20 Best Tool For Digital Art (2023 Updated)

We own several of these small Intuos drawing tablets–two obsolete models, two recent wireless/corded models of this same generation and now 3 of this exact model. Truth be told, the only reason I bought this latest one is because it was on clearance and I lost the pen to my other one.

Not only that, the cord both recent non-wireless models went bad and the L-shaped mini-USB is hard to find. You can use a regular micro-usb cable, but they are also obsolete at this point. So I figured I get a pen and a cord with a spare tablet for the same price as buying a pen and a cord at the clearance price.

Here’s the issue I have with Wacom: The tablet is great, but the cords are very low quality, at least for the basic model. Stores don’t carry pens or the right cords (or even the pen nibs for that matter), so you end up having to buy directly from Wacom, which is a hassle, plus you have to wait.

The tablet itself, I think would last pretty much forever, but they become obsolete by new pen technology that doesn’t work with old, or new USB technology. I personally do not draw with the Wacom, but demonstrate math problems using drawing software.

My daughters are both artists and love using these for that purpose.

It’s a very good entry level drawing tablet that comes with a subscription to Clip Studio Paint for either one or two years (I forget which). The pen feels good to use, the USB connection seems fine and stable despite being USB-A to micro USB, and the Wacom software is easy to use.

Honestly, I’ve only got two complaints. The first is that the USB cable needs an adapter if you want to use it with a computer without a USB-A port – you know, one of the large ones that’s for flash drives and things.

The second is that the orientation cannot be changed, and it will always operate so that the buttons have to be at the top. I dislike this because I keep hitting them by accident when drawing, which sends various commands to the program I’m using.

I suppose Wacom could fix this down the line with a driver update, but they haven’t yet so it remains a point of irritation. If you’re already experienced with drawing tablets, go for something else.

But if you’re just kind of getting the hang of it, this tablet is really great for learners.

I’ve been a Wacom user for years, and I was on the fence of buying this model; and going with a totally different brand. But there was a sale and figured why not. One nice thing about the newer models is the cord is removeable so you no longer get the cord of death.

Which brought the end of my tablets I’ve had over the years. Another nice thing about this product, is that that the texture when drawing on it itself feels like your drawing on paper. I also like how the replacement nibs are kept inside the pen, which is nice, and you’d never lose them.

I’ve never used the features of the buttons, since I’m a simple gal. Just using the tablet itself is good enough for me. The only thing I can critique about this product is there’s no CD software, you have to go on Wacom’s website to download.

Which can be annoying if you don’t have internet access. Also I had to contact Wacom customer service to figure out what softeware to download, since they didn’t make it very clear. Since there’s quite a few different drawing tablets they have listed, this is a 2019 model for future buyers if you’re curious.

All in all I would recommend this product. :).

Amazing tablet, you get what you pay for! I’ve been using an iPad Pro 12. 9 but have gotten to the point where the screen size is just too small for bigger projects so I constantly have to be zooming in and out so I figured upgrade to a Wacom for the studio and keep the iPad Pro for on the go.

1st impressions it’s bigger than you’d think, for size reference I’d say it about the size of an IMac 27” definitely get an arm or the ergo stand the little legs behind it won’t do it your neck will thank you later on.

2. The touch functionality is really really hit or miss especially compared to the iPad Pro, touch is just not there yet. I found myself turning it off as other reviewers mentioned. Save $500 and do the non touch version.

3. Pressure sensitivity is on par with the Apple Pencil 2nd gen. 4. Setup was really easy and straight forward 5. Overall it’s a really great tablet I would recommend for any serious or professional artist definitely worth the money.

Compared to huion, xp pen and gamón this is definitely better quality think of it as apple vs Android they all do the same thing at the end of the day but in my opinion after trying all 3 I’d say the Wacom beats out the others in build quality and pencil response/pressure sensitivity.

