20 Best Swing Set With Monkey Bars (2023 Updated)

Haven’t completed it yet, but so far so good. Instructions are pretty easy to follow. It will take a while, but that’s okay. Wood is nice, but not heavy. Hoping it holds up okay. All pieces seem to have arrived just fine.

Definitely recommend multiple people to help assemble. Instructions didn’t quite match with the pieces provided. Looks very nice, kids love it.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow, but I’m not too pleased with the quality. A few boards came warped, and I thought the wood would’ve been a lot sturdier. It’s cute, and my son likes it though.

All the products that I have bought from Wayfair have been exactly as advertised. I love having so many options.

Priced right with good weight capacity. Received as expected. Happy with purchase.

The monkey bars themselves are great. We were able to add a fun addition to our swing set. However, we were shorted 1 monkey bar. This forced us to change our design and I am not happy about that.

We got this as a gift for our 3year old. He was excited and worked up to climbing up to the top on his own, but there is no real reward when you get there. A flat top / lookout would’ve been nice. It takes up a lot of space in our small backyard and after my husband got it put together he said it would be hard to impossible to dismantle for the season.

The stickers labelling the parts fall off easily, and the ‘key’ needed would be easy to lose. It is only occasionally played on a year later, and I wish we had gotten a playhouse instead. A cover to make this into a tent would be a nice add on.

Or an opening to form more of a door. He rarely goes inside the dome. Good for keeping your dog off a circle area of your lawn though.

I purchased this climber for an active 3 year old. It is very stable, yet lightweight. It’s just the right size for a child between 2 and 5, and the height is not so “scary” for child or parent alike.

Assembly was the issue. It’s easy to assemble UNLESS you make just one mistake. like we did. You MUST follow all directions very carefully , observing the labels that say “this arrow points up”, and follow the sequence.

The directions were very clear, everything is well labeled, but multiple steps are repeated many times and it’s easy to slip up. If we hadn’t made that one mistake it would have taken about an hour to assemble.

But since we had to undo some steps it took about 2 1/2 hours. Still not bad. I think when the weather warms up our little guy will have hours of fun on this play equipment.

Somehow we assumed this was metal, but I guess this is maybe better? Set-up is as painful as everyone has mentioned. Both literally (those buttons are hard to push!) and figuratively (it’s tedious, but it also really matters that you do it right).

Took the suggestion from another reviewer and put a ball pit underneath. This is now my 2 year-old’s absolute favorite thing to do. I can see her gaining confidence in her climbing and learning that falling is ok.

A little tricky for Mom & Dad to squeeze through the bars to get in the ball pit with her, but this seems sturdy enough to handle our maneuvers (I wouldn’t climb it, but leaning on it seems fine). I bought this to avoid spending a ton on a Pikler, but w/the 5’ ball pit and 2000 balls, I guess I ended up in more or less the same place.

I spent several weeks researching playsets before getting the Skyfort 2 with wave slide. I don’t know how this set has so many great reviews. The wood is very thin and many of the boards are warped. Some are also cracked.

This made it very difficult to assemble without breaking them. Some pilot holes were in the wrong place and some didn’t have any at all. We have a 40 lb 5 year old and 60 lb 7 year old. If only one of them are swinging or in the fort the whole playset just makes the loudest screeching and wood bending noises I have ever heard.

It sounds like it’s going to come crashing down. I stood under the fort floor and saw the floor boards bending as they walked on them. They are only 100 lbs together so this should not be happening. The slide was bending with their light weight so I had to call customer service and they said they would send a replacement but we aren’t letting them on this set.

It would need lots and lots of reinforcement and not sure if that would even help. When the kids are both on the glider the whole fort would sway even with anchors. This shows the wellness of the thing as a whole.

It took my boyfriend about 50 hours to assemble but we have considered taking it down and sending it back it was so expensive and not worth a tenth of what it cost. I’m so disappointed I could cry. I’d be surprised if this thing lasted 6 months.

Was really easy to build, the toddler loves it! It does have a lot of extra screws that seemed concerning, but we followed the instructions and it’s built solidly

Directions slightly complicated and some added toys dont exactly work for that size wood used. Definitely needs to be weighed down when finished, yet perfect for a first time swing set for many ages.

Very adaptable for future changes as well.

Lots of other reviewers have correctly addressed this play set’s quality. It’s real wood (light wood, but real) and the hardware isn’t so cheap that I’m left concerned it’s going to corrode after two seasons and fall down.

