I bought the Saalt Duo pack regular, elemental bikini and salt wash, as a christmas present to myself. Since we’re all working from home these days, what better way to start something new in the new year! I was nervous and excited to try it! I have to say, reading all the experiences online, interacting with the saalt community and the help from customer service, I felt pretty confident to try it.

Maybe it was beginner’s luck but my overall experience went really well! On my first cycle, i was constantly checking for leaks but no leaking at all. On my heavy days, wore the bikini as well, had some spotting but only noticed it when I was in the bathroom.

One day, I even wore the cup for almost 12 hrs, didn’t feel a thing! not like tampons or pads. I used the regular small throughout the cycle. Towards the end of my cycle, I got the hang of it and it was less messy, less toilet paper used and no tampons/liners in the garbage! Just glad I’m doing my part to reduce waste with not having to buy tampons and liners again! I recently bought another small regular (green) and two more pairs of panties.

I use Saalt cups so I figured why not get a wash from the brand of the cup. It has a slight citrus scent but it is very weak and goes away. It cleanses my cup very well without causing any irritation.

I have very sensitive skin down there and this causes no issues. I’ve also used this for several cycles and still not even halfway gone! This will last me quite a while which is nice. The packaging is also cute so bonus points for that!.

My daughter told me about period. shop and about Kim’s videos. The lumma high leaked when I was laying down. The nixit didn’t leak laying down, but my flow had lightened slightly. The merula XL didn’t leak but I struggle to reach to break the seal.

Saalt wash is great. I haven’t tried the reusable panty liners, nor the period panties yet.

I have been using the Lena cup and this product for 5-6 cycles now. I’m between uses, this product has me feeling clean and confident about what I’m putting in my body! I especially love it for deep cleans, though.

I boil water in a small sauce pan, which I then pour into a deep mug I only use for this purpose. Then I suspend the cup by the tip of its stem using a binder clip and skewer across the top of the mug.

I let it sit for 5-7 minutes, and then I scrub it with a toothbrush and this cleanser. VOILA! So clean!!.

Okay so I have an “older” cup that I’ve tried everything to get clean. Plant based soaps, boiling, etc. following the directions given to me for cleaning. It has always had the metallic( blood) odor and a slight color change that made me doubt it was actually clean or at least as clean as it could be.

I spotted this cleaner and tried it to see if I would notice a difference, instead of waiting for the next time I needed it. HOLY COW. it was so much better and a little went a long way. not only was the scent gone, but the color was improved.

I wish I had found this sooner and am hopeful that it keeps working as well as it did the first time.

I got this because I purchased the Cora menstrual disc. The disc worked out so well for me I figured I might as well try another product and see if it was of equal quality and I was not disappointed.

I’ve never had a wash or soap that worked this well. It really does get rid of the smell better than boiling and boiling is a huge pain so I’m glad to finally have an alternative.

I absolutely love this wash! I can wash my cup and my intimate areas. I’ve been suffering with constant yeast infections whenever I use soap down there but this soap doesn’t give me an infection at all!! It’s legit.

It’s fragrance free and very gently for my sensitive lady parts. I love this product! I keep it in my shower so I can wash my cup and myself. 10/10 recommend.

Love this wash, it satisfies two needs with one product and it is fragrance free which I love! Since I typically change my cup in the shower it is super convenient to have this product nearby and leaves me feeling so fresh during an arguably ‘not so fresh’ time of the month.

I made the switch to menstrual cups about two years ago now and I’ve never looked back. This wash is perfect for cleaning the cups at the end of each use. It’s not harmful and is nice and gentle. Highly recommend.

I’ve had my flex cup for a very long time now. I just checked the order date and I’ve been using it since late April 2020. I had been wanting to try menstrual cups but was hesitant to get one because I read so many stories of people ultimately liking the cups but having horrible experiences trying to remove them for the first time.

I didn’t want to spend hours or have to enlist help from a second person to remove the cup for the first time and this cup looked like it would make removal easier. It lived up to expectations. The one thing that took a few tries to learn was how to remove without making a mess, but I got over that quickly.

I like the fit. Although Flex recommended the larger cup for women my age (40 when I purchased it), I read reviews of the cup on various websites and saw that a number of women who went by that recommendation and ordered the larger cup felt it was too big and ended up getting the smaller cup.

