20 Best Tablet Holder For Spin Bike (2023 Updated)

I wish I had found this early in the pandemic closures. I was trying to balance my iPad on the floor so it could see my feet for dance classes, and then I could see what the teacher was demonstrating as well.

With this I can clamp my iPad halfway up an old lamp pole and move it around as necessary. It will also clamp onto a bookshelf or chair, though not with the rigid tightness as designed for exercise equipment.

But I don’t shake the floor, so all is good.

I occasionally make an online purchase and find the quality, when it arrives, to be second rate. That is definitely NOT the case here. The material, design and manufacturing of this mount is EXCELLENT.

eBay always requests a review after a couple of weeks of purchase. In that time it is not possible to evaluate the durability of a product. However, after using this iPad clamp in several live music performances I am already impressed.

Once the tablet is clamped it is rock-solid but simple to adjust in height on a tripod stand or to swivel to any preferred angle. I dont know that Ill need the two alternative attachments for fixing the clamp to a flat surface by the extra suction pad, or the attachment that screws onto the top of a mic stand, but they certainly add to the usability of the clamp, as does the onboard piece that enables it to be fitted to a narrow diameter stand.

I bought this product because I intend to replace my iPad mini with a larger iPad and both will fit because of the adjustment system. This is my second Hercules piece of equipment and if it lasts as well as my Hercules guitar stand, it should be useful for many years.

The upgrade with adjustable arms is excellent. However, the mike stand clamp is better on the DG305B. As a solo performer I want my i-pad either directly in front of me or at 90 degrees to the mike stand.

The HA300 with the sltand clamp it comes with does not allow the same flexibility. Upgrade the HA300 upgrade by using the stand clamp from the DG305B for the best all round performance. PS I do not want any royalties for this suggestion but you could send me a stand clamp from theDG305B for my spare unit.

Another useful item you could manufacture would be a clamp to put on your music stand that could be used to support a small mixer on like the Zephyr 8 channel. Best regards, Dave Brierley (07785 223960).

Has as spacer for smaller stands, very stable and adjustable. My mic stand blew over in the wind and landed square on the ground. I feel this tablet holder saved my iPad. The force broke a small joint in my old holder, so I bought the latest model.

WOW! I am really surprised to see those negative comments! MY experience is the complete opposite! In fact, I was really pleased with the MANOS’ durability – I see nothing fragile about it. After substantial online research, searching for THE ONE truly “universal” tablet holder I could use with my iPadAir, my Samsung SmartPhone and my Microsoft Surface units, I actually bought three different brands.

The AirTurn MANOS won the competition and I’ve ordered two more so I’ll have two here at home and a third will reside at our rehearsal studio. Its “grippers” easily hold my Microsoft SURFACE computer (and it’s no lightweight!) in-place, vertically, better than the other brands.

I’m eliminating the need for music stands entirely, reclaiming that precious floor space – after all, I’d like the audience to see US, not our music stands! The MANOS tablet holders conveniently attach to any mic stand and will hold our Surface computers containing original music MP3s of all the songs we play (so we can listen to them anytime, anywhere), a PDF document of all our lyrics, relevant sheet music, notes, etc.

, all nicely bookmarked and operated via the computers’ touch-screens. We can turn pages during a song by using an AirTurn Bluetooth pedal system like the AirTurn DUO, or BT-106, etc. “Look, Ma! No Hands!” No more having to frantically turn pages in that clunky binder on that clunky, space-eating music stand that never has enough light on it, anyway, and is always in the way! These AirTurn products have simplified our Stage Experience considerably.

If you’re thinking of doing the same thing, I recommend the MS Surface PCs over the Apple tablets. MUCH more versatile & functional. Consider buying the $16 AirTurn “SIDEKICK” as well. it’s the longer, expandable clamp for the MANOS tab holder which offers a bit more positioning flexibility.

I’ve had one of these for a few years and needed a second to hold an iPad mini, so I tried some less expensive mounts. Both went back because neither would hold my iPad with an Otterbox (or any other) protective cover.

Why would you want to expose your phone or tablet to falling without a case? It is also easily adjustable to hold any size device, from a phone to a tablet. If you’re in the market, this is the one to buy.

