20 Best Sweat Towels For Peloton (2023 Updated)

I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about with lint and poor quality. I ordered these 2. 0 towels after getting my bike in July 2020 and have been completely satisfied. I bike at least 5x weekly and have never had an issue with lint.

I have sensitive skin and these towels are soft and absorbent. They are also the perfect length. You can drape it across the handlebars with enough length and drape that it won’t fall off. Or you can hang it around your neck and wipe your face without too much fabric bunching about your neck.

My towels are still pristine and haven’t been damaged by washings in my HE washer. Apparently the original towels referenced by other reviewers must have been made on Mt. Olympus.

While I love the Peloton brand ( I have so many leggings and tops), these towels are absurdly long. Are they sweat towels or are they banners. Don’t get me wrong, the length is a great length. But they’re skinny.

It was like Peloton took two sweat towels and stitched them together lengthwise, but didn’t bother to adjust the width. I have to admit, they are soft, but the quality doesn’t feel up to par with the usual Peloton product.

A year ago I bought a luxurious limited edition Peloton brand towel, and these disappoint compared to that one. Please bring back the original version of towels that people on social media are raving about!.

I don’t know if one of the three towels was a dud or not. Basically, they are great workout towels – they are soft, great length and width, and the designs/inspiring words are awesome. They have all been washed around 5 times now, but one of them, after the first washed, started fraying.

I sewed it up, given it was so new, but it was disappointing that this happened to one of them after one wash.

This towel soaks up water well and stays soft. It is a quality product that my boy enjoys and uses almost every day.

Wanted a towel for home workouts. I think it does the job. More expensive towels are probably more absorbent, but I have no complaints. Second one I’ve purchased. Does seem to fade in the wash after 5+ washes.

I bought this for my son to towel off during breaks at football practice. First it smelled terrible even after washing. Second it’s very rough with all the Gatorade print all over. I didn’t think much bc I thought he could just use the backside of the towel.

Nope, there’s print on that side too. It is a really large sports towel, which is great; just needs to soften a bit.

Bought these for my 16 yr old Son who goes to the gym. He showers there and wanted something absorbent but not too thick. These are great. And the e Gatorade logo is cool he said.

Nice Packaging. Cooling Towels come in an individual pouch for each towel. The colors in the pictures are accurate! Used these cooling towels as an incentive gift for a walk for senior citizens! Was a nice gift and kept them nice and cool on a muggy humid morning! Nice Product!.

These towels are great. I purchased two packs so that I could give one pack to my daughter who works in a warehouse. I used these towels while working in my garden. Once I wet one all I had to do to cool it back down was wave it in the air.

It was like dipping it in cold water again. My daughter loved hers also.

This towels are great to have during workout. I have a problem of sweating a lot when I workout, having this towel close by helps in keeping myself dry and cool. I like that it came with 4 different colors.

I can share this towel with my kids while when we go out for a long run and not getting mix-up which is assign to whom. The carrying pouch is also handy. Although it says that it is machine washable, I hand wash them to keep it longer.

I bought this during a sale and, honestly, felt like I might just be making an impulse purchase. It turned out to be an instrumental purchase during my camping trip. First, this towel is big enough, to me, to easily dry my whole body.

It folds up and fits in my toiletry kit/bag/section of my backpacking backpack, and if I hang it to dry, it dries quickly within a few hours. It’s soft, not scratchy, and I honestly didn’t feel like I was just using a “quick dry” camping towel or sacrificing any comfort – not that I’d really mind, it’s not like I expect it to feel spa-quality.

I’d buy this towel in a heartbeat, and I’m even contemplating getting one or two as gifts for outdoorsy friends. This made all the difference when I was on a six night camping trip – showering daily with a bar of soap for all-over use – and I was happy to use this towel each time.

I have been getting by with a smaller towel that took some struggle to grab it around my waist and I wanted to move up to a slightly larger size. The “hand” size here fits my purpose perfectly. About 16″x36″, has a snap loop for hanging to dry, comes with a lightweight carrying case, and packs down very small.

On my scale I get 2. 9 oz. (82 g) for the towel itself, 0. 3 oz. (8 g) for the carrying case, and 3. 15 oz. (90 g) total. The microfiber cloth has a smooth texture and absorbs water well. I soaked the towel and it took 5 hours more or less to dry indoors, compared to 11 hours for a regular cotton towel of roughly the same size.

