I like the fabric, but the styling needs work. It needs to be cut better, it looks like a sack and then with the striped pattern it really looks like pajamas. Maybe if it was in a solid color I would’ve kept it and taken it to a tailor to alter- take in on the sides or something.

With coolibar I always think that in their catalogs they pull in the back so that it looks more formfitting than it really is. And I wish on web site They had more pictures with the back and sides. It’s hard to get a good sense of the garment and then they charge you for the return.

The good thing about this is that for long armed people, The sleeves because of the add-on work OK. Most of there’s shirts I have two short sleeves.

The dress feels airy and cool, while staying neat-looking. I haven’t worn it on a scorching hot day yet, but it’s great at 80+ degrees and sunny. I got the light stripe; I assume black would feel hotter.

Excellent pockets and discreet pocket zippers. The drape is nice too. I got one size up, wanting the extra roominess and “air flow. ” The sleeves are long (!) with the intentional extra hand coverage.

Sleeves roll up nicely with two fold-overs (to just above wrist), but are too tight to roll up beyond that.

I have this travel dress/tunic in black and absolutely love it! Sadly, I had to return the coral stripe version because of how sheer the fabric is (which is actually visible in the photos). Re the black version, it is perfection in terms of style, weight, ease of wearing, comfort, ‘packability’.

Would love to see more color options in the near future!.

When I saw this cardigan online, I thought it would be petite-friendly due to the shorter sleeves – and I was right! It fits perfectly! However, the fabric is not my favorite (kind of spongey feeling) and it doesn’t seem like it would hold up well through washings.

Even at the Anniversary Sale price, the quality just didn’t seem to be there. I’ll definitely be returning, but I’m so disappointed since as a shorter gal, it’s tough to find great-fitting clothing.

Was on the fence about which color way to purchase but got the grey/navy. The grey has almost like a lavender heathering in the knit, and it’s really pretty in person. I’m usually an XS in tops, but bought the small for the length (I’m 5’7”), and it’s great.

Not bulky, slimmer fit than most cardigans in a good way. Only concern in the seams, you can see them when you lift your arms and on the shoulders. I likely will dry clean this anyway, so it’s probably fine.

I read the reviews and was skeptical at first. I got the long sleeved black mini dress and I loved it. I think the material felt nice and it wasn’t too thin, but that could be because I got it in black.

Perhaps this dress in lighter colors is more see-through. I usually never buy into Influencer reviews but I follow @katmarlew on IG and I like how she styled hers. That’s why I bought it. I’m usually a size small but I ordered a medium and I’m glad I did.

Had I gotten the small I would’ve had to return. Overall, I think the dress felt nice. I opted to get it dry cleaned out of fear that it would shrink in the dryer. I’d recommend.

Love this dress! Can dress it up or be casual. My only complaint is having to iron it. It comes with so many creases that remain even after it’s first washing. The same with the skorts. I love playing golf in them but they too have to be ironed after their first washing.

Wish something could be changed in their packaging. Their shirts don’t have this issue.

Incredibly happy. Stuffed it in a carry on and does not wrinkle. Soft material. I read all reviews. I’m 5’7″ and 130 lbs and would usually order a small. However, this fabric has no stretch at all, so I ordered a medium.

The medium is perfect. It’s a loose fit and is long enough and flattering. I ordered navy and olive. Both are very stylish. Wore it in the Puerto Rico rain forest and hiking in Death Valley. I also wear it to work.

My measurements are 47x44x51, this dress worked for me in the XL because it’s more fitted than many other coolibar dresses thanks to the built in belt which does little to actually cinch (because it’s too stretchy) but does enough to define your waist.

Sizing up to the XXL makes the top too billowy. A really nice casual dress that I could wear hiking (has a kind of safari feel) or with cowboy boots. Hits above the knee.

I really love this dress and have gotten so many compliments on it. It’s perfect for being out and about, or at the lake/beach. The pockets are wonderful (aka every girl when a dress has pockets) At first the material is very stiff, but breaks in quickly.

My only (very minimal/me being picky) complaints are that the material is not even a little bit stretchy and that the neckline is really high and I end up pulling it down often. To that point, it makes it seem like it runs small, so size up.

Especially if you have broader shoulders. Overall, I’d recommend this dress!.

I want to love this dress so much. I had been pining over it ever since it came out, and finally went for it. The high neck/scoop back is nice and it fits pretty well, but the material is really strange.

It’s really stiff and feels like a thick rain jacket. I expected to to feel the texture of the water repellent finish but it’s so. crunchy? I can’t find the words to describe it, but I’m still staying optimistic that this will be a nice adventure dress!.

The perfect hiking dress: length, durable fabric, fun colors. It’s super comfortable and breathable with a lovely scoop back. My only qualm is that if you choose to wear sunscreen or deodorant, it gets on the fabric and leaves a mark (until the next time you wash it, that is).

Overall, it’s versatile and well made. V happy with my purchase.

lots of coverage for summer sun, but light enough that it’s not too hot. It’s a large fit, but I don’t want something tight when it’s ho. The colour is fantastic and I’d love to see it available in others.

