20 Best Stanley Golf Cart Battery Charger (2023 Updated)

I went to start my pickup truck yesterday and it didn’t respond at all. I checked the voltage of the battery with a multimeter and it was completely dead. I finally realized what had caused the problem though.

My ignition switch was stuck in the on position, which eventually drained the battery all the way down. I then hooked up this particular Stanley battery charger and hit the charge button and nothing happened.

I looked at the instruction manual for troubleshooting tips and there it was, in fine print. It said, “If the battery to be charged has fallen below 2 volts, the battery cannot be recharged with these chargers.

” I bought this charger awhile back for emergency purposes and haven’t had to use it until now. So much for coming through in an emergency. Now I’m pretty much stuck with this $70, useless piece of junk, with no way to return it!.

Nice 12Volt Charger, best specs of all I reviewed in this size, without paying $100. 75 Amps (Most 50 amps) for ready-on-demand starting power and 25 amps for a slightly faster than normal charge rate.

You will need to buy a trickle charge for smaller batteries like mowers. around $25. 00 (1 amp charger) and then your set. Has other nice features like alt check with a programed circuit board. In-depth electrical safety instructions.

A Diesel will need two. Very Nice, I’m Impressed. This stops you from buying a jump box (that doesn’t last) for your home or the garage. Way to go STANLEY !!! Michael Fairfield, Tx.

First class quality. I tried the cheap chargers and they would only last a year or so. This product is smarter, and keeps the cart charged if left unattended for long periods. The quality is noticeable first off.

The input and output cables are heavy and handle the charge easily without overheating. This product is more expensive, but worth every penny. We get what we pay for!.

Works well, I had an issue with the brass pins in the D plug, I had to open the plug and loosen the screws holding the brass pins, adjust the pins and re-tighten because they were miss aligned with my golf cart pins.

Quick and easy fix, charger works well.

I purchased this for my old Ford 8N tractor, which has a 6 volt system. This charger; 1. Does not automatically detect 6 vs 12 volt systems; 2. Does not charge 6 volt batteries at 4 amps. It limits at 2 amps; 3.

Does not detect or respond to ambient temperature. Rather, it has a ‘cold’ setting, not explained in the instructions, that simply lowers the charger output voltage to arbitrarily ‘one-step’ compensate for low ambient temperatures.

Had I known this on purchase I would have made a different choice.

Good product for a good price. Does just what I need, charge overnight for a low battery, and maintain in the Winter for my truck, that I don’t use unless it is an emergency, and maintain my lawn tractor battery.

Nice looking unit. Really like all the charging levels. Cord length good, just wish there were more connection options for hook up. You just have the clamp style on eng to hook to battery.

I got this for $20 Christmas 2018 and I bought it because of its jump starting abilities because I was having an issue with the electrical system on my motorcycle. I have since repaired the electrical system but this little device saved my life at least a dozen times during that time.

I couldn’t figure out why my battery wasn’t charging and several times I found myself in the middle of nowhere but remembering that I had this device in my trunk. Unable to start my bike all I had to do was pull this device out put the clamps on my bike and my bike fired right up.

On a motorcycle you find yourself in the middle of nowhere quite often and when you can’t fix your motorcycle or can’t get it to crank a device like this is perfect. I was able to use this to crank my bike several times without any drain on the device.

You can crank a 4 to 6 cylinder at least 10 to 12 times without any drain on this device plus you can charge any devices like your phone if you need me to which is also great on a motorcycle if you find yourself in the middle of nowhere.

a lot of places no longer have this item available but offer other options more upgraded higher power options. However because of this size and portability of this device I think this is the best option.

I haven’t had a battery failure so I haven’t tested it in a real situation. I like its specs. It should be able to jump start my car battery. I actually have it on my boat. It has two functions: 1) It can charge USB devices (no need to wire a USB outlet into the boat).

2) I suppose it might be able to jump start the boat engine in the event of battery failure. Not sure if its built for that but if this occurs, I’ll try it since it’s better than rowing. If I need it for the car, I can fetch it from the boat and use it then.

It charges very rapidly. Fairly compact. I wish the charge clips were a little bit less bulky which would make it easier to store.

So far so good! I have only had it for a week and it has not quit raining since I got it. I purchased this to start my lawn mower. I am a 61 year old woman and I got tired of having to push my mower up to the outlet to hook the battery charger up to it to get it to start so I bought this to jump start my mower.

