I originally started drinking Wormwood tea for intestinal problems. Wormwood tea is an aquired taste. Like gin or scotch. It’s bitter & tastes like unsweetened grapefruit. Most people hate it. I didn’t particularly like when I first started drinking it.

Now I love it. But, I need it sweetened like a grapefruit. I no longer drink it only for it’s medicinal properties. I also drink it because I love the taste. It’s my go to drink first thing in the morning.

I have purchased this tea for yrs from another store and so I was excited to receive my 6 boxes. However after trying to make multiple cups from 4 different boxes this tea for some reason no longer has the strong ginger flavor I had come to expect from it.

And expiration date is 2023 so not sure what is causing the issue. 0.

I bought this online because I herd Sage tea is good to help alleviate menstrual cramps. I get very bad periods that I literally feel so sick and no amount of aspirin helps. So 1 week before my period I would drink 1 cup of sage at night and I drank 1 cup daily through the whole week of my period.

It actually helped me so much. Bloating and my cramps were significantly decreased and my period seemed less heavy. This is my personal experience and some people who use this might have similar or different experience then I did.

But I will continue to use this tea as it’s benefits me. Plus it’s easy to make heat up a cup of water and drop the tea bag in the hot water. I let it seep for exactly 8 minutes and remove the tea bag.

You can add sugar or honey but I don’t. I like the tea straight, it’s good.

I recently purchased a box of Alvita Organic Sage Tea. When I opened the sealed bag that contained the tea bags, an aroma that reminded me of Vick’s Vapo Rub wafted out. I tried a cup, steeping the bag for 10 minutes, as the package recommended.

It tasted awful. I forced my way through it, finishing the cup. It felt like I was drinking a cup of punishment. I haven’t yet had another cup, but may try again; maybe if I steep the bag for 5 minutes the tea will be more palatable.

I rated the product “fair” instead of “poor” because I haven’t tried making a less potent cup. If less steeping time still produces something that, for me, is barely drinkable, I’ll come back and knock the rating down to one star.

When I drastically changed my diet for a 6-week weight loss challenge I read through the experiences of others who had been though it and learned that many had issues with constipation. A common recommendation for the problem was having a mug of Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move Tea before bed.

Yup I had to buy and use it after a few weeks. The ingredients in this tea are: senna leaf, licorice root, fennel fruit, orange peel, cinnamon bark, coriander fruit, ginger rhizome, and orange peel oil.

You are supposed to have 1 cup of this tea (using 1 tea bag) before bed and it contains 0 calories of any other important nutritional information. I paid like $4 for a box of 16 tea bags at the local grocery store which I think is very reasonable.

For the most part I have to say that this Smooth Move herbal tea is a gentle way to treat periodic constipation. I’m not going to lie–I definitely had a bit of a disaster at work one morning which I was *thank Darwin* able to cover up but that was just a one time thing.

I’ve even done 2 mugs of this tea before bed and have found things to just gently return to normal the next day. I still have a box of it in the cabinet despite the fact that my digestive system has been humming along just fine for the past couple of years.

It is worth keeping on hand instead of other harsh drug store alternatives.

I have Gastro issues, so I bought this tea to help keep things regular. I brewed a cup of tea around 11:30pm, woke up around 9am and the tea started working! The senna has a weird aftertaste, so I brewed an extra cup of regular peppermint tea to mix with it and it tasted great! Now, I’m not sure if it was the senna tea, or the 2 cups of tea, but before bed it may make your stomach feel a little full and uncomfortable.

It took a 20 minutes, and then the feeling passed and I went to sleep. Out of all the other types of cleansers, this one is absolutely the most gentle! I got light stomach cramps, but nowhere near as painful as some other products are.

10/10 recommend.

I was doubtful buying this but was willing to try anything. In my first trimester I so constipated and was prescribed stool softeners, laxatives and enemas and it was all making me extremely miserable.

