A tire repair kit with compressor is a handy tool to have in your car in case you get a flat tire. It includes a small air compressor to inflate the tire, and a set of tools to help you remove the tire and replace it with a spare.
20 Best Tire Repair Kit With Compressor
1. Innovations 20240 Tire Repair Inflation Kit
Includes a black Microflate inflator head and (3) steel threaded CO2 cartridges
Comes with threaded T-handle plug and screwdriver handle rasp tool
Also includes (5) odorless, thick brown rubber/nylon string plugs (9 ply)
Have not actually used it, and really hope not to since it would mean I have a flat in the mountains on my ATV. The quality is good and the pouch to contain everything is top quality and compact. I think the value was good and with having the CO2 cartridges it is much smaller than taking a pump.

I bought this item about 10 years ago. It is beginning to wear out. It heats up the plug to the car charger and can burn your fingers when you first remove it. It wasn’t always like this. I have used it more times than I can count.
I have used it on my car, friends cars, my mother’s car, people’s cars at church who were stranded just to get them to a tire shop. I have never used the green slime. The instructions are difficult and hard to use as well as time consuming and require removing the the tire stem.
not optimal. But the pump while slow has a large print dial easily read from a standing distance so you aren’t bent over. It clips on the tire with a flip of a switch even my mother can use and she was terrified of trying to do on her own and was surprised at how easy it was and went out and bought one for herself.
It has a green area marking the proper inflation limit for standard car tires so if you don’t know 35 psi is standard you know when the needle is in the green you are good to go. How much simpler can it get? The only draw back is that it is slow.
Because it is tiny it is loud and bounces around if you hold it, it will numb your hand so sit it on the ground but be prepared for noise and a long wait. It is NOT a large compressor. What takes 2-3 minutes at the gas station may take 10-15 minutes with this gadget but you don’t have flats at the gas station.
If you only have a slow leak you can pump and go and get it fixed later. You don’t have to worry as much about your loved ones with this little kit along. It also is self contained so doesn’t take much space in the trunk or under the car seats.
It comes with adapters for balls and pool toys. I have never used the adapters but I still have them. As previously stated mine is 10 years old and while it has problems with over heating and is getting slower and louder it has lasted far beyond what one would expect and has been more than worth the $20 I spent for it.
I am glad to find it again since I have seen others similar but with horrible reviews I wouldn’t trust to replace mine with. The one my mother bought isn’t worth the $35 she paid. Hers advertised being better but didn’t come with the slime, had a cracked meter, the meter has small print, doesn’t have the green area to show how much air goes in a standard tire so she is left confused, hers is a twist on instead of a flip on, and hers was a national name brand.
For me I will stick with SLIME brand and just throw the slime away and use the additional space left by it for a back up container of motor oil or fix a flat.
While heading home from a family reunion on I95 I had the misfortune of getting a tire leak that was bad enough for me to hear the air hissing out. All the tire repair places were closed, and I didn’t want to drive on I95 with a temporary spare (because it’s I95), so I decided to give this kit a try.
The instructions were easy to follow, and the tiny air compressor eventually filled up the tire. Afterwards I could no longer hear the leak, and the tire stayed intact on the 150-mile trip home. The next day we took the car to a repair shop and found out that there was a large piece of metal in the tire.
Not only was the damage too extensive to repair, the mechanic wouldn’t even let us drive away on the tire. I ended up having to buy a whole new tire, but I’m very impressed that the Slime was able to keep the damaged tire intact (and so was the mechanic).
Excellent tire compressor. Got the job done to pump up my Michelin Pilot Super Sports from being low to the tire spec in minutes. Good solid fit on the tire stems and good length on the air tube. The power cable is extremely short so you can’t walk around the whole car with this compressor.
You will have to route it through the other door to get the other side of the car because the power cable is so short. It does come with a warning that you cannot run it for more than 10 minutes straight and you must let it cool down for 25 minutes before using it again so I caution using this for bigger jobs.
