This was a gift for Christmas and I did not like how I received this bag. It came un personalized when I know I put a name on there but the owner said I didn’t. That was the whole reason I wanted to get the bag personalized now I dont know if the owner rushed it because she said she hadn’t got to mine yet n that she had to close the shop down temporary cus she recieved a lot of orders or because my name is crystal n that’s the name I wanted on the bag???I’m not sure but that killed my gift for my sister in law.

There also was a deep mark on the bag so that also made the bag disappointing. I did contact seller but we could not come up with a resolution because it was so close to christmas I wouldn’t get it on time.

Plus I didn’t want to pay 10 $ more when I already spent 20$ n didn’t like it. I was very disappointed.

As the pic shows I filled this awesome bag with goodies for my sister who is graduating from a medical assistant program. It’s the perfect gift to get her started on her new career. I’m thrilled with the outcome.

I really appreciated that she changed the color of the book to match the bag. I never asked her to do that, but she did. Made it look even better. The bag is not huge, but I think it’s adequate for a stack of papers that need graded or a lesson plan book and some papers.

I was so excited to purchase this bag, because of the size. I am giving this a one star review because I can go no lower. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the product. The inside fabric had some snags on the fabric.

Very poorly taken care of. The bag had lots of creases and folds and was stuffed with so much plastic stuffing, as if customer was to not notice the condition of the bag. It looked used or worn down.

I understand this was a clearance item. But why would you send a customer this? Why would they let another customer return this period??? It looked like it definitely had been used before. I honestly don’t believe in returning things because of the hassle of having to go through all of that, I shouldn’t have to return something in the first place, I should be happy and satisfied with my product the first time.

As much as one pays for these bags they should be handled and taken care of very well and delicately. The bag honestly looked used. That’s why I am giving it one star because this is the second time I have purchased an MK.

The first time the MK wristlet I brought I really liked, I went to return it because it was not properly wrapped as these expensive bags should be and the Little Zipper handle was all scratched up. When it should have been wrapped.

Really looked just bad and worn out. To my disappointment I went to return it and they didn’t have any more, so I just had to get a refund. The bag was a unique color and I was never able to find it anywhere again.

I’d thought I’d give dillards another try. This was definitely the last time though. I know now for a fact that employees and the company do not take care of these expensive products. Such a dissatisfaction and disappointment because customers pay a high price for these items, They could at the very least be packaged and taken care of properly.

Won’t be buying a bag again from here! I’ll just stick to the outlets even if I have to drive out there.

I purchased this tote in acorn/black monogrammed a few weeks ago & it came today. Firstly, it was packaged great. Everything was wrapped with no chance of any hardware being scratched & it was stuffed so that no bends or creases were in the leather.

it came in a nice magnetic box with a dust bag. I had my initials done in small gold & it fits in the black stripe & is centered under the logo perfectly. I love the fact you can have things monogrammed bow and will probably do another but in the large letters next time.

The leather is thick & of great quality and the bag is large with plenty of space for a carry all with a small interior bag great for lipstick & such. Also, which kind of can’t be seen in the pic. The front had a small triangle pocket with a leather care booklet in the pocket.

The interior is also a kind of canvas which is super durable. Overall I would totally recommend this bag. I love it & I’ll probably always have it on me as a carry all even in addition to when I carry my smaller bags.

Bought this tote for air travel because it was larger than any of the other leather zip totes in the store. Not much available these days due to Covid. Was apprehensive about the leather pieces from the handles that continued down the side of the bag.

Thought they might start to stick up or get bent over time. Several air flights later, the bag is still looking good. I’m also happy with the amount of stuff that it holds when it is it fully zipped.

Great tote for travel!.

I received my tote today and although the design looked good on it, I noticed some peeling of the image. The canvas material is a little nubby and perhaps that’s where the image didn’t adhere. The image also feels like a thin iron on or tattoo that can come off easily.

Not satisfied and would not be able to sell my design with the poor quality of image coming off. The bag does seem sturdy but the point is having an image that’ll last.

The bag looked nice to give away as gifts to my clients. So, I tried out my tote bag which I only used as a display model. I decided to place an order for more, when I began to look inside the bag, the zipper fell apart and does not work.

I cannot close the bag. My bag was defected. This is not good for only opening the tote bag once. I rated it two stars for the look of the bag.

I have many Scout products and just added the BJ tote this summer. Many beach bags are full once you throw in a couple of towels but, not this one. You still have room for your sunscreen, snacks (l put 3 boxes of crackers and a bag of chips) and more.

