I suffered from a back pain for few years. I’ve tried several ways to relieve the pain such as purchasing a a ergonomic chair which cost me more than $1000, a massage gun which cost me almost $100, a massage pad and pillow for $100 too.

However, none of them works! In additional, I’ve been to a physiotherapists for treatments, it works right after the treatment but the results cannot last longerk. And it takes too long to visit the doctor every time.

This self massage tool perfect solve my issue. It’s easy to use and very helpful to massage the trigger point and massage hard to get to the spots.

This product is light weight but seems very durable. I didn’t think I would want or need all the different knobs on it but I have found them all surprisingly helpful. I am able to target trigger points better from a better angle and with better pressure.

It takes a bit of getting used to and seeing what works most comfortably for your own aches and pains, but overall this can be a very effective tool. Even though I don’t use it all the time, I find my sore trapezius muscles (from working all day long at a computer) don’t bother me anymore.

Great to have handy if anything starts to feel tight, the bulbs on the end are firm and effective, and I like that the handle as a whole is as stiff as it is. If I want pressure against my sore muscles, I don’t want to be messing around with a squishy, jelly like contraption – I want the same force a massage therapist would use on those knots.

It’s certainly no replacement for massage therapy, but it’s an excellent way to fill in the gaps and give yourself some relief at home.

I came across this little piece of gold when I started my present job. One of the therapists keeps one there for personal use and allows us to use it too. It is the most a. m. a. z. i. n. g thing for hurting backs and shoulders.

Best massage tool I ever tried. Saves you a fortune to pay osteopaths or massage therapists who often dont give their best. This so you keep going and pay them lots of money. You can massage your muscle knots at home as much and deep you prefer.

Its just wonderful. You can reach all over your back with no effort. Clever person who invented it.

Recently I bought 3 Thera Canes to give as gifts for Christmas. Unless what I purchased were fake Thera Canes, the quality of the canes are extremely subpar in comparison to the one I bought over 10 years ago, which I still have.

The current ones are thinner and flimsy(has extreme bending). If I could give a negative number rating, I would. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone.

meh. I never got any video, couldn’t find it on YouTube either. The thing is too big too heavy, too hard, not made for girl bodies at least not this one. Every possible configuration is too wide apart and too thick for the spots that I need, and miserably uncomfortable, not the least bit relaxing.

I even shared it with two chiropractors that I know, and they couldn’t stand it either. I acknowledge that the promise of a refund if you’re not happy, was kept. Thank you for that. TBH, I can’t even GIVE this thing away!.

My knee pain began improving soon after placing my order for the Dr. Berg’s Self-Massage Tool. That is not to say it took a long time to arrive. product arrived in a timely manner. My knee just started improving on its own.

I was lucky in that my bout with pain was short lived but i have no regrets ordering the tool. I use it sometimes twice a day to prevent any pain returning. It really sucked not being able to walk. i won’t forget that feeling.

All that to say. I feel better after using it and i would recommend.

Sorry, but this was a complete waste of money. It’s expensive to start with, but unless you have a chair with a back that’s exactly the right shape, size and height to balance the tool on it’s nearly impossible to get it to stay where you want it.

Also, if you want to use it on let’s say your back, this is also nearly impossible, because there is no way to keep it in place. Laying on the tool isn’t really an option either because it’s such hard plastic and to do so would be painful.

Lastly, the ad for this says there is a digital VIDEO tutorial, but there was no video included. There was only a small pamphlet with instructions and pictures that were so tiny I could hardly see them! I’m not impressed with this item at all! Save your money and just ask someone to work on your knots instead! :(.

Worked as Certified Massage Therapist for over 20 yrs. I never used this type of roller on muscles. Its best used for removal of possible cramps, altho the size does’nt allow use with one hand, have to use both hands for stability of use on any part of the body.

Not good for deep tissue. Would prefer it be a softer rubber not plastic as this is. I have used small wood hand rollers for specfic parts of body, legs, arms with great results for tension of muscles, cramps, tightness.

Dont press hard with this, you could bruise the tissue.

This is a great, quality product. It works and I use it all over my muscles. It is especially good for rolling out my ileo-tibial bands which are chronically tight. I highly recommend this product.

My physical therapist suggested a Thera Cane for working out tight knots in my upper back and shoulders. I chose the Max after reading enough reviews saying it was sufficiently durable once reassembled.

I am very glad I ordered it! The green Thera Cane Max is well made and durable. It screws together easily and securely and is completely stable. The cane came with a good instruction booklet, and a DVD, which I did not watch.

I found the booklet useful, and the cane seems intuitively easy to use on my sore muscles so I’m satisfied with the way I’m currently using it. I will probably watch the DVD at some point to learn more when I have time.

After experimenting with the Thera Cane a few times I found I could also use it to work out tension and soreness in my neck and lower back. I’m sure I will find it useful in other ways. I wish I had found out about and bought it years ago.

I have two one-piece theracanes at home. I let people borrow one when they need it. Im a flight attendant and have always wished I could get it in my carry-on. Now I can! And its just as amazing g as the one-piece.

Love it! It works so so good! I have back pain in my upper back and lower back. In the morning it is the worse pain you can ever imagine. I do not go to a chiropractor or physical therapist. I have been doing stretches every morning to alleviate some of the pain but when it’s time to go to bed, I dread it because I know the pain will come back completely.