Although it was reporting the tires were filled at above 35 PSI when I checked my car’s TPMS it reported 34 PSI so be aware to follow the gauge sparingly as this isn’t a digital gauge.

It is that easy. Just plug the power connector into your 12-volt car accessory outlet and screw on the air hose, then push the button. Instantly, a mix of emergency repair tire sealant and air are fired right into your tires, sealing punctures and repairing the flat.
Slimes emergency tire sealant is tire sensor safe and approved by leading automakers. The Slime Flat Tire Repair Kits digital gauge with a bright backlit display is integrated right into the inflator, so you can monitor tire pressure as you inflate.
If you get excited and put in too much air, you can easily take it out with the deflate button. Best of all, the temporary tire repair last up to 500 miles, more than enough to get you to a service station.
With the Slime Digital Flat Tire Repair Kit, you are not just buying time, you are buying safety and simplicity.
I can tell this digital emergency flat tire repair kit is a must have item for every driver. You never know what will happen when you’re on the road and nobody can help you. This kit comes with everything needed to get you back on track.
The instruction is very clear and easy to use. I have never able to change a flat tire by myself before so I will be definitely frustrated when something happens. This small kit will help to inflate the tires within 8 minutes.
All I need to plug it to the outlet and the other end is on the air cap. It runs smoothly. The kit is very capable and doesn’t take much space in the car. It also includes the sealant to fix the flat tire.
Love it! It worked like it was supposed to! My boyfriend has a 2016 Dodge Charger and both his tires on the left side of his car were going flat at the same time. The front left tire was losing air the fastest so we did the air and sealant for that one.
We drove around for about 2 mins at 15 mph to let the sealant spread throughout the inside of the tire and after that the tire stopped losing air. Then we put just air in the back left tire because it wasn’t losing air at a rapid rate.
A good tip is not to run the car while operating the inflator it might cause it to blow the fuse of your lighter port. Which happened to us lol, lucky we had another lighter port. We were able to drive his car on the expressway at 70 mph for about 45 mins.
The front left tire with the air and sealant did not deflate once not even a little bit. However, the back left tire with just the air in it did deflate from 32 psi to 21 psi by the time we made it home.
So eventually we had to put air in that tire. Overall, I like the fact that it’s a tire inflator and tire repair kit all in one. It was also for a good price too, it was $44. 98 when we bought it. So well worth the money as opposed to getting your car towed or calling a tow truck to put on a spare tire.
With this you can just drive yourself to a tire shop and save yourself some money in case you can’t get to a tire shop right away or can’t afford the tow truck. Best of luck to anyone who uses this product! :D.
Used it on a 700mi motorcycle trip after riding about 60 mi. Had a slow leak (haven’t figured it out yet, but probably a valve stem leak) and this worked as described. Completed the ride with no pressure drop according to the on-board tire pressure indicator or my hand gauge.
Only error in the process is that the built in pressure gauge in the Slime unit was nearly 30lbs off, and a hand gauge should be used anyway for accurate tire pressure measurement. Note: Read the Instructions to be safe and effective; example – don’t run the unit continuously over 10 min, and there is a 15 amp fuse if you unscrew the tip of the cigarette lighter cord ect.

More sealant and a more powerful tire inflator for large tires found on trucks, SUVs and vans.
Oh boy this Smart Spair Plus Flat Tire Repair Kit is one of the most convenient tire products ever made. Whoever thought of this was a genius. First whoever has had a flat tire or a semi-flat tire knows about slime.
(Even though any professional tire repairman hates slime) ( I always tell them that I used slime. ) Slime has saved my life in more ways than one. This repair kit has a tire inflator that puts the slime in the tire at the same time.
Inflates the tire so you can make it to a tire shop to get fixed. This is such a huge deal to me because I normally get the slime everywhere and I live in a rural town local tire repair shop could be 20 to 40 miles away.
Saves a lot of fingernail biting wondering if I will make it to the shop. You can also get refill bottles and use the inflator again it also conveniently runs off of your car. Here is another major plus.
