Prior to taking these, I had read quite a few articles in relation to the benefits of beets. Whether in pill form, whole, or juice. I do have to admit that there is no way I could eat a beet, or drink their juice.

With that being said, pull form is very doable! The pills are in a size that was easily swallowed. Their smooth like texture allowed them to go down the hatch without the any sticking in the back of the throat, etc.

I take other supplements every now and then but I do take multi-vitamin and mineral everyday so I tried keeping it to just 1 or 2 pills in a day with Redwood since my diet or lifestyle is mainly vegan and at times a combination of others, I don’t really have a name for my lifestyle other than I just have my own way of doing things when it comes to eating.

First off I want to say I’ve researched and tried countless amounts of supplements in my life being that I’ve always strived to achieve results naturally. March 6th of 2020 I was involved in a really bad dirt bike accident which left me incapacitated for 7 months, this included my right lung collapsing twice.

I recently bought this product after reading quite a bit of reviews on it & I will also say and agree with them. It really works, prior to me taking this my blood pressure was a bit high & so after reading so many comments on this product I decided to give it a try, what I will say is after taking this product for I about 3 weeks taking the recommended doses twice a day with meals I will tell you that my blood pressure has been consistent since then.

I would take my blood pressure at home on my device & it’s always a smile on my face to always see that bottom number always on 80. It’s been something like 132/80, 131/80, etc & I feel great & have even changed my eating habits to eating a bit more healthier.

I am slightly overweight I am looking to lose about 50 lbs because being overweight is another cause of having high blood pressure & so now that I have tackled this problem with bringing down my pressure to normal & to a healthy level my next job is losing this weight & sticking with it.

This product has allowed me to run without getting tire. I researched products before I bought this and I’m impressed. I use it before softball, tennis and working out at the gym. It’s not caffeinated so no artificial rush, no hard come down just a perfect lift to increase your oxygen levels.

I’m a trainer and I recommend it highly.

I can’t speak to it’s effectiveness, as we are using it to for issues we are worried about happening. But I’m sure it will help. The reason for the 4-star rating is that it’s not nearly as convenient to take a powder as it is to take a pill.

In looking up the product name, i see other companies offer the brand name active ingredient in pill form, so I will use them next time.

Both my mom and I have issues with our blood pressure. Mine is not really high although it sometimes gets to that point when I over indulge in salty and fatty food. So when the reviews for this item hinted at keeping blood pressure at the normal range, I tried it and so did my mom.

I know it works because her blood pressure hasn’t spiked since. We’re still keeping a record of her regular bp readings and all is well so far. Will update if we notice anything remarkable. The capsule size is small so it’s fairly easy to swallow.

It has a hint of garlic scent but is not really strong. And when you take it, it’s tasteless and when you burp, you don’t get any garlic aftertaste so we like it that way.

Delivering allicin to the body can be difficult, but this product seems to manage it, at least it works in my body. Sometimes I feel the low blood pressure it can cause weak people like me. In the beginning, I would also feel pain in my head after taking it because it was killing so many Lyme bacteria at once that my body couldn’t deal with all the toxins they released fast enough.

i like the 200 capsule bottle at 500mg. I take over 550 capsules a month. Your price was reasonable competitive. Walmart was out of the Nature Valley 50 capsule bottle in twin pack (100 capsules) at $5.

94 for over a month. BIG Problem: i ordered online 6 twin (50 count at 500mg packets at $35. BUT only received 3 twin packs and when I inquired, only about $9. will be credited back to my mc card. , This math just does not add/subtract correctly.

Either ship the other 3 twin packs or refund $18.

My wife started to use these to improve her circulation about 15 years ago. They are inexpensive and work well enough to change the color of her hands. She still uses them daily. Now I use the same dose,twice a day to help my circulation.

I don’t know if it was just me personally, but when I take my dose, it makes the subsequent sip of water taste like blood. Fair warning! But that’s my only complaint. Otherwise, this is an amazing supplement.

I’ve dealt with iron deficiency anemia, severely low ferritin levels with low-normal iron, for over 1. 5 years now. My symptoms are very severe. I’m currently taking the highest dose of ferrous sulfate by prescription, but the side effects of nausea and constipation are horrid.

Taking that twice a day is very rough. I was recommended by a medical professional to take BloodBuilder daily as a booster to the heavy ferrous dosage to help with the side effects and help absorb the iron as it has superfoods and vitamin C.