The others tend to skip at times or just issues with the drivers. Only thing bad if at all is the price but again after experiencing the competition it’s well worth it in my mind. Side note if you can’t justify the price of the Wacom I would go with the huion personally if you need some sort of specific pc or Mac application they even have a 4K 16” will have to try that out soon as well.

If you just want something to draw On and don’t care about specific applications I would definitely say an iPad Pro that way you have a drawing tablet and also have other iPad functionalities. I ended up returning it but only because I would like a 32” instead just for more space for references and windows within the monitor.

the tablet is great until you turn on touch. touch works ok for photoshop mostly but basically doesn’t work with illustrator which is what I use most and why I bought the cintiq. I understand most ppl use cintiq with photoshop but there’s a big market for illustrator users, esp.

the professional users who are more likely to spend on high-priced items like Cintiq. ILlustrator has been around forever so Wacom should have plenty of time to work out the kinks with illustrator. or perhaps vice versa?? In any case I wish they had worked with adobe to solve this problem.

I wish touch could have worked as it does on iPad. but it doesn’t. once you turn off touch it works great. if your workflow is mostly photoshop then the touch is a minor plus but if you mostly use illustrator just buy the one w/o touch or buy the big ipad.

This is a good tablet but because Wacom is not putting their best foot forward with their own software and their software partners it is not great. I am having issues within Wacom Tablet properties with random duplicates of applications populating the programs list, usually having a MS store logo; sometimes becoming more then a nuisance they can ruin user hotkey input, or confuse it; they are deletable but can return.

Also user defined hotkey labels can randomly revert to default though they will still be as assigned and if you reprogram then they will repopulate the labels properly for a spell. It is disappointing that the Express Key remote only sticks magnetically to the sides in landscape orientation and if you physically rotate the screen into portrait mode then it will just slide off; there is plenty of room on the bottom bezel of the monitor for this to be implemented.

I prefer to just work with a company directly rather then complain in a review but I do not get very good responses from them and have little hope for a timely fix. Their best suggestion was a complete reload of windows with my fingers crossed I suppose; This is just busy work for users instead of actual support, though I admit sometimes it may solve one problem it can cause 10 more.

There is marketing hype regarding the use of this tablet and the optional 3D Pen within Fusion 360, It is just that HYPE! Fusion 360 will darn near deny support and the user base hardly recognizes the viability within the forums where Fusion sent me; a blank forum with no other users to even feel your pain.

The touch screen in Fusion worked and then quickly stopped working. The 3D Pens tumble button did not work but I was able to assign it to zoom as expected and then found that it was an unreliable sub par experience altogether within Fusion 360 though I partially suspect my computer and I am actually awaiting an upgrade with high hopes that it will afford the extra strain a second large monitor with touch, pen and express key begging attention within Fusion 360 can obviously put on my old computer that has a newer N-vidia 1080 FI as it’s saving grace.

I would recommend this with caveats. My HP Spectre was not able to support this monitor and it was a little finicky getting it to work with my desktop requiring a couple system restores and a specific placement of the monitor cables to the video card along with not “rocking the boat” once things worked.

Surpisingly not accurate. The pen is a bit thick after my wacom intuos pen, and covering the area where you draw, so you need to look a bit from the side, but in this view there is a huge place between the pen and the pin on the screen, so mostly you may not draw where the pin is.

However it’s FAR-FAR better than a no-display tablet, and MUCH easier to get used to this distance, than drawing out of the screen. So I can really recommend it! It saves me WEEKS of work. :).

Gre des Tablets ist meiner meinung nach perfekt. Nicht zu gro, nicht zu klein. Allerdings ruscht das gummi am stift ein wenig was mir aufgefallen ist aber nicht weiter ein problem darstellt da es doch ein wenig kraft brauch um es zu bewegen.

Ansonsten habe ich einen leichten Kleber geruch wahr genommen wenn das tablet lnger in gebrauch war und warm wurde. Nach einem monat ist dieser geruch weg und mir ist weiter nichts aufgefallen. Kann ich nur empfehlen, deshalb 5 sterne!.