We have ATVs we go out riding frequently. No matter what someone who is driving ends up getting a flat tire. Problem solved with the Smart Spair Plus Flat Tire Repair Kit. When I first received this one we went out riding.
I put it in the bag on my ATV. 20 minutes later first flat tire. All I heard was now I have to walk back all the way home. I whipped out this repair kit. Less than 10 minutes, later we on the road again.
I of course was the Hero! We now have 4 of these repair kits! Everyone who has tires needs one of these! I highly recommend the Smart Spair Plus Flat Tire Repair Kit.
Slime Smart Spair Plus Flat Tire Repair Kit includes everything you need in the even that you need immediate tire repair. This kit comes packaged in a zippered case which contains: Slime Resque Emergency Tire Sealant, 12V accessory Tire Inflator with built in dial gauge (0-100psi) and quick connect head, and multi-purpose air adapters for other inflatable items.
While the sealant is made for emergency usage (3 days or 100 miles), it will aid in getting you to where you need to have your tire repaired. Easy to use, no tools required. 2 steps is all that is required: connect the tire inflator to the sealant bottle, attach sealant bottle to tire and turn on (after plugging inflator into 12V receptacle), all done in 12 minutes so you can be on your way.
Tire inflator can be used with or without sealant, depending on your need. Great product to have for those just in case moments, better to be prepared.
No one ever expects a flat tire. But when it happens, it’s nice to have an emergency kit in your car. Yes, a spare is also nice, but what if you can’t get to it for some reason? This kit has an emergency tire sealant, and.
AN AIR PUMP. Look, this kit would be worth the price for the air pump alone. It runs off of the car 12v dock, and cones with a couple of different heads for a goo match. It takes 8 minute to inflate, and has a built-in tire pressure dial gauge.
But it comes with a container of tire sealant, which you can replace once you use it, and a handy little carry bag. Is this the highest-quality, heavy-duty tire repair package you could get? No, but that’s okay.
Because it’s an affordable one. And you can use the air pump on anything that needs air – bike tires, basketballs, etc.
Fixing a roadside emergency flat tire can be a drag. Not only is it a dangerous job, it also takes time to change a flat tire. At least, until now. With the Slime Flat Tire Repair Kit, you will be up and back on the road in just 10 minutes.

While this appears to be a great tool on the surface, it’s just not. Mine came with a leaky O-ring so when to try to stop the flow it still leaks. To use the pressure Guage you have to stop the air flow.
Believe it or not “rapid” is also a subjective term. This tool is a slow deflation rate. Use a regular stick type pressure gauge for rapid deflation. Pocket knife works better than this tool. Save your money and purchase a compressor instead.
These smittybilt tire deflators make quick work of airing down your tires. You have to set each deflators to the desired pressure by deflating your tire to the desired pressure then put on the deflator and set it to that pressure.
All 4 are very consistent when set to the same pressure. So when your ready to air down, just screw the deflators on the valve stem and bs with your friends while they hold in their valves to deflate their tires.
When you return your tires will be set to the desired pressure. They work well.
Perfect for repairing punctured tires for vehicles, handcarts and others. Package comes with 1-piece of T-handle insert tool, 1-piece of T-handle spiral probe tool, 30 pieces of string plugs, 2 pieces of hex keys, 1 piece of sealing lubricant.
I never tried to repair a flat tire until I brought this kit. The last time I had a puncture I paid $22. 00 to have the tire repaired and the next day the same tire was flat again. This time I used this repair kit and did it myself and a week later the tire is still holding air.
I highly recommend this product to everyone. The tools are very high quality and will last forever. The only thing I didn’t like about the kit is it didn’t include any instructions telling you how to use it.
But if you can’t figure out how to use it then you should have tire repair shop repair the tire.
I ordered this after advance auto mixed up my order for one. Things happen for the best because this is a much better quality and will last longer in its hard plastic case. Also comes with much more plugs.