Just right for travelling, river camping trips, etc.

I am convinced that PackTowl makes the best packable towel. As compared to other packable towels, I find that is dries quickly, doesn’t lose its towel-like qualities quickly, and generally doesn’t smell bad as soon.

I also find it more durable and doesn’t seem to slowly fall apart (or lose thickness) after multiple uses. This is a full-sized towel, which I am happy with, but it is worth noting if you want something smaller for your ultralight life.

Fantastic little towel for life on the go. My partner and I van life and these towels pack a lot of punch while taking up little space. Our go-to towel for drying off while on the go. Only thing I wish the manufacturer did differently was create a mesh bag for storage (in lieu of they nylon-y one) just to allow for some breathing if packed away while slightly damp.

Either way, you can’t go wrong with this powerful little towel!.

I’ve been using this towel for about a year on various backpacking excursions across the country to test out before bringing on a month-long trip to Nepal. This towel is super-absorbent, wrings out very dry, and fully dries extremely quickly.

It is also very lightweight – something critical on a 3-week hike where every ounce counts. I have very long hair and appreciate how much water the towel absorbs – wet hair on a cold hike is miserable.

It also is surprisingly soft for this kind of towel. Good value. This towel is going to Everest!.

People probably think I’m a Gatorade fan, lol. But this towel is really nice, soft, and absorbent. My fiance plays soccer, rides bikes, plays tennis and he will work up a sweat. He will take this towel everywhere and use it to wipe his sweat up.

It’s not super large, but it’s large enough to wrap around your neck and light enough. Easily usable to wipe your face and neck and arms when he’s done playing. I like that it’s two-tone, but I know, over time, the white part will turn yellowish? I like dark-colored towels because they don’t stain as easily.

I’d say this is a nice towel for men to use after exercising or playing sports. Definitely feels nice though, the material, you can tell is made well and not rough. Recommend to those who are active in sports!.

The Gatorade Premium Sideline Towel is perfect for those times when I workout and want to stay dry. I wipe the sweat off my body and it sucks it up, lickety split! This is such a popular towel in my house, keeping it clean makes me wish I had more.

My son used it at his soccer practice. When the towel gets home, it’s absolutely filthy. I throw it in the wash and I don’t have to add it to the towels, I can throw it in with anything. There’s very little long that comes off in the was or dryer.

My husband takes the towel to work with him at times and I have to go find it in his truck, at night. Just so I can wash it and not let it live in his truck. It comes out so crusty and gross, the smell was overwhelming! Thankfully it’s easy to wash.

I would like to but two or three more so I can chase those around too.

I got this towel for my husband who is a gym junkie and a perpetual sweater. 🙂 He absolutely LOVES it. The towel is large enough to be substantial but not so large that it is cumbersome to carry. More importantly, the towel is very absorbent, so it does a great job of helping him keep dry and focused in the gym.

One side is extremely soft ,and the other side has a rough feel to it. You can throw it in the washer with regular towels, which makes it easy to clean. My husband especially loved that this was the same towel that many pro-athletes use on sidelines, so that’s a plus.

All in all, this is a great product.

I use this towel for kettle size and other gym classes, also for belly dance class, be it a quick hand wipe or wrap around the neck after a serious session it’s a great useful product.

The towel was a gift that was happily received. It is a nice size for a sports bag as it’s not too big to carry around with you or too small to dry yourself.

My wife and I like going to Hawaii, we also try to avoid tourists like the plague. These towels are easier to pack in our extended walks/hikes to get to the remote beaches away from the people who ruin most beach experiences and outings.

Yeah, you know who you are. I purchased an original pack towel for sea kayaking and it was pretty disappointing in the overall feel, it was more like a stiff felt panel and something I just carried in case of an emergency.

These Luxe towels are actually like a real towel. We have the beach size, but we don’t use them for laying on directly in the sand, we have our packable inflatable loungers and hammock we use, but for drying off and using as a normal towel, they are great.

I think they dry quicker as well, cotton towels take forever to dry sometimes in Hawaii, the humidity in the air doesn’t allow for great drying. You can leave a damp towel out from when you get back from the beach, even leaving it out overnight hanging and it will still be damp in the morning, not to mention the skunk funk that starts to happen if you don’t have a chance, or way to wash your beach towels during your trip.

