the Urban Glide Stroller & Sapling Child Carrier – both made of high quality materials – and our experience with Thule products have been far beyond our expectations. We decided to go with a brand we trust and are familiar with.

Even though we only have one child, we purchased the double sized trailer for more space + the option to have a friend’s child ride with. This trailer does not disappoint! It has superior suspension that gives my son a comfortable ride without being jarred from side to side, has an amazing turning radius (ability to turn on a 2-lane bike path without having to veer into the bushes), and is very stable through uneven terrain (even with my son’s weight just on one side).

With no doubt we have the safest and most reliable trailer for our son.

We love our Trailer. It is fun. Frame is sturdy. Tires could’ve been softer (wider) but they do the job. There are some design issues. First why does retro not sell descent sit support? A 1 year old literally needs support on sides and preferably back.

And that 5 point cheap seatbelt limits adding propper back support. When our child falls asleep it gets worse. She hangs in the air or with her head rests against the plastic vinyl sides. Why does retro not sell prefab cushioning? 2nd The seatbelt.

It is cheap cheap cheap. And you have all these carseats and strollers to see good examples! Its unpadded, flimsy and a weird 5 point design. Adjusting is not so easy. The centre bottom piece can hardly be adjusted.

I Wish they had an option for ordering better quality seatbelts. why this cheap? Literally The same material used for bile-helmet straps. Any parent demands the best safety wise so this baffles me. 3rd the cover.

There are two simple pushbuttons to fix the cover. They are flimsy. The slightest pull and its loose. Also the sides are plastic see through. With warm weather in the city it is not comfortable. Should’ve been a netting material.

4th the connection adapter for the bike. So The piece to be placed on My retrobike bike does not angle properly due to the design of the bike. This is strange because its all the same brand! It results in having to keep it slightly loose so I can angle the piece better for connecting.

It means I need to secure it every time with a wrench afterwards to keep it safe. A simple unnecessary design error. 5th the tube frame collapses neatly however It cannot be locked into that position.

When u tilt the trailer it falls back open. A simple secure band would make it more user friendly.

Beyond great! I ordered a single bike trailer for my 18month old. It arrived in within 5 days of placing the order. It arrived with a flat tire and a bit of a defective cover(very minor with the cover only)I emailed the team at Retrospec and they replied very quickly.

Shawn, emailed me to say that he would send me a couple of tubes for that tire. He also stated that I could send back my trailer and he would send me a new one that wasn’t defective. I told him I loved the product and had just added lights to it and that it was fine.

Well that same day Shawn emailed me again and said that he was going to ship me another trailer anyways because he did not want me to have a defective trailer. I appreciate the fact that Shawn was willing to do this so I had a safe trailer.

It was easy to put together. My 3 year old even helped. She is on the tall side and I don’t see her being able to fit comfortably for ro long. It came with everything needed to hook on bike. It pulls and rides smoothly.

The pull over front takes a lot of pull to reach the velcro. We had collected rocks from clay dirt and it cleaned up nice. Pros, Pulls well, easy assembly, great value for the money. Cons- small interior for taller toddlers, difficult covering To improve design I would make this taller with a chair type interior that drops down at feet.

I would have it velcro at sides instead of bottom. And have a More secure attachment for the flag pole.

Haven’t yet put this item through its paces. Packed it out installed one of the cutters in the pack and gave it a test run. I have to say I am nicely impressed with the value for money. I cannot fault it at all.

The plunge base and extras are of adequate quality. the Noise is surprisingly low IMO. Would I recommend this piece of gear? For this price absolutely. I will of course return to this review if I find something amiss.

But I am at present very pleased.

We put this on yesterday it was easy to do and we feel like it will last us for many years.

I bike AND run daily even in 5 months of snow, and have had three Thule products: the Urban Glide 2 stroller, the Cougar chariot and now this. I sold the Urban Glide and the Cougar for this beauty! It’s incredibly easy to transition from bike to stroller mode, more so than the Cougar, it pushes almost as smoothly as the Urban Glide and has FANTASTIC ventilation.