I use this for my lyrics – hey I’m getting old and can’t recall all the lyrics especially the new stuff. I love this product. I was always nervous about people bumping into my mic stand and potentially knocking off my expensive IPAD.

I see a lot of fellow performers with cracked iPads and I was concerned. A friend suggested the Manos and man it holds like steel. Forget the other brands – this is the one. Now even better – I noticed that the spring had become loose – it allows the arm to swing back.

I called the company and they sent a new one out in ONE day with a pre paid label to send the other one back. This is the one you want. I have tried the others and this is a superior product.

I bought this product not to hold a device, but to hold my Harmonica case close to me on stage. It’s incredibly strong to the point where it’s quite difficult to adjust, however this is exactly what you want from something that your entrusting to hold your ipad or similar.

My only gripe would be that the plastic plate and teeth that hold the actual device feels a little fragile compared to the robust gooseneck and attaching clamp – but as long as you don’t trasport it with other heavy equipment that could damage it, I’m sure it will be fine.

Overall I’m extremely pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

So many holders for mic stands will not hold a tablet securely. One that I tried tipped over onstage and left me helplessly watching while someone caught it midair. This holder will clamp onto an “Onstage” keyboard stand using an extender for mic made by them.

It is bendable and even when mounted in place is able to swivel slightly to share with someone else. I couldn’t ask for more – it was also way more affordable than so many others.

You may not think about it when you see it. but you can mount it on the edge of the table the way it is shown, or turn it upside down and bend it back up. This puts it lower down so you can use it below the sight line of your main screens on PC.

You have two sets of the holding prongs of different lengths. so that allows you up to a large 12 in tablet and down to a much smaller one. Heavy construction and limits the vibration when using as a touch screen.

I ordered this product to hold my IPad (9th Gen. ) in my truck while working OTR trucking. I have tried it in an International Prostar MV and it fits securely in the cup holder (with a slight bounce from the cup holder being not very solidly attached to the dashboard).

I also tried it in a VW Tiguan but it would not securely fit into the polygon shaped cup holder. I expect it will work well in a Freightliner or Peterbilt where the cupholders are integrated into the dashboard and not separately attached.

Overall this is a well built holder that I expect will serve its purpose for years. It is quite adjustable and should accommodate many different applications. It included adapters for different devices.

Assembly is relatively easy although the small rubber track stoppers are a bit tedious to install. Pre-purchase Email inquiries about the product were quickly replied to as well as after purchase follow up.

I was hesitant at first because of the price and not really familiar with the company, the mount came in the mail super quick it laid around for several days before i opened the package possibly out of hesitation of the product and the price and finally i put it together and WOW! just the feel of the material used to create this mount was worth its price! and that being said without using it, the instructions were fairly easy to follow assembly was a piece of cake and i took it downstairs to my Jeep Gladiator and it fit perfectly! It looks great! and It passed my test drive.

I use the mount to hold my ipad Pro and my Lenovo Yoga Thinkpad. I am definitely 1000% glad I made this purchase, the initial shellshock of the price quickly vanished after realizing the quality of the mount.

This product is sturdy overall. The cup holder adjustment works well, the metal arms and connection points are strong. The option of having different sizes for the iPad holder clips is nice, but the bumpers to stop them from sliding out are cumbersome and don’t seem to fit tight enough to actually stop the bumpers from popping out.

Minimal assembly instructions.

The biggest problem is that the device appears to have been designed for older iPads; the newer, thinner versions simply slide out of the holder. This obviously means the iPad is susceptible to damage.

The second problem is that although the device can be secured to a tripod leg, the connection between the part that is supposed to hold the iPad and the part that is connected to the tripod leg is very loose.

There are other design problems, but they pale in comparison to those mentioned above.

This is the 5th or 6th tablet holder I’ve purchased for professional use as a musician and the 4th I’ve bought for my iPad. Speaking just for the iPad holders: -#1 worked fine for the iPad Air but when they redesigned the iPads they made them smaller and this one only works with my iPad Air.

-#2 and #3 failed because they couldn’t secure my newer iPad (6th Gen, 2017 model) properly and would drop them within 10-15 minutes. Fortunately these are more durable units and survived the falls. -#4 (This one and the subject of the review) does WORK! However folding into my accessory case or backpack presents a problem because it doesn’t fold very well and requires a larger bag to make it portable.