Watching the Video of the girl laying on this and rolling back and forth seemed great. But when I laid down it was very painful because the balls are so hard. I thought if these were tennis balls – that would give a little – would probably work much better.

So I was unable to roll myself back and forth because of the pain of just the balls “Hurting” so. Also make sure your hair is on top of your head. It will get rolled up in the balls and hurt like crazy.

Your not only stuck on something so painful it is hurting – when your hair gets caught up in it – you really can’t move. With my back issues – was hoping this would massage my back muscles. But I find a tennis ball in sock , leaning against a wall and moving around is much more comfortable.

I have had my Backnobber ll since 1999. My husband found it in a magazine at my Orthopedic doc office. I had SO much pain! It works miracles. It was love at first sight.

Not durable! Works great until it snaps in half. I’ve bought two of these. They charge way too much for his cane! It’s weak material to be flexible. Weakens over time but also can snap with one hard pull.

I have deep knots and this care had the pointed rubber end which digs in deeper than any other I’ve found. The yellow one sold here, is super strong and works great for the neck and stress knots just not the super deal ones.

I recommend it only because o have not found another one that can relieve my knots better, just be prepared to spend alot repeatedly.

I also like to use it to massage my IT bands, which also get really tight. I’ve added this to my morning and evening routines, and it’s really preventing me from feeling too tight all day and I wake up feeling good, too.

Using the easy to follow instructions I had it attached to suctioned on to my wall in under a minute already providing a much needed massage across my back. My favorite part of it is how easy it is to disconnect the massager from the wall and adjust the hight to reach wherever I need the massage.

I have purchased 3 of these for my son who is a truck driver. First one worked for about 12 months then it literally shook apart the soldering. Had to be replaced. Second one as well lasted about 12 months and literally shook itself apart.

That ones replacement was purchased 6 months ago and the USB charging port has come loose and will only charge if something is propping up the cord. They work great! My son loves it! But, they are not very well built.

The Homedics Lumbar Lift Lower Back Stretcher & Massager is a quality-built product that’s probably a hit or miss depending on your needs/preference. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and it does help a bit with pain reduction while in use, but not much overall impact.

The vibration was sufficient to give you a numbing sensation over a long period of use. The lifting feature was a nice touch and did feel as if it was trying to give you a bit of a stretch, but I think massager still lacks power overall.

Probably the best feature was the heat function. I found heat setting one and two to be very comfortable, but heat level three to be unbearably hot for me (I was wearing a tee-shirt and polo shirt); your mileage may vary but I certainly won’t be using level three ever again.

I like that this massager is small, relatively light, and very portable, however it would be nice if it came with some kind of attachable/detachable straps if you’re opting to use it while sitting in a chair.

That allows greater and easier control over pressure and movement. We have bought (and returned) a couple of these kinds of devices (but not this brand. ) The attachments were too hard and they were too heavy.

This is the only brand we have found which has a softer attachment. Not sure why. it seems obvious to me that not every one wants to pound their muscles mercilessly. The softer attachment on this brand allows massaging areas which are over bone (like our backs) which is what we had hoped to do with it.

The harder ones are also useful for deep tissue & muscle kinda stuff.

The massage gun feels sturdy. Love the case and that the attachments have a drawstring bag to keep them together within the case. We’ve had it for a little over a month and it’s still working great. The battery lasts a long time; you get several uses out of it before having to charge it.

The RENPHO wireless massager was well packaged and delivered on time. The manual contains complete safety information that really should be read before using it. I used the massager for a week without charging, which is very convenient.

However, you should consider that the weight of the device is 1. 76 lb, and this requires a lot of hand effort. So if someone knows they have totally weak arms buy a massager with wires, which is a little lighter.

I find the cordless massager more comfortable, in some positions you can hold it with two hands. (To prevent shock and vibration on the holding hand, the massager can not be completely light). It should be noted that the information on how to practically massage each user should find their own.

As for my three weeks experience of using the RENPHO I find it very comfortable to operate and use and I can recommend it as a good purchase.

Received the product and can’t even use it. They sent me a charger that you can’t even plug in the wall outlet to charge it. First off the 3 prongs on the charge are plastic that’s right plastic. Is there a single person out there that has a plug that the prongs are plastic? Not,and the 3 prongs don’t match anything I’ve ever plugged into a wall outlet.

This product is eeeppppiiicccc! My sister in law showed me hers on Sunday. I borowed it just to show him and it has not been off his body unless he’s sleeping or at work! I had high expectations for this piece of at home work out equipment – and they were met and exceeded. While I originally thought of this as really just a way to stretch my back, I was surprised at how many different exercises you can use it for.

I experience a lot of back pain and poor posture, I got to a chiropractor multiple times a month. When I lie down on this to stretch my back, my shoulders fall back, I can feel my spine and muscles stretching, but my back is still supported.

It’s easy to lie down while watching tv or relaxing to get your stretch in. Or, if you’re looking to exercise and tone, a guide with various different exercises to do is included. It’s also small and easy to hide at home when it’s not in use.

I got this for my partner as they always complained of back pain. Did it work? I don’t know, they never used it. They would rather complain of the pains.
