My big toes were causing me extreme pain at night and with nearly every step. My bunions have been forming for several years. We got a husky last year which has created a daily walking/running routine for the first time in my life.

Being on my feet more was also adding to increased pain. I had recently tried wedging a cotton ball or papertowel between my toes. Searching online for a better solution led me to this site. I ordered and was thrilled to get the package the next day!! The moment I received Dr Fredericks package I put the toe inserts on.

I instantly noticed a difference. I have finally slept without throbbing or pinching pain. I have had them on for 2 weeks now with the exception of one painful day when I had forgotten to wear them to work.

I purchased this upon reading the reviews and I am ECSTATIC TO SAY that, after receiving the product yesterday, I was able to go my usual one hour/four miles and I DID NOT HAVE TO STOP A SINGLE TIME.

Now, the pain was still there – it certainly didn’t remove it entirely. HOWEVER, just having something that made me last the ENTIRE RUN WITHOUT STOPPING ONCE. You guys – I thought this was just part of my life.

It was something I was always going to have to do – but ONE USE and my foot/toes remained stable. I’m sure you could sleep in it barefoot because the material keeps it kind of STUCK so long as you are not moving – but if you are out and about you’ll need to wear socks and/or shoes while using this product.

I actually do not suffer from bunions, but the day I ordered these I suffered a bad fall that cut and sprained my left big toe. After a quick Dr visit nothing was broken but just some trauma, swelling, some cuts and black and blue.

I have used the toe padding to relief not just the pain but to also cushion the toe during my sleep. I am very pleased with this product, instantly my level of discomfort drop to almost non existent (asides from the injury pain) it has allow me to starting wearing some shoes without the stiffness and the level of comfort is great.

I do own a more stick toe separators I use randomly to stretch and relive some of the issues with constantly being on my head and wearing hard shoes. I will start using some of the other pads included with this set as I find them to do the job well and also super comfy.

These little toe separators have been a life saver. They arrived the day before I started my new secondary job. The job I took is wonderful; I take care of clients that are in an assisted living center.

The apartments are very large and there are three stories so, needless to say there is plenty of walking. I have a bunion on my right foot, so when I placed the Zen Toes flare between my toes it relieved the pressure on my second toe.

I am a patient of a reputable podiatrist. I have a prescription for a custom orthotic. I have a bizarre type of foot with an pronounced high arch and very long toes, especially the second one. One summer, after almost constant flip-flops, I had major hammer toes with no feeling in them.

Apparently I had developed muscle memory that was having my toes act as “claws” to grip onto the flip flop front. Very painful muscle development with lots of loss of range of motion. Like a big burly bodybuilder with minimal shoulder flexibility-but the tightness was in my feet.

I tried yoga toes and they were pain-inducing. Like the first few yoga/stretch classes when you didn’t know you were supposed to be able to stretch like that because you, on your own, never do. Yogatoes helped me remember the right way a foot is aligned.

They will not replace surgery. Nor will they replace, as my podiatrist says, a nurturing environment for a foot–i. e a roomy and supported shoe with the occasional pointy-toed heel and flipflop, for special occasions :).

Never had to use these before but they certainly do the job and enabled me to walk miles in my usual walking boots without getting the customary blisters between my two toes. Very pleased.

Not as expected. Ordered large thinking they were wide. Turned out they are tall and narrow. In addition, two little packages came in a huge box-that explains the exorbitant shipping cost. Won’t be ordering from SM again.

I was worried these would be too bulky to wear and my “toe drift” is not yet causing a lot of pain; I don’t have any bunions or the like. But, my balance is off and the drift is increasing, so I tried these.

They are so soft and comfortable, and when I use them, my big toe isn’t crunching down on my 2nd toe. I don’t know if these will actually help cure the problem, but that’s alright if I have to wear them all the time.

I wear comfortable shoes so they fit fine. I really think if you have any kind of toe problems, bunions, hammer toes, etc. , these could be helpful, although I’m not sure they can replace foot surgery (much easier, though!).

But, very affordable, seem sturdy enough, and soft, so I’m glad to recommend them!.

Due to bunions, my large toes turn in and my toes are “crowded” causing some discomfort. These separators help to gently realign that toe and provide a gentle stretch that feels good. The separators are soft and easily slip onto the toe.

For me, the top/bottom part is a little thick and so standing on them or placing the foot in a shoe is a little uncomfortable hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I wish they could come in sizes or there was a way to personalize them, but that seems impractical from a production standpoint.

My separators came in a timely fashion and were well packaged. All in all a very good buy.

My son has problems with bunions and I have tried lots of products to hopefully give him relief. I was excited to receive these through the Walmart Spark Review program because I was looking for other products to try.

My son did not really like these. He said they were uncomfortable and made him limp when he walked. He’s 11, so take this review from a kid’s perspective. I thought the material felt fine, but I don’t have problems with my feet as he does.

So, I’m giving a 3 star rating for average.

These were comfortable but the gel pad is really too thick for my feet. I feel it really over corrects the position of my smaller toes. It pushes them rather than pushing the bug toe into a straighter position.

My mom is using it for her broken toe. Work perfectly to keep the toe straight so it can heal correctly.

It really helps to straighten out my toes that hurt so much.

These are very comfortable once you get used to them. Much more comfortable than wearing a toe separator or bunion sling with a regular sock. The only reasons I gave them 4 starts are: they are very slippery, be careful on wood floors and they are not warm.

They need another sock over them if you like to just wear socks at home in the cold weather. But I will definitely buy more.

I have been recommended to use these because of my bunions but the ones given from the hospital seemed very hard to keep so I stoped using them. Sports laboratory seems to be much more easy to keep during the night and no hustle ti keep the toe separator during the day.

I have tried many different MGF of foot care. Pedifix is simply the best, They are make really well. The toe separators are long lasting. The foam density is perfect. They aren’t to hard or to soft. The size small is also perfect for separating the smaller toes.

My wife has a left big toe that overlaps the next toe which has a ‘large’ corn facing the big toe. These did not help because they were two narrow and rubbed the corn, increasing the pain. I shaved the foam from two of them so the orange part fit together and glued them together to increase the width.

Then i cut out a ‘door’ where the corn touches it from the second toe, all the way through the width, which was then wide enough to hold the toes apart and give the corn a ‘den’ to live in. Her pain went away.

I did 6 of them (12 originals) but they tend to not hold their shape after washing and the glue tends to fail also. She had one given to her from her Dr. and it was wider to start with. I need more like these and i would not have to use two to make them wider.

Will talk to her Dr. and see where he gets them. It works, as modified. Will make her a bunch and ask her not to include them with items in the net bags in the washing machine. Wash by hand like the instructions says.

It was like Christmas – opening that package with all those different options to use!! I don’t think I have bunions yet, but can feel the signs of them beginning to develop and I know that with the kind of shoes I wear, it is only time before they present and I want to stop it NOW.

My feet are so much more comfortable. Since receiving this 11 piece bunion kit, I am averaged 3 miles a day walking for my exercise. I have little to no pain. I can even wear 1. 5 heels without discomfort.

I use the separator even to sleep with, under my sandals, with socks. The stretcher is an excellent exercise for the toes.

This ProFoot brand of toe spacer is the best I have found. Our local Walmart sells a different brand in-store, which does not work for me. That brand is too narrow, causing the toe spacer to shift around as I walk.

This one is superior; softer gel, better shape and just wide enough so it stays in place. My bunion was causing a jolting nerve pain between my 1st and 2nd toes as I walked and this toe spacer completely removed that pain.
