Appearance-A, Quality-A, Functionality-D The ON/OFF switch is in the worst possible ergonomic place. Instead of being at the base, it is near the top, under the stem next to the lamp. It is not an easy one hand reach.

If I had realized this, I would never have purchased this model/style.

When most people buy a light they usually get the cheapest bulb, but there is a big difference when you look with the light it gives off. The spectrum is important! This is what makes this light special.

it gives out the full spectrum that is most comfortable and accurate for our perception. This is especially noticeable when using it for long periods of time like reading. When you compare this light with most other lights side by side, that is when you can really see the differences, white cloth or sheets look yellowish with most regular bulbs, while the “whiteness” is easily seen with the full spectrum.

I often tell my patients to try to find this type of light bulb, but it will not fit just any lamp, it requires the proper plug in as this one has. Also, it is a nice wood looking base and top. I bought six for my Optometry office, so I practice what I preach.

The price is also very good.

Great quality of light with adjustable colour temperature as well as brightness. Easily tall enough to go over my 32″ monitor and give a really good spread of light. Very high quality device. Expensive but well worth it.

Very very very good light. The light is quite big so buyers make sure you have space for it.

Got this for my 92 year old mother-in-law to set on the tray next to her chair when she watches TV. She always complained that she can’t see what’s on the tray, and this lamp was perfect. It lights the whole tray up and she can see the numbers on the phone, and read the TV remote.

The gooseneck is perfect for her to adjust to different things on her tray.

I purchased this for my office desk to provide some additional lighting at my desk. It’s perfect for that.

This lamp is advertised as a 21 inch gooseneck. It is not. Out of the base there’s a vertical (almost) 7 inch fixed neck. At the top is are 6 inches of flex (aka goose) neck. I find I’m sliding the base forwards and backwards on my desk frequently.

At the end of the flex is the LED housing. With the limited flex, this will be a pretty stationary height desk lamp – about 13″ from desktop to LEDs. The plus for this lamp is that cooler than a halogen (I’ve one on my office desk).

I like that its sturdy and sorta funky in style. I get lots of comments on it and I think it’s pretty. The base is solid/heavy and shiny red as is the end with the light. The middle part that bends is more of a flat or matte color but it still looks alright.

It shines like I need it to on a book when I’m reading, or on my laptop when my eyes get weak in the evenings. It is dimmable by simply tapping the thumb print at the base of lamp. Very affordable and functional.

I’m an old woman and purchased it for use of someone with my needs. But I think kids would like it because it’s different and it would certainly help out a student as a study lamp or perhaps someone who does crafts.

I was not certain about the color when I ordered this lamp, but I have fallen in love with it. The color is a deep metallic red and it ‘pops’ wherever you put it. The style is sleek and modern. The weight is perfect.

My cats have not been able to move/knock off this sturdy lamp. The slender, adjustable neck has allowed me to direct the light exactly where it is most needed. I enjoy that only a soft touch is needed to switch the light settings, from dim, medium, bright, and then off.

The matte neck allows adjustment without fingerprints showing. I like the USB port at the base. This lamp is on my desk for my writing and computer use. I was so impressed that I ordered another lamp in black.

I shall station it on my nightstand for reading. It is perfect for small top areas and provides more than enough light. I would definitely recommend this fabulous light for its capabilities and the price.

I’ve only had this light a few days, so I’ll update if it stops working or gives problems later. But so far, I’m amazed and delighted with this light. I got the black model, and it’s a beauty. I worried about it being black, but it’s so slender and graceful that the black color doesn’t make the light look bulky.

The LED light is great. The color of the light is warm. I use the lowest level of light as a background light (with the light facing up towards ceiling), or to light my computer when I’m in bed (pointed toward my computer).

The next two levels of light provide more than enough light for reading. I have no trouble finding the indentation on the base that is for changing the light level & turning off. But if anyone does, just color it with paint or marks-a-lot, or stick a sticky dot on it or next to it.

The base is only 4. 5″ in diameter, taking up little space on my tiny nightstand. The base is heavy enough that it doesn’t tip over. I am in awe of the engineering that went into this useful little light.

I HIGHLY recommend it!.