This convenient tire repair kit is a great insurance policy that can keep you from being stranded on the open road. – Uses tire, rim, and TPMS-safe sealant – Repairs made with wheel on car – Provides a driving range of 125 miles – Can also be used strictly as an air compressor – Includes handy nylon storage bag.
Excellent for cars that are not equipped with a spare tire. Brought this item for use in my Tesla Y. A week after I purchased the 12V Tire Inflator / Repair System we got a flat pulling into a parking lot.
I was able to extract the object ( broken blade from a box cutter) from the tire. The sealant was able to seal the leak which allowed us to drive home (40 miles). Lucky us! The tire was deemed not repairable by Discount tire the following day.
We were able to enjoy the evening, rather than waiting for roadside assistance to arrive.
I removed the original equipment (OE) run-flat tires from my Mercedes, and replaced them with excellent Michelin Pilot Sport tires. I researched the repair/inflator systems that Mercedes offers for more than $250.
then I found this solution at Griot’s Garage! Same item, same manufacturer, no Mercedes decal, but it was only about $60! The unit is high quality, comes in an attractive storage case, and fits in the compartment under the floor of my trunk (where there is not enough room for a spare).
If you are looking to enjoy the benefits of NON run-flat tires, this is a great repair/inflator kit to grab instead of a spare tire, wheel and jack.
Have had this in my trunk for past 2 years, no spare with non run flats. Got a flat recently, small metal object punctured rear tire so I finally got to test it. The air compressor works fine but when I switched out to the red hose, connected it to valve and switched the dial to sealant nothing came out of the bottle.
I rechecked directions and followed them exactly but no luck. Fortunately I keep a tire plug kit in trunk as well and was able to remove the metal object and plug up the hole. I inflated the tire and all was well.
Be prepared on your journey with the Fix and Go Kit for passenger vehicles. This compact two-piece solution, compromising of a powerful 12v tyre compressor and a 450ml Particle Gel tyre sealant bottle, is the most trusted aftermarket solution and supplied to many of the leading vehicle manufacturers including Peugeot, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and many more.
The Fix and Go kit is simple to use with no tools or skills required to fix a puncture on the roadside. The tyre sealant simply pumps directly through the valve using the power of the air compressor for rapid puncture repair.
Unlike other solutions, that valve core does not need removing, as the rubber sealing particles in the gel are so fine. The water-based solution is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-corrosive and safe for use with all TPMS systems.
Once in repair, the Particle Gel sealant can be washed out to allow for full tyre repair. It is ideal for sealing punctures up to 6mm and will last for 125 miles so you can safely get home or to a repair garage.
Despite its small size, the 12V/120W compressor connects to the 12V cigarette and can rapidly inflate a tyre from flat within 5-9 minutes. The compressor features a clear analogue gauge with both BAR and PSI indicators and a built in deflate button.
All parts fit nicely into a small storage bag along with a selection of nozzle accessories that can be used on Bike tyres and footballs. This kit is compatible for use on vehicles up to 20” wheels and is complete with a convenient carry bag for easy storage and portability.
Simply store in the boot of your vehicle, glove compartment or door compartment so it is always on hand.
I used to drive an Astra elite which had this product as spec as there was no spare & on the occasions I used the tyre inflator I was very impressed how quick it was terrific little compressor , so when I bought a BMW Cabriolet with no spare & run flat tyres I bought this product straight away the compressor is the same very well made , great quality &!very fast inflating the tyres , with it is a chemical solution which if you have a puncture you can attach to the unit which in turn pumps it into the tyre to seal the hole which will give you the opportunity to drive to kwikfit to buy a new tyre or get it repaired , this particular product can in a decent little carry case which I’ve put in the corner of my boot 30 is little money for peace of mind & it’s a quality unit not rubbish I would definitely recommend it & buy again if needed.

This is exactly the one that my dad, a mechanic, also uses for his shop. I was looking long and hard for this exact one. I have used it a 2 times as well as another time for my friend and it plugged the tire perfectly.