My husband went out to try it out and he said it started right up! I am hoping to be able to take it with me when I mow the neighbors house and be able to shut off the mower while I do the trimming. I have been having to leave the mower running while I do that! I guess time will tell.

The battery has held its full charge since I got it and charged it and used it once.

I own a 2013 R1200GS, twice already I wanted to ride, but bike wld not start. Got the Optímate and problem solved. Plugged it into the DIN socket (keys are not necessary) it charged Battery than switched to maintenance mode automatically.

Fantastic product real easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

So far, it’s working exactly as described. The instructions are far from complete, but love the CAN-BUS functionality. I leave my R1200GS connected whenever I’m not riding. Last couple charges left my new battery at 12.

I purchased this unit from e-bay. This unit is relatively expensive. I replaced a Tournament 150 of 9 years old – still working, but minus the indicators other than “charging”. I of course, cannot rate this new unit as I have not used it much.

I hope it is of good quality like the previous unit was. It appears to be new and is working properly as far as I can tell. I have to replace another deep cycle battery before I can finish a charge. I am hopeful that it will serve me well.

The price I paid was a good value.

I now have two ProMariner 360 elite series battery chargers. Both live up to my expectations: quick response to battery load, quick recharge time. However I have found an issue that the chargers only work when a battery is hooked to position one.

It #1 battery is disconnected, all changing stops to all batteries. Since my application requires 24v, I am using a 4 port charger for 2 pairs of 24v battery groups. If I remove the 1,2 pairs for maintenance, I must plug 3,4 pair into ports 1,2.

I added quick connects (SB50) to the charging wires, so I had to use the same color for ports 1 & 3. I decided to add a second 360 to add available recharge amps, along with bypass this issue. I used SB50 connects to allow easy swapping out of batteries, and also to keep charger wires with stock ends (see pic).

The ProTournament 240 charger performs exactly as advertised. The charger is a great performer that has solved a multi-year battery problem resulting from boat electronics with a constant battery load.

The charger’s ability to modulate its charging output to quickly bring batteries to full charge and then maintain that charge with an intermittent charge is just what was needed.

Bought this charger for my Yamaha 36 volt golf cart. Worked great for 9 months then started running all the time – even when disconnected from the golf cart. Contacted the manufacturer about the supposed 18 month warranty.

Explained that the charger was running with the green light on even when the crows foot connection was not plugged into the golf cart. They asked the age of the batteries and the voltage across the crows foot connection on the cart.

I asked what that had to do with the charger running when not connected to the golf cart. Was told either I provide the information on battery and voltage or they would take no further action. Asked what that had to do with the danger of the charger plug still being “hot” when not connected to the cart, the risk of shorts, sparks, and fire if the contact touched metal since they were still “hot”? Again told to answer the battery and voltage question or nothing would be done.

Borrowed voltage meter and emailed that the batteries were 18 month old and the voltage was 37. 5v. Manufacturer now will not respond to my calls on what they plan to do. I’m out $260 for a substandard item.

The antique Original Equipment charger that I got when I bought my 2003 Club Car DS a year and a half ago was heavy and clunky, but it worked. Until last fall, that is. Rather than spend money and effort repairing a very old and clearly beaten up charger, I elected to put the money towards a new one.

I am glad I did. This ModzMax36 is compact, quiet and modern – it “talks” to the batteries before starting a charge cycle and then does the charging job in the best way for the current state of the batteries.

Plus, it functions as a battery maintainer for long term storage! Waaaayyyy better than my old OEM charger! The icing on the cake was that they were having a promotion so I saved a few dollars. It seems to be very nicely constructed, a quality piece.

This charger replaced my original charger. The difference between the two chargers is remarkable. The old charger is heavy and big, Charges quickly, but probably too quickly for the long term use of golf cart batteries.

In fact, lucky to get 5 years out of them with limited summer use. Winter they discharge. The NEW CHARGER charges at 15 amp and trickle charges when left connected to golf cart. Should make batteries last longer and should allow for slow charging over winter to prevent discharge.

The cost of this charger is also substantial less that an original replacement would be. Now I have two chargers.

I was really happy to have this on stand by in my truck if needed because I didn’t want to be stuck and waiting for someone else. However whenever it was time to use it, it was always dead eventhough I kept charging it.

Apparently the little flashlight just comes on and drains the battery. Everytime that I’ve noticed it on and turned it off it comes right back on again. Now it’s just a waste of money because I can’t do anything with it being dead when needed.