Takes 3 or 4 hands to re-adjust the lamp positioning. I simply laid it on the bed, because all the screws must be loose at once. Second reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the “free” bulb that comes with the lamp.

Really a joke. In my dark bedroom, their 4W LED bulb was like striking a match. I had to go search out my light bulb stash and up the wattage before I could actually use the lamp. I’d rather they left it out, so I had no expectations of immediate use.

Otherwise, love the design & the quality, and especially the heavy weight but very flat-to-the-table base.

The Tomons lamp is exactly as described. The craftsmanship is “Par Excellent”. Everything section fits perfectly and it is so easy to assemble. The light is bright and wide so it lights my entire desktop.

The equality is outstanding. Even the poor cord is over the top. The base is very heavy so there is no way it can tip over. If you like the style of this lamp then buy it. You will not be disappointed.

This lamp is of solid construction. Nice, heavy base and light housing. The bolts are heavy duty and hold firmly. The wood gives it an attractive appearance! It rests securely on my sloping drafting table!.

Love this lamp!! Looks super cool on my desk and gives great light. The clamp mount is great because it allows me to have more desk space. I think that’s the best part about this lamp that other ones don’t have because I use my desk to draw and usually have a lot of paperwork and I need all the space I can get! It was really simple and easy to install and I’m usually not good with that type of stuff.

I would recommend this lamp to at-home office workers, and those who prefer to work at night because it gives off the perfect amount of light without being too harsh or annoying. You can also adjust the lamp to what you prefer.

I am an artist using a large Wacom Cintiq tablet that takes up most of my desk. There is not a lot of room for little lamps. I love how this lamp can clamp onto the edge of my desk and extend over my work area when I need it.

It is very nice to be able to push it out of the way when I’m done with it. I’m very happy with this product. It’s a great deal in my opinion. I like the daylight bulb it comes with as well. NOT yellowy.

I bought this as a reading lamp for my living room. I needed a floor lamp that would allow movement for the light. This is exactly what I wanted. The arm is flexible yet sturdy. It doesn’t fall over after moving numerous times.

The cord also does not go through the post through the base so I can plug it in without having to worry about losing “feet” with base placement.

I went back and forth between 4 and 5 stars. So maybe a 4. 4 : ) I have two of these on my large drafting table. I really like the slim profile, and the tall arm that bends at three locations to place pretty much however you want, to shine on your work space and not in your eyes.

It holds firm in whatever position you place it, even on my tilted table. The light is white, not yellowish, and not too blue, which is great for drawing and painting. It has 4 brightness levels, which is also a nice feature.

The brightest is plenty bright. Even lower levels work for doing most artwork. Some things that detracted from a 5 star rating: I would prefer a diffuser on the light bar itself, so you can’t see the individual LEDS – doesn’t affect the function, just my preference.

Also, I would prefer a touch on/off on the light bar instead of a switch on the base, just for convenience of reach in my set-up. The clamp is fine, but not as beefy as I would prefer. Overall, this is a good-looking, highly functional, bright lamp at a very fair price.

Much lower than some others I was looking at. Can’t say how long they will last, but so far I am pleased.

For The Price. It Is Made Of All Plastic Materials. The Clamp Doesn’t Stay Put. It Falls Apart. The Light Part Limps Down Due To The Cheap Plastic Material. I Purchased The $8 Target Desk Lamp Instead.

Light output is great which ultimately is what you need this for obviously; however, my concern once this arrived is that the ENTIRE clamp portion is plastic. Not just plastic but feels very cheapy and I can’t help but question the longevity of this product.

Also, because of the particular desk I am using this on, I wish you could use the clamp at other than vertical angles w/o also have the light horizontal. Sure, you could bend it but it will not stay in that position as it’s not as stiff as it should be once bent.

Clamp not as versatile as hoped. Again, the light portion is great and I’m hoping this will be around a while. Likely wouldn’t purchase again for the price knowing the clamp was cheaply made.

I absolutely love this lamp! It is so beautiful and eloquent. I was leery in ordering it, fearing it would look totally different from the picture, but it more than exceeds my expectations. The lamp has a 3-way switch,but in the description the maximum for a bulb is 60W.