My main beef with the thing was the packaging and setup instructions. My wife, father-in-law, and I got it done in about 10 hours total, but that could EASILY have been 6 or 7 hours if we didn’t have to spend so much time sorting through hardware.

The wood is labeled well enough. There are a lot of pieces, so at first you’ll spend a little time searching for the right one, but as the pile thins, that becomes easier. But the hardware? I thought it was a joke! The hardware (of which there is a ton) comes in three boxes.

There are easily several hundred pieces, including all the bolts, nuts, screws, washers, lock washers, t-nuts, and screws – and apart from a few things that were pre-bagged, it was all just LOOSE HARDWARE.

Then, adding insult to injury, the labels for the hardware in the instructions don’t match the printing on the hardware itself. You’re forced to actually measure the bolts to make sure you’re getting the right size.

And it’s not like there were 10 four-inch bolts and 20 eight-inch bolts. There’s at least 8 sizes, many of which differ from each other by only a quarter or half of an inch. Toward the end of the build, we were left with two bolts of slightly different sizes, one of which was too small for its intended application, resulting in a hardware store run.

End of the world? No, but so completely preventable. At that point in the process, there was no way of knowing if we’d not received the right number of bolts or if we’d used one incorrectly six hours before.

Asking the buyer to sort through all the carriage and hex bolts on their own to inventory what they received against the packing list is burdensome and silly. With a few extra labels and plastic bags, Gorilla could make this a lot easier.

But no, they just dump all the metal parts in a couple of boxes and say good luck. All in all a good set, but either count all 500 pieces before you begin or have a hardware store in mind to hit up when you find out you’re missing one critical part.

We have had our Gorilla play set for almost 10 years. It has been through one move and has has been restrained once. It still looks great and is holding up quite well. I have had to replace the awning cover twice over the years.

A tree fell on one and ripped it and the second one just wore out. Our two younger kids still use it when the weather allows and now our oldest brings his daughter over and she also plays on it. I have friends with small kids and have seen the play sets they have.

I feel as though, Gorilla has a better product. The lumber used is beefier than most others on the market. Their are play sets that are even stronger than Gorilla, but their is quite a price difference.

Money aside, Gorilla has a great product that, with a little care, will last for quite a few years. Thank you for what you do and keep up the good work!!.

Purchased through Gorilla, was shipped in a timely manner. However delivery was not satisfactory, was delivered in a semi-truck and required several people to move all the boxes inside the truck due to heavy items already in the truck from another delivery.

The product itself is overall lacking in my opinion given it’s price point. The wood is easily cracked, multiple boards w/ mild cracking now after use. Concerned about the long term durability. the tube slide option is fun for the kids, however the slide is very thin and installation was difficult given the plastic was warped and not well constructed.

My kids do love this set, however, quality is fairly low in my opinion, had a previous set from tree frogs and they had a much better product.

I review For reference I am not a carpenter, and not a diy-er. I am mom who is a fire fighter and knows some tools and some skills about building and I am very good at following directions. I am split 50/50 on the quality and overall experience with this play set.

I do have to commend Gorilla on their customer service. We received a vital support very damaged and they had a quick turn around time to send us a new one, at no charge. But other than that positive, I am not completely convinced that the quality matches the price point.

The screws (almost all of them) were very low quality, almost all stripped and had to be replaced. This is not due to operator error but simply quality. The ones that didn’t strip were the non important ones, like the plastic handle screws or the screws for the accessories.

The wood will split pretty badly on some pieces. For example the climbing wall and the floor of the fort(see pictures). The wood is not cut perfectly either (see pictures). I honestly would understand a diagonal piece being not straight or off but the monkey bar supports not being cut as a right angle is super annoying.

I would 80% of the pre filled holes were accurate, we had to drill our own or improvise to make it work (see pictures). We did have to borrow a bigger wood drill bit to install the monkey bars to the fort, and without having access to the fire department I would have to rent that drill bit or buy it for two holes that took less than 3 minutes to drill.

It’s always the small things on projects like this. Also the fact that I will have to stain two more times is also cutting into the cost in my opinion but also that is my fault for not researching that part.

Other than that I felt the actual process of building wasn’t that bad for someone that does not have extensive experience, as long as you follow directions and aren’t lacking any common sense, you should be good to go!.

The positive side is that the swing portion and diagonal supports are very sturdy. We tested it to it’s rated max weight supports and we are very pleased. My kiddo uses this swing set at least 3 hrs a day.

