20 Best Sweat Vest Waist Trainer (2023 Updated)

Okay let me start out by saying the only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I got a small and it’s a little loose. So wish it was a little more snug. Now as for making you sweat!!! YES it does.

Even when I was just sitting outside watching baseball practice. My stomach is somewhat flat but I do have love handles and had been noticing that my stomach had this crepe look or cellulite. I received this and put it on Immediately and wore it all day while I did my chores I did this 3 days in a row and the crepeness was nearly gone.

Now I have the stuff called sweet heat and hot cream that used with this. so basically rubbed it on and then put on the vast. I think with the mixture of both it took care of my problem. I intend on ordering the pants as soon as they get them in stock for the cellulite all my butt.

Wooh the amount of sweat I have after using this is unbelievable! I wear it when I do my cardio which is usually a brisk walk and It stays in place without rolling up and having to be constantly pulled down.

I read the reviews first and based my size off of them. Im 255 and 5 feet 20 inches and an xl fits good. I have one you just wrap around the stomach area but this is much better because it also covers the upper back rolls that i have unfortunately! Afterwards I just spray with a gentle cleaner and water and wipe clean each time and let air dry.

Really great product that does the job! After receiving this product I decided to wear it to the gym and I was sweating within 15 min! Keeps the sweat in place and doesn’t leak over your clothes. Fits comfortably and it’s something that I would wear all day if I could.

A lot comfortable than other waist trainers. I got a size XL and I’m in the first row of clips. I am 5’6 230lbs. It’s a bit snug but I am comfortable in it and if you are not used to the tightness I do recommend going a size up to an XXL.

it’s different from other products. It looks sturdy and and really helps me a lot just like other popular fitness trainers I used to own in the past.

It is comfortable to have on throughout the day from my 8 hours to 16 hours shifts. Its not too thick and it doesn’t show under my clothes.

This is a great fitness trainer. Will definitely recommend this to my friends

This is motivation only! An overwhelming majority of us are conditioned to believe that sweat is fat, it’s not. Sweat is ur body cooling you off. This will only help you loose minimal water weight. Anyone who saids otherwise, “god bless them”.

🤭 I like to use it because even tho it’s not fat dripping, still motivates me to keep going. Guess I lie to myself while working out. Lols. I would not use this for lifting weights as it will encourage you to not use ur own muscles.

I would only use this for walking not for long running or weights. Too much sweat lost while running can lead to dehydration. Now for the positive, motivation and very comfortable. It’s also super easy to wash.

I’ve used the belt 4 times now. I put it on before I start my cycling. It was REALLY hard to get on over my hips and then once around my waist it seems loose. I wish I had more elasticity. It does hold in the sweat so you are drenched underneath it after the workout.

I’ll need to use it longer to see if it actually works. Also, the hot gel is confusing! It looks like you were suppose to use it with the belt, but the directions don’t say anything about using it with the belt.

I guess you just put it on separately afterwards. I like how it makes my skin super tingly! I just thought it went with the product to boost the results so I’m kind of bummed about that. I’d say save your money and invest in something of higher quality for the price you pay for this.

I ordered this and got it a week ago. I started working out two years ago after I retired. The waist trainer I had was starting to fall apart. It has rods in the back that started to break and wearing it was to uncomfortable.

When I saw this one I liked the top that smooths out my bottom tummy as well as the top and the wrap belt hits all targetef areas that needs toning. The hot sweat gel is a plus. Order it you will not be sorry.

I just brought my second vest. I train very hard and my gym is a freeze box. Today I got the second one in , and it’s killing me to train in it. It has the Long sleeve and a hug. I train like a beast.

It’s a great vest to own to trim down and gain confidence.

The SaunaTek – Men’s Vest feels just like the name- Sauna. The tight fit of the Neoprene Vest makes you sweat. Really good during this cold weather. It some how feels warmer with it on. The one thing I didn’t like is after a couple of weeks of wear it couldn’t wear it without a shirt over it.

The bottom flipped up. Overall it’s a good Vest.

This vest has helped me loose inches/weight over the past few months. I sweat more and it appears to translate into loosing a few inches and more weight than expected although not sure if that is water weight that will just come back with appropriate hydration.

So far, the extra weight has stayed off. Very comfortable when working out and it fits well.

Omg! I so loved it. Can wear it with clothes on or not. Ots comfortable and you really sweat. I just wear it and do walking or wear it around the house and after a while I am sweating inside the vest.

