Torque Multiplier Lug Nut Wrench – Cheater Wrench
Loosens and removes lug nuts from a truck, trailer, RV, bus, tractor or other heavy duty vehicle
Includes four one inch drive deep impact sockets (41mm, 38mm, 33mm, SQ 21mm)
The Cheater Wrench is a torque multiplier lug wrench that outputs at a 1:65 ratio, allowing you to generate enough force to loosen and remove any lug nut from your truck, trailer, RV, bus, tractor or other heavy duty vehicle.
The convenient carrying case includes the Cheater Wrench, four 1-inch drive sockets (41mm, 38mm, 33mm and SQ 21mm), one socket extender, a 1:1 output speed bar and a handle. You can find plenty of cheap knockoffs, but theres only one Cheater Wrench.
Dont get ripped off by one of those cheap knockoffs. Most are too small to handle trailer wheels and only work on steering wheels. Trust the original. Trust the best. Get the Cheater Wrench. Please provide a U.
Used it on a Peterbilt 379 and got all my lug nuts off very easily. Must have add ons would be the 1″ male to 1/2″ female adapter on their website, really speeds things up. They also have a torque adapter with a chart so you can put the tires back on, an aspect overlooked by all the other products out there.
Again I got it on their website. This tool has an extension adapter included so unlike the cheap piece of junk I originally had, it worked on dually tires in the back with the deeper wheel wells. So, better than calling a service truck for a flat.
Change them yourself. Saves money and time. which is also money, so saves lots of money. Good thing to have with you.
Couldnt wait to try it, Used it on my 2006 International 9400i. Tried it on the steer axle, took the nuts loose so easy, I was amazed. brought my 10 yr old son out and he had no problem using it. Gonna pay for itself on 1 flat tire on the road! I will never leave home without this in my sidebox!!!.
I love this thing. I keep this in my pickup with a 1/2 inch cordless impact and don’t need large, expensive tire guns to change semi tires. My only complaint is the cheap rubber handle cover did not last long and now, if you don’t use gloves, the clip that holds the plastic handle on can be uncomfortable.

Tool good quality, but, some of us have never used or owned a torque wrench, this item came with ZERO instructions on how to use and set properly to avoid over or under torqueing. I had to go to internet to learn how to properly use this torque wrench.
NO INSTRUCTIONS, NO GOOD REVIEW, SORRY. Would recommend if you know how to use one , tool itself is excellent quality.
Havent tried it yet. Looks solid and well built. Like its guarantee. Well packaged and shipped early from Walmart. Walmart has the best price on this – hands down.

The purpose here is to give extra leverage on tight bolts where a conventional tool is not going to give you the power you need to loosen them. An important part of any professional’s tool kit, especially when working with cars and construction.
Features: Perfect tool for trucks, RVs or any other heavy duty vehicles. Extended torque for hard to turn bolts. Everything included in package. Comes in durable plastic case for easy travel.
Don’t let the low price fool you. I took a skeptical chance on this tool to remove the outer and inner lug nuts on my dump truck. They were rusted on pretty good and probably over-torqued too, but this tool broke all 20 of them loose with relative ease.
It comes with 3 common outer lug nut socket sizes and the special 13/16ths square socket to remove the inner thimble nuts from Budd style duals. Probably worth the purchase price just for the sockets alone.
There’s no impact gun or even breaker bar and socket combination you can buy for $50 that will do the job this tool can.
For this price I was not expecting too much. Sockets and main tool body felt sturdy and strong. The cranking handle and extension rod seemed light and fragile. Tried this tool on a 2014 NPR HD. While cranking the unit it feels like it is not going to be up to the task of breaking the lugs but it does the job.
I decided to see what this tool can handle and removed all the lugs on a rear axle of a junked NPR. Tool did a great job removing all nuts and the inner wheel square drive studs. Pleasantly surprised.
I bought this to try to change tires on my old farm truck and my compressor was too weak to do it. At first I thought it was broken because it spun so easy. Then I realized that the lug nuts were actually coming off!!! The ONLY thing I would change would be to make the extension out of steel and add spring detents to hold the sockets on.