I can’t complain about the fact that she absolutely loves it and I know she will be safe on it. I do however believe that gorillas manufacturer can certainly it do better!!!.

We put together the play set over Labor Day weekend with the help of three adults. Overall it took about 7 hours of actual work. The play set was delivered with no damages parts and was very well labeled.

Even the hardware was well labeled! The instructions were hands down the best set of instructions I’ve ever used. The play set itself is wonderful. We have a 14 yo, 2. 5 yo, and newborn. It was very important that all of them could play together on this set.

In particular we were concerned with getting a swing set that could handle an adult height/weight so our 14 year old ++ could join the little kids on the swings. At 130lbs and 5’ 4” she easily swings on the set no issue or strain on the swing bar.

Height wise getting into the club area is a challenge for her but swinging was our main concern. The set is solid and with maintenance via the staining I have no double it will last for all three kids.

This is a fun overlook challenge wooden swing play set which has been keeping our kids and their friend occupied for hours at length. The playset is made with durable long-lasting wood which is aesthetically pleasing.

There is an upper shaded deck with rock wall as the entrance and monkey bars which have curved grips and angled base for varied level of fun challenges. There is this wavy slide which gives a bump on the way down.

The canvas is blue in color and is star studded which gives space them like vibes for the kids. There are two belt swings and an acrobat bar which let the kids share the fun among their friends. The kids have been raving about the swing since we set it up.

It took us one weekend to set it up in our backyard and the kids come tired after spending hours on the swing and keeping them absorbed while having physical activity.

Our preschooler is in love with his new Overlook Challenge Swing Set. He has spent so much time playing on it already. He loves the swing, the slide, the rock wall, and, most of all, the “hideout” spots that the fabric walls create.

My husband and I assembled in a few hours. We did make sure the ground was level before starting and I think that helped. The directions are well done for such a large piece. Some power tools definitely made the assembly easier and you do need two people for some steps.

This set is very cute. The wood is beautiful and the colors bright and happy. It has so many different activities to keep kids occupied. We did easily swap one of the swings to fit a baby swing that we had on hand for our baby to use and he loves it too.

I am very happy with this set and so are the kids!.

This swing set is a dream to have for your kids. Years of entertainment at the ready. The wood is a nice quality wood that will certainly last much longer than a metal swing set that is prone to rust.

My only worry is the canvas material areas are probably prone to sun-fading and probably will get the worst amount of wear – but that is most likely years down the road. Building wasn’t a huge issue, so long as you’re able to follow instructions and having an impact driver handy is certainly a huge help and makes things go by much quicker.

If you’ve ever built a lego set before, it’s similar, just on a much larger (and heavier) scale. Overall, I couldn’t be happier, and having my kids have this for their childhood will bring countless hours of joy!.

We bought the Monkey Bar Adventure Swing Set (Earthtone) at the end of March and got it delivered mid-April. I am trying to capture my experience as a whole hoping it will help whoever is still deciding on this.

Ordering (5 stars): We ordered directly from Lifetime’s site and the ordering was very straight forward. Received a confirmation email with the order number and other details right after. Shipping (4.

5 stars): It did take about 10 business days for the order to ship. So don’t get discouraged if you don’t receive the shipping notification as soon as you order it. Once the item was shipped, we received a tracking number with the name of the shipping company.

I tracked the order everyday and it showed a earliest delivery date on the site. I called the shipping company and they told me to contact the residential delivery team as they usually hand it over to them.

I called the residential delivery team two days later and was able to schedule the delivery the next available date. This entire process however moved the delivery date by 5 days from the date shown on the tracking site.

I was in a hurry as this was to be a birthday gift for our 6 year old and wanted to get it installed before. Delivery(5 stars): The playset was delivered right on time on the agreed date. There were thre long boxes and the slide neatly packed on the pallet.

The driver was kind enough to place it close to the garage. I was able to slide the boxes out of the pallet by myself and there were no visible damages to any of them. Installation (5 stars): I did almost all of the steps myself ( 5’9 – 180 lb) with my wife’s help towards the end.

All the materials were nicely packed and labeled. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I laid out the parts next to the installation site and followed the instructions very carefully.

I only used hand tools (the two Allen keys it came with) and tried very hard to not to over-tighten the bolts. However I did slightly over-tighten the Monkey bar tubes and I could see that the bolt was pushing the tube in.

This made the end cap installation very difficult as the end of those bars weren’t round anymore. But with a rubber mallet I was able to push the end caps in its place. Some helpful hints if you are not already aware.