I think it is all about making the little preparations in the things you do in the outdoors. To me. These towels are just another little preparation you take to make your experiences a better one.

Bought two of these towels in the beach size to keep in my camping kit. I go camping often and wanted light weight, small towels but with a bit of a luxury feel to them. These towels are hands down THE BEST! It’s incredible how quickly they dry your skin.

One wipe and done, whole arm is dry! Magic! They are super soft, dry really fast and also don’t seem to feel that wet when you’ve used them. Added bonus, my hair dries twice as quick when I use the towel on my hair after washing it.

Beautiful colors too. Loved these towels so much for camping I bought more to use at home everyday and a couple of extra for guests plus the hand towels. I rave about these towels to anyone who will listen to me.

They would also make an excellent gift for those ‘hard to buy for’ family or friends.

These are the best camping towels we have found. They have a nice plush pile, which I find preferable to the smooth microfibre towels. They are compact and dry relatively quickly. They also don’t smell, which was a problem I had with other microfibre towels.

And I like the colour! The only negative is that the large size is much smaller than I thought. I would say it is a hand towel, rather than a bath towel.

Dock and bay were recommended to me. I have now bought so many of these products for myself. From Towelss, hair wraps cool towels. I am now buying g them fir Christmas and Birthday gifts. They are such good quality.

My husband thought they would be poor quality. He is also converted. Highly recommend.

The cooling towels are true to the advertisement. I suffer from hot flashes caused by some health issues and they are working for me. I keep one with me all the time. It is worth the dollars to have something I can depend on.

They are a nice material, colors are good and look nice to carry with you as well. They are perfect for any sport, pool day or beach day. They are also a good idea to have while working outdoors in the yard or doing your house work.

Amazing cooling towels! Work a treat! As I’d previously bought some microfibre towels already, knew that these towels were of great quality and did what they said they would (quick drying, no sand, no odour) and after seeing Instagram posts of their new cooling towels, I knew I had to have one! Being a PT and working out in a gym most days, means that I get hot and sweaty and these sounded like just the thing I needed to help cool me down! And they did not disappoint! They stay cold for a very long time.

They don’t leave you sopping wet. They feel great. They look great. And they don’t smell of damp or anything else at all! So I bought the set of 4, as they are better value! Sweat towels can make or break some of my workouts. I sweat profusely and constantly grab for a towel. This is soft but isn’t so fluffy that it leaves particles on your face. The length is perfect for 60-90 min rides/walks and the loop ensures my towel isn’t falling to the mat.

These are now my go-to towels.

No more dropped towels! I love that they have the loops to hang on the handlebars. And they’re SO soft & absorbent, and get softer with each wash! This is my 2nd set of these! Love them 🙂

It is a towel, it absorbs sweat even though not particularly plush, but it is a narrow ribbon. Would have preferred a wider, shorter towel, a rectangle with a 4:6 ratio or so. It will be fine, and since I purchased with a referral credit, I’ll keep them.

I really enjoy this towel! It’s great that I don’t have to fumble with a loose towel throughout my workout on my Peloton. The only negatives (not a HUGE deal, but still noticeable) are that after washing the towel and using for a few minutes into the workout, the area on the towel/handlebars where your hands rest the most (bottom right and left corners) the towel gets extremely flattened down.

It would be nice if it was a bit thicker. The other area that could be revamped is the area where the towel goes over the handle bars (top right and left sides ) is completely open so the towel seems to slide down that area of the bars.

It would be nicer if that area was completely closed so the towel does not slide down. Again, those are just minor, personal opinions and I guess it just comes to personal preference but could be improved upon.

All in all, I do recommend this product to people!.

The Spin Bike Sweat Towels are perfect for protecting my bike. Before I purchased it, I could see the sweat dripping down the sides and into the sensitive areas of the bike. I was nervous it would cause rusting and deterioration of my Peloton.

I purchased two, one for my husband to use and one for me. Little did I know how amazing these towels were and after only a week, I bought another! I wanted a back up in case I didn’t do laundry that day.

They hold up nicely during the ride and prevent sweat from dripping down the middle of the bike or through the handlebars near the sensor. I thought it would be annoying to have a towel on the handebars, but I don’t even notice it.