Although the neck is low, it does not gape as so many wrap ones do, and I don’t have to wear a vest under. Love to see a lower neck as I often find the sea-salt ones too high and unflattering for a large bust.

I ordered this dress in multiple colors. They arrived, each wrapped cutely in raffia. I wanted to love these, but I still have a little too much belly for this dress. If I had a flatter tummy, I’d keep these on a heartbeat.

They are cute, comfy, summer dresses, not too short, not too long, cool, stretch fabrics, shelf bra, what’s not to love? My tummy needs to be a little flatter, or smaller, however, for me to look great in it.

I was excited about this dress as from the model pictures it looked like it fit at the top and then hung loosely at the waste. The top was great, flattering, comfortable and padded shelf bra was awesome, but then the fabric simply clung to me and was very thin.

Returning because it is basically see-through in any amount of light. It they had lined the dress I think it would have helped with the clinging and then it wouldn’t be see through.

I really wanted to love this dress, that spot for the cut-out should be great on my shape and the other reviews were good. However the material did not feel great at all, it’s thin and feels cheap. Also, I got a size L since I normally wear a 10/12.

I have looked for a non-transparent cover up forever. This is exactly what I wanted! Flattering without being clingy, quick-drying, and appropriate for a quick outdoor dining stop on the way home. It’s also pretty stain-resistant.

Someone spilled tomatillo sauce on my back the first day I wore it. washed in the hotel sink w/ shampoo and the stains came out. Some reviews mentioned that this runs small, but I think it’s true to size.

I was looking for a basic black dress as I move toward a basic travel capsule wardrobe. This dress is just what I needed. I can toss in my suitcase and dress it up with scarves and jewelry. It doesn’t wrinkle and is very comfortable.

I am 5’7” with long legs and like that it goes well past my knees. After reading reviews did go up one size to minimize waist cling (in my 60’s and apple shaped). It skims nicely but with no need for repositioning or mirror checks.

I feel confident in it and like that about it. A scarf or jewelry will give it flare, if needed. Heading to a wedding and will wear to the Friday night cocktail reception—will wear with an Italian embroidered scarf a friend gave me.

I was looking for an updated dress, something new in the Little Black Dress genre. This dress is just what I was looking for and in that wonderful Travelers fabric which always looks perfect, no wrinkles and 100% comfort! Was concerned it might cling to certain areas, but it skims over the body perfectly and flatters my curves (I’m a well-endowed gal who hates when clothing fits too tight…Size 3 gave me that float that doesn’t cling so I won’t have to fight it while I’m wearing it, no need to reposition it throughout the evening).

It’s a confidence dress that awaits how you want to wear it…dress it up with glittery accessories and a dressy pump or tone it down with boots and a scarf or a funky necklace. The best compliment I can give is that I don’t have an occasion on my calendar that is awaiting this dress’ debut, but I know there will be one…and she’ll be hanging in my closet, ready to flatter me when it’s time!.

Although I haven’t worn a dress in years, more of a separates person, I ordered this in anticipation of travel when it is safer (soon, I hope). I tried it on with tan and white shrugs with a bunch of different scarves, and blue multicolored print cardigans.

This is the perfect dress for casual days. Great for work too. substantial fabric, great drape, no clinging. As others have mentioned, the arm zippers …. While they do add a very cute element to this dress, you can’t tell roll or push up the sleeves because of the stiffness of them.

The dress is pretty but much smaller in the chest area than normal. The no exchange policy means you have to pay the return shipping and restocking fee to get the correct size. Buy from a vendor that understands buying online means you may need an exchange.

It machine or hand washes perfectly. Line dry or machine dry–either works. The loose-fitting drape is good for my body, concealing imperfections. I can dress it up with scarves, making a different look each day.

I’ve been waiting for this dress to come back in stock in my size and it did so I bought it. I’m glad I did, the material is very flowing and forgiving, it reminds me of Eileen Fisher’s viscose jersey material which I have in ever color top and dresses from her line.

The only suggestion I would make to Karen Kane’s line of clothing is to market the same dresses but in a petite sizing for shorter women. I had to get this dress altered in the length as it was too long for my 5ft height.

Alot of women’s clothing from upper scale lines all offer the choices of regular and petite sizing which is a big selling point in the market. I hope to see that also being offered one day soon from Karen Kane.

This is the cutest and most versatile dress I’ve purchased in quite some time. Perfect for day into casual night. Flows well in an A-line cut without being too tight nor too loose. Upper bodice fits well and covers well too.

This is a very cute dress that you can dress up with cute sandals and jewelry and/or a jacket or dress down with flip flops or tennis shoes. Made mostly of polyester with a little bit of spandex so drapes well and good for travel.

I ordered a medium which at first I was worried about as I have hips and thighs but I am glad I did. Sometimes in cotton dresses I need a large but this runs big so either order to your size or down if you are in between.

I originally bought in XL regular. It was HUGE. It looked ridiculous, had no support and the chest was so low, even with the straps tightened all the way. Because of that, I bought in a L Petite. Except this dress was awful.