Pros: Decent screen size, responsive and easy to set up. Can’t fault the product itself. Handy as a second monitor when you’re not drawing too Cons: Doesnt have any kind of stand included so make sure you get something suitable to use with it.

Love it, no more neck pain after working on my art. Just wish it had less cords had to go out and buy a dvi to hdmi adapter since I didn’t notice my pc only had one hdmi slot.

Amazing. Relatively small and light but still good size to draw anything. The cables are cleverly combined through USB-c to reduce the number of cables which is nice.

I was looking at another brand of graphics tablet when I learned about the Huion brand, and I’m so glad I chose this one. It had a significantly lower price, but it offers everything I need and makes working in Photoshop and Lightroom so much easier.

Resting it in my lap made all the difference in the amount of comfort and control I have, especially once I began using one of those 2-finger gloves that let my hand slide easily even when the room is humid.

There was a bit of an up-ramp to getting comfortable with the stylus, but it didn’t last long and now I reach for it instead of the mouse for most tasks. I like the programmable stylus buttons, so in addition to having Erase always available for photographic post work, I also can Right-click just about anywhere.

Although I do very little drawing in PS, being able to use a stylus instead of a clunky mouse for it means I will probably do more. This has become an essential tool for me.

Solid workmanship. Works nearly perfectly with Win10. Haven tested it on my Macs yet. It works fine with most Adobe applications, Affinity, DaVinci and MS Office. In Lightroom it is hard to use sliders accurately.

Might be user error though (still practicing). It takes a bit trial and error to get the settings correct. The manual is not the best. However, the price is unbeatable for what it offers.

I love how sleek and slim this tablet looks. It was fairly simple to set up once i looked the drivers correctly. The tablet is huge compared to my old wacom for nowhere near the price! Excellent value and as well as features.

I have been used some programs like gimp, photoshop, sai, unlead photoimpact. But corel brings the best quality in color hue, best chroma realism.

I received this item for free in exchange for a review through the Walmart spark reviewer program. I am not a graphic designer or in any other hobby or profession where I would use this item or know how to so I received this item without any knowledge of how it works.

It came in a snug decorative box and was packaged extra well within that box. It came with the item itself, along with the power/ computer cord, instructions, and a pen stylus. I followed the directions and plugged it all together as directed in the instructions.

It basically screen mirrored my laptop which it was plugged into but when I clicked the button on the stylus, and waved it over the wacom screen, my mouse cursor followed. It isn’t touch screen, but close enough because you can tap the ‘pen’ to it and use it like a mouse.

This is REALLY cool and super reactive. I was able to doodle on 3d paint and navigate to the wacom website where it prompted me to register my device. It said upon registering that I would receive some free software to use with the device and asked me to take a short multiple choice survey on what I intend to use the device for.

It made it seem like it may taylor the offered software to your individual needs / interests but unfortunately I didn’t get that far in the set up to find out. Unfortunately my eight year old computer kept freezing when I tried to register the device so after several hours of trying, I returned to using the wacom just to doodle and draw with on my already downloaded programs on my computer.

It’s also nice because the wacom is light weight and can sit on your lap while your bulkier computer or laptop is several feet away on the table or other surface. I plan to use this item in the future with its available programs once I get a new laptop that isn’t so slow, but for now, it’s a great asset just for the freedom and light weight.

I think it will be neat to learn how to edit photos from my dslr camera with it and I can definitely see its usefulness in an abundance of different applications. The only down side that i dont care for is that it can make a bit of a “nails on a chalkboard” sound when using the stylus, and that it is useless unless plugged into an outlet and the laptop/ computer/ compatible phone so you’re limited on where it can be used (how far you are from a computer and a wall outlet.

) There are also quite a bit of cords which i had to keep draped over my lap or dangling off the table by my feet which is a bit of a nuisance. It has two sturdy little kick stands on the back of it which hold it up at a good angle when you’re using it at the table or desk.