If anything, it’s more comfortable. I wash and dry them on the delicate cycle and they hold up well. Thanks for creating such a perfect product to help us keep our Pelotons dry and safe!.

Towels are a nice size and soft. Love the sewn in loops, makes it easy to hang on the bike handle bars or the tread frame.

Although I had high expectations for these towels, I have to say I was disappointed with the end product. When it arrived I was overjoyed and filled with glee. As I opened the package, my enthusiasm grew stronger and stronger.

Was this going to be a life changing event? Will all my problems be solved? Will all women want to be with me and all men want to be me? I was 83% sure the answer to these questions was yes. As I finally removed the last piece of tape to open the box a strange sense came over me.

It was euphoric. I honestly don’t remember the next 17 minutes and 43 seconds of my life due to the joy that has befallen me. Luckily I record all my unboxing videos so I was able to rewatch this part of my life.

The moment I first laid eyes on these towels something happens. Something I cannot quite explain. Some sort of Ora or spirit if you will, came out of the box and entered my soul. I began speaking in tongues.

At 2 minutes and 3 seconds into the video everything went static. What follows was nothing but silence. At 17 minutes and 12 seconds the video came back and I was lying on the floor. I seemed confused but happy.

I turned off the video. At that point I realized the towels have folded themselves back up and put themselves away. The package has been resealed. I decided it was best to fill a cooler with rocks and place the box in it.

I wrapped the cooler in chains and dropped it in a lake. I truly hope no one finds these. I’m so scared. In the end, 3 stars….

I’m obsessed with these workout towels! Not only are the patterns cute, but they’re very soft. No pilling or lint yet and I’ve been using them daily in rotation for a couple of months. They absorb a ton (even spilled my nearly full water bottle the other day and one towel cleaned it up), and the size is perfect for providing a little barrier between my sweaty back and my mat for core work.

When Olivia’s towels fall off her bike during rides I keep thinking, “Why don’t they get her the Kassatex towels with the elastic loop?” 🤣).

I delayed this purchase because I wondered if they were worth the price, and they are. They’re absorbent. They don’t pick up lint or animal hair in the dryer. The towel hook is a great feature for your tread or bike.

I love this towel. It was brighter than expected when it arrived, but it turns out (especially early in the morning) I love that at the gym! Very absorbent & seems to be great in terms of stains/odours.

I love drying my wet hair with this towel because I feel like it’s gentle on the strands. The hot pink colour is amaziiing! It’s the perfect size to travel with and good, soft quality for a gym towel imo.

Excellent purchase, I bought this towel not expecting much. Boy was I wrong. Very durable and soft feel to the towel. Colors pop on the design, and looks great. Will most certainly hold up during a workout and looks good while doing so.

Take a leap of faith and get yourself something nice to go with all that expensive workout clothes.

I found one of these locally at a Maui surf shop and it immediately became my favorite. It’s a great size for gym workouts, covers the machines nicely, is super absorbent and washes very well. I had to buy 4 more for my like minded work out friends since the surf shop sells them as fast as they stock them.

I’m a big fan of Slowtide, specifically their fitness towels. The are so soft, wick the sweat and have absolutely gorgeous designs. My fav is the Khan, because it has the beautiful tigers on it and tigers are my spirit animal!.

Towel is great for using at the gym and pool. Dries quickly and has a built-in strap to allow the towel to be stored in a rolled up, space saving manner. Good value purchase and will purchase more.

This sports towel is huge. I previously bought one from another store and it was a quarter of the size of this one. Anyway, washes up well and no colour run. Highley recommended

Bought the towels for use when I exercise at home. They were very absorbent and were able to soak up my sweat. It would be perfect if the width is slightly wider by another 10cm so that I can lay it over my back when I use it over my exercise mat or the floor.

This is my third Slowtide yoga towel and it definitely will not be my last. I just with they had more designs because I would own them all!!!! I do Hot Yoga 5 days a week and have washed all of them more times than I can count and they do not fade and continue to be super absorbent without holding any smells.

Such a great yoga towel for hot yoga. I’ve used mine twice now and it’s been great. My hands slip a little bit when they’re not sweaty, but it doesn’t last long haha. Only thing I would like is for the towel to be a little bit wider so it totally covers my mat…other than it I love it!.