And it did!! I’m back to being regular again whilst still taking my prescription. I found this very helpful for the chronic anemia because it allows me to get my levels up even higher without feeling sick to my stomach.

It’s great as a standalone for someone with mild to moderate anemia, but I don’t recommend this as a substitute for someone with severely low levels, it’s not enough iron to combat dangerous lows by itself.

I have had a lifetime of low iron then I had some bleeding issues and doctor prescribed Iron pills. I was so constipated and had the worse stomach aches and it didn’t raise my iron levels at all! I took those for over a month with NO improvement.

I purchased Blood Pressure Balance about a month ago. I started taking it twice daily, one in the morning with my regularly prescribed medication, and one at night with my regularly prescribed medication.

My body is tolerant to almost every kind of herbal supplement. However, there’s something in this Resveratrol Time Release that really makes me sick, bad headaches, weakness, nausea. I tried it a dozen times, it just doesn’t digest well or something.

I have used both KOS and Super Beets. I mix them with fresh orange juice. I am not able t judge the general value of each because there is no easy measure. However, I was able to test their relative ability to raise one’s Nitric Oxide (NO) level.

I used the test strips supplied by Super Beets, which I assume to be an unbiased measure. Before using either product the test strip indicated a deficiency or zero level of NO. After using Super Beets for a week it showed an adequate or high level.

I then switched to KOS for a few weeks and did the same test. It showed a medium level of NO. For myself, this seems good enough to cause me to use the KOS brand because it is more convenient to buy.

My first taste of the beetroot powder dissolved in warm water was not that great but I remembered how much I love pickled beets so I added some white balsamic vinegar and now I am loving the drink. You have to experiment with how much vinegar but I am using 2 teaspoons beetroot to one teaspoon of vinegar in about 3 oz of warm water.

Vinegar also has some health benefits. Enjoy!.

My nurse practitioner suggested I purchase beet root powder as a supplement while stressing “you’ll have to plug your nose and the texture is terrible!” I wasn’t sure which brand he had ordered so I went on a limb and purchased from KOS.

I was BEYOND surprised at how delicious and easy to mix it is! Sometimes I drink it as-is and other times I add some Crystal Light. This has completely replaced Diet Coke for me!.

It was advised by Dr OZ to use this supplement to help me in giving my metabolism a boost. I can’t testify to whether it works yet or not but, I know that L-Arginine is a good supplement to be taking for blood flow and vascular issues.

Im having such positive results with L-Arginine feeling energized and focused. Feel like I have more oxygen and open. It also helped with bladder urgency and not having to go every two hours.

I noticed the effects immediately. My blood pressure was elavated and I needed to get it back to normal. After taking the fiest pill my pressure dropped from elevated to normal and within a week I was getting more ideal numbers, less than 120/80.

You get what you pay for. I’m going back to Super Beets from nHuman. Contacted customer service with Power Beets. They don’t care. The dissatisfaction stems from my NO levels being undetectable with this product.

With Super Beets, the NO levels can be measured. Also, you get a fizzing bite when you mix and drink it. Similar, but not as intense as when you take NO pre-workout mixes. I feel like this is Kool-Aid.

The date stamp on the bottom of the jar is labeled for 12-2024, so shouldn’t be a freshness issue. I’m half way through the jar and no effects felt. I notice the benefits with other products. I will take it back to Sam’s Club and go from there.

Don’t waste your money.

For those that find this powder to be hard to dissolve, the solution is simple, use warm water and stir. Now, for what I do not advise: I was reading some reviews on the Power Beets, one said that they just at it straight off the spoon.

PLEASE, lol. DONT do that! At least wait until you get home instead of sitting in your vehicle wanting to know just how this powder tastes! Take my word for it, Yes, it tastes like Acai berry not beets.

2nd tilting your head back and just dumping the scoop of power beets in your mouth WILL NOT do you any favors lol. It will make you cough, will make you react like a horse with peanut butter on the roof of its mouth, your tongue will go into hyperdrive trying to get all that powder out of your teeth, out of your gums, off your lips, and it’ll take at least 5 min (with out liquid) to get back to normal! (reminds me of being on the sidelines of someone getting maced! lol).

That aside, we love it! Can’t hide all the flavor of beets, but you can barely taste it, (maybe it helps if its not in pure powder form??) lol. Hopefully this stuff works as proclaimed.