I thought that this would be good to use to jump vehicles as well as if the power went out for usb or inverter plug but no I was wrong because it would have to work to be able to use it.

Bought this for my wife’s car since she has a bad habit of leaving her lights on and killing her battery, causing me to drop what I’m doing to drive to wherever she is and jump start her car. The fact that this Jump Box also has an included air compressor in case a tire is low is just icing on the cake! I went with this Jump Box over others due to the features as well as the Stanley brand name.

The box not only will jump start your vehicle or pump up the tires, but it also has USB ports to charge your devices and a built in flash light as well. In fact we bring it into the house during hurricanes just in case we lose power and need to charge our phones.

It has a sturdy handle and feels really well made outside of the flashlight, which is the only thing I don’t like about this product. It is not detachable and is only mounted by a small plastic swivel that feels like it could break off easily.

This is the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars. But the performance of the battery and jump starting vehicles is great! Even with leaving it in the trunk of her car in the hot North Carolina summer and using it to not only jump her car but another stranded motorist in a parking lot, the truck I am working on a few times, and my lawn tractor, the enclosed battery still had charge! Just make sure to top off the charge once a month to make sure it is ready for use.

I feel much better knowing she has this with her in her car so I don’t have to worry about her being stranded someplace at night with a dead battery!.

Wow! What luck. I ordered this because my car is on a computer and every so often, the battery drains. Within 5 minutes of using this spectacular DieHard 90-AMP Automatic Charger, my car started. This item is a life saver, and I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a battery charge.

i bought this for emergency car battery jumper and it worked fine with that, but as far as charging my car battery it would not charge it. it keeps shutting down. unfortunately i have not got the box it was sent in anymore.

and dont have a return policy in effect because of the timing, i wouldve returned it long ago if i knew when the time came it wouldnt work. oh well.

I purchased this to replace an ANCIENT battery charger that recently died. The pegs for wrapping the cords on the back aren’t long enough to hold both the electrical cord and the jumper cables and there’s no place to hook the jumper cable ends other than the carry handle.

It will do the job but rather messy to store.

I bought this Duracell 4 amp Battery Maintainer on the recommendation of my car dealership’s service department, from one of the service advisors I’ve come to trust over the years. I was a little bit thrown by the instructions that came with it because of the many safety warnings, so I called the Customer Support phone number easily found on the instruction sheet, and spoke with Michelle in Tech Support.

She was terrific, one of the best phone customer service/tech support agents I’ve ever run into, and was excellent at clearly explaining exactly how to use this Maintainer safely, what to look for on the readout window as I hooked it up to my car’s battery, and also noting details that will be helpful in using this device for years to come.

I then hooked it up to my car’s battery quickly, with no problems at all, and really appreciated her help.

I looked for a small battery checker/tester/trickle charger and I was impressed as I watched a video of a mechanic using this product. It’s easy to use, it has simple battery condition indicators and is very small.

I do my own car maintenance and this gives me a lot more information about my battery condition than my scan tool does. It will show me if the battery has a bad cell which neither my DVOM or scan tool does.

I also have another battery specific testing tool that compliments this charger. Look for this tool if you do your own auto maintenance.

I ordered this product for my tractor. Since it doesn’t get started for weeks sometimes the computer and radio would drain the battery down and I was jumping it. I installed this product and have not jumped it since.

It works exactly as they said it would. Fast shipping. Clear instructions. Very nice unit.

Installed MODZ Max48 as an on board charger in my 2004 Lido which is built on an EZGO TXT chassis. Chose the MODZ because of it’s small size, durable construction, trickle charging and plug and forget capablility.

It did not disappoint. Also the various status lights are a great feature that I did not realize it had until I got it. Hard wiring the charger just involves cutting the output cord to length, installing appropriate connectors and connecting the wires to the charging terminals.

Just look for the terminals your existing charging connector connects to. Now I can charge my cart not only in by garage, but anywhere there is an available 120V outlet. I can loan it to my kids or friends with having to worry about lugging along a 40 lb charger and it being used properly.

