20 Best Sweatpants For Tall Men (2023 Updated)

These joggers are the best! I got myself a pair in small and I am in love with them. I am glad that at least men joggers fit me. They’re so soft, the cuffs sit where they should, the drawstring is great too.

The joggers come already pretty fitted from the band, but if there’s a need to use the drawstring it does work and its not just for looks.

The color and style is good. The material of the south pole pants pills up and splits easily. the pants even hand washed with woolite still pilled up and was over fuzzy and unwearable the 3rd time. used for one time rags.

Both grandsons love them, warm and water resistant. Had to order another pair.

Very comfortable cozy pants, nice sizing perfect.

Fit great and look great very warm for the winter

I came back to these after switching for a few years to American Giant. AG and LE are among the few brands I’ve been able to find, lately, that match the classic design I remember from way back when I was in high school and college.

Thick, fleecy cotton, elastic ankles, drawstring waist, side pockets. No zippers, stripes, or other unnecessary distractions. My old LE sweats were 80% cotton, made in Turkey; these are 72% cotton, made in Cambodia.

Otherwise the new ones are similar to the LE sweats I bought years ago. The American Giant sweats are thicker, made in USA, and much more expensive ($90). I’d pony up the extra cash again for the heftier AG sweats, but I prefer the more elasticized waist in the LE Serious Sweats.

Bought my husband several pairs of these sweatpants. A few months down the road, he mentions that the one pair the one leg keeps coming down too far. So I look at them to see what the problem is–the bottom of the leg has no stretch to it and is wide open.

After opening up the seam with a seam ripper so I could repair them I discover that whoever made this pair didn’t bother to sew the ends of the elastic together properly!!! I give up. The last few things I’ve purchased have been such poor quality and this is the last straw.

I repaired them because it’s no longer easy to make returns, but I’ll just quit buying anything. Problem solved. Must be nice to be making so much money you can outsource everything, have no quality control and lose long term customers.

I bought these for my father. He has worn Size Medium in the past in other sweats brands but he’s gained a fair amount of pandemic weight especially in his mid-section. I was going by the Size Charts that Land’s End provides on the website and decided to order him Large.

These were HUGE. Even with his weight gain, I will have to send back and order Mediums instead. They are good quality and nice & soft so that’s why I will still get but in a different size. I just won’t get the sale price for which I originally bought them.

I wish Land’s End would adjust their Size Charts for the sweats.

I have bought any pairs of these over the past few years. The earlier lightweight sweatpants were made of 100% cotton and were absolutely wonderful to wear. They lasted a long time and they did not fade, shrink or pill.

These new lightweight sweats are made of a blend of cotton/poly and they are not at all like the 100% cotton ones of the past years. I bought two pair of these lately, not knowing they switched up the material.

As soon as I put them on, I could tell an immediate difference. My legs felt like they could not breathe and I began to instantly sweat. I couldn’t wait to take them off. They pill after washing a few times.

I have always thought I had an outlet to buy 100% lightweight sweats…no longer. I will not purchase these again. I am hoping sometime in the future KingSize will return to the 100% cotton again. I hope this review helps those who need to purchase 100% cotton sweatpants.

These sweats run long in the legs. Waistband is pretty much true to size.

These pants are very comfortable. They washed and dried perfectly, I didn’t notice any shrinkage from laundering. The pockets are roomy (haven’t used the cargo pockets yet). The fabric is soft, but hardy.

They’re thicker than similar women’s styles and I like that. I got mine in the “big” size and not “tall” and the inseam is perfect (I have a 28-inch inseam). These don’t drag on the floor and end just over the top of my shoes.

We purchased these sweatpants present for our son. His first time wearing them he got a hole in the seam at the crotch. I would like to return but I am still awaiting notification from a previous item.

I may just see how well I can stitch them back together. So far, I have been greatly disappointed with King Size. Between the rate at which we receive notifications for refunds and the quality of the items, it’s not looking like we will continue ordering from this company.

This is disappointing because I have two tall and large boys. It is very hard to find quality clothing to fit them.

These pants are wonderful. I got them for my husband who is 6”4 and thin. Buying sweatpants is normally a nightmare, but these fit so well! They are slightly on the long side, but with the elastic around the ankles, it’s really a great fit.

It’s so refreshing to have something that fits! And…I mean, they are sweatpants but they actually look good, too! Who knew this was possible!? Thanks AT!.

The fit was nice for me and I’m a woman. Don’t know if the fit would be as comfortable for a man. Length was excellent. Finally someone got it right. Tall is not 34 inches for me as I have a 36 inch seam.