Overall, while I’m not probably the target demographic for this item, I have been getting some good use out of it and enjoy using it seeing that kts basically a tablet- sized light weight computer screen which a stylus can be used with.

Thats pretty cool to me. I am keeping it in its box for now because it didn’t come with any kind of case which would have been nice but I can always upgrade later. If you’re interested in this item, I would recommend it if your interested in this kind of thing and have a computer that runs well enough to use it in all of its available ways.

I’d also recommend looking into the cost of the wacom programs available for purchase separately because if you’re intending on using certain wacom programs with it, it could potentially up your cost quite a bit along with the need for a carrying case for it.

My teenage children and I love the large 13. 3 inch sized screen with built in stand! In combination with the included digital pen drawing feels natural, soft and intuitive, it’s almost like drawing on real paper.

My children love drawing portraits and anime, sketching and designing clothes, and this Wacom drawing tablet makes it easy to do just that and so much more. a couple of drawing app trials that come included with this drawing tablet let you explore the fun world of art and learn how to create your own artwork.

It is also a nice tool to work on and share your ideas with coworkers and team members, or if you are a teacher you can demonstrate your work step by step via this drawing tablet. Right out of the box, this Wacom One comes with few instructions.

It needs to be connected to another computer or mobile device as well as its own power adapter at all times for it to work. We were a bit disappointed that this is not a portable standalone device that you can just use anywhere, so that is one big drawback of this device.

Complete setup instructions are found on the Wacom website and also the latest driver update needs to be downloaded from the website. This made the setup process somewhat confusing and lengthy but it is not too difficult, and for convenience there’s a QR code inside the box that takes you exactly to where you find all the important first steps to get started.

My children love the versatility of the Wacom One and that they can use this drawing tablet as an extension for their Chromebooks to do their homework, adding annotations to documents and even do their advanced math homework assignments on screen, which are easy to do using the math paper like templates.

Everything is simple to share, save and delete to start over if needed. I would recommend this product for anyone who loves creating artwork, as well as teachers and those who are interested in designing and architecture.

For the most part I like this input device even though i have not bee able to actually use it. I have used several Wacom devices that cost a lot of money. I did like them a lot. what i have not liked so far is this has several adapters for worldly power sources bur there is no way to use this device if you don’t have a hdmi port.

These hdmi connectors are primarily used for Televisions and maybe some older computers. Most newer computers use display port which is superior for gaming which i think we all like. So now i am waiting for several weeks to get the tablet only to find i need to go buy something else that should have came with the tablet.

After all it came with 4 different power adapters that i will never use. The second thing is the stand, the one you can’t adjust. They actually have an adjustable one for around $50 but who would pay that much when there are nice ones available for $20-25? All considered this still seems like a good choice if you can’t get by with just a drawing tablet.

I spent over $400 for a nice one but not seeing what i am doing w3as a big disadvantage. Cintique equipment is really expensive but it does work very well. I can no longer affor that stuff so this will have to do.

It should be the same excep0t for not being a stand alone tablet.

This works great! I use this for my digital art and even just sketches for planning out art. The only thing I do not like about it is the pen. The button to erase is on the side where you hold it. So occasionally I hit the button and erase what I just did.

It does get a little irritating sometimes and the bulkiness of the pen as well. But other than that, the over all design is great, and adjusting the settings to your preference is a breeze. There is no off set from the pen and tablet itself so you really get good lines when drawing.

I am very satisfied with this.

This is a great product, I got it so that I could draw on my computer without having to use my mouse and it works great! setting it up was a little confusing for me but following the directions it gave me was super helpful.

I would definitely recommend this to people.

I’m coming from a basic Wacom. This is so much better. It helps me vector faster and or sketch my ideas into the computer in layers on photo shop. The programmable short cut keys and wheel are pretty cool too.

I don’t use them as much as I should.

The price vs value is the best I found. This is my first. The stand is week. The glove is good for left or right handed people and it has a lot of stretch. The pen has 9 tips in all. I have little time on this but so far so good.

