There are a lot of different toys that you can keep your cats entertained. Some people like to give their cats a lot of different kinds of toys to play with, while others like to stick to one or two favorites.
Some of the most popular toys for cats include:
-Laser pointers: Cats love to chase laser pointers around, and it can provide them with a lot of exercise. Just be careful not to point the laser directly into your cat’s eyes.
-Catnip toys: These are usually toys that are filled with catnip, which is a herb that attracts and excites cats. Many cats go crazy for catnip, so it’s definitely worth trying out a few different catnip toys to see which ones your cat likes the best.
-Interactive toys: These are toys that you can play with your cat, such as string toys or feathers on a stick. Interactive toys are great for bonding with your cat and getting them some exercise at the same time.
– scratching post: Scratching is a natural instinct for cats, so providing them with a scratching post or cat tree is a great way to keep them entertained and allow them to scratch to their heart’s content.

My sweet little girl (a year and a half old tortie) LOVES these. More than probably anything else in the world. I thought she loved the bigger ones but as soon as these showed up, she lost interest in the bigger ones (and pretty much every other toy).
Fancier, more expensive toys are no match for a single spring from this cost-effective multi-pack. They fit perfectly in her mouth so she can catch them and carry them around. She’ll bring one into whatever room I’m in, no matter what I’m doing, drop it at my feet, and sit there expectantly (and sometimes even meow loudly and consistently) until you throw it for her.
But, it’s not just throwing the toy. You’d better be ready for 20-40 minutes of high-intensity fetch. Yes, fetch. Which she taught herself (and us) with this toy. Because throwing it once isn’t enough.
Throw it and she’ll bring it back (with the same sitting/meowing/harassment). You have to keep throwing it until she’s tired, or suffer her tiny, adorable wrath. I thought surely she’d get tired of this toy and this game in a few months but this has been her obsession for the better part of the last year, with no sign of relenting.
As in write this, it’s 8am and we’ve only just finished 40 minutes of fetch, initiated by her dropping one at the foot of the bed and just standing on my stomach. She’s merciless. Pros: +hours and hours of fun +great price +good quality/durability +happy, well-exercised cat +multi-pack for when your cat hides them +perfect size for cats to carry in their mouths Cons: -small enough to slide under most major appliances -might turn your cat into a fetch-playing tyrant.
I am a kitten foster mom. A lot of cats run thru my household. Every single one loves this toy spring and the fatter version as well. I send two springs with each foster to their new home. It is small and light weight enough for the babies to start play.
They can move it on their own. The littles love to carry it around in their mouths. A bit like a pacifier, that way they always have a toy. It is small enough to fit under the door gap, so there is a lot of soccer with the spring between who ever is in quarantine and the outside world.
The senior cat will also bat it about. Most importantly, no bells or noise. Everyone can play and not wake up the household.
My kitten adores these springs and carries them around the house all day. I recommend getting multiple packs because they all end up under the couch by the end of the day. It’s always fun when I pull them all out and they see their full army of springs again.
Even my senior cat bats them around. I just saw her carrying one in her mouth and proudly meowing at me to show me that she caught something! She has never done that with any other toys. Highly recommend.
The Catit Play Treat Puzzle is a slow feeder with 6 fun activities to encourage your cat to work for their food! Activities include treat tubes, pyramid forest, treat cave, slow feeder bubbles, food spiral, and tunnels.
Place dry treats or kibble in the different puzzle parts and let the fun begin! This cat treat puzzle entices cats to paw out food and prevents binge eating and throwing up as a result. It also encourages cats to work for dry food or treats in a fun and natural manner.
As cats are true hunters, this treat puzzle activates your cat’s natural instincts and foraging behavior during playtime. The Catit Play Treat Puzzle is easy to disassemble, and clean, and is made of BPA-free materials.
My cat looks forward to his puzzle every evening. He’s such a piggy boy with his food. I have halved the amount of dry food he gets in the morning & the rest goes into his puzzle in the evening a couple of hours after he has dinner.
I like that it lays flat on the floor. He’s a big strong cat, if it were a tall puzzle, I think he’d knock it over. This would have to be one of the best things I’ve bought for him. It’s easy to clean as well.
My cats eat dry food exclusively from puzzle feeders so I have a lot of them. This is a great puzzle feeder that’s easier than it looks for cats. My cats will completely empty this in half an hour if they’re feeling dedicated.