The reaming tool is sturdy and so are the plugs. No leak after being sealed!.

Ok, you’ve read the reviews and you know it’s junk. But you have an impending flat and you need it anyway. Buy it. Be forewarned that you must be perfectly straight in and out with these tools or they will snap.
Now, I am 6′ and 260 and very strong. the reamer goes in with a lot of force, but it goes in. Be aggressive with it!!! Ream it out like you’re wearing that hole OUT! The reamer is a little undersized, so if you don’t get nasty with it, you’re up a creek in the next step.
Now, once you’ve prepped the caterpillar on the tool and you’re ready to push it in, get ready for a fight. You may find that it will NOT go in the hole. I rolled my wife’s traverse against the parking pawl because I was shoving so hard and it absolutely would not go in.
In this case remember two things – remember that I said keep the tool straight or it will snap off, and remember Archimedes. You need a lever. Use a piece of wood or a hammer handle and stick one end in the fender of the car and lever the other end, with the tool under it.
Then carefully force that sucker in – STRAIGHT. Don’t overpower your wrist and let it get crooked and snap! Once in, unclench your broken teeth and then yank the handle out. Cut the excess with a razor blade, and you’re done.
I have been using these for over 10years to plug tires that Firestone would not fix. they last for months and months if the directions are followed exactly. I have even plugged a side wall or two long enough to be able to replace the tire.
I have no idea how long they would last in the sidewall as I wouldn’t risk leaving the tire any longer than necessary with fear of the tire blowing. I have had the sidewall plugged for up to a week when I could get a new tire.
For regular plugging on the tread I have tires that have had plugs for over a year with no issues. Don’t use stuff like Fix a Flat! The spray in stuff, all brands of spray in stuff, completely coat the entire inside of the tire and your wheel/rim on the inside! It is a nightmare to strip that stuff off your rim later on when replacing the tire and most places with charge a good amount to strip it.
Using these avoids all of that extra time/work/expense and lasts longer.
This patch kit worked very well at patching my truck tire with a screw hole in the tread. As with all patch kits , its difficult to push the tool in for cleaning the hole before you push in the plug with the second tool , that is provided as well.
There is no cut off tool provided with any repair kit that I know of , to cut off the excess plug that sticks out after the repair is done. But after the plug is inserted , make sure you have part of the plug inside the tire and part outside the tread.
After the repair has set a couple on minutes , get a razor blade or scissors , and cut the excess plug off that is sticking out of the repaired hole on the tread. The included glue in this kit is not provided in other kits and it not only helps bond the plug into the puncture , but it also lubricates the plug as you push it in the hole.
Its a little easier to get the plug in with the glue , and I like the added insurance that the plug is not going to leak after the repair. The glue helps melt all the rubber together. There are You Tube videos on the internet , that offer free short videos on using these Walmart SlimeTire Plug Kits.
You will need to inflate your tire properly after the repair is made.
Inflation Capacity: One 16g Canister supplies approximately: 32 psi in a 180/55/17 Motorcycle Tire / 40 psi for a 26″ Bicycle Tire. Contiguous States using ground services. No International or APO services available.
Great product, nice piece of insurance. Hope I never have to use it, but I sure am glad to have it. You can’t go wrong with this kit!! IT’S BETTER TO HAVE IT AND NOT NEED IT, THEN NEED IT AND NOT HAVE IT!!.
Victor’s 30 Piece Tire Repair Toolbox contains the essentials that you will need to repair standard tires. For convenience and easy storage, all of the contents of this kit come in a functional handle carry case and an instruction booklet is included.
The arrival for this item (I ordered two kits) was actually late. After I asked about it, it got it relatively quick after that. After I received the kit, I checked all the items inside, everything is exactly what I expected — as shown in the product picture.
I haven’t tried to actually use it, but the quality looks good to me. (I used other similar products before).