Two things I would change are the brake since this one can only be done by reaching between the wheel, and for suspension. The hammock seat is as sturdy as a bench seat, but it doesn’t absorb the shock very well for gravel or running on cracks.

I’m almost always on pavement though and the kids haven’t complained. If you need a fixed jogging wheel or go off road often, it might be worth doubling your budget for the Lite, but if you’re a flat surface roller like me, it’s a fantastic lightweight trailer.

Maybe buy some WD-40 for the knob to fold it- they’re a little snug.

Purchased couple years ago and very lightly used. Safety straps looked very badly designed and not secure at all day 1. To make things worse one of the latches stopped working. Stacked. And to make it even worse, I do not think it can be replaced.

Thule does not list it as a replacement part anyway. Brake system was rarely used considering we live in flat area. Even that misfunctioned when one screw get lost and brake could not be disengaged. I fixed it but again, design is poor, that screw keeps getting lose.

Another problem is that trailer has a lot of room for stuff at the back but not enough in front for kids legs. Again, bad design. I am not saying trailer is so bad but it is not worth the money. I think it is better to purchase cheep alternative and not to be surprised with issues.

We have been using the Coaster XT for almost a year and have had nothing but good experiences. Our little guy (now almost 2 yrs old) loves it, and we utilize the secondary seat for extra clothing, stuffed animals, snacks, etc.

It is perfect for our bike rides to the Farmer’s Market, where we can quickly convert to a stroller to walk around, and pack our market goods in the back storage. It feels very sturdy, and while there isn’t anything remarkable about the shocks, it seems to be quite comfortable whether we’re on the road or an easy trail.

I also like the ability to use the screen or the wind/rain cover, depending on the weather. The only other feature that would be great to have would be some sort of shade cover. We debated getting this since we already have the Urban Glide 2 jogger, but have found both to be equally used and enjoyed.

Looks good. Fits good. We have used it for 2 winters so far. Was disappointed when taking it off after the first winter that there were holes in it. Have not taken it off yet this season so we will see if its useable for next season.

When the cover arrived, i was blown away how great is made and how good fabric is used. My wife has drapery business and she was amazed as well. After few heavy rains our camper is well protected. We just love it.

Fits our RV great but missing a buckle on the rear so we had to modify to secure it. Too much work to take it back off package and exchange it. Nice heavy duty material.

As a family we’ve really enjoyed having this bicycle trailer. It’s easy to hitch on and take off when you want to use / store it. It’s small enough that it fits into the back of our SUV for easy travel.

We like taking this to the beach to use on the boardwalk. It has enough room that you can also put some small things in there along with your kiddo (such as your purse) to help with travel. We’ve had ours a while and it’s very durable.

Was looking to purchased this to be able to bring my 4-5 year old 40-45 pound special needs step son along on family bike rides. After a short explanation of our needs and concerns to the sales rep at Dicks in the Bridgewater Falls store he quickly opened up the box in the middle of the floor of the store, unfolded the trailer and said lets see if this will work for you.

Great Customer service to say the least!!! Unit feels solid, it folds/unfolds and attaches to the bike easily. It tows very well, almost too well that you could forget it is wider than the bike an drop a trailer wheel off the edge of the path making the ride for the passenger pretty bumpy.

It is bright orange, has reflectors and came with a flag for the back of help with visibility. The harnesses inside are 5 point and can be configured to secure 2 children, one each side, or a single child in the middle.

Although we have not used it yet, the stroller wheel and handle attach nicely and will be a great option for us when we park the bikes and want to walk to grab a bite to eat. So far the only downside is the top cover needs to be installed to have a screen protection to keep road dirt from the rear tire from getting into the trailer (hitting the child) while riding, with the cover on it seems like it could get pretty warm inside since the side windows are plastic only with no type of screens.

It would have been a 5 star rating if the side windows could be rolled down leaving screens for better ventilation with the top cover on.