1. Very similar to a ball pen once you correctly adjust sensitivity & monitor size. 2. Mouse rate checker showed 230hz in average – it’s good. 3. Size isn’t too big and or too small, it’s perfect. 4.

Has a solid & pleasant look, from tablet to driver interface to box. I would say it’s very worth the money.

Excellent product, good colour, easy to apply, really helps to even out skin tone. Haven’t used long enough to be able to comment on long term benefits. Only minor disadvantage is can discolour towels if hands not washed well afterwards although any staining washes out easily.

Much less of an issue than other brands have tried. Would recommend.

This is a great option for jumping into the professional drawing game without breaking $1k. The tablet has more than enough visual surface to get the job done. I am able to focus more on my work and less about the medium, and its glorious!.

Przeniosłam się z Wacom Intuos Pro S z powodu problemów z rozmiarem powierzchni roboczej i skurczy w dłoni od niewygodnej pozycji ręki i braku ruchu, dlatego możliwe, że gdy wybierzecie za mały tablet to po długim czasie pracy będziecie mieli okropne bóle.

Myślę, że zejście w dół na rozmiar mniej (np. ok 25×15 – ale nie mniej) żeby zaoszczędzić pieniądze nie będzie większym problemem. Jednocześnie jestem niesamowicie zadowolona z tego rozmiaru, bo pozwala rysować ruszając całym ramieniem, tak jak tradycyjnie, co sprawia ze mam mniej bólu po wielogodzinnej pracy.

Duża ilość przycisków rekompensuje mi wystarczająco brak “touch ring” i brak gumki z drugiej strony pisaka. Wystarczy przypisać odpowiednie funkcje do przycisków. Bateria jest niesamowicie wytrzymała, mam wrażenie, że dwa razy ładowałam tablet przez kilka miesięcy, można się nie martwic o przerywanie pracy.

Jednocześnie jeśli się zastanawiasz czy brać tablet bez ekranu czy z nim – lepiej jest wybrać bez ekranu. Ekran wymaga pochylenia się nad nim (stoi pod kątem) a to sprawia masę bólu i problemy z kręgosłupem, więc lepiej ustawić poprawnie monitor względem siebie.

Plus kosztują o wiele więcej i łatwiej się psują. Tablety bez ekranu można używać długimi latami i mieć je prawie jak nowe. Jeśli chcecie ekran, polecam zastanowić się nad tabletami typu iPad czy Samsung itp.

Feels line a nice device after unpacking, very lightweight, with a good finish. Bought it for my daughter to use in school as an add on for her Macbook Air, because all the rest of the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program recommended laptops are Windows based.

Still have no clue how this tablet is going to be used during the teaching process, hopefully Kanton Zurich has some SW for it since it is recommended by the BYOD program, but here are also some disappointments: 1) You need to “register” it to be able to download the driver and SW 2) Installing the SW is not straightforward, and tedious process 3) After installing a specific SW you get a “license” code.

And the biggest surprise is, that most of the SW is with a 3 months “trial” period! This week the laptops of the kids must be configured for use by the IT department of the school. If this tablet is not usable, will try to return it.

Overall very happy with purchase. The tablet itself is excellent. I love the feel of drawing on the surface. The pad feels solid and of high quality. The only criticisms I have are: 1. The pen feels a bit budget and lightweight and the buttons feel a bit cheap for a product of this price.

2. Not really an issue but considering the price and thats it’s 2021 I would have expected the tablet to have a USB-C connector on it rather than a micro-USB. But like I said not really an issue as micro-USB aparently rated for 10000 connections and I don’t intend to plug it in and out that many times.

3. Usb cable supplied is only 1m long. 1. 5m would be better for when the computer is placed under the desk.

I wanted a simple drawing tablet to use for digital art but also for navigation around my computer. While the Intuos line seemed nice, it was out of my budget so I settled for the Wacom One. I think for the price, what this offers is a simple, no frills experience that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

This medium size also worked well if you use it over two monitors but for drawing I prefer to have more surface area, so I often adjust it in the settings to only map to one when I draw. Overall, I recommend it.