The outside pockets are great for your items you need to access quickly. I will continue to add to my Scout collection. I recommend them to all my friends!! Scout never disappoints!!!!.

I bought this bag for my mom for work and had to buy one for myself as well. It’s a great bag as healthcare workers as the material is easy to clean. The pockets on the outside make organization easy for things like water bottle, phone and keys.

This is my 4th SCOUT bag and I can’t say enough good things about them. Well made, excellent sizing and handy features make them fantastic for so many things. This one is particularly awesome because of the top zip closure, side pockets and heavy duty bottom.

I don’t drive, so I walk to the grocery store and also take public transportation around the city. I have several sizes in shopping carts. I bought this one to carry on my shoulder (when empty) so it’s less cumbersome.

It’s perfect for my needs and holds more than expected. It folds easily and is very flat. The handle has 2 levels of extension and doesn’t catch my heel as I walk. Wheels roll smoothly. i will suggest taking the handle down when you unpack, because it fell over when empty with the handle fully extended.

First off I would like to say I love MZ Wallace bags and have a few that I love and highly recommend- never any issues. However, This would’ve been 5 Stars as the mini metro tote has everything you need, but there is one exception… This would have been the perfect bag, except there is a major design flaw!! There is a large amount of fabric (about 3.

5”) on the interior sides for the main zip closure. when the bag is unzipped and folded in, the fabric blocks the interior pockets. It makes no sense as to why it was designed like that. It is driving me crazy.

This design flaw does not show in any of the website pictures. In the website pictures it looks to have be folded/ tucked-in. For those who have seen the bag in person or have this bag, you know exactly what I am talking about.

It is very frustrating as the extra fabric gets in the way and blocks the interior pockets. MZ Wallace if your are reading this, please please please correct this issue and reduce the amount of side fabric for the zipper area.

I love this bag as it is exactly what I am looking for but, sadly will be returning it as I know this issue will drive me nuts and frustrate me. I have LV bags that annoy and frustrate me which is why I turned to MZ Wallace and fell in love with their items.

I’m perplexed at the one star reviews. Things do happen at any price point items, including the very high end handbags. More often than one can imagine. I’m certain that retailer such as Nordstrom’s will be happy to resolve all issues at no cost to the customer.

This tote with crossbody strap which is made superbly well to address the strap here is a true sophistication for everyday wear. I have yet to find such light-weight tote/crossbody bag that checks all boxes.

Even the contrasting feet are attached to the bottom. I’ve inspected all stitching, inside and out and found absolutely nothing short of well-crafted item. The handles are also designed to be so light yet durable when crossbody option is utilized.

They just fall on the sides effortlessly without any needed adjustments. Great for all weather is an added bonus. Minimal leather use is an added bonus for me on a personal level. Highly recommend to go and see it in person.

Other options are available for this brand. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. No screaming logos yet it is still on a higher end of handbags. Chic yet simple classy bag.

First, the pictures on the website need to be much better. There are several pictures of the outside of the bag hanging off the body of a model, but not nearly enough of the inside of the bag to show inner/outer pockets, construction and functionality of the bag.

I ordered this in Ocean and the color did not disappoint. It is bright and beautiful. As far as function, the small size has tons of room inside- almost too much. Because the inside is just one big open space, things get lost and I find myself spending too much time digging around for items.

If there were two compartments (even removable) instead of one, things would be more organized. The bottom of the bag is flat, so it can sit up by itself, unlike bags with a seam on the bottom that fall over when set down.

It would be helpful to have a sturdier flat piece on the inside bottom so it doesn’t sag when carrying heavier items like a water bottle. Overall, I like this bag, but I wanted to love it.

I was thrilled when she arrived. Black, beautiful with red and burgundy interior. It was my gift to myself for graduating college. I have worn her to work daily. Inside, my MacBook Pro 13, Coach Pencil case with pens and makeup brushes, Coach mini zip wallet with chain, planner and foundation powder.

Everything I need for the office. But now, after just two months, the thread on this beauty is coming apart on both ends of the bag near the zipper. If using specifically to carry a laptop, I don’t think it’ll hold up long because I see thread coming apart on straps.

Disappointed to say the least! I just knew, like my other Coach bags, it would last for years. My MK tote sized perfectly for the same laptop, held up for 4. 5 years. I preferred my Mollie girl as she looks more sophisticated & a bit sexy too! Ooh well, hopefully Coach customer service will stand by there product and repair or replace it!.