I started with the smaller of the two cups and am glad I did. This one is perfect for me and I think anything larger would be uncomfortable. Anyway, as someone who used tampons for years and pads before that, it’s nice to not have to get a new tampon every time I have to pee or use up a bunch of toilet paper wrapping menstrual products up.

$34. 99 seems like a lot at first, but considering I haven’t purchased tampons in almost 2 years and still have the cup, I’ve saved a lot of money. Also, there might be something cheaper out there, but I like the idea of having something made of medical grade silicon if it’s going to be in my body.

After almost 2 years, the only issue I’ve had is that after a year and a half, part of the tab snapped apart where one of the skinny sides meets the stem. It took a lot of uses before that happened and it’s still usable so I’m not too bothered by that.

Used tampons most of my life but I’d rather not risk toxic shock 5 days out of the month, plus, they can make cramps worse. Tried a small (I’m on the petite side) cup with good reviews – insertion was uncomfortable and the cup didn’t like to pop open so I’d always have small leaks.

Removal always resulted in me pinching myself while trying to grab the little ball on the end with my fingernails, because my fingers wouldn’t grip it. Also, the cup/s started to stain despite being cleaned properly.

🤢 I was really nervous about trying flex-disc and decided to just go for it and BOY AM I GLAD I DID. I followed the instructions on the website for insertion, and it was literally more comfortable than a tampon.

Once it’s in, you feel NOTHING. Don’t have to think about it until it’s time to take out. Removal is a bit more difficult than insertion but generally you want to hook your finger onto the ring (from the bottom or the top depending on whether you push it further in by accident while trying to remove like I did lol) and pull forward – upward angle helps on the way out to prevent spills, then keep it flat-upright and throw out! Even though I made a mistake on my second run, removal was still waaaay less uncomfortable than trying to remove a cup, and you don’t have to worry about a dry tampon causing friction on the way out.

Literally no leakage – zero. Couldn’t feel a thing while it was in. With proper removal you won’t have any blood on your hands, either. The price seems a bit high but I think with how long the discs can stay in it basically evens out with the price of most tampons.

Absolutely worth it! Try them!!.

I’ve been using menstrual cups for four years now, and I absolutely love the ease of wearing one. I switched to Flex recently after a friend told me how much she loved hers, but after using it for a couple of months, I have to say I’m underwhelmed.

My favorite part about menstrual cups is not having to feel or think about them until the end of the day when I take it out. With this one, I constantly feel it inside me, like it’s shifting. It makes me run to the bathroom to check all the time, and while it’s usually in place, it annoys me and in my opinion defeats the purpose.

I also struggle to put it in sometimes, despite wearing a menstrual cup for several years now, which might have something to do with how thick the silicone is. Lastly, my biggest complaint is that the little tab that is designed to pull the cup out, while great in practice, sticks out and irritates me cause I can constantly feel it.

Maybe this would not bother someone else, but I am fairly touch sensitive and it makes me feel uncomfortable having something like that sticking out of me. If I had known that was the case beforehand, I probably would not have bought it.

That being said, my friend loves hers so maybe it is not an issue for everyone, but it is for me.

I have the classic Lena Cup small size. I loved how this cup made my life easier. But the only problem I had with the Lena Cup was that the material was probably just too stiff for me, no matter how much I tried adjusting, moving it up and down, I felt something is pushing against my bladder and also I had difficulty with peeing, like I cannot empty my bladder fully.

But I believe it goes away with experience and better adjusting since I have used the cup for one full period. I contacted the Lena Cup customer service. They provided me all the necessary advice and information and suggested me to try the Lena Cup in Sensitive, of which material is probably less stiff and more comfortable for first time users like me.

So I will be buying the sensitive one and will review about my experience. By the way, the Lena Cup’s customer service is kind and very prompt. Once you buy the cup, you can just rely on them if you have a problem with the cup.

I also loved the cup comes with package and instruction sheets that are all made from recycled papers. Yes. It is really hard to master it and I still have some hard time using it. Especially, I got panicked when I tried removing the cup for the first few times.

Because it had moved up to my vagina and seemed it got lost. However, after trying hard, you get to learn very slowly how to reach the stem, how pinch from the bottom part to remove the suction and make it able to move.

It was definitely the right decision in my life to turn to the mensural cup, less waste and less spending of tampons and pads, which are actually not comfortable and worry you concerning the leakage, comfort, etc.

Most importantly, you can just forget that you have this thing inside of you and you have your period, and you can go on with your daily life for up to 12 hours at once. My girlfriend who uses the Lena Cup as well often wear it for more than 12 hours, which is not recommended obviously.