I appreciate that the green sections are easily removed to make the whole thing easy to clean as food crumbs build up in the corners. I think this would be really good for kittens.
My cat used to inhale his dry food then demand more. This obstacle course keeps him busy for much longer. It’s challenging but not impossible. It’s a bit light – it does move around a bit while he’s trying to get things out.
I’ve blu-tacked it down which works for a while. But it’s working really well in terms of slowing down his feeding and keeping him entertained.
Keep your cat active and entertained with Jackson Galaxy? Satellites. So lightweight, they’ll glide, bounce, and roll across almost every surface. As your cat bats at the Satellites, they’ll go skittering across the floor providing those spontaneous movements that engage their natural instinct and drive cat’s wild! The bright colors and bouncy movements will keep your cat’s attention during play time.
This is the best cat toy ever for my cat with some sight. She loves them. I had some many months ago but like all cat toys, it is in a spot I haven’t found yet. I spent HOURS looking for these. My cat’s excitement it over the top.
She even gives me her “Where did it go” meow when the purple goes “missing” on my dark brown welcome mat.
These are great little toys. My cat really loves them- in fact he goes crazy when playing with them. We use them to play fetch with him and he kicks/chases them around on his own as well. They are light weight plastic and hollow in the middle, so they are perfect for him to carry around in his mouth and big enough not to be a choking hazard.
The reason I only gave them 4 stars is ($4. 95 for a pack of 4) they are a little pricey for what they are- essentially flat plastic strands twisted into the outline of a ball.
Believe it or not, we have TWO cats that like to play fetch! This is the perfect ball for them. It is also safe for us as it is not a trip hazard when we step on it. It just crunches and we pull it back into shape and they are off again.
It is also water proof. we find it in the water bowl several times a week. It is a delightful toy and thank you Jackson for having it in your line of toys. We cannot find it anywhere else.
Your smarty cats will love the challenge of the Buggin Out Puzzle and Play by Nina Ottosson. Cats bat at the pegs and swivel the leaves to uncover the 14 hidden treat compartments. Adjust the difficulty of the puzzle to make it easier for beginners or more challenging for super smarty cats.
Feed your cat from the puzzle to engage their hunting and foraging instincts; the puzzle holds up to 1/4th cup of food.
I have 2 precocious Bengals – one is just under a year and the other is 2 1/2. Keeping them busy after their meal while I’m making OUR meal is difficult – they seem to have SO MUCH energy in the evening! I needed something that would challenge BOTH of them – simultaneously – while I get things done.
This is exactly what I needed. They can both search for “treats” (I use dehydrated treats in the challenging bits and dental chews and kibble in the easiest bits). This keeps them both occupied for a long time.
The REAL bonus is that they both have their favorite “treats,” so they’ll skip over the parts that have what they don’t like, allowing the other to get in there. They actually circle the toy several times while working to get every morsel out.
I can hear them later (usually around 1am) each checking to make sure the other didn’t miss something wonderful. I clean it up each morning and keep it on the counter, ready for the next day’s catventure.
I’ve never paid so little for so much peace and quiet! NOTE: Visitors are amazed that my “kitten” will flip the leaf to the side, slide the ladybug over a hole and back again (EXTREMELY fast) to get her treat.
She’s a pro (as is her brother – but he’s much larger and a little slower since he has to use his paws to grab the treats and she can just dive in – – nose first. ).

My cat did like this toy but got bored quickly. I wish the part attached to the top was more flexible or springy. I think the cat would be engaged a little longer. She definitely did try to get the ball out of the top in earnest, which was cute.
She sporadically plays with it for a few seconds here and there. It’s meh.
My kitten pair were bought this for christmas, and it was easily their favourite toy for a few days – they managed to pull out the balls really easily and even finding them and putting them back in – the plastic ‘has stretched’ so they just fall out again.
having said that, it is a good toy, heavy enough to not just be tipped straight over like other cheaper versions, and they like the mouse on top still, so have use with large ping pong balls! Planning to buy again when they are older and less mad!!.
mine came without the center ball. we can substitute our own ball on the inside, but obviously it is not the right fit or feel that was intended for the toy. it’s still usable, but pretty disappointing seeing as it was advertised to have 3 types of fun and a “hidden” ball for enrichment.
As with any product, supervise your pet’s use of this toy. Inspect product regularly for rips or tears and remove toy if damaged or if parts become separated, as injury may result. Intended for pets only. Keep out of reach of children.