And I can leave it plugged in all off season as the MODZ has the trickle charging feature. If it has a down side it is that the cooling fan makes a little noise when the unit is actively charging but not when it is trickle charging or idling.

nice charger, very light and compact, does not over heat the batts like the oem charger, the flashing light colors are very confusing if you dont understand how its working. but to make it easy to understand just know that when batts are more than 80% charged it goes to yellow then full green and charger turns off when complete.

it does charge around the obc unit if it goes bad on your club car, if you dont take the obc out of the charging system, thats why the cunfusion with the flashing lights. good charger highly recomend this and im a custom builder of golf carts.

After years of trying to remember to charge marine deep cycle 12v batteries for the boat often, and failing to remember, I even tried solar chargers, I found out I was buying new 12v batteries every 1.

5 yrs at $100+ each and I needed a trickle charger. Sound familiar? LOL I didn’t want to do it, BUT, I was tired of buying new 12v batteries! So, I bought the Viking 4 Amp in a HF store for $39. 99, in Sep 2022, (about 2 weeks ago) and used a 25% OFF coupon, because I am Cheap.

I took it home, read all the instructions first (95% safety warnings, 5% actual setup/use instructions and these need improvement, make it simpler). I followed the instructions. the screen went out (no numbers, no lights, no nothing), unplugged everything many times, still nothing.

I checked the battery with multi-meter, after leaving it all hooked up for hours, it was NOT charging anything. I thought it was the old battery, so I then purchased a new battery for $120, thinking it couldn’t be the brand new Viking.

I put the Viking on the brand new battery, same scenario, no lights, no charging, it was worthless. I returned the first Viking to the store (there is a return restocking fee of 20%, however, the cashier waived it for me, since I had been through all the above).

I brought the second Viking home, and WOILA, it works, it charges, it does it’s job. I’d say the main lesson learned is to follow the instructions to the T. 1. Clamp Battery Negative, 2. Clamp Battery Positive, 3.

Plug it into the Wall Outlet (no extension cords), 4. Select correct Battery Type (AGM, STD, Winter AGM, Winter STD) if you don’t know what type of battery you have look on line first and research it and after all that the Viking is supposed to go RED and show volts, the volts and charging meter should slowly increase and eventually turn GREEN while slowly increasing Volts/Battery Meter and then the backlit screen goes off (still showing Volts, Meter slowly increasing or steadily at say 13.

6 volts or whatever number) in what I call Trickle Charge Mode. Now it is working well. Disclaimer: I have only had this about 2 weeks, so as they say. Time Will Tell. So far though, it is working, I’ve verified the charging with multi-meter also.

I would suggest you do the same, so that you can verify your battery is actually being charged/maintained. As always, the HF Staff is helpful and professional.

At first I thought this thing was junk. But it works as it should , if you watch it constantly and your battery is very depleted you will be watching it for days if you have a deep cycle or a high Amp Hour battery or a high CCA battery that is depleted to 10.

5 -12 volts. The charger checks the battery first. Boosts the charge to over 14 volts for bulk charging and then depletes it a little to 13. 2 to 13. 8 volts depending on deep cycle or not and maintains it there.

If it detects a bad absorption rate it will go into repair mode for 1 to 6 hours. By flashing red the entire screen. After it does the repair it will either continue charging or show the bad symble All deep cycle batteries and or deep cycle marine batterys are NOT AGM! I REPEAT NOT AGM most cheaper deep cycle batteys $130 and under are flooded lead acid so charge it on 12V REG if you have a AGM battery it will say AGM on the battery in big letters somewhere.

Winter mode is a great feature for those who have winters 32 and below and are maintaining there battery’s as allot of maintainers will fail so I’m guessing this mode lowers the current and raises the frequency to keep the battery stimulated so it does not freeze and keeps its charge.

With all that said I will not hook this charger directly up to my $91k Cummins diesel megacab pickup truck as a maintainer. And try to maintain 2 85Ah battery,s in parallel. Its cheap and made in China! Remember that.

And its not double fused. I won’t hook this up to my boat either. A battery removed from a car, truck or boat yes. I would however hook it up to my quad, my RV generator battery (not a built in one a nose mounted Westinghouse) that is remove and store in garage etc and a mower id hook it up to.

But I will not use this as a long term maintainer for over the winter. For that you need the best and the best is American made just Google best American made battery charger maintainer and it will come up on AM and the company starts with a N genius.

Anyway for its price point I do not regret buying it as I was in a pinch so ill keep it at my cabin so if someone breaks in and steals stuff it won’t be a major loss. Hope this helped some decide what to do.