But it means if you sometimes forget wearing the cup for over 12 hours, there is probably no need to panic. I did yoga, running and took a bath and I did not have a problem at all, which made me feel amazed.

During my first use, I immediately thought that I should have started using the cup a years ago. I thought about all that years filled with problems of leakage on my bed sheet in the middle of the night because of the pad usage.

Of course I understand not everyone is able to use the cup. But if you can, just go ahead and give it a try.

I am a bona-fide and certified cup convert, and I highly recommend you try it out. I decided to try a cup because I have very sensitive skin. Rather than dealing with reactions to plastic layered pads and rough, itchy tampon strings every month for 4 to 7 days, I decided to pull the trigger and try this cup.

I scored $5 off mine through Amazon that way! I don’t recommend practicing dry runs, it is so much easier when you’re menstruating and everything is lubricated up there. You can leave the cup in up to 12 hours or until full, whichever happens first.

I recommend keeping a little bottle of water in your purse so you can rinse out the cup if you need to change it in public (I’ve had to do this because I forget it’s in me, it’s so comfortable!).

I bought this twin Lena Regular cups pack for $39. 99 on Amazon because I wanted a more leak proof cup that would give me the maximum 12 hours of wear before emptying and a cup that open and form a seal easier than my china cheapy soft cups.

So instead of getting Lena sensitive despite knowing that softer cup means lesser cramps for me, I went with this. The pink cup was large and the small cup was turquoise. This pack saved $20 instead paying $29.

99 per cup individually. For the most part I don’t feel this cup once it’s in its correct position and fully open. On my heavy days vaginal swelling restricts cup from fully opening sometimes even though I always got a good seal.

Large cup never leaked but small cup did on heavier days so I retested smaller cup on my lighter days. Ultimately smaller cup didn’t work out very well because diameter was to small me, though it did work for my light days.

I wish this cup design wasn’t so wide at the base because it made releasing the strong seal hard. Otherwise I loved long yet flexible stem since I have high cervix and the grip rings are great quality.

I would this company to make a tapered cup design and a midsize cup that falls between the large and small size because I feel that would be my perfect Lena fit.

Certainly can class this as one of, if not the best purchase I’ve ever made. Having looked at and considered a mc for several years, I finally purchased this one. Which I absolutely, do NOT regret! I feel so comfortable and confident, for the first time ever.

My main worries were it possibly not being comfortable/leaking/fit/not being able to wear it outside of the house/during a working day, and lucky all those worries were simply that, worries and not realities.

Having given birth vaginally too the description was perfect and meant that I could order size b in confidence as this was what was recommended. It meant I didn’t have to order various sizes of this brand/product, which is cost effective and adds to the long term economic benefit of this product, via both cost per use/wear but longevity of my ability to use this product again during further cycles.

Again, reducing the total value per wear/use. I feel so much more comfortable than I ever have whilst using sanitary pads and stopped using tampons pre pregnancy due to discomfort and as the packets would always come loose and opening, being a waste of product and money, I’m so glad I will never have that problem again.

The cup was easy to insert at home post shower, mainly whilst laying down for ease and convenience. However I was also able to empty and reinsert during my working day which was important to me, especially as I would hate to potentially leak, I’m so glad that I could wear it during sleep and still wake up to fresh white sheets without stains.

I also feel fresher than if I was using pads which is an extremely big win for me, I honestly could not recommend enough, thank you for such a great product and description. I’ve been using it for 4days now and I can not fault the product.

I could not recommend this product more if I tried or wanted too. It’s life changing and has improved my quality of life.

I just finished my first cycle with my Organicup (which it’s worth noting is my first menstrual cup ever). I was prepared for the learning curve that comes along with menstrual cups, so here are my pros and cons after my first full period using the cup: PROS: -Pops open easily, required minimal fiddling to open up.

-When it got it inserted correctly it did not leak, and even when I bungled the insertion, it leaked very little. -Eco friendly: the only plastic that Organicup uses for packaging is one small sticker to hold the box closed.

-Easy to remove: I found that the suction broke cleanly and I only had one issue with spillage the first time I removed it (blessedly in my bathtub because I’m clumsy and figured better safe than blood on my bathroom rug).