** Do not use power tools unless it is necessary. ** Please do not fully tighten the bolts unless the instructions call for it , or after the complete installation. ** There are no spare nuts or bolts , so keep them safe ** I had two bolts break on me during the installation and luckily I was able to use the nuts from the fire pole accessory pack and did not install the fire pole (ordered the parts and waiting for it to be delivered) ** The playset needs to be on a levelled lot when you attach the swing bar to the monkey bar assembly.

The holes wont line up if they are not. I end up using some lumbar and folded cardboard to level the two parts and then put the screws in. Quality (5 stars): This is a very durable playset. Though it was a little concerning to see the tubes bending a little when you overtighten the bolts but they are heavy enough already and making them even heavier will drive the cost up.

However this also proved that the bolts are as strong as the set and will hold things in place without a doubt. There was no visible scratches on the paint but I did see some discoloration here are there.

I have asked for the touch up paint and planning to cover the area when I have them. With proper maintenance, I have no doubt this set will last for years to come. Support (5 stars): As two of the bolts broke during the installation, I had emailed the support email address requesting replacement parts.

After waiting for a couple of days , decided to use the chat feature and “Kyle” was kind enough to help me order the parts and the touch up paint that I needed. I am not sure when it will be delivered yet but when it does, I am looking to set up the pole right away.

Overall – 5 Stars – Our boys (6 and 3 and a half) have loads of fun on this set and it is slim enough to not to make our yard to look like a commercial playground. We are spending a lot of time on this playset and so are the kids from our street.

We are very pleased with this swing set! There are a few features that set it apart from the wooden sets that friends and family have purchased at club retailers: (1) all three of my kids, ages 4, 7, and 10, can swing at the same time without the playset moving or creaking, and (2) there are no opportunities for splinters, no loosening bolts, and no need for annual stain updates.

Highly recommend! The only regret that I have about my purchase of this set is that I waited as long as I did to buy it.

I personally assembled the play set. Generally the instructions were very understandable. In the spirit of providing useful feedback, please consider the following: 1. Hardware: I received far too many 3″ screws, and not enough 2″ screws.

2. Channel Bracket 11-5018: I received this bracket and could not find a place to use it per the manual. 3. Four Roof Boards 1-6-5500-RB were damaged and required repair with glue. All were reparable.

4. The Telescope collected water during our first rainfall. I drill drainage holes to remove the water. 5. The Dormer did not come with assembly instructions. Additionally, the instructions in the Manual Appendix did not match the Dormer kit as received.

I finally reviewed a picture of the Dormer on the Lowe’s site and figured out how to assemble and install the two Dormers. 6. The Tic Tac Toe Board did not provide enough clearance between the Tic Tac Toe Panel and the three Panel Slates, to permit the tumblers to rotate.

I added stainless steels “nuts” as spacers to create needed space between the Tic Tac Toe Panel and the Panel Slates for the Tumblers to freely rotate. 7. Step 34: Roper Ladder Assembly: I believe there is an error in Step 4.

I did not understand the logic of the 19″ mark, given the the goal is to create a 10″ gap between the Rope Ladder Rungs. I created a 10″ gap between all 7 Rope Ladder Rungs. Please feel free to contact me with questions if I can be of assistance.

We actually have the Gorilla Playmaker Deluxe that is similar to this but there wasn’t a link to review our set. This set was affordable and comparable to what you’d find at Home Depot. However, the Added benefit of Recreation Installations putting together and setting up was the difference for us.

We’re super-happy with our play set. We were severely underwhelmed with Gorilla’s customer service, as well as the delivery company and installers to which they subcontracted our job. (Meanwhile, this review the company’s requested instructs me not to mention customer service.

) Communication was slow at best and nonexistent at worst. Every problem was somebody else in the chain of command’s fault. TL;DR If you can buy this play set elsewhere, please do. Otherwise, expect delays, unreturned calls, calls before 7:00 a.

m. , installers showing up announced (also before 7:00 a. m. ), the possibility of your unassembled play set sitting in the street in front of your house for a week, and minimal accountability from Gorilla.

Just finished putting this together and it is a wonderful swingset. Our daughter has wanted to play on it every day so far. It is a decent time investment to put together and seal yourself (a week of solid work around a full time job).

