If you work in the garden, dig in the dirt, get paint on your hands or work on greasy equipment there is nothing better to scrub off that dirt and grime than Lava Soap. Not only does it work great, but it smells good too.

I recently ran out of Lava soap and was using the tiny scraps I had left because I could not find this anywhere but Walmart and it was out of stock at my local store so I had to order it online. Stocked up with a few packs so I won’t run out for a good long time.

I recently had a fire at my home. It was mostly contained outside, but widespread due to 50 plus mph winds that night. Everything I touch outside covers my hands with soot from the fire. I really needed a good, no great, soap to be able to clean my hands.

Lava was the first soap that came to mind. I grew up on a farm and Lava soap has been a staple for most of my life. It really does the job when other soaps don’t.

When you need to really get dirty grease and oil off your hands Lava is the best. My Dad always used it; I was happy and surprised I could still buy it! Lava cleans extremely well and doesn’t dry your hands out as badly as some other cleaners.

Reset is a fantastic wash soap to maintain Cquartz or any ceramic coated car. I give these smaller bottles to new customers with their first coating installation, and they love the soap too. Great in the bucket or foam cannon.

I’ve never experienced a more effective pH balanced soap. I used to use Adam’s but this leaves the paint feeling cleaner somehow. It also enhances the heck out of the car’s existing coating. Very well done.

Added to Armorall Foamer, Sprayer hooked up to my power washer, really fun to use, coated the car nicely, neighbors even impressed. I run garden hose to inside washer bin so I can use soft water, not quite as good as distilled water, but better than the hard water here in Ohio.

Still need to get a towel, washer glove on the car, especially white cars. , to get some dirt film (white cars). I had previously used Ceramic Wax with Butter Wax top coat. Used it on a black Corolla and it turned white with all the suds, the foam seem to stick to the car before finally sloughing off after my mixture started to get dilute.

Other than a little extra time to hook up hoses, get power washer out of its hide away, will be doing this from now on. Brushless car washes do not get the back side of the car well enough. and of course, never taking any car through a brush car wash.

Highly recommend trying this chain lube! Sprays on with a nice fine mist. Clings to surface very nicely, with a little tack to it. No waste or mess! Holds up a good week of riding every day, with a little off roading.

I have been using this product for a few years on several bikes I’ve owned and Motul has worked well for my needs. Keeps the chain from showing rust and keeps the dust from wrecking the chain if the chain is cleaned and lubricated often.

And it’s not to expensive for a fairly large quantity.

Well I had Wet Lube oil 7 years dirt and grime all around my chain and all over the Gears and Derailers. Never washed gears and chain just frame. The oil muck solidified and had to use tool and brush to pick it off.

I had to completely remove cassettes and scrape them thoroughly. Once all solid muck was off I soaked everything in cleaner and use brush. Now my gears and derailers look brand new. The frame also looks almost showroom condition.

Now love looking at my Racer as it looks brand new. I DON’T WANT TO GET IT WET AGAIN FROM ROAD GRIME.

I’ve used Muc-off for years and this was great to see concentrate at last so no transport of water and less packaging. I diluted as directions and it was as effective as it always has been. Highly recommend.

I have found this cleaner very effective on the matte paint of my bike, and also very good at cleaning drive-train parts. I have only been using it diluted in a spray bottle. The small packaging is a bonus for anyone–like me–who appreciate generating less trash.

During the summer, I went on a week-long tour of all of Americas most important events during the revolutionary war. as you can imagine, after about 3-4 days, i started to smell horrible. I was at the local Cracker Barrel resturant, and was about to walk out, when something in the gift shop caught my eye.

It was none other than Duke Cannon’s leaf and leather big brick of soap. Going to be honest, i was a bit skeptical at first, but when i got back to my hotel room and took a shower with the soap, i was left in shock.

After coming back from a 3 day camping trip at 9000 ft elevation, breath taking views and plenty of wild life, I needed the per back to work grind rinse off. I fumbled through my collection and found my bar of illegally cut pine.

Perfect for a shower ( I know what I am reviewing, I will get to it). Lather rinse repeat and I was having flashbacks of my trip. To top it off after drying, I applied the special edition old glory leaf and leather solid cologne.

Now I am able to conquer tomorrow’s workday, not only smelling of adventure but that of a rugged sophisticated gentleman. Yes I own the soap but that is reserved for bourbon, cigars and ladies proposing to me at the local watering hole.