Thank you for the fit. I know going forward to get the men’s medium for the fit in the thighs and the men’s tall for the length. The greatest part for me they don’t have a over-manly look to them. Nor do they look like they were cut just for females.

I bought these for my sons who are both about 6 ft. They love them! All pants I buy “off the shelf” are too short. Since they have had these, I end up washing them every night – will definitely buy more.

Good quality, wash and dry nicely, nice fit. Note: these are even a little long on my son’s so will work for a taller person.

I bought two different pairs of Puma Essentials from ASOS, both black, both XL, but completely different. This pair runs up super big. Fitted when you put them on but within Half hour, they flaired out on the thighs and all the way down the leg! I could have gone down two sizes and I’m not a small girl.

If you have sexy thighs and thicker calf’s and need that extra space, these are for you, but I’m a size 20 and with slimmer legs and these are annoyingly HUGE. But I’d like to state it only happens once they’ve warmed up.

So when you first try on they look good! Agreed legs are short (I’m 5′,6) so the long cuffs are also weird. The other pair were much better fit in all the right ways. These are comfy for home, so order smaller.

If you want tighter PRODUCT CODE 1459051 are better.

I bought what I believed to be a jog bottom and hoody set but turned out to be just jog bottoms. The info said “ideal for reppin with an off duty hoodie” (whatever that means in English). But gave the impression that this set comes with the bottoms and the top as shown in the picture.

I’m not familiar with the word reppin and never heard of an off duty hoody. So maybe plain traditional English in the all important info would help with inclusion of all age groups trying to purchase the products you sell.

Instead of using nonsensical, made up street talk that will no doubt mutate and morph again into further and even more nonsensical gibberish by mid winter.

Choosing the correct size gave me a headache! It was a gift for my father, he is a tall&big guy, so firstly I ordered 4XL, which was absolutely humungous, he could swim in it. I returned them and chose XL, as lots of folks here stated it is not true to size and it runs larger anyway.

This I found to be quite slim, so returned again and bought 2XL, which finally fits. Really weird sizing, don’t even know what advice to give on this just be aware. Apart from that the material and style is fab, I love it, that’s why I kept trying to find a correctly fitting size :).

I’m a 6’3 255lb bodybuilder. I have always worn under Armour storm relaxed fleece pants. They got discontinued and its been impossible to find men’s pants that fit like Men’s pants and not women’s. Everything is now tight or with those weird tight ankle openings.

These pants actually fit properly. If you’ve got big glutes/quads/hams/adductors all these “skinny” jeans are a nightmare. These pants fit exactly like the old under Armour ones did, nice wide opening at the bottom as well.

Great fit and feel. I will definitely grab more.

My son has long legs and only cares about comfort with regards to clothes. For the Fit is the only place I have founds sweats that fit him.

Bottom line: These are well-made pants that probably should be described as “casual/leisure” rather than just sweats. The MW website does not accurately show the colors. Their “denim blue” is actually Teal blue.

Their “commando” is some kind of fashionable green that is NOT Army green or olive drab. Good news: their black is actually black. The fit is on the slim side (good for me), the waistband is well-constructed , shouldn’t roll.

Two generous front pockets, a back pocket to accommodate a wallet or phone, a small leg stash pocket just big enough for a key fob or credit card. As sweats, I doubt I’d want to do more than a light workout or jog in these, just because of the high cotton content (95%)-if you’re a heavy sweater, they’d get pretty damp.

Now some caveats: I have a 31 inseam, and used to buy 32 inseam jeans. The regular size says 32 inseam, but if it were to shrink AT ALL in the wash, it would be riding above my ankle. For that reason, I returned a regular pair right away and replaced it with a “tall”.

They say the tall is 2″ longer, but it’s more like an inch. That said, I then purchased 2 more pair for wearing around the house/out and about. All of the talls are consistently sized. I’ve washed two pair as per the instructions and shrinkage has been minimal.

cuffs ride at the tops of my shoes. One question: if MW wants to market a 95% cotton pant, why in the world wouldn’t they go with pre-shrunk cotton and avoid the potential shrinkage issues?.

Alright fellas and fellettes, let’s do this. I don’t ever leave reviews but I finally caved and need to do this to maintain whatever shred of ethics I have left now that I’m into my mid-thirties. I am morally obligated to leave this review because I own essentially every color made of these pants since 2019.

They are simply the best. I fear I am obsessed, but I also plan to never buy another pair of pants again. So if I own 20 pairs one day, and live another 40 years, that’s only. 5 pants purchased per year.

Very modest. And the more pairs I have, the longer each will last. I am 6’4″ 215 lbs, meaning most sweats either turn into joggers after I wash them, or are so baggy I could rob Scrooge McDuck and he wouldn’t even realize it.