-Cleans up easily, I didn’t find that it was difficult to clean any of the nooks and crannies. Cons: -I found the grip rings to be a bit intense. If the cup shifted at all, they felt a bit stabby. -I am not a previous tampon user (pads only before now), so I’m finding that the pressure from the cup is a little weird to get used to.

It’s not painful, but I’m definitely aware of it. I’m going to give it at least one more cycle and if the pressure is still uncomfortable I may switch to the Mini size. All said and done I’m definitely planning on giving this cup a second try next month.

I know the learning curve with menstrual cups can be a bit steep, so I’m prepared to keep learning. After spending a few more cycles in the Menstrual Cup Club, I’m much more comfortable using my Organicup.

The grip rings are a bit much if you are prone to sensitivity, but you can always cut the stem off once you’re comfortable with removing the cup. I feel totally comfortable recommending Organicup to anybody who is interested in making the switch to reusable menstrual products.

My first cup was the flex cup. Which i had a murder happen in my pants. Then i bought the diva cup. My aunt sent me the organicup. my menstrual cup journey has been a thriller. A thriller i say cuz its not an absolute horror.

Although i feel horrible that I am 25 and still have not reached period nervana. idk if my cervix is high but i use the size b and i still leak. It makes me want to cry. Ive been using cups for a year now.

I still cannot get it down. I still choose to use them but i put on a panty liner. I must prevail. It really aggravates me that these companies want to claim its leak free when thats absolutely wrong.

I havent had a kid, my period is heavy to normal. And i selected the biggest cup option available to me. Once i went to the doc and she said my insides were titled. Idk wtf that means. So i wonder if that is what the problem is? Nonetheless im glad i found this site because I’m able to see all the different brands and different sizes of cups.

Originally I was hesitant for a year about getting one due to the thought of cleaning it, but I had several people recommended it and finally pulled the trigger. At first, the whole application process and removal process was frustrating because I was having a hard time.

Especially in the removal process, but once I realized if you’re sitting down it’s easier to remove you instead of grabbing the little part but the bigger grip it’s so easy. Perks of the diva cup 1. Can’t feel it 2.

No leaks and last like forever (no more bed accidents/great for sports) (you can feel pressure (cramp) went it’s full and to remove. 3. No more buying tampons and wondering If I have enough for the day.

4. No more disgusting trash full of tampon waste 5. so much cleaner process (yes you have to clean it but you really don’t have to touch anything nasty in the process) 6. Environmentally friendly 7. no more worry of toxic shock syndrome Things to just be aware of in public places choose the single room stalls to make cleaning it easier (with the plant based cleaner) (I put some in a travel container in my purse).

If there’s not one available for example a stall then put TP to avoid spotting walk out, clean and going back into stall to apply. Still haven’t dealt with camping or porter potties, but that’s the only thing I’d worry about.

Also, when you at the end spotting to me it’s pointless to put it in and just to use liners. Overall, this product is amazing and I think all women should have one! Life changing.

Okay so, I have been wanting to try out a period cup for a while now, and my boyfriend surprised me with the diva cup a few days ago before my period came. At first, it honestly looks pretty intimidating, but once you figure out your specific cup size and how to fold it to fit it inside, you start to understand better.

It takes a little trial and error the first few days but you eventually start to get the hang of it. Now, I don’t even notice it’s there! It’s important to know your specific flow. For example, mine is fairly light the first day and pretty heavy on day 2 and 3.

So I needed to clean out my cup sooner on my heavier days, but I don’t change it nearly as much as when I wore tampons! No leaks either! I will say though, it’s a little bit messy getting it out but, let’s be real, PERIODS are just messy and there’s no way around it.

🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s something different and a little weird to think about but since trying it, I get the hype and It gets my green card!.

A friend talked me into trying this menstrual cup out about three years ago, and I will literally NEVER wear a pad or tampon again (unless emergencies, of course). I can’t rave about this product enough! The soft, silicone is flexible and very comfortable.

I do BJJ and powerlifting hybrid style workouts and traditional products were always super uncomfortable. Not to mention the constant worries of leaking! 🙄 I can literally put this cup in and forget about it for the day.

While I have never personally overflowed my cup, I do have some gf’s with very heavy flows that do have to clean and replace once during the day. But on 12 hr double shifts at the restaurant I used to work at, never worried about it once.

Admittedly, there is a learning curve for putting the cup in and taking it out; it took me a few tries to figure out what worked best for me (there are multiple folding techniques that you can find online for insertion.