The medicines were making me bloated, nauseous and itchy. I was only having a regular stool once every two weeks. My stomach always felt so full and I was so uncomfortable all the time. Nothing was helping.

Guys it works. I know it says 30 servings and is only 15 bags but I just put one bag in a mug and filled with boiling water. I didn’t add milk or sweetener bc it’s very tasty on its own. I drank the whole mug and the next day got everything out.

I quit taking all the over the counter medications and use this tea only now. Every time I drink a mug I go to bathroom easily and painlessly the next day. Very happy customer over here.

Never thought I’d write a review like this but here we are. I’m 5 1/2 months pregnant and I’ve had troubles with constipation since I found out I was pregnant 5 weeks in. I’ve been taking miralax daily, my diet is always on point, I always stay very hydrated.

pregnancy just decided it wanted to ruin my BM’s. After miralax daily for over a week I finally started going maybe once a week to twice a week at most and it was still dreadful. I got this in the mail about a week ago and still take my miralax, but switched it to every other day becauseeeee.

since I started drinking this tea twice a day, I go every other day now!! And when I go, it’s not some small pointless amount like it used to be. Like I’m FINALLY clearing out. I couldnt be more thankful for this!! I’m lowering my intake of miralax a little more soon, I’d definitely prefer to be off it completely.

I was kinda of skeptical about buying this. Have serious digestive issues and I have tried the smooth move tea and didn’t have any success. I’m 10 weeks pregnant and man have I been uncomfortable. I tried this tea one time before I went to bed and for me its apparently all I needed.

The only thing I’m unsure about it the tea bags holding 2 cups of tea. As I wouldn’t be able to drink 2 cups in one sitting. I saved the tea bag in the fridge after using one cup so hopefully ill be able to use it again with no issues otherwise is feel it will be a bit wasteful money wise.

Ive been buying this product for sometime. Research shows that dandelion root is good for detoxing the liver and the kidneys. So Ill drink at least 16 ounces of this tea a day. I make it 1 gallon at a time.

Usually mix with some organic green tea also. I Sweeten with Stevia. Has yummy cinnamon and hibiscus added to it. im not a doctor so I cant say as how its working, but I am 63 years old and have great health.

Beats drinking soda or other unhealthy drinks. Im not really a water person so this is great for me. Only complaint I have is about the paper bags that they come in. Very hard to rip off the top without tearing the teabag within.

They could work on their bag design.

Great tea, but horrible tea bags and packaging. Tears and breaks open easily and tea, while good enough, is too small to use in tea strainers. I haven’t had but one other dandelion tea before (roasted) and that wasn’t particularly good.

This is better but I admit it can be a bit sour and if you add sugar it’s better but a bit like warm cool aid. Still not bad for it’s benefits. Can be used to potentially reduce diabetes possibilities.

Look up the research on that.

I love this tea, although I have noticed it takes more bags to reach the flavor I remember. From 1 tea bag now 3. The packaging is a little better than it was. I would rather pay more than have to waste all the packaging of 3 pouches.

I am a tea lover and have been purchasing my teas from Dherbs for several years now. I have not been disappointed. I love their variety, there is a tea for whatever ails you. When I came upon the Lungs & Respiratory Tea I decided to try it.

I was not disappointed. I drink this whenever I am feeling cold/flu symptoms. I like to be proactive so that my symptoms dissipate quickly. This tea helps me feel better quickly. I like the taste and often mix it with the Mucus Tea.

I buy it regularly and always have some on hand.

I drank two 14oz cups daily, letting two teabags steep in a pot of boiling hot water. I drank this along with the full body cleanse and think this will be a great addition to my health regimen, once I complete the cleanse.

I’m not sure if I drank too much but I will say it definitely cleansed me out thoroughly, several times a day, LOL. I have been eating more fruits and veggies along with a lot of water so that probably added to me going so much.

Either way I enjoyed the tea and more than likely will continue drinking this for a while. I love a good herbal tea and the combination is perfect.