DO NOT BUY!!! I am a professional illustrator and have personally owned 3 other tablets (including an older generation wacom bamboo create), and this is by far the worst tablet I’ve ever used. It’s overpriced for the drawing surface size, and after trying to install the driver software for 2 days I give up and am returning it today.

Save your money and get a Monoprice tablet at half the price with double the working area. Any other tablet that I have purchased is able to at least “sort of” work when immediately plugged in (obviously there may be major issues because of not having the driver software, but most can get by without it in a pinch).

This tablet doesn’t even function without the software. After trying to install it, the software crashed my computer multiple times, and gave me error after error when I finally WAS able to get the software to install and restart my computer as prompted.

Plus, (or should I say minus?) the surface of the tablet has an obnoxious finish on it that makes it difficult to clean, so ANY time you touch it, it leaves finger marks and smudges that can not be easily wiped off.

I even tried using the pen with my older tablet, but to no avail. The different generations are not compatible, of course. I just moved and got this as a quick intermediary tablet while I was unpacking so that I could finish up some work, but instead I have completely wasted my time, as well as my client’s time.

Just want to share my one experience from my one situation. So I am currently a medical student, and bought this tablet to take notes in class. I ended up using OneNote along with my macbook pro to take notes.

Everything installed flawlessly right away, and it really is rather plug-n-play, so no complaints there. I just personally found that I could NOT get used to this thing. I find that the pen is far too small, the drawing area is insufficient, and that often there were either delays or the writing would not make it on screen.

Honestly, I would just recommend getting an iPad Pro with iPen or Surface Pro for anyone considering a similar situation to mine. Or, one of those larger Intuos drawing pads. I cannot say how this is for drawing, but I presume it would be much better.

Pros: Great condition, Buydig provided a handy card for their returns policy, all the documentation and software was there. Everything was responsive, and I’ve since banged out two awesome concept art pieces.

Works great with Photoshop CC. The available surface feels like a standard 8. 5×11 piece of paper. No sophisticated setup, just pop the disc in, install drivers, open Photoshop and begin painting. Cons: I had a brief scare where the tablet stopped working altogether.

I changed the USB port I was using and it sprang back to life. Phew! It doesn’t seem to like my USB 3. 0 ports. But that may be different for you. It could just be MY USB hub. Other than that, well, it’s too early to tell, but so far, so good.

Other thoughts: Might want to put thin plastic wrap on the surface if you wish to maintain a pristine surface and extend the life of your nibs. Entirely optional and cosmetic, as light abrasions won’t affect responsiveness.

This drawing tablet exceeded my expectations. The case was well-packed and the pen has it’s own case with the spare nubs in the bottom cap. High quality and works as described. I am using the XP-Pen with Blender but it works with any of the well-known programs.

If you register the tablet on their site you get bonus software which a huge plus.

I had some troubles with the first pen, but after contactin xp pen they fixed it very speedy. I am glad that everything is working perfectly now. The tablet feels really great to draw on, the pressure sensitivity is great.

Only con, and maybe an improvement to next iteration would be to make the edges a bit softer. They can scratch your hand a bit. But I would’nt say its a big issue. For the price you’re paying this is absolutely great.

I like the extra functions it has to be able to use it as a mouse and more with the knobs and buttons. Feels nice and natural.

I upgraded to this tablet from an Intuos 3, which is something like 18 years old. So perhaps my standards a fairly basic, however I am a Game Artist by trade, not just a beginner, and so far this wee tablet has been more than pulling its weight for my hand-painted texturing and concept art.

I have had for a month or so, and am enjoying the quality of both the physical model and its performance. A drawback is perhaps the cord which points in a very specific driection when attached, however, at this price point I’m not too bothered!.