Helpful to have a couple people to help hold things. A couple of notes/modifications for anyone interested – (1) our swingset did not ship anywhere near the initial time listed on the product page. Once you buy it they note that it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to ship and ours took closer to the 4 weeks mark vs.

the 7-10 days. (2) Ours came with three green flags and one yellow flag instead of the two green and two yellow flags shown. Not a big deal to us but others may care. (3) We couldn’t really tell from the instructions where the third set of handles were supposed to go.

So we put them on the outside of the opening near the rock wall. Now having looked at the photos online closer there are two sets on the skyloft (just in case anyone else has trouble picking that out).

(4) Our daughter is younger and not quite ready for the skyloft yet – so we moved the tic-tac-toe board down to the main loft across from the slide. The railing “spindles” are not the same length between the skyloft and the main loft so we took extra roof boards (from the sky loft add) and cut them to size.

(5) Again since our daughter is younger we removed a couple of boards on the rock climbing wall and spaced out the rest so it could also be used like a ladder (for very small feet). This makes it easier for our daughter (who doesn’t quite grasp the concept of rock-climbing yet) to use.

I ordered a play set several months ago when It was delivered the delivery service dropped it at the curbside which is not only downhill but is almost 300 fee away from my house so I actually had to carry all the boxes up the hill into my house which took several hours and a lot of effort.

This was just the first part of a very frustrating process. Afterwards I had to set up a date to get the installation of the play-set in my backyard for which I had to wait a couple weeks. The installation itself went somewhat smoothly and the tech that tried to put it together was a very nice gentleman.

Unfortunately several pieces were missing from the play-set. The playset stands incomplete in my backyard. I heard from the tech at optimum installs that he is going to reach out to the company to get the missing pieces and that he will return to install those.

But so far the whole experience have been far from smooth and I don’t think I would recommend any of my friends to buy a gorilla place-set. The material itself is great and I can definitely see it’s very high-quality and at least the pieces that were put together look very nice and have provided some fun to my family but the process itself has been very frustrating and it goes without saying that as of now my swingset is still incomplete and I have not heard about when it will be completed and when will the technician will be returning with the missing pieces to put it all together.

After a couple weeks of research, we settled on the Pioneer Peak playset with the standard roof as a birthday present for our twins who just turned 4. The product shipped and was delivered extremely quick – we ordered on 9/17 and it was delivered on 9/24.

All of the wood pieces were clearly labeled, which made it easy for my dad and I to organize everything before construction. We ended up needing to make a trip to the hardware store for a few pieces of hardware (missing 4 t-nuts and 4 bolts, which to be honest might have been included and we just misplaced them), but we had planned on needing to make at least one trip based on experience with prior playset builds.

Construction was pretty straight-forward. The assembly guide did a good job with diagrams and instructions. My dad and I are both handy and even taking our time it only took us about 20 hours to unpack, organize, and build.

I’m very pleased with the sturdiness and overall quality of the product so far. I still need to apply a sealant, but so far we haven’t experienced any wood chipping/cracking/splitting. And for what matters most – our kids (and all their friends in the neighborhood) love it! Watching their imaginations go to work playing different games, swinging for hours on end, having fun with their friends – my wife and I are very happy with the purchase.

It is an amazing swing set for kids with so many creative and imaginative activities to do. A large group of kids can play at the same time and yet have so many things to do. It is really a great set to have In Your backyard and you can have your own personal playground right at your home.

If is really well made and kids never feel bored with so many activities all the one place. Kids of all the ages have some or the other thing to explore. The dual slides is so amazing and it is a nice size too which kids love a lot.

The monkey bars is such an amazing feature to have in at home swing set, it helps the older kids to enjoy. The underneath hammock is also a cool feature and kids can easily chill and relax in middle of their play.

I also liked the rock wall climber which makes it more exciting to climb and play in different ways. with some assistance It is easy to assemble and there is not much hassle. The wood is Also durable and very nice quality which would last long.

It looks very well made and kids really enjoy to play with so many added features and not only swing and slide. I absolutely loved this set and my kids and their friends enjoy so much and they say it’s the best place to be.

I really recommend it to all parents with kids with lots of fun outdoors.

The KidKraft Spacious Skies 5-in-1 Outdoor Swing Set/Playset has been a dream come true for my 6 year old! The structure seems very sturdy, is made out of stained cedar wood and, best of all: smooth, without running the risk of getting splinters! Our favorite feature – which we haven’t seen on other playscapes – is the hammock.

It’s made out of durable and weather resistant material and makes such a cozy hangout spot. The double slide is another feature we haven’t seen on other play structures other than at a public playground.