The Tall size is incredible, but I would recommend air drying them if you are my height and want to keep them long enough to wear with low-cut shoes and ankle socks. The quality and versatility is mind-blowing.

You truly can wear them in an office setting and then to the gym. A lot of other pants say that, but these ones live up to it. Every detail is accounted for; a masterpiece. They say if you are good at everything, you’re good at nothing.

But these pants spit in the face of that adage. They are good at more things than a high school valedictorian but without the burnout – The pairs I have had for 3 years now are still going strong esp.

I wasn’t originally going to review, but, after these pants got me some unexpected action at the airport, I knew I had to. Here’s what happened. It was going to be an draining day of travel not complete until I had been in 2 ubers, 3 planes, and 4 time zones, so obviously, I threw on my go-to sweats.

They’re comfy and stylish enough that I don’t feel self-conscious wearing them in public. I wasn’t expecting them to attract much attention, but that all changed after I walked through the security scanner at the first airport: TSA had identified something suspicious in my groin area.

So, a specialized TSA agent with blue rubber gloves and a disgruntled attitude came over and gave me a pretty intimate no-nonsense public rub down. I’ll leave the details to your imagination but suffice to say it was both embarrassing and exciting, and my jokes making light of the situation were not received well.

After giving me the all-clear, the TSA agent informed me that the scanner probably flagged the little metal aglets on the ends of the drawstring which were dangling parallel to my member. 10/10 would wear to the airport again!.

Nike is having a labor day/back to school sale on their beloved tech line but I’m hesitant to pull the trigger because we had fit issues all summer. My son loves the hoodies but he returned the pants more then once over size and fit.

You know how these kids want pants now. Like tight down low but not nutt hugging. If I was a nike exec I would straight up make the fit the exact same thing as Adidas trio pants and call it a day. I have no problem with them but their to light for late fall and mid winter.

Either way, I can’t purchase online any more because of fit issues. He has to try them on. So that sucks. Get it together nike. Kids should be able to say- I’m a Large Medium or Small and receive tech pants in the fit & style they expect.

If u change them again please let us know somehow. Like “New nike tech” or “Form Fit Techs” or whatever, just differentiate em. Please & TY. We love ur stuff but u need to regain my confidence.

I have loved wearing these pants, they are so comfortable. The fabric is very soft and the perfect thickness. Not to thin and not to thick. I liked feeling comfortable lounging around the house in these but versatile enough to wear outside.

These kept me warm when its cold and rainy outside. I would feel comfortable shopping at the store in these and not feeling sloppy looking. I really liked the third large zippered pocket on the side.

Nice and deep. the length is good on the legs and the waist feels nice. I enjoyed that the waist strings were criss crossed for extra support and they covered the entire waistband. Its nice not having a uncomfortable waistband bunch from the strings not going around the entire waistband.

The light grey/speckled white is a nice color.

These are really great! I like the minimalistic logo, the adjustable waist and most of all the zippered pockets! there’s even a back pocket too! The front pockets fit an iPhone 13 in a case and that is perfect for me.

The fabric has a brushed interior that is perfect for Fall or Winter if you’re someone who runs a bit hot.

I prefer the half pant sport shorts but you discontinued those for some reason. Mine are badly worn and I am unable to replace them. So, I thought these jogging pants would be the next best thing. They are OK but i would prefer the half pant shorts.

Please make them available again.

A closer fit than usual as I have tried a small size (S) this time because some previous purchases size M were a little baggier on the thighs than I liked. This smaller size is consequently a closer fit and feels like a second skin and not at all uncomfortable, although I notice the tighter fit on the waist.

The black colour is an inky tone which contrasts with my other pairs of black track pants, but matches a pair of trainers exactly! It’s a win-win.

As a tall athletic built guy, I struggled to find joggers that fit correctly. My legs are long, but these fit perfectly. They are the right length and are comfortable to wear. I found myself going back to these joggers when I was lounging in the house or needed to run out to do some errands.

They have that appeal. Throw on a nice tee or hoodie and you got street wear. Want to relax around the house and take care of some things, you will find these as your go to pants. I was skeptical prior to ordering, but American Tall has exceeded all my expectations.

Purchased these for my husband for Christmas. He is mid 50’s so I wanted to avoid the “fitted” jogger look for him. These are great quality – length is perfect. They are not tight, and are proportionately loose.

They look great. Will purchase more colors for him.

I bought these for my son for Christmas. It’s nice to see him in something that really fits and they must be comfortable because he wears them constantly. He is tall and very thin and could wear Small Tall but I like the Medium Tall better on him.