1. ) “Tower of Tracks” was priced at $8. 80 when I first looked at it on the Wally website. After fifteen minutes of research elsewhere on this item, I went back to W to order one. This time, it showed up for $11.
99. Huh? Price had increased to $11. 99 by then on the other site as well. Thanks, Big Tech! I did Wally’s online Return process two mornings later and found the same Tower of Tracks units were priced at Wally online for $8.
84. Seems like “activity-based pricing” – something I didn’t expect to see implemented by Walmart – the nation’s largest retailer. Formerly, I could count on Walmart being the lowest price when I walked into their store or got online to order.
This feels like Amazon-esque, level-of-interest-related pricing gamesmanship. We got wise to the idea being hustled at car dealerships in the 1970s, but I didn’t expect to be sliding a piece of paper back and forth across the desk from a salesman (with different prices on it each time) when I was buying an $8 toy for my kitten from Walmart.
Decide what the price IS, Walmart, and then leave it in place when I come back to place my order. I’ve got your number now. Will be writing down the first price I saw when I originally looked at an item on your site – just like I did before I finally deleted Amazon.
If a product cost has increased several MINUTES later, I won’t be ordering. A “level of interest pricing algorithm” regarding a cheap household pet product does not increase its dollar value in my world.
2. ) This Tower of Tracks I received two afternoons ago arrived “pre-opened” with its foot long retaining tie wire disconnected from the box/shell on one end and the Tower itself laying loose in the shipping box.
3. ) Rather than two balls per level, mine only had one ball in each track. Did the last house it went to borrow three of the balls or not assemble it with all the balls in it correctly? Even the photo of my Tower of Tracks in the Return process shows two balls per level.
4. ) When I set it on the floor to let my eager and active(!) 8-month old cat look it over, she found it interesting enough to lay down next to it and bat the single ball on each level around. However, by the second morning, she was bored with it and walked past.
How many of these must be on tables at garage sales for lack of use? I ordered the Tower of Tracks to help my solo kitten have something engaging to mess with when I needed a break from rolling a ball with her myself.
This did not achieve that level of fascination for her. I had strong hopes, but am forced to return my Tower of Tracks in new condition after one day of sitting on the floor at my home. Glad I’ll be getting the full, elevated, second price of $11.
99 tax as a refund. I’ve lost a notch of faith in you via this transaction, Walmart. Sad to see it!! I’ve bragged on you and stood up for your store on MANY occasions after starting to shop there in the late 1980s.
This toy sat around for a few weeks with only an occasional swipe. I was really disappointed that my kitten wasn’t into it. After making her get out of my flower arrangement for about the gazillionth time, I found a fern in my craft closet.
Now she has her very own arrangement sticking out of this fun toy. She loves to hide in the fronds and attack the balls. My arrangement is safe for awhile, but I just know that she’s waiting for the right time to ambush it while I’m not looking.
If your kitty isn’t too impressed with this toy like mine wasn’t, jazz it up a little. Pipe cleaners with bells wrapped on the ends is always a favorite. I wondered why it had this empty hole and now I know the possibilities are endless.
Our dear friend surprised us and the Kitty Girls (Katy & Jenny – 8 weeks old, and littermates/sisters) with a bonanza of wonderful gifts from Chewy. Incidentally, she’s a big fan, too! Among the goodies was a Tower of Tracks Cat Toy.
I could barely set it down before the wee ones started to play, amazed at the action that came from tapping at the balls, discovering one level/tier at a time! Through the years, my husband and I have been privileged to live with both cats & dogs, so have had plenty of time to watch our “furry kids” at play.
Amazingly, The Tower held the kits’ full attention for well over two hours! A regular marathon, which was immediately followed by the two exhausted babies falling fast asleep. It amused us to watch the girls, on opposite sides of the tower, batting the balls ’round and ’round–rather like watching two opponents playing Air Hockey or tennis–tapping the ball/s back and forth, until they crashed! The opening on the top allows for extra fun, since it seems to be a great place to explore with the paws.
It tips now and again, but that doesn’t seem to slow the action, or lessen the interest. Kudos for making this terrific toy available to happy recipients/shoppers! Our girlies simply love the Tower of Tracks! Many thanks!!.