It makes you sweat even when you don’t try. The best works on colder days the vest is made of 100 percent Neoprene that the body heat concentrated and it gives your body warm temperature. This is the best brand I have tried.

Material is very durable but also soft and flexible that it gives the best performance. Form fitting vest.

I absolutely love my vest! I have bought the one with the zipper first in a size small it fits very nicely. Then I said what the heck let me order the one that goes under the breast area in a size small as well.

I still have to try that one during my workout! I’m hooked on the full vest still. The only bad thing I have to say about this item is that there was no detail about the sizing. I did chat with one of the representatives and went back and forth for a few minutes.

I also chatted with people within the company and they were unable to provide me any type of what would be the size for me. I shouldn’t had to have Winged It On My Own but I did and I actually lucked out.

I highly recommend it however I just hope whoever else orders this is as lucky as I was as far as sizing. Someone within your facility should definitely come up with a sizing chart which would make it a lot easier for all customers interested.

I like this item because it covers a lot of real estate on your upper torso. It’s not like the typical waist band that only focuses on your waist area. I wish the zipper was covered or more flat so the vest wasn’t seen under your clothes.

I read on another site that this runs big. That wasn’t true for me. I wear a large on shirts that have to button up. I could have used a medium. This doesn’t make me sweat that much and I do a lot of cardio.

It actually makes me sweat more in other places. This item is okay. Maybe it would work better if it was tighter.

The trimmer is, in my opinion, average quality. I use other GoFit gym accessories and their quality is usually above par. It does what it’s supposed to but after only one use I’ve found small tears in the material.

The other complaint is the velcro strip can be uncomfortable so it’s important you mind where you place the flap.

This started falling apart within 2 days of use. Sub-par Made In China materials lacking in quality. Lesson learned. Used according to instructions. Basically if you wear it just a little tight (which you need to built up some sweat) it will fall apart.

You must have to do heavy duty workouts to make this work, I tried using an ab routine, I didn’t sweat and I didn’t feel the intensity when I usually do when I don’t have nothing on my stomach. I think this thing is too bulky and useless.

I did some research before ordering and this one best fit my needs. It arrived yesterday and I wore it around the house and found it to be very comfortable! I wore it to the gym today and I must say, I’m very pleased with how comfortable it is to wear during my workout and very surprised that it didn’t slip! I couldn’t be happier with it!.

Purchased this item for a reasonable price, been using it everyday while working out and some times while on the go. I have since gone down few belt sizes (from 44-38).

I’ve only used it once at this point and I love it! I got the size XL and I’m 5’2” and 195lbs. It really takes a lot for me to sweat so I was a bit skeptical about this product but was pleasantly proven wrong! After first use sweat was pouring off of me and I could see a waist form! There is no rolling down and it stays in place while working out.

The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is that I felt it needed to come down a bit longer as some of my stomach was hanging out. Hoping that will get better with the weight loss but it shouldn’t be a problem for smaller girls.

I absolutely love this product , and customer service was great to me. At first , i ordered the wrong size. I ordered the M/L but i noticed with the measurements i needed the XS/S so i emailed customer service and they emailed me back quickly fixing my problem with no hesitation.

And i received my order within a week. The product itself is amazing i love how you can adjust the support with the double velcro strap and its def an upgrade from my old one. I use the classic waist trainer is size Medium and i wear this pro series in size XS/S.

I buy a hotshaper! I thought was ok product it will keeping rolled up several time, but finally I manage the way it would not, I ordered sizes small and in leggins i wish I would have order medium because runs small, the fb posting or advertising show a really sweating stomach, well that is not the case yes it helps to sweat and the cream gives a warmer feeling when using the cream and the vest with leggings but it will absorbed all your sweat you won’t see it like the ad’s, I said that in few post and my reviews got deleted and never posted, instead I will have a customer from hotshaper send me a private message about the product, I not sure why I can not express and share my real thoughts of the product, I don’t think I’m negative, just saying stop with the false ad’s I mean is ok products real good actually when stops rolling up, and helps sweat normally not like that ad’s.

I’ve been looking for the best waist trainer & I finally found it! The vitamin C oil is a plus & the sweat gel. You see the results fast it’s unbelievable. I love it. I love this! I bought the set so I have the hot belt and instant trainer. I sweat so much under this and I feel my body shape has actually changed! I’m already curvy but I tend to accumulate fat on the sides so I was loosing my figure and after only two weeks of using it I can see a huge difference.