I have managed to make this work on a Linux platform – Ubuntu 20. 10 – using the online guides. It take a little getting used but after 2 days pretty much have it sorted. Gimp is my go to drawing and editing program and using Gimp with OBS into Zoom I can sketch diagrams etc to my clients easily.

I only wish I had done this sooner! Having Linux drivers would be wonderful however with the work around I do have this tablet is brilliant.

This product was recommended by several youtubers and it was hard to believe how good it was for the price. Pros- – very light, well built and responsive pen – large drawing area, larger than most for its price – 10 fully customizable buttons, 2 on the pen itself Cons- -You have to get used to using this type of drawing pad -cable is a bit bad.

Works really well. I use this for drawing and as a mouse/trackpad. I enable windows ink so I can write in search fields and don’t need a keyboard most the time. There are some instances I do but I simply created a shortcut that pinned to the taskbar so I can quickly navigate to it when needed.

I also use this with a dual monitor setup which basically divides the surface area in half one for each screen so you lose a bit of space if trying to draw in that mode; which I don’t usually do. I like dual setup when I want my main site or task open and using the smaller screen for other searches or to keep email and other notifications more visible my linked phone messages and so on.

This is a great solution if you are trying to save some money but want to tap into digital art to see if its a fit. I love it because in real life there is no undo feature and sometimes one wrong stroke ruins what you are creating and that turns into a waste of time, money, and resources which mankind will run out of eventually.

And each point on the tablet stays locked too a fixed position on your screen so you could actually create marks on the tablet if you wanted to make navigation a bit easier. You get familiar with it quicker than you may think so its not really necessary but something you could do.

I have been using mine about a month so far and I have not had to replace a nib yet. I am wondering how long one will last as its seems there is a fair amount wear so far and I wouldn’t say I am heavy handed when it comes to the pressure I apply as I try to stay aware that pressure beyond the sensitivity its designed to register only works to shorten the lifespan of the nibs and product overall.

I opted for a cheaper laptop instead of a 2 in 1 that would have tablet mode so I could draw directly on the screen which is nice but not when I need to save money. I returned the 1st laptop I had purchased and saved about $700 and I don’t regret that decision whatsoever.

One day I will opt for an actual pen display when I can splurge. Hope this helps you make an informed purchase !!.

The good, well supported product in both windows and Mac. It Pairs well with both the machines. However you can pair only one computer at any given time. The bad, usability. The pen is not well integrated to operating systems.

Especially when you want to write the notes using any note taking apps such as Notes, Notability. etc the writing is not fluid. Very hard to configure the settings of pen sensitivity. I would suggest to explore other options even though expensive, because if you want use this product you end up in spending more time with pen configuration for optimal hand writing settings and you will never achieve it.

If I were to buy this product again, I would avoid it. Sorry Wacom. this is my honest feedback.

I’ve had several Wacom tablets over the years, but wanted a very small, wireless one, for my laptop. This filled that bill. Unfortunately, it’s not as consistent in response as their next level up Intuos tablets, and has a sort of scratchy feel to the pen input.

Also, the pen is fairly cheap feeling, but that was not unexpected, given the price point. Overall, I would rate this as a handy tool for portability, but less useful for precision drawing or photo editing than their next level tablets.

Take note of when I purchased the item. Also, I haven’t drawn in 15 years so all this tech is new to me. If you’re in my boat, then please continue to read. The table pre-set colors are wonderful. After configuring the pen I had no issues.

One thing that freaked me out was a red tint that appears after awhile. After some research, I realized my computer’s Night Light settings were also affecting the tablet’s screen so check for that if you run into the same issue.

My first impression is that the tablet would mirror my desktop, and I would see my work on two screens. Not so. Maybe there’s a way to do that. However, my computer recognized it as a an extended screen, and I just moved my trial of Clip Studio to the Cintiq window and everything is fine.

When I first installed the drivers I had an issue. So I installed the PREVIOUS driver iteration and upgraded through Wacom’s client. That fixed the communication issue between the tablet and my computer.