This is my second one of these. I use them both to keep parked vehicles’ batteries in top shape. This is, in my opinion, a very good charger/maintainer. I really like the detailed display, size, and the cord lengths.

The only reasons I am not giving this five stars (despite having bought two of them now) are- 1) The latest one I bought turns off the display back light off after a while. On my original one it stays on.

I like it on because I can see from a distance that the charger is in maintenance mode. Yes, I know that the original would just show green for the same condition and the newer one turns the light off for the same condition, but it is far easier to see it lit green at a glance.

Plus with it lit green you have some assurance that it is still working. 2) The user manual needs to have far better explanations of the various modes of operation (normal, AGM, and so forth). As it is you sort of have to guess because they are not fully explained.

This DieHard Battery Charger is manufactured by Schumacher Electric Corp. and is a a very solidly-built unit. The charger I received from Fingerhut has all of the listed specifications, but it is slightly different than the unit pictured on Fingerhut’s website.

First, there is no “Engine Start / Off / Boost Maintain” toggle switch on the unit I received. Apparently this is just an update to the original model since this charger is microprocessor-controlled.

The control panel itself is also a bit different than the pictured unit, but this should not alter the way the charger operates. The charger works like a charm and does exactly what it is intended to do.

I haven’t yet used the engine starting feature, but it charged my nearly-dead car battery very quickly. I also used this to bring two old lawn & garden batteries back to life. So far, this charger has operated perfectly, but if there are any problem with it down the road, the unit is covered by a very generous 3-YEAR limited warranty! The only issue I have with this charger is that it does not have an On-Off switch.

It has to be unplugged and then plugged back in every time a battery needs to be charged, which is a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, I’m extremely satisfied with the DieHard Gold 250-Amp Wheeled Battery Charger & Engine Starter.

I’ve owned many other types of battery chargers, but this one has all the bells and whistles you’ll probably ever need. I recommend it!.

I’m giving this item four stars because it worked when I needed it. The Price is a little high (in my opinion) but when you are desperate it’s nice to have something like this around. My Jeep was dead and my backup vehicle was also dead.

It wouldn’t start my jeep (I don’t know why). It started my backup vehicle and I used my backup vehicle to start my Jeep. It saved me from calling someone. I’m sure that would have been fifty bucks (minimum).

Great Charger for the money goes great in my shop I had problems with my first one it got damaged in shipping but Fingerhut stood behind it and sent a new one out right away. Satisfied customer.

After my Power Wise started blinking the 2 slow red blinks with nothing wrong with batteries, connections, etc, as reported my many people with said charger I ran across this charger. Boy am I glad I did.

After downloading the Google Ap, doing some reading and getting familiar with how it is programed it worked like a champ. After first plugging in the battery charge level on the AP on my phone said the batteries were low and would take about 1,000 hours to charge.

All false, assume it was just the charger taking time to collect all the info it needed. Hours quickly started going down and the next morning yellow light was on indicating full charge with my Trojan batteries.

Cart appears to also have more power/charge now than before. Only issue is the 3 prong cart cable isn’t as long as the Power Wise cable. Think this one is 9 feet and the Power Wise @ 15 feet at a guess.

Saw in a review you can get a 12 foot cable for this but not listed anywhere, would have to call tech support, which I did and they are way too expensive. So, the nice tech support at Lester Electronics when asked stated there is no problem, voltage drop, etc.

for putting the longer Power Wise 3 prong cable on replacing the one that came with it, which I am going to do. This charger doesn’t have Wi-FI which I wish it did so I can check on it when I am away for months, it is just Bluetooth for programming from your phone/ipad when at the charger.

I does have the autocharge feature when voltage drops if detected after 10 days on the charger. A needed option for preventing the batteries from dropping voltage too low and possibly freezing in the winter.

The charger allows for months of inactivity such as for just seasonal user of their carts. Recommend this charger very highly after doing a lot of homework and going to the Lester Electronics website and reading about the company and products.

I purchased through the Golfcart Gargage that would indicate they know what a good charger is through a lot of experience. They will be my go-to in the future for sure!.

The Summit ll charger is quite a piece of rugged electronics deserving to be onboard a nuclear submarine or the Space Shuttle. Be forewarned, however, that it is not a Plug And Play unit. It arrives in one of the most well thought out packages ever devised.

But there are no instructions or owner’s manual inside. The owner’s manual and the manual for the Charger Connect App must be downloaded online and printed unless you can read fine print on your phone.