Patching one nail hole in your tire, already pays for the entire cost of this item. A car repair shop usually charges 8-12$ for repairing one hole in a tire. This product comes with at least 10x usable hold patches.
Thats around 80$ worth of patching your saving when you do it yourself! Great item, with low price! Thanks Walmart!.
Looks like a good kit with everything you need all in a nice closable case. Lot of Gummy Worms and the tools are very sturdy. Could use a worm cutter to be complete, but I’m happy. You can get a basic repair kit for $4 or $5 but how do you store it? This is a nice solution with plenty of supplies.

I work for the County and we only use this brand of tire plugs. Never had any issues with them at work or at home and are much better than any kit you can buy at any auto part store or Walmart. The handles are solid and have the right amount of weight to push the plug through any car or truck tire.
Been using this brand for 40 years. I have tried other plug type repair kits, ALL with POOR results. If you don’t want to remove your tire from the rim or cause a sticky mess using liquids. buy this set! You won’t be disappointed.
Built heavy, bought one 25 years ago still working great, used it on well over 100 tires. Very rare to have a problem leaking and if I did a second plug would cure it. It came with extra needle but I have never needed it.
Includes a heavy-duty aluminum reamer and a plugger with no-slip grip. Capable of boring down 4. 5″ into off-road, tubeless tires. Insertion collar ensures that the plug is inserted to the proper depth.
Includes 10 strips of plug materials and a 0. 41 oz. tube of rubber cement. Slime’s Ultimate Tire Plug Kit has everything you need to repair a punctured tire. Includes 10 strips of plug materials, and the insertion collar ensures that the plug is inserted to the proper depth, so there’s no guesswork involved.
Designed for ATVs, wheelbarrows, trailers, and other tubeless off-road tires. Includes one 0. 41 oz. tube of rubber cement. Weight: 0. 74 lbs.
The reamer and plug insert tools are really made well and should last a lifetime. The puncture was a small hole. The plugs supplied with this kit leaked from the center of the plug. I removed the plugs and repeated for a total of 3 times.
My neighbor gave me one of his and it sealed first time. I worked as a heavy equipment mechanic and then became Forman and I’ve plugged many tires and never seen this or ever hade one fail. I might have gotten a bad batch of plugs.
Got up to a flat on my truck, went into the shop and got my cheap plug kit and the plastic handle was broken off. So I went to Auto Zone and this time purchased Ultimate Plug kit. It was a little more money but has aluminum handles and is very well made.
This kit made plugging my tire so much easier than the cheap kit i had.
Bought this kit in hopes of saving a few dollars as it was on clearance. After attempting to repair the hole in my tire, I realized why this kit was so cheap. The design of the handle does not provide enough grip/leverage to get the plug full seated inside the hole compared to the ‘T-shaped’ handle of the slightly more expensive kit.
After having my tire continue to leak air despite using the kit (tried twice), I ended up buying another kit elsewhere with the ‘T-shaped’ handle and fixed the leak on the first try. Save your money and spend the extra few dollars for the other kit.
A tire on my Honda Civic was leaking air at a rate of 5PSI per day. I sprayed soapy water on the tire and found that a screw of about 1/8 inch diameter stuck in the tire was the problem. I ordered this repair kit and got it at the ACE Harware store in a few days.
I pulled out the screw with a pair of pliers and did the repair according to the instruction which was not difficult. I only had to use one half of a plug, so I used only 1/6 of what was in the package.
After 2 weeks, I have not even lost one PSI of pressure after 200 miles with freeway driving half of the time. Use mechanics gloves for better grip and protection. You could use a pair of large pliers or a wrench to turn the tool for more torque if necessary.
My car has no spare tire. There’s a can of goop and an air pump. Goop makes a mess. I keep needle nose plyers and pump. Fixed a nail flat Without removing tire and no goop mess. Lots of cars are removing spare.
Tire repair anywhere with the ULTRALITE, the entry model for Dynaplug kits. Using a Dynaplug removes the common practice of increasing the size of a puncture hole by reaming. This eliminates the need for a second tool and prevents further damage to the tire caused by reaming the hole to a larger diameter with abrasive tools used in other types of external repair.