My children and their friends had a blast “racing” each other down the slides. And then there’s monkey bars,a climbing wall and 2 swings. Hours of fun for ages 3-10 guaranteed!!! This is a great playscape that checks off all our marks! Well done KidKraft!!!.

The playset looks great. The wood is so light weight and flimsy I’m not sure it will last 5 years. The screws and washers could easily be tighted right through the entire piece and the could have just used nuts and bolts along with screws instead of the system they went with.

The hammock ripped in the first hour with a 35lb child and 56 lbs child just sitting on it. The directions are not great but manageable. The pieces are all marked well and they do supply several extra pieces of hardware in most of the bags that a clearly labeled.

The build took 3 of us approximately 16 hours counting sorting the parts. We shall see how customer service handles the hammock issue.

We bought this last month after looking at several sets. My kids are a little older so we wanted a bigger set for them. After one of the sales associates greatly misquoted how much it was for delivery/set up (he said it was between $100-200 but was $600 just for set up), we did it ourselves.

Let me just say my daughter can play on this every day for the rest of her life and this still wouldn’t be worth it. Several of the pieces did not have pre-drilled holes where they should and several more had holes that didn’t line up.

What might have been the worst, is the small section of siding where the clock goes was all cut too big for that area. We double checked the structure and everything else was correct so all the siding was the problem.

What should have been a 10 minute step turned into 2 hours because we had to sand down both sides of each piece until it fit. Maybe we just got a unit that had lots of problems but putting this thing together was awful.

Would not recommend.

I bought this for my daughter and family to enjoy during the summer. First, they showed up in 5 individual shipments and in order to find the directions I had to open all 5 boxes. In each box there was loads of wood but no “ease of assembly” like described.

On the edges of the wood it had a very faded ink stamp of a number and half were cut off so it was easy to organize. Many of the drill holes were not in the correct places and many pieces of the wood were cracked and chipped in the corners.

I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied after the hours me and family spent creating this for the kids. It’s also definitely smaller then pictured, I think it is fit more for toddlers.

I’ll start off with the fact my 4 kids love playing on this set. It keep them entertained and their imagination going. They love playing with the “cafe” under the slide. Assembly was time consuming but was able to get through it.

The reason I’m taking off two stars is because the main 4 braces for the “clubhouse” were fairly warped. This has caused the whole playset to appear shifted and not level. Many of the windows and shaker siding do not look good since we could not get straight lines.

In hindsight, I should have stopped and requested new boards but I was committed to assembling that day.

Very sturdy play set. Definitely no shortcuts taken on this play set. We have looked everywhere at many different play sets that will last through our kids. We were disappointed with several sets we looked at, but when we received this product we could not get over how good the quality was.

Gorilla definitely puts a lot of work into their sets! Putting the set together was a little confusing at first but once we got the hang of the instructions it went a lot faster. My kids are so excited for this set and we can’t wait for years with this set!.

We love this playground!!!! My daughter has so much fun playing for hours on the playground. She loves reading in the tree house and having tea parties with her teddy bears and her friends. All her friends want to come over and play at our house because of her cool playground.

What I love most of all is that I can swing on the swings set and go in the tree house with her. My husband even fits in the tree house. Soooo much fun!!! Best purchase ever!!.

I bought this swing set about a month ago. It came very quickly, and it looks great in our backyard. Most importantly my son loves playing in it!

Ordered and received in about 2 weeks. 4 boxes total. 3 large and 1 small box arrived within a couple days of each other. One adult spend about 2 hours unpacking and separating everything on 1 day. Then two adults (1 man who is a mechanic and had plenty of extra better tools/1 woman) took about 7-8 hours to put it all together.

There were a couple pieces of the wood parts that had some broken corners or split pieces off the ends but nothing broken so bad that it couldn’t be used as intended. One of the poles was slightly bent at the top where another piece was suppose to fit down in and my husband had to bang around on it with a large hammer and then really work to get those two pieces to go together but all the other metal parts and holes all lined up very easily.

Love that the slide is one big solid slide and seems very sturdy. We just put this up so kids haven’t tried it out yet but it looks great and like it will be very fun and sturdy. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the broken wooden pieces and bend pole that not everyone would have been able to fix on their own.

So pleased with this swing set I purchased for my grandchildren. Very sturdy and strong, when anchored down there is absolutely no movement as they swing. One of the legs didn’t have the holes drilled at the factory so my son had to drill them, but other than that all parts were there and took him and my son in law about 8 hours to set up.

Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.