The power cord and charger hook up cord are included, but must be installed on the charger unit by the owner. Do you have a torque wrench that reads in inch-pounds? After the app is downloaded onto your phone.

You must determine the battery system you have and program the charger. Once the Charger Connect App talks with the charger, you are ready to plug it in the wall outlet and watch it do it’s magic. Do plan for a few hours or more to go from opening the rugged shipping box to listening to batteries bubble.

I recommend the Summit ll and have used it to fully charge those 4 big batteries about 6 times so far. I also like the four year warranty. Apparently, the manufacturer made a unit that is even more rugged than it looks.

I look forward to many years of service from the Summit ll.

Cables were not wired to the charger. Owners manual not included. Charger will not connect to ChargerConnect apt. so profile can be change to allow vehicle lockout. Charger seems to charge battery pack OK.

Lockout should have been done before shipping to customer. This charger is too complicated for most users.

I bought this battery tender to keep my car battery charged over the winter when the car (Nissan Rogue) is not being driven very often. It is very easy to hook up, and it is compact and doesn’t take up much space.

The indicator lights show whether the battery is charging or fully charged. You can leave it connected long term and easily disconnect it when you want to drive the car. My car starts right up now after being left in a cold garage for long periods of time.

Highly recommend!.

Perhaps I was using it wrong, but I followed the instructions to the best of my ability, and I got the indications that it was connected properly and charging. However, when it signaled that the battery was at 80%, the battery had not been recharged at all.

I did this on two separate batteries of two-different battery sizes/types on separate occasions — thinking the first battery may have been damaged or otherwise unserviceable. After the repeat performance on the second battery, I concluded my item must be defective.

I returned it it for a refund without issue, but I will likely steer clear of this brand in the future.

I keep these on my motorcycle and car. The car is from Italy and requires a battery tender of some sort stay plugged in so it won’t “throw a random code”. These cars are weird about code throwing. Thankyou for the sale of these tenders.

They’ve proven to be better than those from Italy.

This product is good for the money so far (3 weeks in) My batteries are maintaining maximum voltage. However, I’m going to take off one star because the packaging that it comes in shows a different product that leads you to believe that in addition to the jumper clamps, it has optional crimp-on ring connectors for bolting to the battery post for a more secure connection.

When I opened the box u was disappointed to find out that is not the case. I cut the clamps off and crimped on my own connectors since they will be hooked up all winter. I will reattach the clamps for daily or weekly maintenance during golf cart season.

A good buy. Very happy with it.

Don’t buy. I got a 2020 85,000 Ranger with this charger. Had nothing but problems. Took it into the Ranger Dealer 2 times. Dual Pro has been difficult at best for a warranty. Less than 10 months total time and complete garbage.

Friend with 2019 Ranger 521C also had same problem. Dealer had a boat on the sales floor with the same problem and was not able to get Dual Pro to warranty it. Don’t buy unless you want to put 500 dollars in the garbage disposal.

Waist of money. Buy the Minn Kota Precision or Power Pole Charge.

This is by far the worse purchase I have made through BPS. I spent good money on the 3-bank version and went on the reviews I read through BPS. Every single year for the past 4 years I have had the unit fail.

I returned the unit every year for 3 years with a problem. When I asked the rep at Pro Charging Systems about the reliability of this unit I was told I was the anomaly. There is no way I believe that.

I live in the northeast and only get to use my boat 5-6 months a year. My previous on board charger I had last 12 years so clearly something is wrong with the Dual pro chargers and I cannot be the only one.

I would highly recommend BPS stop selling this unit and I would advise anyone looking for a good solid reliable unit to purchased a different brand than Dual Pro.

I had a Dual Pro 2 bank charger for 21 years before I bought a 3 bank to maintain/charge my starting battery and charge my two trolling motor batteries. The 21 year old 2 bank was still working when I took it out.

Just over 3 years ago I bought my 3 bank sportsman series and it has just stopped working. I sent it in for repair and they said it had a crack in the cover and was unrepairable. “David” quickly offered to sell me a new one for $250.

I told him that I was not willing to pay almost $100 dollars a year for a charger. I then asked for my other one back and they told me they do not send them back. I demanded it back as I was the one who paid for it and therefore it belonged to me whether it was working or not.

Seems kind of shady to me. We will see if I get it back.

Not cheap but a good piece of kit for keeping aircraft batteries in good shape while in current storage .