No Glue Required – After use, tubes of glue dry out in a short time and when you need it again it’s dried up. Because repair plugs retain an indefinite sealing characteristic, no glue is required for install or to store for future use.
Machined from solid billet 6061 aluminum with a softer silicone end cap, this is the lightest weight Dynaplug at 2 ounces. The standard tool kit includes 4 repair plugs and 1 insertion tube; the interior storage compartment holds extra tubes and plugs.
You can buy the air stopper tool and clearing attachment separately. The Dynaplug solution is designed to repair a punctured tire in just a few minutes without taking the tire off the wheel. Remove the puncture, align the plug, push and pull.
You don’t need anything more than the tool and the repair plug to permanently seal the puncture hole from the inside out without compromising the tire balance. One plug seals a puncture from an object like a nail, screw or staple the size of a 16D 3 inch long nail.
Dynaplug repairs punctures in tires for cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, campers, motor homes, RVs, garden tractors and more. IN ADDITION, Dynaplug is compatible with run flats and tires with pressure monitoring sensors.
Add Dynaplug to your other vehicle repair tools and save time and money with a solution you can use with confidence. The Dynaplug solution was certified by UTAC, a European vehicle test laboratory, for permanent repairs in the tread area for clean punctures up to the size of a 16D penny common nail and driven at speeds up to 90mph for testing purposes.
I have used tire plugs many times in the past with great results. The only thing I did not like about the vast majority of plug tools is the fact that the hole has to be reamed out causing even more damage to the tire.
This system does not require the hole to be reamed and it is a small diameter so it does not enlarge the existing hole. The main reason i use plugs is 1, most tire shops use this method anyway, and 2, if you use the tire sealant liquid it will foul up your remote tire pressure sensors, and makes it impossible for tire shops to patch the hole later if the liquid does not do the job.
Fantastic product, I used it three days after receiving it and I can honestly say it was worth every penny, one thing make sure to have a screwdriver and maybe a pair of pliers with you in the car, then you have no problems.
I originally purchased this kit to fix a very slow leak in my front passenger. Coincidentally on the day the kit arrived I somehow managed to get an even larger leak in my rear passenger tire (a 1/4″ bolt!).
The kit made plugging both holes very easy. Both the plug insertion tool and the spiral cleaning probe are extremely sturdy (you can feel they are solid metal as soon as you pick them up) and make it easy to push the plug through the tire tread.
It also came with 2 different size plugs so the lager hole caused by the 1/4″ bolt was easily filled using the larger size plug. Very happy with this kit. Its well worth every penny spent and will now live in my car to inevitably save me the next time I puncture a tire.
I would giving it a 25 star review. When you are looking at a flat tire in the rain and find a giant something in your tire. Well, your tire is sad, and the something in your tire is laughing at you, until you pull out this baby.
The best tire repair kit in the World!!!!! In last then a minute the job is done. If only they made a tire inflation pump that would be perfect. FYI these kits have everything you need AMAZING! !!!.
The quality of the tool is tops! – heavy duty with large, comfortable handles and well-designed auger and plug inserter. My only issue is that the set comes with two plug sizes – small and large – but there are no instructions or guidelines to help you decide which one to use.
Otherwise, the tool is a pleasure to use and, so far, zero leaks from the repair site.
Highlights: Includes 300 psi compressor with adapter 16 oz. bottle of slime tire sealant (Catalog id: 41021116). Inflate and repair flats and leaks. Includes complete instructions. Portable black zipper storage case with handle.
The compressor is an important part of the tire repair kit because it helps to fill the tire with air. Without the compressor, the tire would not be able to hold the air in and would eventually go flat.
The compressor is also important because it helps to keep the tire inflated to the proper pressure. If the tire is not inflated to the proper pressure, it can cause the tire to wear out prematurely or even blow out.