I do have to tighten the Velcro as much as I can but it is definitely a working product.

Love the product. Misunderstood the use. Wish there were more information regarding product use as well as videos. Once I realized it was for something different than what I purchased for, it was good.

Initially I thought I could wear it all day, now I know it’s only to be worn while standing or in an unbent position. I’ll wear it will exercising and sleeping. I weighed 255 when I started wearing it and am 5’5.

I purchased the XL and it was a perfect fit. I had help getting in it at first, but was able to put on myself alter. The material stretches. Sorry no real pics with it on. The window shot I had it on under my clothing.

This is one of the best waist trainers I’ve bought. I normally fluctuate between an Xl-2x. I ordered a 2x because I didn’t want it to be too small. I definitely could’ve ordered an XL. I wear a 16-18 with a 45in waist.

The wrap around strap makes the fit super customizable and comfortable to be in all day or workout in.

I absolutely love my sweat band! It fits perfectly I just have to get used to wearing it, lol! I’m definitely going to purchase the sauna body one. I’m getting married in August and I need to tone all over! I look forward to buying more it feels so comfortable!.

Very disappointed in this, NO STRETCH at all and the material is not as nice, & it only has 2 rows of hooks not 3 like mine, I have ordered great waist trainers in the past, like 4 yrs ago and it feels great, quality material and has a stretch to it so you can wear it all day and made to last! THIS one is nothing like the one I have like it, no stretch at all, about 4″-6″ from even getting a hook on, I wear a med and yes my old one still fits and is looking like new! I’m 5’9 165# and wear 7/8 -9/10 in jeans! Need to ship it back to get something else or a refund as it’s useless for me, you’d need to be an extra small to fit a med in this!.

This is a great product, I’ve purchased this item 2x & I must say WoW, I purchased this item to train my waist, whittle, nip that HeaUx into formation & GoOd GosH *Shocker* It WORKS/ED. I started out in the sz Small, worked my way through the whole vest, using 1st set of hooks, until I reached 2nd set of hooks & when working out, HIIT & aerobics, my waist is 24/25, my goal when I first purchased vest.

My waist then was 28/29. My 2nd purchase is the sz XSM & OMMFG, I thought I was gonna suffocate R damage my F**Ribs, Im looking forward to nip waist even further & maintain the results.

I bought this and I’m 5 2 130lbs I work about 40hours a week and whenever I wore this waist trainer for the first time I immediately noticed the straps were uncomfortable digs into your sides. It slims pretty well but such a hassle of you work a lot.

It leaves creases in your skin after wearing it 5 and up hours of a lot of moving. I wake up early in the morning and putting it on is kind of a hassle. My stomach is also short and this particular one is long so putting jeans on with it the waist trainer tends to slip out.

This product might be for some determined people but for people who move around a lot it might be a pain.

I’ve tried 3 or 4 of the others and all they did was. well, nothing really. This one actually holds everything in and my stomach actually looks flat. No more walking around having to remember to hold in my stomach and surprisingly comfortable.

At first I was apprehensive because to me it felt heavy but not when it’s on. I did need help with the closures but once they are hooked I just undo enough hooks to get over my hips and slide it on down.

Oh and because it’s a vest type there are no back fat rolls. Love it,I will be ordering a second one.

The quality have definitely gone down. Granted, prices haven’t come up with this inflation but for sure the quality has decreased. I am 5’4 about 150lbs after two pregnancies. I wanted a chincher to keep everything in place and to get my waist back.

Well, this does not shape my waist, no hourglass shape. It looses shape to be advertised as FIRM compression. It gave me rashes all over my torso. Washed it like 3 times and still gives me rashes. It gives in (stretches) cuz i started on the outside hooks and after 1 washed an less than a week i am in the thinner hooks (3rd row) the worst part is that it creates small bump on my back, both sides, losing shape.

Lower Tummy compression is minimum, so if u had C-section, the upper part of the cut shows bulgy. If you are a bit fatty like me on the torso i do not recommend this cincher.

When I first received this item, which I ordered in a size large, I went to put it on and thought immediately “there’s no way this thing is gonna fit me” (for context, I am 5’7″ and 190 lbs ), so I exchanged it for an extra large.

When the extra-large came, it was nice and tight when I put it on, but as the day wore on, it stretched out quite a bit and I could get it to the tightest hook without a problem. But that’s not what I wanted… I wanted some thing that was really going to suck me in.