Park’s Big Clicker Torque Wrench is a 15-inch long, 3/8-inch drive ratcheting, click-type torque wrench that provides accurate torque so you can always tighten your components correctly and ensure they stay tight, and prevent damage too.
You simply twist the end of the handle to preset your desired torque setting (shown on the handle’s built-in gauge) in. 02 Newton Meter (Nm) increments. The Big Clicker has a 10 to 60Nm range (88 to 530 inch pounds) and it even comes with its own protective case.
This torque wrench is a nice one, but the “click-type” verbiage should be omitted. It does not click at all on the lower settings commonly used with a wrench of this type. One can feel the torque setting being noticed, and a “break over” effect as the unit releases in a way that is evident in other torque wrenches, but they typically have an audible “click” when that happens.
This wrench does not do that. However, it is evident once that point has been reached. My recommendation is to use a lower setting than you need at first, to see what I mean, before you just crank the setting to what is needed and possible snap the fastener right off.
Say you need 5Nm on a fastener, common on bar bolts and seat post studs. Set the wrench at 3Nm, tighten the fastener so you can experience how it feels when that setting has been reached, then move it to 5Nm and tighten it until you experience the “break over” feeling once again.
Then tighten your other fasteners, as you now know what will happen when you reach the desired torque. Other that that, it seems to be a nice wrench but $105 is a stretch.
See previous high frustration review from earlier this evening. This is a great tool, but play with it first using some old bolts and nuts held in a vice or vice-grips. The “click” when the dial is set to 3 Nm is subtle.
The “click” becomes more pronounced as you increase the torque setting. When you get up to 10 Nm or higher you may strip a small nut before the “click”. Past 13 Nm’s small nuts will definitely strip.
On a big nut and bolt, 15 Nm takes a surprising amount of torque. If you are worried about doing damage when you first try it out, practice on your friends carbon bike. Don’t risk your own precious pony.
Torque wrench is really well made and easy to use. It comes in a nice case to keep it safe during storage. It’s a click-type wrench – in that it makes a click sound/feel when you’ve reached your desired torque setting.
The trouble is when you use it for something that requires a lot of torque (i. e. your cassette locking, which needs 40nm), you can’t really feel or hear the click from the wrench – over the sound and resistance of the locking itself.
For lockrings, you may just be better off to use a regular drive ratchet and “do it up tight”. I also tried to use this to torque my rotor bolts down, but the recommended torque was too low to read on this wrench.
The other Park Tool tool torque wrench (TW-5) would also be needed to have a range of torque settings to cover your whole bike. I suppose if you’re a perfectionist or a professional bike mechanic, you would need this, but for the casual bike tinkerer (like myself), it’s probably overkill.
PROS: Good Grip, Rugged, Versatile CONS: Light Click Feedback, Pricey.
The Mechanics M200DB 1/2-Inch Drive Click Torque Wrench measures torque from 10 to 150 Feet-pounds in one pound graduations. The ratchet-style Mechanics 1/2-Inch Drive Click Torque Wrench is built for durability of nickel chrome-plated alloy steel.
Measures from 10 to 150 Feet-pounds in one pound graduations. Measures from 10 to 150 ft/lbs (13. 6 to 203. 3 Nm on the Newton-meter scale). Ratchet-style with engraved scale. Nickel chrome-plated alloy steel.
If I needed a torque wrench I would buy this one again. However, I have the rating only 4 stars because on the web site, it does not list the range the torque wrench will work in. I did look through the Q&A but either missed the question asking the range or it wasn’t there when I looked.
I need a torque wrench that will work between 30 and 90 inch pounds, so this one will sit in my shop as an unopened paper weight because the specs for the wrench should have been on the web site. I would not have to rely on finding specs in the Q&A.
My only gripe is about the specs or lack of for the product on the web site. It is clearly identified on the package it not on the site.
I use the torque wrench to work on outboard motors. The wrench is the right size for range of uses in inch pounds. I like the clicker part, you don’t have to have your eye on the setting while torqueing bolts.
The only problem I have with the wrench is the marking are chromed, makes it a little hard to see when setting the inch pounds. Overall, I like it.
Utilizing a heavy duty cam and pawl mechanism, this reversible 3/4 in. drive click type torque wrench is the go-to tool when precise torque is needed. The click type wrench design provides a torque range from 50 to 300 ft.
The Ridgid Torque Wrench eliminates guesswork in No Hub soil pipe installations and assures strong, leak-free joints. The 904 wrench tightens with a fast ratchet action until the wrench clicks to signal 80 inch-pounds torque.
Correct torque settings are essential for a safe and well maintained ride. Never over or under tighten another bolt with Shed Torque Wrench. Featuring an extension bar for hard to reach parts and 9 bits formed from durable chrome, organised in a tough workshop box.
