Ordered this to have one gauge. Not the three or 4 I have. The digital one I had was not able to be used in tight areas and I always worried about batteries dying. The pencil type is a pain in the backside to use and keep checking with the small print.
This one is much easier to fit anywhere I’ve needed it and feels much more durable. It’s also pleasing to use and hold, it feels like a tool. It’s a bit bulky but I don’t keep much in the glove box, just this and the manual.

it all comes down to expensive costs. This Longacre gauge is are very rare gem. It’s straightened all my above worries it’s unbelievably accurate in an age equipments are just money making parts. Owing one is like owning a rare dog breed, everything morning at the gas station there is someday asking “Where did you get that” and I proudly tell my story.
I wish it was packaged with an aluminum padded storage case I wouldn’t mind the cost. You should see the one I made out of cardboard it came in for you would know how much I value it.
I have multiple cars and have tried all kinds of tire pressure gauges. I am pretty sure this is the last one I will have to buy. It’s very accurate, easy to read and control, has multiple chucks, and is rugged in design.

I have been shopping for a digital tire gauge for a while. Most were very expensive or had limited range. The only low priced gauges were hand held with no hose which is awkward inside of a deep wheel.
The one I received had both the ball chuck and the 45 degree chuck–a nice bonus. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent rating is that it doesn’t hold the reading when taken off of the valve stem.

While these gauges do what they are intended for you are essentially getting what you pay for here. Upon unboxing all three gauges they feel like the cheap plastic pieces that they are made of. Very lightweight with very little heft to them The plastic body is very slick which makes it hard to hold on to especially in awkward angles.
There is also nothing to use to release air in the case of an overinflated tire. Finally the LCD readout can be funny to see, looking straight on it’s hard to read the dim/washed out numbers but tilt it to 15-20 degrees away from you and it is clear as day.
This was the same for all three gauges. Now on the positive side, the light is nice on the nozzle and the screen especially in the dark. In actual use, reading tire pressure is fast and all three gauges were within 1 psi of each other.
The fact that I purchased a three pack to have a couple to throw into the glove boxes of the cars for emergencies and have a spare for the garage these will do just fine.

This gauge works the best out of several I’ve tried. Over the last few weeks, I’ve bought 4 different models of tire gauges. They were all over the place and all were off by at least 1 psi unit when tested against a known accurate measurement.

I picked this up for setting air pressure on my drag radials. Very easy to read with it’s large face and the bleed valve lets me set the pressure exactly where I want it quickly. Glow in the Dark face is an added bonus.

I bought this due to the inflation / deflation option & it being digital along with the sale price. The gauge is very accurate. I compared it with 3 other gauges that I trust to be accurate & it’s within less than half a pound on 2 out of the 3.
It is spot on with the 3rd. It is easy to use and feels comfortable in hand. I rated it as a 4 star because the clip style chuck does not seal every time. Otherwise it would be a 5 star for me. Sometimes I need to hold pressure on the chuck for it not to leak at the valve stem.
I may change out the chuck down the road. One thing I would like to point out is to make sure the power is turned on before connecting it to the valve stem. Otherwise the reading will be way off. It seems as though the gauge establishes it’s baseline of zero psi when it is first turned on.

Used the Eastwood item twice, on my car tires. So far, so good. It has an accurate psi reading, I compared it to 2 other pressure meters, and the result matched +/-1 psi. It is solid, not cheap feeling.
Bigger and heavier than I expected. Works smoothly when you press the handle or buttons. I really like it. The only con is the chuck. Looks cheap, and cannot stay still, a little wiggly when in use. I have to press it firmly to the stem valve of my tires until pumping air.
When I looked into it, inside it is all brass, with the exception of the end, where there is a mini rubber gasket. This is what the top of the tire valve stem touches. I expected the inside to be all rubber, but nope – just a gasket at the end.
That’s why I dropped one star. I do not know how long this gasket will last. This product is made in China. I recommend buying it.

This is the digital version of several similar tire pressure gauges. The readout is clear and seems accurate. The valve fitting does not seal well. I have similarly priced analog Joe’s racing gauge that suffers from the same issue.

At this point in time, designing something like a tire pressure gauge should be close to a no-brainer, but it seems that so many mediocre gauges still exist.