I decided to go back and get the large, and it fits like a glove. LADIES!!!. order your true size OR size down, because the latex does stretch out a bit. You may think it will be impossible to put it on at first glance and after wrapping it around your torso, but I guarantee it will.

I will say, it was quite difficult to get it on at first, just because of how tight it was. It took a lot of strength in my hands and fingers to get on, so if you have a friend nearby, utilize her. But once it’s on, it’s AMAZING.

It completely flattened my tummy and took about 2-3 inches off of my waist. And the best part is that it’s long enough to go down to the pubic bone, when most other ways cinchers are shorter and leave that bottom part of your belly to still protrude.

This is probably the most comfortable waist cincher I’ve ever worn. Definitely a must have!.

I’m in week 2. once I got it I thought the chart sizing had to be off but no it’s spot on, no rolling up , I can feel 100% it supporting by back and better posture. Everyone around me can see the difference and totally boosted my confidence level! Only 1 problem.

ive been using this to workout + help me fix my form when lifting and i love it! mainly wear it in the gym but when i have off days i wear it for a couple of hours on and off when im doing work, i recommend wearing it on and off if you work out regularly like i do since i found that my lung capacity was affected when wearing it for a long time.

i will say that your core days will hit harder than they have before, highly recommend this!!.

I love this sauna vest I just wish it was made a little bigger than smaller. I would suggest ordering up a size because it does run small. I am still able to wear and enjoy so thats ok. The vest is made well and seems high quality.

It feels nice on, doesn’t itch or irritate my skin like some items that for snug. I also wear it under tops and it doesn’t really show if I wear a top thats not overly tight. Overall, I like it very much and recommend.

This sauna vest lives up to its name and will make you sweat. I wear it outside since I am outside a lot and where I live it gets cold so this helps keep me warm actually. The vest itself is comfortable and doesn’t itch, zipper is good quality and haven’t had any snags, the material is really good quality.

I will say in my opinion its not true to size. Seems to run a tad bit smaller. It fits me but is a little tight.

I got this sauna vest because I read an article about sauna suits. It said that exercising in a sauna suit not only helps you lose weight, but burns fat, lowers blood sugar levels, and increases your aerobic fitness.

I got this one for my husband since I already had mine. We wear them during our cardio workouts. My husband is an avid runner and works out as well daily. You would be shocked at the amount of sweat that you see.

I like a lot but i didn’t fit me, because i bought guiding me with the size chart, and it does not fit me is very big

I ordered this piece not as a technical “waist trainer”, just a make-me-comfortable-in-work-clothes helper. Putting it on was a little hilarious; once you get past the first 3-4 hooks it’s smooth sailing.

It’s comfy enough to even wear around the house, if you like that sucked-in feeling. I have a very short waist and the front boning can poke into my legs a bit while sitting (if it has slipped down) but I actually like the length as it covers my lower mom-tummy I’m struggling to get rid of.

Long-waisted folks might find it a bit short, but I love it! And it doesn’t curl at the edges as I feared it might, hooray! Sizing is small like everyone says; glad I read the reviews first! The chart put me in an L/XL but the 2X/3X is perfect (in all the pieces I bought, BTW.

I find myself wearing this every day even if I’m staying home, as it supports my back and makes me feel more sleek. I’ve always been very thin but MENOPAUSE kicked my butt in more ways than I can count – including the dreaded “thickening around the middle.

” Honestly, this trainer made me happier than I had been with my body in years. At first, I couldn’t even get the hooks closed, thinking I had bought the wrong size. Now 3 months later I am wearing on the smallest setting and thinking about going down a size.

Granted I started exercising a little more but STILL, the waist trainer has been slimming, comfy, supportive and confidence-boosting. If you have that impossible to lose menopausal belly THIS can really make you feel good again.

The sizing was perfect, I was able to clip the waist trainer in the first clips when I first received it. The material does give and it’s not as hard as other waist trainers I’ve tried which I really like.

It doesn’t cause any bulges on my upper back or lower hips. I am 5’2” and it is on the shorter side so it covers my entire torso, it may be short for someone taller. It smooths my abdomen and also offers support for my back pain.

However, I noticed after wearing it a couple times that it has stretched out. And after having it only a week I can already clip it on the third clips. Since it’s stretched out I’m not sure how to get it back down to the size I want, other waist trainers I’ve had didn’t stretch this way, but since it stretches it is easier to wear daily and for long periods.

It is also easier to wear under clothes and people can’t tell. Other than being stretched out I highly recommend.