I’ve temporarily solved the problem by double-bagging the holder to keep it from breaking during transport. Of the 4 stands, this one is most affordable at $20 (free shipping) available through many sources.

So this one (#4) is the best built of the four and does a great job securing the newert iPad for video recording and songbook (onstage) applications. For now I do recommend it but I’m looking for a better built model.

I waded through pictures of wall mounts for days for one that looked sturdy. the same cheap low quality ones showed up repeatedly but eventually I caught a glimpse of this waaay down the pecking orderSublime really.

More rigid than even Id hoped for as solid aluminium with rubberizised joints clamp and actually it will fit ANY one tablet I say one because you can actually put TWO of the same tablet side by side.

and lock the frame with the Allen key they will hold however they would be locked in lengthways so size restriction with that configuration. I use an iPad Pro 11 but again testament its sturdiness it will not budge full rotationany which way and theres even a sticky plastic part supplied for attaching to tablets and locking into place for extra hold but its tight enough the springloaded clamp mechanism is really strong.

Really well thought out craftsmanship and execution using quality materials and theres even two keys for the hinges provided. Should you need to loosen them up.

A great wall mount. You need the key that comes with to unscrew the device from the mount. These keys are universal so one key fits all.Great item but a little on the pricey side I think personally.

Perfekte Halterung fr SmartHome Tablets iPad 5. Generation 2018

Needed a tablet stand/mount to clamp to my table, and went through a couple of crappy Amazon ones, till I decided to do my research and see if anyone made something that I would have designed myself if I could.

I own two of these and have never seen any other system that is as flexible, adaptable, or dependable as these! I use them daily in my office near my stand up desk to hold my 11” iPad Pro as well as weekly in church services to hold my iPad Pro and iPad mini while playing music.

I recent purchased a 15 inch Microsoft Surface Book 3 laptop, and this product is exactly what I was looking for, and couldn’t find anywhere else. The 15 inch Surface Book is a pretty good size and weight and this Trackform holds it perfectly as a monitor arm.

I use one of these in my home gym on my indoor bike. I have all kinds of apps I use regularly, and leaning them against the wall that was too far away was ridiculously annoying. I’m really liking this mount.

It goes on in less than a min. with little to no thought, and removes even quicker. I’ve used it on my daughters stroller when we go for long walks – never had an issue! Good product.

I like to read on my Kindle while riding my recumbent exercise bike. Because of the positioning of the handlebars on my bike, I could not mount the Trackform directly there, but I had something nearby that I could use and that’s where I mounted it.

It holds my Kindle securely and now I am a happy biker/reader!.

I love watching guided workouts with this phone holder. It is really stable at high resistance and speed.

This was a gift for my grandson. it was hard to put together. Had several people try using the direction s, finally did go together. He is not sure about it holding his phone. Will have to wait to see.

I have been using Zwift to get my miles in during very wet or icy conditions. I had looked for a way to prop my iPad without using my ironing board or buying a ridiculously overpriced tablet holder. I had to take off everything from the handlebar to prop it.

I gave a Bontrager stem that is more squared than circular and that makes it less than optimally sturdy. It does do the job very well and it does not cost a fortune.

Works great and save space in front of bicycle for training! It is definitely sturdy enough while soft enough on parts where it touches tablet. The bottle holder in middle was surprisingly useful for training.

In fact, instead of trainer table, I am using this now which saves a lot of space and also helps with my rocking plate that moves on trainer from occasionally hitting that table! And it is cheaper too!.

Does the job well of holding an iPad securely in place. I’m using with iPad mini but seems a good fit for iPad though I suspect and iPad Pro would be too large. Easy to fit. Only reason not five stars is that some of the bolts on the back can easily come off when loosening to release the iPad.

Almost lost one within the first few days and now loosen only just enough to wiggle the iPad out. Overall v happy with the purchase.

After going to spin classes at my local spin club I learned spin is an awesome workout. I was having a hard time making it to classes with work (they ran the exact hours that I was at work) so I started researching spin bikes.

I was looking for a mid range price and saw this one on sale. So far it is great. It feels sturdy when standing and the flywheel feels smooth. I love that it came with SPD pedals already so I didn’t have to buy new pedals for it.

I thought the computer wasnt connecting at first but learned the sensor had to be super close to the magnet on the flywheel. No problems at all. Like another user said I wouldn’t pay the full price for this bike but the sale price is reasonable.