I like to take care of my gut health so I figured I would give this a try. It’s got a weird color to it. It literally looks and tastes like a brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal flavored water. But in a really good way.

I wouldn’t call this a tea, but I guess that’s the base of the mix. It has a cinnamon bun flavor to it but it is a liquid. It’s odd, but I honestly really enjoyed it and I will buy this again. The flavor is great.

this stuff is delicious!!!!!! I usually make my own ginger mint blend with fresh ingredients. but when i saw all the other ingredients in this tea (green rooibos, dandelion, elderberry, ginseng, and moringa) I knew i had to try it!!! It has since become a staple in our tea cupboard (we don’t drink coffee, only tea.

so do my kiddos) and I have also bought my oldest son a box for his home S well as my mother in law. This blend has some particularly good herbs to help keep your immune system up!! And all for a good price.

Plus it tastes delicious!!! Celestial Seasonings NEVER disappoints me, as a hardcore tea drinker. Or my kids– who are growing up to also be hardcore tea drinkers as well. I hope they never discontinue this blend because when they discontinue tea blends, it is seriously depressing (like the India Spice Chai😭😭 I really liked that chai for the price and have never found one that I liked as much since.

I was so excited when I saw I was receiving this box! I’m a bit of a tea snob, so this was right up my alley 😅. This tea had a very unique and delicious flavor. I tasted cinnamon and oats specifically (which makes sense as those are the main ingredients).

I’ve never had another tea that tasted like this, the oat really comes through and it is very pleasant. My ONLY complaint was that my tea bag was basically empty. When I removed it to give a squeeze I noticed there wasn’t much in the tea bag, and I actually thought it had broken open in my cup.

but it didn’t. I do have photos of this, however that actually may be the way it’s supposed to be?? Not sure. Fortunately there was enough to still get a great cup of tea from it. I really enjoyed it with a splash of oat milk and a bit of honey.

Whew! This tea is bitter and tastes awful but seems to help with leg cramps and currently drinking as an extra attack against viruses- have to say, it does seem to make me feel better almost immediately.

Worked better than expected! I have tried many detox/cleanse teas and I can honestly say, this one surprised me! Worked within a few hours. If you have a “weak” tummy, maybe use 1 tea bag. I’ve always used 2 bags.

After the first cup ,I went to using 1 tea bag. I loved the taste. I’m glad i gave it a try.

This tea caused me to have severe intestinal pain, gas, and bloating. The first time this happened I wasnt sure if it was the tea or not but it happened again after consuming it and after researching I now realize this is a common side effect of Senna.

I also read that senna should not be combined with licorice as it lowers potassium levels. Majority of people are already low in potassium as its almost impossible to get enough from our diet so this is not a good thing! Ive been up all night rolling around on a yoga ball and walking back and forth doing anything I can to relieve the gas and pain.

Im not someone who typically has any type of stomach issues at all so Im certain this is caused by this tea. I will be throwing the rest of it in the trash. Beware.

All I wanted was some yummy tea. 20 cups later I got gas, extreme abdominal bloat, and felt like I had appendicitis! This stuff gave me the worse explosive diarrhea of my life! It will clean you out alright! I haven’t been able to try it since.

This is the best Fenugreek tea I have found. Tried a few others and found that the TerraVita tea is the best and the best for the price. From the 8 oz. bag, I make 6 portions of 1. 33 oz. each. In a 12 cup coffee maker, let the hot water fill up and then throw in 1.

33 oz. of the tea. Let steep for 10 minutes. It’s done. One 8 oz. bag should make 3 gallons. There is very strong evidence that this tea will lower blood glucose.

This tea really does the job. Helps with irregularities and pfft those 5 pesky pound left over from Christmas. The birch and licorice blend makes for a fantastic taste.

I saw on a youtube video this was recommended for the liver I have no interest in doing a liver flush and taking tea seemed a lot easier.