Frisco Wire Teaser Cat Toy; The kitty-approved playtime phenomenon that’s tested—and loved—by cats around the country! Don’t just take our word for it, try it for your feline. Its simple design—spring steel and rolled cardboard—is perfect to catch your cat’s attention and get him pouncing, chasing and batting.
The natural curve makes it extra bouncy so you can wiggle it around to drive your cat wild. It’s great for indoor cats to get in their daily exercise and to keep them busy and entertained by playing together.
When I first opened the package, I laughed. It’s a pathetic looking toy that comes all wound up in a circle. I thought to myself, “Wow, I got had. This is only a wire with some flimsy pieces of cardboard on it.
At least it was cheap. ” I almost didn’t give it to my five month old kitten but decided I might as well try. And that was when the magic happened. She LOVED this thing. Ignored all other toys just to have a stab at destroying the cardboard.
Did it hold up? For about a week. Is this so cheap I just ordered 3 more? Absolutely. This stuff is like kitten krack. Only thing that would distract her from trying to eat my food. Only thing that would lure her out of closets.
Basically, the only thing she would play with. Especially if your kitten loves wand toys, I would highly recommend “investing” in this. A word of caution: I always supervised her because the cardboard peels away in time, leaving little pieces.
I didn’t want her to swallow any, and sometimes caught her trying to eat it (sigh).
My cat will be 7 this year – so not that old, but no spring chicken, either. Usually when I get him a toy, he’s interested for a minute and then it collects dust. I have one of those feather-on-a-string toys for him that was like $10 and when he’s in the mood, he’ll play with that for about five minutes before losing interest.
This, though? This literal wire and cardboard? I don’t know what it is, but something about this toy just made my cat insane in the best way! He was jumping and chasing after it for almost a half hour! I did give him a little catnip beforehand, but usually the nip makes him very chilled out so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it.
At any rate, I highly recommend this for your kitties, no matter what they’re age – and awesomely, it’s cheap enough that if they don’t like it, it’s no big deal. Give it a whirl!.
I bought one of these almost 20 years ago, at the time I had 3 cats. They would go crazy for it. I was so happy to find it on Chewy! I used to rescue babies and I would play with them with this. Even if the things on the end fall off, they still Love the wire.
I finally lost it and was bummed out. I now have a young Male cat and he too goes wild for it. I bought 1, then on another order I added 2, just so I know I will have it. When I initially bought it in a pet store it was just under $2.
00, so its still inexpensive and is a lot of fun! If your lazy and they don’t drag and swing it around, close one of the cardboard looking things in a drawer and they will play with it a long time. My cat drags it around, now that he figured out how to get it out of the drawer.
I do play with it by moving it and swing it and he goes wild, they will jump high to get it, just like every cat that I have ever played it with. They love it if you move it or not!.
Who needs bells and whistles when you can have just the bells in the Hartz At Play Midnight Crazies Cat Toys? Your cat will love chasing around this fun rolling toy that’s made from a durable plastic ball containing a single, tinkling bell.
Through play, cats exercise their natural instincts to explore and thrive in the world around them. Filling your cat’s environment with toys that stimulate all of their natural play needs will help keep them healthy, active and engaged.
This package contains multiple balls so they can chase them, lose them, and start all over again. Set includes 8 balls with jingling bells Cats love to swat, chase, and pounce Provides hours of fun for your favorite pet Measures 1.
Petstages Lay N’ Play Track Cat Toy with Catnip; Petstages Lay N’ Play Track Cat Toy allows your feline friend to get the purr-fect balance between rest and play. Your pet will love taking a cat nap on the removable pillow pad, which features burlap on one side and cozy Sherpa fleece on the other, giving her the option to choose her favorite surface to curl up on.
The pillow is designed with an enticing crinkle material and catnip inside to really excite your cat companion! Best of all, it rests inside a ball-track non-skid base that allows her to chase and bat at the included ball keeping her entertained and encouraging plenty of play and exercise.
Okay, I was extremely torn between four and five stars for this review. Our 6 year old, recently adopted Siamese cat has shown little to no interest in every toy we bought her. We have tried catnip, silvervine, plushies, balls, rings, wands, light-up, sound, crinkle, leather, felt, fur, feathers, treat-dispensing, you name it.
If she shows any interest in any of them, it is extremely brief, and most of them are left untouched. This includes another ball-on-a-track toy, a multi-level stacking one with several regular and jingle balls on the tracks.