Tension goes in small increments and is very controllable. I was worried the tension would go up too quick but that’s not the case. Overall great Spin bike for home.

I am so pleased with the L9 Spinning Bike. It is so quiet and sturdy. It was simple to assemble and the ride is so smooth! I have only worked with a chain driven bike previously but the belt is so quiet and smooth.

I taught Spin for 25 years so I did not feel the need to attach the Tablet Mount and take a class. I have been riding every day since I received my bike and I couldn’t be happier!!!.

The bike is a good beginner bike, and depending on what features you are looking for could cover all your needs. The front wheels make moving it easy. The bike seat is well padded and comfortable and lots of adjustability in the seat and handlebars.

The installation instructions are confusing and often contradictory, and could easily be rewritten for better clarification. Assembly is not difficult and fairly logical if you have experience putting items together.

The one disappointment is in the bio reader. It has limited functionality, is only in US metrics and the instructions for attaching to the bike were far too generic, as it was a one size fit all across many different models of bike.

I emailed for support and got no useful help back. Eventually I was able to jerryrig something, not sure how long it will last.

Used to hold a Galaxy Tab E to a prism pole, works well. It clamps fairly well although I’m afraid sudden movements will dislodge the tablet. Because the mount is connected to a vertical pole it limits the amount of tilt you have to read the display, I may try raising it higher on the pole.

Easy mounts to my binnicale and securely holdsy IPad or Android tablet. No fear of loing either while using them for Navigation. Much cheaper and much better for navigation purposes than a chart plotter plus it allows for all of the additional isre w/o the additional cost.

THis would work well on a helm that has an instrument the top as there would be lots of room for this device. However if the chartploter is on top then there not enough room for the device and an iPad Pro.

The plate needs to be longer.

As a disabled person of 66, I was skeptical about this machine from the outset. I had rehabbed my left rotator cuff to the point that I felt confident that I’d be able to work it using just my left arm.

I was able to get on to the DB Machine fairly easily. It seemed to be a bit off as far as my height, but I found that it helped me as I worked. I only did five minutes, but I found the machine to be hard but a good hard.

I’ll try it for six minutes tomorrow.

Barely holds my phone securely. It wobbles mercilessly while I’m working out so I can’t really watch anything but it’s ok for music videos or whatever, I guess. I wish I could return it. Not sure why this has good reviews.

I installed it how you’re supposed to also but it feels like it’s metal on metal and it’s not whay I expected at all.

I adore this machine. I feel so great after I use it. I get cortisone shots in my left knee and feels sore most of the time. When I use the dp method my knee feels great. I’m not viligant w/my excerise routine but I do see some results in my legs and butt!! Very happy I purchased it.

Was so easy to set up and just as easy to fold down for storage.

As you would expect from Thule this is very well engineered and quite heavy duty. My phone does not jiggle around with this holder like some other brands. The phone is held very securely. The only downside is that it takes quite a bit of space on the handle bars to install which is an issue if you have other items like a light holder also installed.

It is also on the heavy side. The phone holder itself unclips from the base so you can take it with you but is a bit bulky to carry around.

With the name Thule you know your getting a great product. I did not actually use it as a phone holder but a speaker holder! Yes a mini speaker and loving my rides! The springs are strong and never once as it fallen off especially when I’m mountain biking.

Did not even need the silicone bands. The sliding dismount and remountung might be a little tricky but other than that its a great product.

It does what it intends to; allow you to stick your phone in front of you on the bike. However, even with the spacers, it’s still a bit loose and the mount would shift down as I ride my bike. My bike is a bit older so maybe newer bikes won’t have this issue.

I also needed an electric screwdriver to tighten up the screws. It came with two skeleton web, one blue and one black (in case you wanted a specific colour).

Easy to use, well-designed product. Can accommodate devices of various sizes thanks to two sets of brackets. The only problem is that I still can’t figure out the easiest way to take the tablet out quickly and put it back.

I think the mount should have had a pull handle on top of the spring-loaded bracket plate, which would have allowed fast release of the tablet.

Easy to install and works on both my cars. As we can put it in the middle it means both kids can watch it and also can’t reach it to accidentally turn off the iPad while fiddling. Gripper even works with protective case on.