If you like a tighter fit I would go smaller but otherwise go with a size up.

These sweats are so comfortable they accommodate both structure big and tall the sweats are comfy and don’t roll up because there to short and after a couple of washes there were still looking crisp.

I also like the sexy little accent logo on the pant pocket over all Bice swears that were really affordable.

i am a woman who bought these sweats for myself. being a fluffier woman, i have to go and buy sweats that hang off of my flat booty like mc hammer pants. these dont. i wish i would have bought a smaller size.

I’m really happy with these jogger pants. I don’t jog, but I do a good amount of brisk walking, and they work well for that. The fit is perfect. I have lost some weight recently and am kind of in between a 2x and a 3x.

I chose these joggers in a 2XB, which is I think a roomier 2x. I think a regular 2x would have been a bit too snug, but these are perfect. They are a bit roomy in the legs and thighs, they fit perfectly around my gut, waist, and behind.

They have a bit of stretch that makes them move with you, and a stretchy waist band that you can tighten by tying a string. The black color is a deep black. They feel very soft inside and out, very smooth.

I love that there is no insignia on them other than the small Polo symbol at the pocket. They are easy to wash and dry at home, and they still look brand new after being laundered a few times already, no color fading or pilling on the fabric.

I really like these joggers, I definitely recommend them.

Love these joggers! Absolutely became my favorite pair easily! Super soft, spacious and the right tension at the ankle. They even come with a back pocket, which is something new for me in this style pants.

The pants fit so well and form to my liking that I didn’t even have to use the drawstring. They feel high quality and thick without being hot also, the color holds up well in the wash. All the great quality that you expect from Ralph Lauren and I definitely recommend!.

I have a pair of black 2XT I’m happy with. I ordered a pair of navy and a heather gray. Length good on both pairs. The gray is very light, appearing to be the oxford gray even though marked as heather.

Otherwise ok. The navy are thinner material, only 60% cotton. The waistband is stretched out , the pockets are undersized, and there is a hole in one of them. Planning to return both pairs.

I ordered the LT (Large Tall) size as I thought that the “inseam” measurement of 36″ would be perfect since I’ve worn 36″ inseam jeans for quite a few years now and have grown more in the process. ( 6′ 7″ ) I even wouldn’t mind a little bit extra length on my jeans now, yet these Champion pants were WAY too long for me.

I’m not particularly tall in my upper body either compared to people of more average heights; my height is largely from my legs. They bunched up considerably near my ankles when standing up only in socks.

(I understand sweatpants with baggier fits are generally meant to bunch up a bit when you have shoes on, yet I only had my socks on and they already looked silly).

Well made sweatpants. Less shrinking than other brands. In fact, I ordered really large pants thinking they would shrink. The laugh’s on me. They didn’t. So, don’t make my mistake. Order the correct size.

I’ve been buying Old Navy Cozy Sweatpants For Men for years. The current model of these are an amazing upgrade to the oldschool ones. They now have an elastic waistband now that the old ones never had, and the waist ties have really cool aglets (shoelace type tips) that have indentations for easy grip; easy untying, and look amazing.

They are so much better than the original design which were just folded over and sewn material for the waist tie that could get bunched up and knotted. The fluff inside is way softer and warmer than earlier versions, and the cut and style of them are better overall.

They not only look nice, but are versatile enough to be both snuggly pants or active wear depending on how you want to use them. With these Cozy Sweatpants, there’s no need to look elsewhere, they deliver everything you want at an amazing price point that you will look good and feel good no matter what.

My 64 year old dad is obsessed with these sweatpants. I’m serious, he wears them everyday. I bought them because honestly I was tired of seeing him wear the same two extra baggy lounge pants with paint on them every day.

These are slimmer through out the leg so are much more flattering. He’s like 6’2-6’1 I’m not positive I am pretty sure he’s shrinking, and they hit right at his sneakers wearing the XL Tall. He normally wears a size 38 waist.

He can go from physical therapy to the grocery store to the couch in these bad boys so they’re pretty versatile.

I washed these pants when they arrived and while wearing them the 1st time, I feel the dreaded pill bumps all down the front of the legs, from the waist down to the knees. Wow! What a disappointment! These pants are really well made, have pockets and a nice, comfortable waist band.

(that’s why they got 2 stars).

These were super comfortable! I enjoy sweatpants but have a tough time finding ones I actually feel comfortable in. I run warm so I don’t usually like fleece pants. These were nice though, they are soft like fleece but still breathe like cotton.

The fabric was very soft, very nice. My kids were snuggling with me and commented on how soft they were. I typically wear an xl and these were very true to size. I didn’t have any complaints about the fit or sizing.