The SECOND I put this thing on the ground, she came over and started batting the ball. This continued, I am not exaggerating, nonstop for half an hour. She wasn’t just casually poking at it, either. She was hitting, kicking, switching its direction, even chasing it in a circle around the track.
At one point she wrapped both her front legs around the track in an attempt to meet her paws in the middle to catch the ball. When her paws (obviously) didn’t reach that far, she just batted the ball back and forth between them.
It was absolutely magical. The ONLY problem is that, within those thirty minutes, I had to go fish the ball out from under the furniture no fewer than six times. LITERALLY every five minutes. The tracks were definitely snapped on correctly, it wasn’t that.
I’m not sure if it’s a combination of her strength and the extreme energy that she was using to attack it or just a straight-up design flaw, but it was pretty frustrating. That said, she has tired herself out and then later come back to it for several minutes at a time about three or four more times since this morning (it’s just late afternoon now).
I have been dying to see her so enthusiastically engage with a toy, so honestly, I decided the frequent game of human fetch that it ends up producing is worth it. And maybe this is not an issue at all with smaller cats.
(Our lady is about 12. 5 pounds, if that helps. ).
Another great toy from the makers of the Da Bird. The Cat Catcher Teaser Wand toy has a cute little mouse attached to a flexible braided wire and then connected to a 12″ glitter wand. The mouse averages 2 Inch in length with a tail that averages 3 Inch.
A fantastic toy to interact with your kitty for play and exercise. Colors may vary. The Cat Catcher is handcrafted in the USA from top quality materials * As with any product. Please supervise your pet’s use of this toy.
Inspect product often for rips or tears and remove toy if damaged or if parts become separated, as injury may result.

I just bought this today this is my second Go Cat product and honestly my cats are obsessed. The other one i have is the “Da Bird” one. I’m not sure how but these have gotten my cats to play like no other wand toy has before.
That is until they break, which they do very very easily. This toy lasted about 3 minutes, my cat caught it in his mouth and wouldn’t let go until the mouse just came right off. I could reattach it because whatever was attaching it to the wand had came off.
I let him just keep the mouse to play with since there was no chance at fixing it. The exact same thing happened with the other one too, it broke easily but there is a way to put that one back together with superglue.
I wish they either fixed the quality or lower the price if they are keeping the quality with how it currently is.
I LOVE the tiny hook that unclasps. It lets me use other mice for example I also bought a 2pk of catnip infused mice-2 feathers for the tail, like a greater racket-tailed drongo it’s ABSOLUTELY GENIUS.
Only & I will say only downside is not enough toys were made for this versatility so I just sewed some tiny hooks of thread to be able to clasp those mice into the wire toy & hes ready to play for HOURS & for a kitten with SO much energy its all quiet which is the BEST for me to get some daytime sleep to be able to work overnights.
He also has this toy inside the car & because of this toy alone hes gotten used to car rides & calmed down while mobile. 5 stars isnt enough.
My cat absolutely LOVES this wand toy. He brings it to me when he wants to play and he fetches it when I toss it. He looks for it and opens the door to where we sometimes put it up. We had one for years and the mouse slowly started disappearing.
It’s now a nub, so I just bought a new one. The new one started losing “fur” pretty quickly. That’s my only complaint. If your cat is not real aggressive with it, it will last and they will love it. I do wish the mouse was attached with something a little stronger than string.
My cat chewed through it when I wasn’t looking. The replacement mice are hard to find and not cheap. Hate to buy a new wand each time. I love that a wire is used, rather than a string, so that has lasted.

I had a couple people recommend this toy to me but I already had a turbo scratcher that my cats were happy with so I didn’t really see a need. Eventually around Christmas I broke down and ordered one just to see what all the excitement was about.
My cats were instantly addicted. They started playing with it together, swatting the balls back and forth. One of my cats gets so excited about it that I sometimes find her hugging the toy swatting the balls back and forth on the other side of the toy.
Or she will run up and attack one of the balls and end up knocking the whole toy over. I’ve never seen anything like it. I happened to be cat sitting when I ordered this for my cats decided to order one for the cat I was watching.
He also loved it so much that I would often come in to find the toy completely upside down, so I knew he was having a wild time with it. I highly recommend this for any cat.
I picked up one of these because it was supposedly the best selling cat toy on Chewy. com. I figured for less than $10 it was worth seeing what the big deal was. I was prepared for the cats to flat out ignore it or be bored after a day but nope! They all love this little tower and have actively used it for the past year.