That is confusing to me since no 3-way bulb maximum is 60W. Not that I have found. I only see them with maximums of 100W and 150W. Very confusing to one who isn’t a lighting expert. i just know I wanted a 3-way switch lamp so that I could have low, medium and brightest light as I chose, something a single 60W bulb doesn’t do.

Bought two of these lamps and they are a huge disappointment. They are a very dark bronze, not gold, and very cheaply made. The neck is crooked and off center, so from most angles, the lamps looks asymmetrical.

This also makes the shades sit at an angle. Making it worse, the shades sit even more crooked when you tighten the knob. I would send these back in a minute, but the boxes were inadvertently thrown out, so unable to return.

I will not be using these lamps, complete waste of money.

Got these lamps for my bedroom since I have 15ft ceilings in my bedroom, I wanted something to give vertical light element to the space. these lamps did the trick! The only issue I have but is minor would be the interior or the lamp is dusty and you can’t open it up and clean it.

The other issue I saw as well as another buyer, the lampshade is pink when turned on. I went to Target and got 2 inexpensive ($20) white lampshades and replaced these with it. Overall great value for the product as Pottery barn has similar lamps for around $300 each.

A decent deal for the money (two were $29. 95), and attractive (silver base w/blue shade). They are lightweight, and therefore easily knocked over — but sturdy enough so the lamp still works after the fact, only the bulb needs to be changed.

These only work with one-way bulbs, and there’s no way to dim the light (just an on-off switch). Still, the price was right, and I didn’t need extra features.

Cheap, cheap, cheap. both arrived bent. i was able to straighten one but the other is a lost cause. The light fixtures is stripped and very wobbly. I know we want cheaper goods but this is totally garbage.

These bedside lamps are nice, the on off switch is actually on the cord which makes a bit easier to use. I did recieve two sets of these lamps. Only one lamp switch worked out of each set. One switch did not work at all and the other switch turned on but could not get it to turn back off.

I am happy with the set of lamps I salvaged from the two sets sent me.

The George Kovacs design makes this brand my “go to” starting point when I need lighting of any sort (I have purchased multiple table lamps and wall sconces). In this case I wanted a reading lamp and the P4316 was perfect.

Don’t expect this lamp to illuminate the room. I describe it as a focused LED “spot lamp” that will nicely illuminate an area underneath its canopy. I also really like its illuminated on/off/dimmer switch that you see in the photo on top of its heavy round base.

It’s compact and doesn’t take up a lot of space on a small desk. Puts out perfect light and is adjustable. Perfect in every way.

This is a cute little lamp. I bought it for my best friends birthday as a gift. It seemed to be packaged well but as I unwrapped it. I was sad to. fimd. out that it was broken. The base where the bulb screws in was horribly cracked and could not hold a bulb.

I had no time to return it so I fixed it myself with cement. Disappointing after paying quite a bit for such a small lamp with a cheap paper shade.

Lamp shade was damaged when we received it. Not sure if it was due to the shipping company or how it was packaged originally. Shade had a lot of dents in it. Otherwise, lamp was true to the picture and happy with it as long as the seller will replace the shade.

We contacted them five days ago and have heard nothing back so far.

Love love love the bear lamp. This product arrived ahead of time and made it to our house in time for our anniversary. It was a gift to my husband who was called The Bear in college. This fits in perfectly with our other bear accessories at our lake house.

This was purchased for my office. It is absolutely gorgeous in its location and transforms my office space when lit. The perfect way to brighten a dark New England winter afternoon.

Just the right size and color. I wish you could have the regular lights on without the night light being on but everything else I love. It is more blue than lavender

I like the lamp a lot. The bright setting definitely lights a whole room, though I wish the brightness changed from low to high rather than from high to low. (Just like fans. ) Unfortunately, while mine works fine, as I got it, parts of the switch are banging around inside the square base, so I have to activate the switch by touching the button on the circuit board.

I got 2 of these lamps for small tables that flank the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom. It creates the desired effect, making for a stunning visual display. I had been searching for unique lighting and this fits the bill perfectly!.

IšverstiShow in original languageI have purchased two of these lamps. I use one for needlework and my husband uses one for his leather work. Both put out great light with three levels to choose from.

The power cord, however, is very thin even though it has a large box on one end to plug into the wall. My newest lamp already has a short in the cord and I’ve only had it a few months. I have to store the cord when not in use to keep it away from my pets so my assumption is that bending it to put it away in a basket has caused a break in the wiring.