I HIGHLY recommend researching and trying to see what is most comfortable. I prefer the figure 4 fold). Relaxing is key for both processes! Simply wash with unscented soap and rinse with warm water and replace in the morning, repeat before bed and forget about it for the rest of your time.

I don’t know if other women have experienced this or not, but my cramping is also significantly reduced since using the cup. It’s not nearly as messy or weird as people make it out to be, don’t be scared! Plus, the added benefit of no longer having to always make sure you have supplies nearby or all the waste really is just icing on the cake.

Excellent feminine wash. Love the simplicity of ingredients, I’m very sensitive to perfumes/soaps/makeup and this caused no irritation. I loved the tea tree oil and that it’s probiotic! I even tried it as a shampoo and it left my curly hair clean without overstripping.

Even used it as a body wash. I loved it so much and have been looking for it again everywhere. I would give it five stars, but the cap is poorly designed, too small of an opening and the top seam burst easily wasting a lot.

A hidden gem but worth they try. Purchased at CVS and I picked up the last one. It’s popular but not often discussed. It is sensitive but leaves you feeling clean. For the price it’s worth a try. If you spot it, snag it.

This is the only daily feminine wash I use. It’s infused with the tree , cranberry, natural extract and more for complete female health.  It is honestly very delicate delicate and gentle especially for who like me has sensitive skin.

This cleanser works really well and it helps me to feel refreshed during that time of the month. I love that such a unique product exists for menstrual cups! My only issue is that the past couple of orders I’ve gotten expire a couple of months after I receive them.

This is a bummer since it doesn’t take much product for cleaning and I won’t go through that much in just a few months. I don’t mind buying more since it’s a great product, but I just wish I could use it longer before it expires.

I purchased this wash over the Diva Cup wash specifically based on the ingredient list being simpler but when I received the bottle the ingredient list did not match what is advertised on the website.

I was disappointed to see that they had simplified the list for the website when the actual ingredient list on the bottle was more extensive. If they want to simplify the list I would recommend still putting the actual ingredients and then the common name in brackets.

For example, sodium chloride (salt). The actual ingredient list on the bottle (for anyone like me who looks at ingredients before purchase) are: aqua, ammonium lauryl sulphate, cocamidopropyl betain, citrus limonum peel oil, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, sodium chloride, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, limonene, citral.

Let me start of by saying that I LOVE my menstrual cup. I received an email to provider a review for this item, so here goes: I was excited to receive this product and begin to sterilize and wash my cup.

After looking at the ingredients list, one of the top ingredients was ammonium lauryl sulfate. WHAT?!? I did not purchase this product for it’s chemicals. I would hope that Lunette understands who their customers are.

Most are women you want a more cost effective, chemical free item (to put on or in their body) that creates less waste for our environment. I think they missed the mark here. To bad I missed the timeline to return this item.

I love my and I love this cleanser. It has a delightfully citrusy scent that isn’t too overpowering. It’s super convenient to use (it’s a gel that lathers up really well) and is pH balanced for safely cleaning my diva cup (and my body!).

I have really sensitive skin and I also use this as a body wash. It doesn’t dry out my skin and leaves me feeling fresh and clean. I 100% recommend it if you have a diva cup, and I even recommend trying it as a body wash if you don’t!.

I love this product! It’s so hard to find cleansers that are just cleansers. This has no residue, no dangerous stuff, and is PH balanced. Great for the diva cup, great for skin. I’ve even used it in a bath.

While I won’t replace my regular skincare routine with this, it IS what I take when I travel because it is SO multi-purpose. Great clean facewash, and great for cleaning anything silicone that is going near your body.

A bottle lasts well over a year for me because you need so little.

This is actually one of my favourite products ever. So obviously I originally bought it for my Diva Cup. But then one day reading it I noticed you can also use it as a body or even face wash. Now I always have two bottles on hand.

One bottle for washing my diva cup and the other bottle in the shower. It’s pH balanced so I feel so much safer and can honestly notice a difference switching to this for washing myself.

This is the first menstrual cup that I’ve ever tried. I think cups in general do take some getting used to and some learning in terms of what works for an individual person. This one works pretty well for me, although I have found that it does leak on days/nights when I have heavier flow.

And this is with checking to make sure the cup is open and well positioned; I think the leakage is happening from overflow rather than less-than-perfect usage. Due to this, I do end up using some pads and liners still in addition to the cup, which is a bit disappointing.