Additionally, when setting up my account with Wacom, for some reason Chrome (even after checking cookies) would not load the website properly. Edge does load Wacom properly so switch browsers if need be.

As the title says, the cords ruin this product. There is one central cord the connects to the top of the Wacom display. It is about 4ft long. From the central cord, it has 3 cords that come off it. Where these three cords split off from is about 3ft into a 4ft long cord.

Meaning, you only have three 1ft cords to plug into the follow: The first cord plugs into a power supply. The power supply is good because it has a power brick and about 6 feet of cordage. That is the best part of the cords because it gives the user plenty of space to have your powering system (surge proctor) and it doesn’t have to be extremely close.

The second cord is an hdmi that plugs into your display port on your computer (where your monitor will plug into). The last cord is a usb that plugs into your computer (where peripherals would go). That is a lot of wiggle room needed for all of this.

A good foot of the central cord is used to plug peripherals and hdmi/display port in. This leaves about 3 feet of cordage. that 3 feet has to work with your computer set up. If you have a laptop, it isn’t so bad (unless your display port and USB are on different sides of the laptop.

you might run into trouble). However, if you’re plugging this into a desktop, it is almost impossible to plug it in, wrap cords around everything, and still have room to prop the screen up in a comfortable location and still be able to use your mouse/keyboard if needed.

It is way too cluttered. Beware when purchasing. It does not work very well with my set up. I have a gaming set up on a gaming desk that does not have a lot of room to put this on my desk and use it comfortably along with my mouse and keyboard.

IF you have a set up that has enough room, maybe a table on the side or something. it will probably work with you. Highly recommend measuring your set up and make sure you have enough wiggle room for a 3 foot cord that is thick and stiff to maneuver around your desk/monitors/keyboard/mouse/etc.

Got it from Walmart fairly quickly and am very happy purchasing, it does what it says! The flow of the pen to tablet is smooth and amazing. I brought this with Clip Studio Paint from Walmart too later and the program works with ease with my tablet on my computer.

I got my tablet in the the end of May or the beginning of June 2020 and love it. The only problem I’m having with the tablet is when I’m scrolling the web (like googling pictures on google) the tablet bar jumps.

To stop that from happening I scroll up and down by the arrows on my keyboard. The only other thing is I wish for all the money I’m paying I get touch functions but you can’t. Now more of the pros to help y’all decide on your purchase.

The color range is beautiful and I can draw for hours with no eye problems because I can dim the lights and color controls. The size of the drawing area is great and weight is fine. I especially love that unlike other tablets I got from Wacom I don’t have to worry about restarting the tablet because it’s not working or something being wrong with pen pressure because it ALWAYS WORKS! No matter if I take out the cables or leave them connected to the computer.

Everything works on the photoshop I have (CS4). SAI worked great when I had it and now I have Clip Studio Paint Pro and everything works fine with the tablet, including the pose it models. If you do have problems with the tablet Wacom helps a lot.

With my older wacom tablets which are 2 Bamboo’s, and 1 CTH480 they helped me when I had problems. And my CTH 480 still works and I got it around 2015. Hope this tablet lasts forever because it was a heavy investment.

I rate it a 4. 5 out of 5 because it works perfectly besides the small problem I’m having and I wish it had touch functions. I’m writing this post on 1/3/2021 if it doesn’t show.

I bought the Crayola Digitools Deluxe for my 3 yr old Great Grandson. He absolutely loves it. He will say let me show you Mawmaw!! (because he knows how to use it much better than me) I give it a 5 star.

Great for any age.

My 5 year old granddaughter received this for Christmas along with an I-Pad. She has spent many hours creating with the digi tools. I would recommend to anyone who has a child with an I-Pad.

Purchased for 7 yr. old Grandson as an early Christmas present. He loves it and now wants his own I Pad. I plan to purchase another for my Granddaughter’s birthday.