I wish they would make a heavy duty cord for the lamp, then it would be with 5 stars.

I decided to take a chance and try this out. I’m so happy with it, especially with how portable it is. Makes it very very easy to take between rooms, which is exactly what I wanted. The flexible neck is also a major bonus.

This wonderful lamp has extended the length of time available to work on projects in my too-dark sewing room! It works so well that my husband recently received 2 of these desk lamps for his office. Eye strain has been relieved and we are both happier with our work spaces and pleased with this purchase.

This lamp is gorgeous. It was a Christmas present to my sister-in-law and she just loves it. The colors are her colors. I was lucky to find the right lamp for her.

This lamp is compact, has an integrated Li ion battery and a tiny footprint, and can be moved just about anywhere in the office to provide bright, even illumination. There are three different power/color settings, so you may choose between daylight, bright-white, and soft lighting.

I haven’t “run down the battery completely” yet, but I can at least assure you that this lamp stays on and stays bright for one hour or more without needing a recharge. I did notice, however, that after it was left on for this length of time it did need at least four hours of recharging time.

Be ready for that! Also be aware that the power/lamp selector button is “sensitive,” and that it is easy to turn this lamp on (or change its light characteristics, or turn it off) without intending to do so.

On the whole, a nice little addition to my home office.

This was a great versatile lamp for about a week and half that I could use it. I used it nightly! One evening after I was done using it, I went to charge the lamp and the charging piece (the one on the lamp) fell inside the lamp.

I can hear the little piece inside of it. I’m pretty careful when plugging in ANYTHING that uses micro usb type chargers and ports too, because they always have so many issues. I loved this lamp while I was able to use it, so I’ll be purchasing another one soon.

Just not this lamp. While coming to do my review, I see others have also had the same issue as I did. I hope they fix the issue before more customers purchase this and have the same problem.

This lamp was very off center. We unscrewed and we’re able to center it on base. The finial hole is not centered and we will need to replace. Shade is not my style but will look for another. Bought lamp for its colo4s.

I bought it to match the same lamp I have. New lamp is totally deeper in color. Not disappointed in quality of lamp, disappointed that it doesn’t exactly match the lamp I have.

This lamp was much larger than I expected. I know dimensions are given but I thought it would work on my living room end tables. The large shade blocked too much of my view to the other rooms. Quality-wise – It came securely packed.

The shade is actually oval which was hard to ascertain from the picture. The base antlers were just okay. My husband is a hunter and he thought they were a bad representation of the real thing.

Just received these lamps and love them. I’m not sure if they are ceramic or metal but they are heavy enough to stay in place! It said the lampshade was white but it is actually a tan natural linen ~ and looks perfect with the lamps! There is actually nothing I didn’t like about these lamps.

The lamp came quickly. It was carefully packaged in plenty of Styrofoam and cardboard. There was a little assembly, but I found it was quite simple to put together. The lamp looks beautiful at my craft desk and is just the right amount of lighting for my corner.

Needed a thin task light to put on a very small table next to a chair in bedroom with multi functionality, base size was very important so I could still have room for a cup of coffee. It has a dimmer and multi positions in the arm which makes it work great for my needs.

Purchased for my library/office, this light filled all of my needs. It is sleek and the metal I choose (bronze) was as I expected it to be. Besides it really sleek design, it is the weight of the lamp that makes it a five star.

This will not tip over ever. And the LED light is really strong and bright — perfect for desk work.

This lasts a long time with the one battery. I wish the clip was more like an alligator so I could attach to something other than my book – less because I have to move it when near the beginning/end of a book, more because it’s almost too bright in the center of placement and not bright enough at the edges.

Dimming capacity barely makes a difference. All that said – it lasts, it’s cheap, and I can read my books at night while the kids/husband sleep.

Liked that it has 2 settings. Bright and 1 lower, especially if you use it for your tablet on black background. So as to not have that bright screen. The only con is that to change the battery is a little difficult to open the latch.

Did appreciate the price.

I bought a similar one of these for my daughter and of course her sister wanted one as well. This one is so much better and easier to use than the original one I purchased. This one has 2 settings, one bright and one a little dimmer.