The pockets were my favorite part! They are so deep and they zip! My kids are constantly trying to pull my phone out of my pocket. That zipper slows them down. I also feel like my items are secure in the pockets.

The oatmeal color was not my first choice but I was pleasantly surprised with how well it went with my clothes. Would not have been the color I picked out at the store. Overall, I was a big fan. I would happily purchase these and wear them often.

Design: loving the look of the Nike tech tracksuits. The long zip pocket is LEVELS and the reflective strips go really well with the overall design. You can wear it for exercising or just casual wear so you can’t go wrong.

Sizing: I ordered a large but they definitely come up big, if you want a more gym/slim/muscle fit. Definitely size down. And it doesn’t make fit like leggings neither, it still fits comfortable with some space to move.

Insulation: Very warm. I was surprised by how warm they kept me in cold weather. I normally have to wear a jacket on top of my tracksuits to avoid the cold, but this one did the job just fine, paired with the Nike tech hoodie of course.

The only down side was my pair came with a few manufacturers errors, the bottoms had cuts in the upper thigh area and missing stitching. I’m gauging that it was a one off as I’ve never had such problems with previous purchases, (could’ve been a last pair/return etc).

Washing: Be very careful when washing them, I advise using cold washes and if you put them in the dryer, make sure it’s no more than half an hour as the reflective tags come off. I had this issue with the tracksuit bottoms and hoodie.

Refund: JD were very helpful with the refund process and I got a full refund within a 2 weeks. I would DEFINITELY buy again!.

Love the comfort of these pants. And the color is beautiful, I received several compliments even my girlfriend wants a pair. I am satisfied with the cut but I do wish there were a slightly slimmer option.

I got a size small and everything fits nicely including the waist. Overall very very comfortable sweatpants and I will most likely be buying a pair for my girlfriend.

The fabric is amazing and soft with unique texture. However the fit is very unusual, very tight in the hips and crotch, probably couldn’t wear these outside of my home. But then they are relaxed in the leg.

For that reason I had to returned these. Again the quality is there but the cut and fit seems off.

I have many pairs of sweatpants. In fact, I would consider myself a sweatpants connoisseur. These are by far my favorite pair. Comfort, fabric, fit, etc. all are top notch. I like them so much I will probably have to buy a backup pair.

Do yourself a favor and just buy them.

These are the best sweatpants I’ve ever owned! Very thick and warm, soft, and well-made. I loved the first one so much I bought a 2nd one. I’m a woman, and even though these are men’s sweatpants, they fit better than women’s sweatpants do on me.

I got the Sycamore (30″ length) and Rustic blue (32″ length) colors. I’m 5’7, about 170, and the XL fits great, even after them shrinking when washing/drying them. If washed/dried, they shrink by about a 1/2 – 3/4 inch in length, and a little less all around.

The only thing that I didn’t like about them was that they run short, so I would suggest going up in length if you plan to wash/dry them. I used the sizing chart but it is not accurate. had it been, I would not have ordered the 30″ the first time.

The 2nd pair, 32″ length, was still a little short but not as bad. However, if I bought a 3rd pair, I’d definitely get a 34″ length.

Purchased these for my husband and he is so happy with them! They are soft inside and out, well made with pockets front and the hip, and perfect fit for him. He’s 5’11, 210 lbs. and I purchased an extra large.

I originally purchased a large in the joggers based on a review. They were too small, in a mens large, and he did not like the jogger cuff either. so I ended up with them. And I don’t like the jogger cuff either! My ankles get cold when they creep up.

So, I ended up buying the womens for myself! I love them! As comfortable and soft as the mens pant. Best sweats ever!.

Not totally disappointed with these, as they’re wearable and ok comfort-wise, but they’re just not the quality and value that one typically expects from LLB. I originally ordered size L, as another reviewer claimed that her similarly-sized husband (6 ft, 240 lbs) ordered an XL and they “swam” on him.

Not these — the. L was WAY too tight and fit more like a jean than loose like I prefer my sweats. Maybe they’ve changed the sizing?? So returned them for an XL. They’re better, but still grab me in places, not the comfortable fit I’m looking for.

The worst part of the fit: I ordered the longer 33″ inseam, as I like my sweats to cover my ankles, but these barely do, and any moving around tends to cause the elastic cuff to creep up my shins, so I’m constantly stopping to pull them back down.

The fabric Is a little beefier than the cheaper sweats that you’ll find, but at $50+, I expected a much sturdier product. Again, they’re “ok”, but not LL Bean great, I wouldn’t buy again.