It’s lightweight plastic, nothing fancy but it is easy to clean. Would recommend.
Well Smootzie gives it an all paws up. Only issue is she is a small kitten and loves getting into the hole in the middle. Because the toy is light weight it has a tendency to flip, so she ended up with a hula skirt which the adult cats would then roll down the hall.
All my cats young and old are having a blast with the toy. Putting a small roll of toilet paper solved the hole in the middle issue. I found you can swap the balls that came with it.

My Girls like some of the toys. One is obsessed with the feather wand toy and wants to play, play, play. The problem is, even with less than a minute of play the wand unscrews itself. I have to constantly stop playing with her to tighten it.
I have tried taking one length out to see if this fixed the problem, however it does the same thing. They also ripped the tail off the furry black and white mouse in about 3 days. Otherwise my girls like half of the toys.
Omg. My cat is in LOVE with the wand!! Only this one, for some reason? She literally will bite on the feathers (her fave – she plays fetch with the worm, though!!) when she decides she owns the toy and I’ll let her pull it out of my hand whereupon she hold her little head up high as heck and PRANCES out of the room with the whole thing, pole dragging behind, as though she’s won a prize.
It’s HILARIOUS. I cannot stop laughing when she does it. The other toys she’s not yet into, but she is smitten by the feathers on the wand, and the worm itself. HIGHLY recommended especially to discover your mini-family member’s particular taste.
OH – and LOVE the bag!!!!! Well done, all around!.
Love that this wand screws together. Previous wand from Fit For Life (with feathers only prey) is thinner and often came apart as my cat would “attack” the prey/toy on the string and run off with it dragging the end of the wand with it.
This one also has a thicker string which I don’t like as we’ll because my cat prefers lighter weight toys, so I’ll switch the string. The toys included with this are a good assortment of sizes and weights.
Not all made to attach to the wand. My cat certainly has his favs and this assortment confirmed it. I’ll donate the ones he is not interested in to a local cat rescue organization.

Reviews From Real Customers
As my cat is a little older, he was initially attracted to this toy (due to catnip), but after rolling with it for about 2 minutes, he moved on. I could get his attention with it again, and would bat it around a little bit, but again, he lost interest.
I think for a younger, faster, more playful cat this toy would be great. I thnk age wise, my cat is “over” it and loses interest too fast. Overall, toy is a good size, it makes a little noise, which grabs my cat attention, the catnip keeps it for about 2 mins, and then.
hes onto something else. Good toy, just not for seniors.
I received this free for an honest review. My cat is a 1. 5 year old fixed female. She loves mouseies. This she was instantly interested in. The feathers caught her attention first and then the catnip.
She played with it hard for about a half hour, throwing it up and rolling around with it. Then passed out from the playing. I consider this a success. She hasnt gone back to it in recent days but that is only because she has been outside and not needing stimulant from toys.
I received this as a sample and I am so very glad that I picked this mouse. One of my older cats, Annie, loved to play with the wishers and all the ribbons and feathers. However, the kittens, Gloria and George, were having great fun.
They rolled it from the living room to dining room and to kitchen and back. They were having great fun being entertained by this great mouse. Thank you so much.
Our interactive cat tunnel not only will keep your cat entertained for hours but is also very convenient. It’s fully collapsible, so you can take the fun with you wherever you go or easily store it away when you don’t want it out.
Medium is suitable for smaller cats and pets (rabbits, hamsters, ferrets). Large is ideal for larger cats or small dogs. Each large tunnel is 21 in long (over 63 in of tunnel) and each medium tunnel is 16 in long (over 48 in of tunnel).

I don’t have this exact brand for our babies but we have one similar and our newest addition absolutely loves this tunnel. She had one in her foster home and she’s loved it here as well! She’ll hide and play in it for long lengths of time! Really recommend this for anyone with cats!.
Our five kittens loved this tunnel. They had more fun playing and hiding in this tunnel. However, it lasted less than 2 months when the fabric covering the hoops started pulling apart from the metal hoops, but I let them continue to play in it because they didn’t see any problem with the fabric separating.
However, when the wire loops started pulling apart leaving ends of wire loose, then I had to throw it away to protect them from being stabbed in the eyes. GREAT IDEA BUT NOT AS STRONG AS IT SHOULD BE!.