But on a whole, I’m pleased with the cup. I don’t have to worry about changing out pads frequently or staining on underwear from leakage (when there’s a possibility of leaking, the cup+pad is basically stain-proof).

I’m not sure if this cup is the best cup for me personally, but I will still happily keep using it, and would recommend Lunette to anyone.

I’m very careful not to introduce soap into my personal regions, so I love this cup wash. I still boil before and after each cycle, but use a little bit of the wash to keep it clean and fresh between changes.

Also works great for cleaning other personal items made from silicone;) I’ve had one bottle for well over a year and only just repurchasing now, you need so little of it.

I’m active throughout the day on my feet with a toddler. I decided to commit to the diva cup to save money. I told myself to try it with one cycle no matter what and see how it goes. There were some trial and errors but quickly became comfortable with techniques I learned along the way.

By cycle two I was excited and felt very happy! No problems, I love the product and the fact that you’re literally saving money each time you use it is so amazing. I removed it in the evening and used a cloth pad for the night which I committed to switching over to as well 🙂 recommend switching and commiting to it yourself.

As a disclaimer, I did not purchase the divawash from target originally. However, I feel compelled to write the review because the value is so great! I bought my first bottle years ago, and I just ran out.

I use it exclusively on my diva cup, although you can use it as a face/body wash. It is very concentrated, so a little goes a long way. It is a fantastic value as I use my diva cup every month and I have had the bottle for about 3-4 years without needing to replace it.

I still recommend boiling your diva cup once monthly.

This is an OK product. I LOVE my Diva Cup and figured I should buy the special cleanser that goes with it, but to be honest I’m not a huge fan. It has a nice gel like feel and cleans well but I personally can’t stand the scent.

I find the orange oil in it really bitter and unpleasant. Plus, it says on the website you can’t use any cleansers with fragrance or oil on the Diva Cup, so I don’t understand why they’ve included an ingredient that is both a fragrance AND an oil.

I probably wouldn’t buy again and now just use my Olay oil free fragrance free cleanser to clean it and I much prefer that.

If you’re on the fence TRY IT! I was too, but decided I had to try the disc. I’m not nervous about leakage & it’s 12 hour hold time. You NEED to have a personal bathroom available if you need to remove the disc so you can use a sink and wash the device.

Otherwise it would be a MESS. But I love it! I install/change when getting my day started & I’m home before 12 hours is up so I’ll change it again usually 10 hours but have gone past 12 hours on a low flow day without problem.

After a small learning curve, the disc feels like the best invention for periods that I’ve ever come across! I feel so much better knowing I’m not putting harsh chemicals in my body each month. I also find it much easier to use than a cup just based on how my body is designed.

I also have several other products from Cora and have yet to find something that doesn’t work for me.

I love my cleanse. It’s lasted long even when I use a generous amount. It cleans so well, and easy. It also does not irritate whatsoever. The smell is not too fragrant and still smells clean. I love this.

It was a great addition to my cora disc.

I think the cup is probably fine I just think it doesn’t work for me. I have used another brand which is slightly different shape, and heard of hello cup and thought why not try a new one, but it just didn’t work for me, but have friends that love it.

I think I have a high cervix so really need a longer cup.

I love all my hello cup products! When I ordered the hello go spray the nozzle had a defect and wasn’t spraying properly but after contacting the team they promptly sent me a new one! Such a great size and good for piece of mind.

I love this product how I wish I can get it directly from this website to my place. I got mine from period shop now they’re sold out looking to buy more. This is really good when you’re working an 8-hour shift and you’re using public restrooms; it’s a must have for me.

I’ve been using menstrual cups for years now but recently was in the market for something new. I always had difficulty with minor leaking. First use I was in love! Easy to insert and remove, although a bit messy on removal I figured this was something I needed to get the hang of because it was different then my last cup.

There were no leaks AT ALL. So simple, no spinning the cup around in there wondering if I had made a proper seal. Round two, it all went wrong. While working in my home office I felt some. gas building up, and as I let it go I felt my cup empty its contents!! I had read that the cup could be emptied while baring down while sitting on the toilet, I tried it with little success.

so I was utterly enraged when I had to use one of my breaks to clean myself up. So grateful to be working from home though. Really sad this cup failed me, I’m not feeling confident in it anymore. Company looked promising with such lovely packaging and quick service.