There is no wrong Duke Cannon scent, there are only wrong (and weak) people who haven’t found it yet.

Accurately portraying a specific scent in a health care product is a very difficult thing to do, there are always other ingredients that may highlight or detract from the desired scent. I mention this simply because I have never used a soap that has more accurately described the actual experience with its name.

Leaf and Leather in the box is not all that remarkable, but take it into the shower and it blooms into something magical. It smells of a clean leather saddle with base notes of unsmoked cigar tobacco leaf.

I can definitely see that this scent may be polarizing, but if you enjoy leather and tobacco scents and want to smell like a Montana cowboy on a fall morning then this is the ticket.

Well here’s the truth. The product was recommended to me. I purchased what I thought I would need and like. However, living in Maine you have to work around the weather. It is the weekend after we received the product and we are getting snow today.

Anywhere’s from 12″-20″. I do not have a heated garage. Therefore I will be waiting for a clear day when I can try your product of my Lincoln. Thank you. I’ve heard good things about it.

Outstanding and very reasonably priced product. Really not a fan of any of these wax and ceramic infused soaps these days. All you need is a solid ph balanced soap with good lubrication and good cleaning power.

This is exactly what you need for helping maintain your vehicle cosmetically, coated or not.

This’ll be mostly an overall review for the bar soaps. My brother and I got a bar each for Christmas as a stocking stuffer; he got Naval Supremacy and I got this Productivity one. Left this on the shelf for a while and finally stared to use it a few months ago.

This stuff is great! The bar is huge and lasts a long time, and is textured with what I think is some sort of grains, makes it real easy to grip even when wet. Best part is that it smells really nice, fresh and minty.

Makes me actually hate any regular old mass produced soaps since they just smell off in comparison. If you haven’t tried a DC soap before, do this one as a baseline for sure.

I was looking for something a little more refreshing for summer, and I was looking forward to something closer to the other DC bars I have used, as far as a lingering scent after my shower. This bar does have a minty scent, but it is more of a candy cane like scent, and it does not linger at all.

It also had zero “tingle” or cooling effect while using it. Something that would have been awesome after a day out in the Vegas heat. I’ll stick with either the Buffalo Trace or Beer bars going forward.

Those have an awesome scents that last for a few hours.

my husband uses NOTHING else, he even washes his hair (bald head) with it! We both love the smell. And I got the free Bay Rum, he will try it when we go to our Condo in Florida next month. AND for me, I had to try the Pine.

I love a Pine Forest and the smell takes me there! So refreshing, invigorating and definitely MY soap. Of course I originally purchased Productivity because my FAVORITE smells are Peppermint, and love Pine smell.

BTW, do you have anything in a LEMON? And hey, why don’t you make these soaps in the smaller size for women?!?!? Thank you.

Now, though, on my road-bike, it is very clearly much less effective. Has the formula changed? Or has success encouraged this firm to dilute the stuff more? Either way it is no longer marvellous and Ill not buy it again.

It borders on wholly ineffective and whats the point of that? May as well use Fairy Liquid for all the good this did – drive chain STILL filthy despite saturating it with this, giving it a few minutes to work, then washing off.

Did this twice. AND a good scrub with brushes and rags. Result? Scarcely better than before I started. In the old days once was enough on an MTB covered in mud, hardly any scrubbing necessary and the metal work shone as though sprayed in acid.

One thing that spoils a ride is smashed bugs on paint and windshields. I carry a can and a nice towel on my rides just for this reason. Spray it on and let it do it’s magic. Usually about a minute for fresh kills and maybe a couple of more minutes for those you missed last time.

A big, clean towel is a must to prevent scratching and it affords you lots of clean areas. Wiping it down leaves the surface clean and smooth. Note – this is not for deep cleaning like a clay bar. Buy some and try it.

I have used Honda Spray Cleaner for years. Getting it for a better price on eBay was awesome. This product contains no wax, so if you are using it on a motorcycle or bicycle with white details or lettering, it will not yellow the white.

It’s cleaning properties are excellent. You can clean road film, or even warm chewing gum, from your bike without damage to the paint. I kept two bicycles and one motorcycle clean for a year with one can of this product.

It doesn’t take much to do the job. You either spray it on the surface and buff or you can spray in on a soft cloth, apply, and then rotate the cloth to buff. It works well on matte surfaces too.