Bought 2 larger ones for our 12 communal pet rabbits. They love going in and out and hiding inside. They love playing hide and seek, great entertainment for them. I had to remove the dangling ball with the jingle bell because of a possible choke hazard (rabbits love to chew on everything), but the ball would be a great play toy for a cat.
KONG Puzzlements Pockets Cat Toy; Keep your witty kitty curious with the KONG Cat Puzzlements Pockets Cat Toy. This unique puzzle cat toy features nine different pockets for hiding and seeking tons of toys and goodies.
It is crafted with a crinkly material that makes for a multisensory playtime experience. This paw-some playground of exploration includes an attached ball of yarn toy that rattles when batted around.
Your curious kitty will continue to stay actively engaged with the help of a catnip mouse and supply of premium catnip.
One of my cats was on my lap before I had this unwrapped, trying to get it away from me! Cat #2 came along after it was totally laid out, which prompted cat #1 to defend his territory and start a fight.
They both wound up laying on it, poking their noses in the pockets, batting and chewing the yarn ball and mouse, chewing on the edges, and trying to carry the whole thing away. Other than watching my cats go nuts, here’s what I love about it: -The yarn ball and mouse are both attached to the inside of their respective pockets.
-Only two of the pockets have the crinkle material (which has freaked my cats out before – love it in small doses, and this is perfect). -It IS small (thanks to other reviewers for noting that), but it’s enough for my two adult cats, and I like that it doesn’t spread all over the floor.
Knowing that not all cats respond the same, I’m happy to say that this purchase was 100% worth it for my kitties!.
I’ve got two cats and the one who is typically NOT treat/food motivated actually loves this challenge. He hates most toys that make noise, but these pockets have crinkle paper in them and he loves that.
He loves stuffing his hands in the pockets and pulling out treats, food, catnip. He loves rolling around on it. I love that the pockets open at different angles, so he has to go at it from different sides.
He’s weirdly fascinated by this and that makes me happy. In fact, when my other cat starts closing in on it, he lays on top of it and doesn’t share. I might have to get a second one.
Agent Meowlder loves this mat! He is not a box guy, I know, WHA???!!?!?! But he goes crazy for plastic bags! (I’ve been trying to explain the impacts on the environment) This mat has the best crinkle to it, it sounds like plastic bags (maybe I can stop collecting them).
And he loves the pockets. He likes to paw toys and snacks out from them. It is also a nice place to nap.
KONG Crackles Scoopz delivers a double dip of fun with crackling to unleash hunting instincts and an elastic-tethered ice cream top to temp tugging. The plush cone is great for grabbing and the pull-apart design encourages full-body wrestling.
KONG Premium North American Catnip adds kittys favorite flavor for long-lasting fun.
Wow I’ve never seen him have so much fun with something! The only down side is that he absolutely destroyed this thing within 10 mins. My cat tore the entire ball up and left the scrapes everywhere for me to clean up lol.
Maybe if it was more durable I would get this again, but I’m afraid that he will accidentally eat the parts that he chewed apart and get sick. He definitely had his fun tearing it apart though!.
We had this super cute icecream cone for 2 days before it fell apart! For $4. 99, I’d think it would hold up better – the “ice cream” came unattached from the cone. Disappointing because other cat toys I’ve purchased costing under $2.
99 are still in great condition. I don’t recommend it – buy something else for the same price!.
I have a female Russian Blue that I adopted, and she will only play with crinkle toys. I tried a lot of types, but this one is the only toy so far that has gotten her attention. She even uses it as a pillow, lol.
You may want to pick up two if your cat is rough with things. Chewy is excellent at getting packages to you quickly!.
There are a lot of different toys that you can get for your cat to keep them entertained. Some examples include:
-Scratching posts or pads: These provide your cat with a place to scratch and stretch their claws, which is important for their health. It also keeps them from scratching up your furniture!
-Toys that encourage hunting and stalking behavior: Many cats love to play with toys that they can chase and pounce on. This satisfies their natural hunting instincts and can keep them entertained for hours.
-Interactive toys: These are toys that your cat can play with by themselves, such as a ball that rolls around or a scratching pad with a built-in toy.
-Treat dispensing toys: These are toys that dispense treats when your cat plays with them. This is a great way to encourage your cat to exercise and have fun at the same time!
No matter what type of toy you choose, make sure that it is safe for your cat to use. Avoid toys with small parts that could be swallowed or ingested, and always supervise your cat while they are playing.