If you’re not a fan of the diva cup, do yourself the courtesy and get Nixit. There’s no stem. It’s not uncomfortable whatsoever. Surprisingly easy to insert once you figure it out. Less leaking. WAY easier to remove than the diva cup and doesn’t get suctioned anywhere nearly as easily whilst somehow still remaining very leak proof.

Really good for people who have a shorter ****** because of how it’s positioned. And positively immaculate. I tried diva cups and thought I would have to begrudgingly live with tampons forever; but, this has sincerely changed the game for my period and I.

Is it normal to be obsessed with a menstrual cup?! Cause I am. Literally life changing. Post baby my periods were heavy and I had to change tampons more often, I leaked on a dress etc. so I’d switched to How are your tampons and period Underwear, it worked him off, but honestly this is amazing.

One thing my husband doesn’t like about. Is the smell of it in the trash. So even though the details are TMI he’s much happier not having that. Smell next to the toilet. Literally these things are so amazing and are perfect especially when I have to work a long day and don’t want to have to be messing with stuff while I’m on the go.

I truly only wish I’d known about this sooner. I also got the foaming wash to clean it and I’m glad I did as well. Yes I can rinse it off but I feel better being able to use that as well.

Really good product for intimate Hygiene. Becoz like our body it’s same as important to give protection and take care of our intimate areas. Defenitly worth the price. Married wemon must use this as daily basis.

It’s not only protects our vegina from getting infections but also it removes the bad odour and gives a pleasent smell to our vegina area.

First I couldn’t maneuver it as I was really lack of knowledge on my anatomy and I wasn’t relaxed enough. Relaxing is the key. However first stage of using I had trouble removing it as I, again, didn’t know myself and didn’t relax and kind of push it in.

So I’ve tried to get a hang of it. Now I can wear it easily and removal is good. I’ve used period pantiss and pads along with the Nixit as back up. After I master wearing Nixit disc, my life during period is wonderful.

I barely get anxious about changing the pads/ panties. Plus I have more time and peaceful mind to do other things during the period week. Anyway, I think if there’s a little tab or tail to help removing, it’d be much lovelier.

But I am OK with Nixit now and I love that there’s no suction to do with wearing and removing. (I have never accomplished using cup evenI choose the smallest size. I just can’t wear it in. ).

It took a few cycles for me to get used to placing it properly, but I’ve been using this cup for about two years now, and it has changed my period life! I have two very heavy period days per cycle, sometimes three, and I wear period panties as a safety net for the cup, cause it did happen a few times on my heaviest days that it leaks a little bit, depending on what I do and how I move, and i’ve always been scared of the idea of my blood leaking, as anyone would be.

Though most of the times, the cup stays in place without any problem, i’ve never had any accident or any concern with it, and having both of those at the same time is just the safest I’ve ever felt during my periods, while still being zero-waste! Also, I love that I don’t need to manually empty all the blood myself, as when you are in a sitting position (on the toilet), if you contract, you’ll be able to make the cup leak and empty itself first, then when you’ll take it out with your finger, there’s still gonna be a small amount of blood in it, but nowhere like it would have been without doing that! You won’t completely spill blood over your hand as it would happen a lot with most standard succion cups that you need to press to take out.

Here you don’t have that problem, you can do it mindlessly and with much less blood in it when you take it out. I don’t think this was intended, but this has been my technique for two years now! It makes the rinsing/changing so much easier like this, in my opinion!.

Overall, I am happy with my Nixit menstrual disc. I usually have to squat in order to insert it the right way, but I have to do the same thing when inserting my diaphragm so it’s not a big deal. In order to remove the disc, I have to bear down and it USUALLY comes forward enough such that I can slide a finger in and pull it out gently.

I’ve had instances where that didn’t happen, or it pushed itself back as I was trying to dig it out. On my heavy flow days (days 2-4 of my period), I do have to change the disc out every 3-4 hours. This is nowhere near the 12 hours it should hold, per the site.

I also still haven’t figured out how NOT to make a bloody mess when removing the disc on my heavy flow days. It gets allllllll over my hands when I pull it out. I still need to use pads in additional to the Nixit disc on my heavy flow days, and that’s really unfortunate.

I also prefer to insert and remove the disc while I’m in the shower, especially on heavy flow days. I can’t imagine being out and trying to insert or remove the disc during those days. I would love for the Nixit design to change and incorporate a more contoured shape and include a removal dome (like the Caya diaphragm).

That could make it easier to pull the disc out. Just a suggestion!.