Very poorly made. All plastic and extremely weak. Parts fell off on first use My fault for thinking cheap money would buy anything other than cheap merchandise.

Good. That’s all I can give it. I use it in a Light Sport Aircraft with an iPad 4 mini. The four “fingers” holds things well. However, there is 10 degrees of sideways tilt in the stem allowing for a bit of slop.

Why that is, I have no idea. Not sure why they didn’t just make it solid. Also, when not holding an iPad, the words RAM Mount are written on a disc that IS static. So when mounted sideways like in my configuration, the words and writing are vertical.

This messes with my OCD and inner “chi” at the same time. Otherwise, it works and RAM Mount are a pretty good company to deal with.

We have this mounted in our Tacoma and it works awesome to hold the tablet. With a simple double jointed clamp we were able to put it exactly where we needed it. It really hold the tablet well. Very stable even during extreme use.

This really helps when trying to use a tablet for navigation on or offroad. I would certainly purchase again.

This mount holds my iPad mini 5th generation very well. It grips it tightly at the 4 points of contact. Im surprised how well it holds without anything at the bottom supporting the iPad from slipping.

I have not had the iPad slide down at all. I have access to all buttons on the iPad. It is sturdy, grips well, and no vibrations. I installed this on the dash of my semi truck. So it experiences bouncy roads often.

And it is a very good mount.

They are a match made in heaven. It is very sturdy. I didn’t want one of those flimsy ones. It holds my phone even with the thick casing. I have an iPhone SE 2020. This phone holder in combination with the laptop stand is perfect for my meetings and classes.

It sits at the perfect height and angle without the goose neck being too long. The phone holder even has an opening at the bottom that permits you to charge your phone while its on the holder. Note the clip is very strong, not something you want to regularly move if you are a small handed woman.

Perfect for the grip on the item it will be clamped too but not meant to be frequently moved.

This is my honest review of the Macally Flexible Gooseneck Tablet Holder. I have not been paid or received any compensation for my review. I have had the stand since January 4, 2019. I have previously owned 3 other stands from other manufacturers so I consider myself qualified to make the following review.

I am disabled with lung disease and have limited upper body mobility because of it. The stand is clipped onto my lift chair table, bringing my 2nd Generation Kindle to eye level. I thought its metal bar would be a little too short.

but it’s not. In fact, the way it’s designed, it’s a perfect height. All the joints are tight so it is not a flimsy floppy mess. I am able to plug my Kindle in while it’s in the stand, to charge, and I can easily access all my Kindle’s buttons with ease.

Now for the little extras. the purple clamshell on the bottom holds my earbuds and the blue strip that the stand is clipped on is medical grade non-skid for added grip and my own piece of mind.

I love this thing! Trying to hold my tablet and read on a 5 hour flight or watch movies tiresome, especially if you are also trying to drink. I clipped this on the back of the seat on the first flight and sat back and relaxed.

It even makes the seat area feel more spacious and leaves the tray table free. On the return flight I had to clip it onto the back of the tray table but raised it up above the tray so there was still plenty of room.

It bends easily enough to fold up into my small backpack with all my other items. Finally something that makes sense!.

My criticism is less the product than the description, this item is not really suitable for standard handlebars they are meant for exercise bikes. Not the. end of the world but it requires extra support and the rails extend towards your legs so getting out of the saddle they get very close to your thighs.

Build quality is good and it looks great.

This is a great bike for at home spinning. I highly recommend this for beginners/intermediate spinning. My husband and I assembled this in approximately 15 minutes. I find the handlebar height and seat adjustments easy to use and perfect for my height (5’6″).

If you are thinking about trying an at home bike, The L3 is a great way to start! I feel this will be around a long time in my home!.

This bike is incredibly user friendly and easy to use. The knobs allow for quick switching between seatand handle bar heights; great if you have more than one person in the house who will use it. It’s also actually pretty easy to assemble.

The bike offers a great workout, with an easy to adjust resistance knob; and the “bio” screen makes it super easy to track distance, speed and calories. The only small negative was that I found the bike to be slightly louder than I anticipated.

If you are listening to music, it’s really not an issue at all. I would definitely recommend this bike. I use it all the time because it’s so easy to just hop on even when I only have a couple of minutes to squeeze in.
